Very comforting atmosphere, and very professional. My wife and I did a couples massage, and it felt like an hour, but was only 30 minutes! Shout out to both Amy and Kaisi (my apologies if I misheard her name), as they tailored to both my wife and I’s needs regarding particular areas that needed a little more attention. I highly encourage anyone looking for a good relaxing massage to check this place out. We WILL be coming here again!

Recently I went for a 2 hour massage. I had never been to this location and thought Id give it a shot. I was a little nervous going in because it was pretty dark in the hallway and all the rooms. The lady who brought me to the room, explained everything, and once I was on the table, I was greeted by a very nice massage therapist. She asked what type of pressure I wanted and continued that throughout the massage, asking if pressure was okay. She did a great job because I felt amazing afterwards, she got out knots and loosened tight sore spots in my back. I read other reviews before booking here and yes you will feel sore the next day if you get deep pressure (as I did) you have to remember to drink plenty of water, your muscles are being worked and manipulated in a way that they arent used to and the sore feeling doesnt last. I cant wait to go back.

I booked the combo and enjoyed both. The massage helped my tense tight muscles and the facial left my skin soft, smooth and glowing . I will be returning for both.

I did the massage and facial combo. I’ve been here several times. Each time is a different experience however to say the least I most definitely was tense with this massage but she did well trying to relax me and overall a good job on the massage and my facial ws good I’ll be back soon!

Just got a massage from Amy…. She did an amazing job. I like when people move with intention around your body. She found the spots and worked them! Only wish i wouldve stayed longer lol. Im sitting in the parking lot writing this before pulling off. I highly recommend the back walking. Theres a small language barrier but im willing to work through that after the service I received.

I’m in the area about twice a month and I try to come here when I have a chance. This is the third time I’ve been here and the ladies are very professional, talented & are never in a rush. Nice, clean and calming. I will continue to come here when I’m in town. Thank you!

Ive been coming to the Relax Station massage studio for about 7 or 8 months, and every single time I leave, I feel like a new person! The massages are consistently amazing and always leave me feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and relaxed. The attention to detail is incredible, and the therapist always takes the time to listen to my specific needs and concerns. I have been to many spas all over the Chicagoland area. Including 5 star hotels. As those locations have more upscale decor and amenities, this place comes in number 1 for massage. I would still choose this Relax Station over them. I have been to this spa three times this year and it has been absolutely amazing each time. Space is basic but very clean..super friendly and responsive customer service, they even confirm appointments via text message. The services are affordable with free add ons like hot stones and oiling.The massages themselves are 10/10... deep tissue ones really get those knots in your backs. Massage therapists are dedicated at their craft. You leave feeling refreshed. Really happy I found this place.

Best deep tissue massage I’ve had! Not a fancy spa. But clean. If you need to get the job done and for a good price, this is your place. I wish I had gotten the lady’s name so I could request her next time.

While I will say it doesnt really have the absolute spa atmosphere it is phenomenal for the price. My massage was amazing and really did work out the kinks as well as feel great, and came with hot stone. Everything was clean and well maintained. They offer couples massage as well which is what my friend and I opted for and both of us enjoyed the experience and will be returning soon!

Went to get a full body massage with oil and hot stones. BOY!!! That was the best massage Ive ever experienced. No flattery or exaggeration. I highly recommend them. Kathy is the best!!! BTW, the massage is worth the money! So looking forward to another session.

This is my 5th times and always happy but today a BIG NO! I went with my sister to treat her, she was happy for the massage but i am not. I like heavy hand but this person hand is rough, she put oil that feels cold and she will even pour out both in my legs together that feels messy. The massage is not what i ussually get there. My favorite is the hot stone and towel but oh my goodness this person needs to learn from others. I almost wanting her stop massaging but i realize i paid already, if only i know i should not get 1 hr! Most time i felt being cared there but today no! I took note of her she is small like me and has tattoo in hand. I ussually give $20 tip but today i was thinking not to give but they asked if i want to give tip so i consider the person who massage my sister.

The Therapist was very nice. I believe she did her very best to make my massage enjoyable, however, the place is not great. The walls are thin you hear other people talking loud, and laughing I couldnt relax due to the noise. The rooms were quite humid.

The relax station is a great place! Its definitely my massage home. The staff are welcoming, and they really pay attention to my body. I have scoliosis. They are very aware of my back being a tension area, and they cater to that without me even saying anything.

