I have CONTINUOUSLY asked for the manager to order more of the product that I buy IN BULK every time I come here - and he NEVER orders it!!! I’m now going to find a new vape store because I’m sick and tired of them NOT having the product I need to buy!! Don’t bother with this place!!The staff is amazing and the choices are many, but I like a particular flavor that is ALWAYS sold out - Hi Drip, Melon Patch. I don’t understand why management would go out of stock on a particular flavor and have a shelf full of flavors that don’t sell. Obviously, I would order the product that sells out!

Walked in, bought the new P’s brand they’re carrying and stayed inside the store for an hour cooked. fire.

I bought the 100mg sour nerds gummy, it was definitely a good buy for 5.45 ☺️☺️☺️. The guy helping us out on our salt nic refillable set up was informative and honest , just an over all great service person. It was a clean, good option, and great experience all the way around. They sell RDA pieces which is impressive in itself because most places arent carrying them anymore. Great job guys keep up the great work. 👍👍✊✊✊

The nephew in their is such a good guy, I bought a disposable last night and it started auto firing (which happens sometimes) and I went to go buy another one the next day and he comped me because he knew I was a loyal customer. Stopped in here for the first time last week and I was very impressed with the variety of juices as well as devices. Sold me a 5000puff Onee Max (after steering me Away from the Hyde brand that i usually use and trust) that they said was rechargeable, but it has no charger port, but i unfortunately didnt figure that out until hours after leaving the store. its dead 4 days later with no safe way to charge it to use the vape juice thats obviously still inside of it. i feel like i should have taken them laughing to themselves the whole interaction as a sign instead of just thinking they were just a little odd. feel incredibly ripped off.EDIT: after their reply and then seeing other people reviewing that they were sold counterfeit vapes from this store i dug the packaging out of the trash to check the number on the official website and the vape they sold me is a counterfeit as well. Not Defective like they said in their reply to this review but absolutely counterfeit.

I really wish I lived closer. They are awesome! I had 1 bad experience, but they more than made up for it. Most of the employees will do you right here. They have everything you need, or at least I need, and they try to remember your juice. I always forget what my husband uses, but the guy remembered! That meant allot bc we live 15 miles away!

I like the customer service I get every time I go. The prices are competitive with the local options for vape juice, and the selection is pretty good. Yes, you can find most everything cheaper online, but thats the difference between a physical location and online retailer.The environment is laid back, the selections are visible and the employees are friendly and attentive.They also have some good competition in the local area, but this one suits my needs and always meets my expectations out of a retailer.

I really like this place! Amazing selection of e-liquids... My one in and only complaint is, they’ve got to make a list of the e-juice they do carry because it’s near impossible to see all the options. I understand they change regularly, but I’m sure not all do!

Knowledgeable, courteous, and very friendly!! Stands by their products. Most vapor stores sell clones and rarely see authentic products. Mike carries products that everyone can afford, not just the rich and famous. Their juices are superb! I have contacted the manufacturer of some of their juices, and they spoke very highly of Mike. I would recommend this store to anyone, whether novice or expert to the world of vaping!

First it really helps if you know the products you are selling or at least have a employee that is hired to work for you at all times that doesnt just come to work with his friends and hang out behind the counter because they have nothing better to do in the evening with their time. Find some professional employees. I spent 5 minutes talking to this kid and his cool buddies behind the counter and that was enough for me to go to another shop.

Sold me 0 nic juice that was supposed to be .6% and would not exchange it. I never write reviews, but screw that place. I left and went to Good Guy Vapes which has better prices, wider selection of juice and a much more friendly staff.

Its a great and clean place to hang out. The employees are friendly and they know their stuff! I went in just to check the place out, ended up getting a vapor pen and I love it. Not to mention you can taste and try the liquids before you decide to buy any. Great place Id recommend it to anyone who is looking for an alternative to cigarettes or to someone who vapes.

Look I’ve been in going to TN Vapor a bunch and I like the employees. BUT I’ve told them a more than a few times about my pod leaking and I was told that’s what happens when it gets too hot or it could just be a bad pod. The kind of Vape I have is a Caliburn. Well I use Butterscotch Reserve Bold&Sweet and I just found out that I’m not supposed to be using that Vape juice in the Caliburn it’s only supposed to be used for salts and that’s why it’s leaking my Vape juice all over the place all the time. Now I’m going to have to buy a new Vape that uses the Vape juice that I like. If I would’ve known this in the beginning I would’ve never bought the Caliburn. I just wanted to let everyone know that Tn Vapor made it right, they gave me my money back and I bought some more vape juice and new coils.

Bought an imini pen from them that broke in less than two days. I went back in with the pen and expressed what happened and they immediately were adamant about how I wasn’t entitled to a refund or exchange...even though their receipts say anything under a certain period of time is eligible for an exchange. Anyways, a guy there said he would look at my pen and try to fix, but could not guarantee that. So, needing a vape pen, I bought a cbd 350 vv pen for $10 just to have something. It also wouldn’t work once I got it home.So I bring the pen back in to them to again tell them I had purchased defective goods. They couldn’t fix the imini and he proceeded to very reluctantly exchange each of my pens while saying, “we don’t normally do this”. I ask about the language on their receipts and he says it doesn’t pertain to the “cheaper” pens. Made me feel like I was hassling him...when all I wanted was a working pen. Said most times it’s not the pens but the cartridge you are using...like trying to save face...but I took my pens out to the parking lot , put cartridges in each pen and they both worked. And still work after day 1, lmao.This is all to say that they did eventually do right by me...but with an attitude that made me feel like I was stealing from them or something. Like I ruined their day. I most likely will not reccommend the shop to anyone I know based on the experience As a whole.Boo!