Im not the type of person to leave reviews on businesses but after coming here I felt it was important to share my experience. My husband and I got a couples massage done on our anniversary. Overall my masseuse did an okay job, however my husband said that his masseuse was rough with him. By the time we got home his back was bruised.When our massage was done and as we were getting ready to leave, the two masseuse and the owner were blocking the door pressuring us to give them a tip. We told them that we did not have cash ( we paid for our massage when arriving with a debit card), so they grabbed our receipt from when we paid earlier and kept pointing to it saying “tip, tip, you leave tip”. It was our first time getting a massage so we didn’t know that tipping was even an option. Leaving a tip wouldn’t have been a problem, it was the fact that they pressured us into giving them one when the service wasn’t that great. Definitely not coming back & will never recommend to anyone

Best massage I’ve had in years! Massage therapists were very knowledgeable in multiple massage techniques, styles, and pressures. They included warm up, stress relieving broad strokes, hot stone, acupressure, deep tissue and steam cloth. I will be back !

I received an amazing massage on Saturday, September 16, 2023. I fell asleep I was so relaxed. I want to have a massage once a month and maybe more. Would love a rewards program for us regular customers. Especially when we refer you to others.

I had an amazing massage at Relax Station with Mary. I recently moved and have not been keeping up with my yoga practice or other exercise. My left shoulder has been very tight and I feel tension in my left hand, which tells me my body is very out of whack (and I may possible have a pinched nerve). Based on the other positive reviews, I booked an appointment and was matched up with Mary. She did an amazing job working on that shoulder as well as the rest of me. I can tell Im on my way to being back to myself after another massage or two. Highly recommend this business if youre in pain or just need some pampering.

I wanted to try this place to how it compares to my other massage spot. I would say this place is pretty good and affordable. The staff is very friendly and our massages were great. They do have card fees for a certain amounts but that pretty much seems to be the standard now for small businesses. I do like that they offer just foot massage or just back massages. They do have a lot of variety. Over all I was pleased with our experience.

They made me pay before my service I felt some type of way because This not my first massage or service and I know you pay after service, I also seen another person pay after there service. After my massage I left my keys in the room I was in and they wouldn’t allow me to get it as though I would take something. I would never go again.

My boyfriend sent me here to get my first professional massage, and it was so amazing. The rooms a set up beautifully and peaceful. She took her time and was very thorough. She was attentive and she kept checking on me, asking was I okay, to make sure I was good with the amount of pressure, or the technique she used, I definitely recommend

This place is lovely, relaxing and offers the best massages I’ve had in years. If you call ahead they’ll be ready for you and I’ve never had to wait. I’ve had 2 therapists so far and they were both incredible. They offer couples massages too and facials. I’m so happy I found them and highly recommend.

I went in broken and came out feeling like a new person. I was experiencing neck/shoulder pain for 2 weeks that interrupted my ability to sleep at night. My massage was at 2pm. I got home around 4pm and went to sleep and got the best sleep EVER. I woke up and the pain was gone....

Went with my husband for a last minute couples massage today and beyond amazing and I have received plenty in the past elsewhere. Areas that I did not know were stiff were significantly improved. I honestly did not imagine it was going to be this great. They were able to modify massage as I am 4 months pregnant. Will return for sure for more.

I just had an excellent massage at Relax Station. I highly recommend them. They answer the phone. They keep appointments. They confirm the appointment the morning of by text. Their facilities are tasteful, clean and very comfortable. Having had many massages around the world, I can say with authority that the massage I received from Anna was professional, superior and extremely satisfying. They do not offer foot treatments or scrubs, but they definitely offer walking on back and the rooms are equipped with ceiling bars for this purpose. Hot stones are also included. Their pricing is so reasonable and their massages are so excellent that, even without exploring the possibility of any other service or even the hint of any pressure to do so, I was happy to tip generously.

Been here a couple of times so far, I have to say the massage and service have been great. I usually get the 60 minute deep tissue massage with hot stones. It is $60 and I leave a $20 tip because of the great service I get. I leave feeling excellent and very relaxed. Tons of benefits from a good massage once in awhile, I would definitely recommend this place. You can make appointment online or call in.

Worst massage possible. If you know you have a prenatal massage, why would you cover the client with so many blankets?? Pregnant women overheat extremely fast. I’ve never had a massage where they want to cover my face the entire time. The “massage” was little women pinching my back the entire time. I left with an extreme migraine. Also it’s super unprofitable demand a tip while I’m leaving. Also amazing that the massage is listed as $70, and I was charged $72. Watch you account, cause they charge more then they claim. And no, there’s no fee listed anywhere.

Absolutely love this place. Ive now started scheduling half hour chair massages (clothes on) on almost a regular basis now. Ill definitely keep coming back! Prices are excellent and if the massage is great I like to tip in cash (yes way more than 30% too!) they deserve it.

I booked an appointment for a Fathers Day gift. I went in to pay for service and gain a feel of the environment days prior. The environment was relaxing and welcoming. I loved the environment after I walked in as my normal, cheerful, upbeat self saying hello to the receptionist and she asked me to be quieter. After the 90 minutes of full body massage my Mr. came out looking relaxed and destressed. He complimented Anna onher (medium level) massage technique and didnt hesitatet to tip. My husband and I were looking for something relaxing to do to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We normally go see a massage therapist all the way out in Portage (we live in Munster), but she didnt have 2 back to back appointments. Then I did a search and found this place, which is literally 5 minutes from us. NOT ONLY could we get a couples massage, but it was reasonable in cost and excellent. The room we were taken to was very nice, good ambience, soft lighting and music. We each had our own masseuse and she did a great job. I was so relaxed within just a few minutes. I felt amazing, but told my husband its dangerous that its so close to where we live! I can see us going back there and doing this more often. The workers we saw were all very kind and courteous.

Gave me and my friend our whole 90 minutes it was a little ruff but this was my first time and maybe I was tense . Use the hot stones a tad bit longer but overall very nice and pleasing ! Great experience for my first time and would recommend

I get a massage at Relax Station one to two times a week. Its now part of my pain management plan for injuries sustained 54 years ago while serving in the Army.I get severe muscle spasms in low back and legs. Post-op failed spinal surgeries X3. I have tried Massage Envy, Fitness Point and others. They were very good but locations were not as convenient. Since discovering Relax Station it has become my go to. The therapist I see consistently remembers my spinal issues and trigger points. She essentially has developed a massage routine specific to me, and it has indeed become a more effective massage. She incorporates into the massage HOT! moist towels to heat to my painful and problem areas. The hot rocks are similarly helpful as well.I suppose language/communication could be better but I know how difficult it is to learn a new language and clearly they are learning. We always succeed through perseverance and language apps. Ive never been hassled for a tip or anything untoward. After many visits I dont have to leave the neighborhood. I feel better

The therapists here do a great job. They are skilled at what they do and listen to your feedback about what you need. I’ve had a good experience every time. Give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I love this place. Its Chinese massage techniques. The ladies are always very friendly and accommodating to get you in. Ive had reflexology and regular massage. They do a fantastic job. If youre looking for and authentic massage, and not just a therapist that rubs your body, this place has it all. There with therapists are very knowledgeable and respond well to what your body is telling their hands during the massage. They know all the right places to massage and are always considerate about how hard their pressure is.

I love coming here for my massages, they do such a great job. I always leave feeling much better. It’s clean, everyone is professional and although there is at times a language barrier that doesn’t take away from the experience.I wish I knew how to speak the language so I can properly thank the masseuse for always knowing where I need to relieve the stress areas.I only wish some of the customers understood that there are other people there trying to relax and have a zen moment, it doesn’t happen every time I go but it has.

Casey was amazing, she started out by asking me if i preferred a soft medium or hard massage. Each time she moved to a different area she asked if I was okay. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the service is worth the price. Ive have already scheduled my next appointment and I would recommend this place.

The massage was very ok in terms of getting relief and feeling relaxed. I stress that youre very careful about who you let massage you. I had only a 30 minute back massage and she massaged the nerve connected to my eyes ( and my vision was blurry for 20 minutes. I wouldnt recommend this place. I just left about 15 mins ago, and let me just say I feel like I’m on a cloud. My body feels so free of tension and stress. I purchased the 60 min massage for $60 and it was well worth the price. The therapist Ali was extremely attentive to my muscles that needed more work. She was very polite and gentle but firm when needed. I will definitely be returning. Next time I’ll have to purchase a longer massage time because it felt too good I wasn’t ready for it to be over.In addition, they were very clean and practiced health precautions. They checked my temperature upon arrival, had me sanitize my hands before going into the massage room. Then after Ali massage my hands she then spritzed my hands and hers w hand sanitizer before moving on to the next body part. All in all a wonderful relaxing experience. Will definitely recommend and return.

It’s was too loud, we were undressed and cold waiting for 25/30 minutes to get a massage with no sheet. Also the massage felt like they really didn’t want to do it I’m never going back!! Can I get a refund!!! Wanted to give them 0 stars but it would let me!!! It’s a no for me!!!

I was very sore today and had really bad allergies over the weekend. I actually ended up leaving work early because my neck was very stiff. I managed to make an appointment for today like always, they accommodate same day appointments. I went in and had one of the best massages I could imagine. I actually got a little sad towards the end when it was time to go because I didn’t want the massage to end. Highly recommend this place, they know what they are doing. Nothing but professionals here that will make you feel better.

I went for a couples massage today. I feel amazing. My husband and I ran a few minutes late for our appointment and they were still so accommodating to us. Definitely would recommend and will be back for another massage soon!