Holy Moley!! You gotta try this place--awesome experience sitting at the juice bar and sampling almost 100 flavors! The owner Mike was very helpful and for a newcomer like me he patiently explained everything from the different blends to the vapor devices.I met a few customers who were quick to share their experience and their favorite flavors-- one lady had been vaping for a few months and had gone from smoking a pack a day do vaping at 0mg nicotine.Heads up to you bourbon lover-- try the Annie maes blend! This place is amazing. The entire staff is so helpful and knows what their talking about and can help you with pretty much anything you need. They also have the nicest vape lounge in this entire county and nicest facility and more options and accessories and vape supply’s than anyone around. Their selection of vapeing mods, e- cigarettes, & juice is second to none around here. They carry everything any other vape shop does plus MUCH much more. They are truly a one stop shop for ALL your vaping needs. Also you can’t heat their prices anywhere in the Nashville area. Their significantly cheaper & have all the quality brand names & TONS of options to chose from. I haven’t found another vape shop around here that offers all the options they have or beats their priceing. With the helpful kind staff, the HUGE SELECTION and cheapest prices in the area and great hours of operation you can’t beat it. Certainly the best place to go to for vapors in MIDDLE TN. TN-vapors is awesome. In 6 years of vaping living in several states this is the best place I have found yet. Definitely give them a try and you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!! Only thing I regret is not finding this place sooner!! Located next to little Caesars in hendersonville on Main Street right across from McDonald’s. Their vape lounge is super nice with plenty of seating on nice leather furniture with a television, a vaping bar huge display of juice, mods, & tanks that beat anyone’s store I’ve ever been to clear from Arkansas to Illinois. Awful experience, their disposable vapes are fake. They leak the juice everywhere and do not even look the same as the real vapes. Also their prices are $5-$8 higher than other places around.

Visited the new store in Murfreesboro on Rutherford, found it accidentally just driving by. Stopped in and bought a new RX200 mod last week. I asked about TC & TCR (which the people in the store were 100% clueless and gave me some generic runaround), but I wasnt there to train/teach them, but yes I will test their skills and knowledge (honestly its really scary as we all heard the stories about vape safety and untrained vape staff) for my own curiosity before recommending them to a friend or coworker (experienced vapers will be frustrated with these guys btw, lol). Anyway, I knew I needed to do an upgrade to V3.0. Well, it wouldnt upgrade and the mod was at version 1.03. So next, I messaged Wismec Customer Service and finally got in touch with someone. After 45 minutes I learned the mod I bought was not in circulation by Wismec, and I was told it was sold off as scrap.... which was probably resold by fastech (or another China cheap online scam sale) as they have had experienced with other people having this exact problem. No, it was not covered under warranty. I searched online forums and sure enough, yes other people had the same issues, same version. I should have just went over to Five Star Vape Shop or Smoke and Mirrors like I originally planned (No, I am not an advocate for these shops I live In North Carolina, I shopped with them in the past whenever I am in Murfreesboro for my job.) However, this new TN Vapor with their high prices, pushing older outdated mods, and this questionable issue..... I know I will not return. The Murfreesboro store doesnt have a google page yet, but they said they have this store as well so that is why I am posting here. P.S. For future readers of this post. The legit RX200 are great mods, if you get one from another shop, anywhere, ask them to do the upgrade for you. Wismec CS explained only the 1.03 version so far were cut from their production (not all of them, just the ones that will not upgrade properly) and were scrapped.

They carry a ton of gear , but dont ask the Staff for help, the lack of product knowledge is such a disappointment - I say Train your Kids that you Hire - or atleast be willing to say Let me look that up for you

The liquids are of good quality and the atmosphere is laid-back. I tried sapphire vapor and the experience was laughable. Their prices are ridiculous and it feels as if I walked into Walmart.

I have been to Tennessee Vapor a few times and have been involved in the vaping community for years. This store sells fake products as authentics. If you go and buy any Aspire product and check the codes for authenticity they are fake. They will not tell you that it is fake and sell for authentic prices. Also some of the juice they sell they are not authorized to sell. Suicide Bunny for instance, they are selling stuff they either are making themselves, or buying elsewhere and watering down. Contacted Pip directly and they said they are not an authorized reseller of the Suicide Bunny name. I have seen and heard nothing but complaints from all other real vape shops in the area. It is a daily complaint about how many fake products come out of this shop. They do not even know what they are selling, E juice is not an OIL at all in any form but yet that is what they call it. Please do yourself a favor and skip this shop and if you do buy something check the authenticity on any tank, coils or if you buy juice contact the company and I guarantee it will either be fake or they are not authorized to sell it.