The massage was 7/10 but the customer service and over the top fees are what ruined the experience for us. They greeted us by pointing at the sign which showed the cost for the massages. When I agreed that the massage price he pointed at was the one I wanted, he immediately directed me to the cash register. I paid what was due plus an additional $5 since my credit card transaction was over $100!! That was excessive in my mind. After the massages were completed, I asked if I could leave their tips on a card and if there would be another card fee and he said yes!!! I believe that them making us pre-pay before receiving the service is terrible for their employees because we have no idea what to tip. I won’t be back solely because of how they act with customers, not because they don’t provide a good massage.

We can not recommend these folks enough!! The hot stone massage, hot towels & reflexology— we walked out feeling like new. The location is nice, dim, and the music was very relaxing. The masseuse asked several times about the pressure & temp. Mom & I each purchased a massage, & they allowed us to have them together!Be patient through communication, as English is not their first language.

This place is great! A little different because it is a thai massage...but Jack is my go to guy there for deeper massage, hot stone and cupping! Although others have been good too!

Was able to just walk in and get a couples massage for my birthday. I got medium pressure and the masseuse was able to work out all my knots but what’s really impressive is that my boyfriend had a woman walk on his back while another woman massaged his arms. We both left extremely relaxed and had a wonderful time.

I asked for soft (Swedish) massage and thats exactly what I got. They hit every point I wanted. My husband loved it too. Definitely would recommend and come back.

I gave the lady $10 tip or even more in just singles and she still had the audacity to say “more” apparently their not grateful for what we give them

The fact that this place is still open and has 5 stars is ridicules. They give you only a small towel to cover up with, which my masseuse kept lifting. They dont talk to you or ask what you like or need. The massage was the worst I ever received and left my back swollen, bruised and in pain. So unprofessional.

I had wonderful experience considering I was a walk in. I chose the 2 hour massage. My back legs and feel much better. I plan for a return in a couple of weeks.

I usually go to Massage Envy but they didn’t have any openings and I was in need of a deep tissue massage. The massage I got from this place left me sore afterwards, even more pain than before I came in. I’ve come to the conclusion that not every place knows what a deep tissue massage is. My masseuse was rough.

The only complaints that I have is the many interruptions. I dont appreciate people answering phones and scheduling appointments during my massage and the many times my sister and I were left during our massage to attend to other people. And the lady stopped us and forced us to leave a tip. The place is clean and the atmosphere is good but its not for me.Will not be returning.

I was gifted a groupon for here and went today. When I called to schedule the appointment the women on the phone spoke almost no english and got frustrated that I couldnt understand her. Only thing I understood was her asking if 7pm was ok and I said yes. She than told me ok and hung up on me. I went at 7pm and when I walked in,it took a few minutes for anyone to acknowledge me and when they did, I was told to come back and wait. Again,speaking very little english, so for some reason instead of waiting in the waiting room on the couch, she had me sit on the side of one of the massage table beds which was extremely uncomfortable. 25 minutes went by without anyone saying anything to me,I was about to leave when I was ushered to a back room. She told me to lay down after putting my things in a basket, I honestly couldnt understand what she told me but I did what I thought she said and waited while laying down with my top off. There I waited another 15 minutes for anyone to say anything or come to me. I have never felt so uncomfortable and I actually was about to start crying. The dirty looks the 2 female staff gave me were enough to make me want to leave(presumably from using a groupon) before being completely ignored. Finally after such a long wait, a guy comes into the room and asks if im ready. Jack was the person I had give me a massage and even though there was a frustrating language barrier,he was sweet and gave me a wonderful massage. It felt great. Unfortunately, he had to stop a few times to answer the door when new customers came in and honestly I dont believe I got 50 minutes of time but my hot stone combination massage was still very relaxing and nice. I wish I enjoyed it enough to come back but the staff and experience beside the actual massage was incredibly stressful and upsetting. A shame because the place itself looks great and is very nice inside.UPDATE: The owner reached out to me and explained how there was a misunderstanding and 2 late clients right before me,as well as the woman who spoke to me on the phone had to leave early that day. They are welcoming me back to try them again at no cost. The owner seems like a very kind person and with customer service like that,how can I say no to giving them another try :)

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Got a Groupon for two 60 minute foot, neck & back massages as a gift. I went one day & used one. The massage was not even good. But I went back today because I still had one free from my Groupon gift. Then went again today to use my second part of the Groupon, and the lady said the Groupon was already used. She showed me a card that said gift certificate for the second one she should have given to me. She gave me the wrong card with the prices of their services. She had no way of looking back into her system to see if I had only come once. Wanted me to pay for my second massage that should have been free!!! Would not even try to make me happy, just kept saying “You pay”. So I told her I’m not paying for a service that I should have for free. Left & will never be coming back to this place ever again!!! Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else!

My therapist today was by far the best Ive ever had and I plan to request her only during my future visits. The inside was also rather nice and welcoming as well.

It was fine but unusual. I tipped and they looked at the bill and said, thank you more tip with their hand out. I dont recommend.
