All the staff are super amazing the prices are great and when Ive ever had an issue with a vape after I have left and used the vape I was able to exchange without any issues. They are always quick to help their customers that extra mile. Mind you I have only had to exchange once but the young lady that works there (I call miss J) is always friendly and amazing at her job. Thank you guys so much for being over the top!!!! All of you are awesome!!!

They sold me 3 fake elf bars 2 were defective when I confronted them they didnt care and didnt know their supplier or where they order from

I used to shop at this place exclusively because the staff was kind and helpful and knowledgeable, however in recent months Ive only been able to interact with the owner, who is very rude. I went in recently and tried to ask for clarification on what measure 108 means for vaping and he literally laughed at me for not understanding, and continued to laugh at me, even after I tried to explain that my disability makes it hard to understand. It may not be his job to explain things to me, but I think everyone should be treated with respect and not leave the store, not only empty handed, but also feeling worse about yourself. I wont go back to this store is the owner is a working. Quality of the products is good, if youre willing to open yourself to having customer service laugh in your face when you ask questions.

All the employees that have helped me for the past 3 years have been pretty cool. Theyre knowledgeable, helpful, and down to earth people that treat you like youre an acquaintance rather than a sale (or worse easy mark) or just another face.Also signed up for their rewards style program and always get discounts when I pick stuff up. Oh, also, Ive never gotten a trash disposable valet either, like all the super fake Puff bars floating around that will make you sick, taste like sh*t, break 10 puffs in, or just not work at all out of the box. Always gotten decent products here. Always.

They went out of their way to order my favorite juice that I used to order for myself. I know that this was no easy feat because many shops tried but without any success, on top of doing my own research and finding that the company (FRYD) was going through major changes since the laws changed back in March/April. So, yeah Im beyond thrilled that they went to such great lengths to get their hands on this product per my request!The staff and service is always great. They will do whatever they can to help you with all of your vape needs and because of that, Ill recommend them every day of the week!Lastly, if youre looking for a creamy & sweet vanilla juice, they have it now. *FRYD ice cream*Im extremely picky and have had to settle for quite some time with juices that just dont meet my standards (I guess Im picky) but Oregon Vape Shoppe unexpectedly came through and I am so grateful!Thanks guys! 🖤

This became my only shope quickly. The owner and the crew are an absolute blast! This store has everything Ive ever needed and they are way cool and down to earth. Ive never had anyone try to sell me anything I didnt need, and they help to educate and really know the industry and products really well!

My first experience at Oregon Vape Shoppe will be my last. I went in looking for a CCell type battery and was recommended a product by the employee working there. It wasnt the style that I was looking for, but it came highly recommend and so I purchased it. That same day, after buying a cartridge for the pen, on the first use the pen broke. It was a key fob style pen and when I pushed the button to flip the cartridge out, the momentum of its movement caused the cartridge to rip out of its holding and disconnect from the rest of the pen.This pen was very cheaply made and I could tell wouldnt have lasted long regardless. Now this isnt necessary the fault of Oregon Vape and I wasnt upset with them for it, but I did want to return it to get my money back.When I got to the shop to return the product I was informed that all sells were final and that they accepted no returns for any reason. I tried to argue the point that it was a defective product and they should contact the manufacturer for the return, but as I was their customer that I should be granted a return. Its not their fault it was broken nor that it was cheap, but if they are not only selling a product, but recommending it to customers they should stand by that product.I was told that if I wanted my money back that I should contact the manufacturer myself. This makes no since being that I bought it from them and the manufacturer will offer nothing else except for a replacement after I ship the old one back at my own expense. I dont want a replacement of a cheaply made product. I would like my money back.We will see if the store owner cares enough to respond to this review and if they care enough for repeat business. Please do the right thing by your customers and not your profit margin.

Being new to the area, definitely one of my favorite shops to go to from the start. The staff makes you feel welcome right when you step foot in the door. As well as they have some pretty good deals and are always helpful if you have any questions. Keep up the good work!! :)

I was away from my home neighborhood and stopped in for the first time to find a replacement mod. Great selection, decent prices, fast service, super clean place. I was greeted immediately (always a plus) and I picked up more knowledge in 5 minutes than I had acquired from all the other places I’ve been over numerous lengthy visits. I was thanked for my business and invited to return and I most defiantly will.

Nice little shop, kind of tucked away but very organized and clean. Didnt catch her name, but friendly and helpful cashier. Couple arcade games set up in the corner, and a decent selection of vape accessories. Also looked like a nice stock on glass. Thanks again!

I went in for my first time yesterday and was actually impressed by the selection and how up to date everything was. the dude working was helpful and even hooked me up with a free bottle of juice on top of a discount on the one i bought and both flavors are awesome. the shops in beaverton are outdated and their selections suck to the point to where i went online only. this place is easily worth the drive.👌

Disgusting. The dude was clearly on stuff an when i bought juice the dude charge a addition 20 dollars for card because they dont wanna pay the bank card fees so they charge a additional 20 dollars... i told him nevermind i want a refund an he said there was nothin he can do an no refunds. He didnt even mention there was a fee. Never going there again the buisness is clearly gonna shutdown just beaware an dont go there.

Great place. Great owner. Great staff. Works with you to make what you need happen. 4 stars though these guys never answer the phone. Which is weird they always answer the phone when I’m in the shop. Maybe I’m just less entertaining than other customers and they can get to the phone.

Been in here twice (both times were when waiting for my covid shot at the Walgreens across the street) and both times were wonderful.Not a lot of vape shops seem to actually have that nice, hand selected variation of flavors. At this place you can tell that theyve actually put some thought and effort into finding some really good, presentable flavors.I always have issues finding shops with good desert flavors, and this place is the best I know of in oregon as far as their selection of desert flavors. Im really satisfied with this place and Im planning on driving 30+ min to this place every time I need new juice just because I appreciated it that much.If youre picky with your flavors like I am definitely come here.

Disappointed in the customer service. They don’t know as much as they should or pretended to. Told to buy products that did not fit my set up. Wasted a lot of money for no reason. And the guy working the counter was pretty rude. Dude with the beard... more customer training for you please.

Thanks for showing me how shady the vape world is! How RUDE!Im a prospective customer looking for a specific device and I called for a price and they refused to discuss it. I find that type of customer service off-putting and down right dishonest.They stated that I may be a competitor, which is fine.... If I offer a product, and a I claim to be a competitor I would stand behind my prices. If I called upon any other direct retail sales establishment, I would get a price.This makes me think that customer service is very low on importance at this shop, and I urge anyone treated in the same manner to boycott any and all establishments with this type of practice. There are many forthcoming shops out there.

No idea what they have or what their products need. They sell vape equipment and not the parts needed to use them.

I parked my semi (bobtail) in the back. If youre a trucker, you can get in there bobtail, but do not try it with a trailer. Small parking lot. The store is not accessible because of the covid. However you stand in the entranceway and they have their stock bunched around you the best they can. The girl working there was courteous and helped a good bit. I was out in 5 minutes max. Nice selection of juice to choose from, even in the higher nicotine levels.

I went here for a long time but once i stopped spending money here his wife was rude. I never said anything but she would make comments behind my back. There children work there and either sit on the computer ignoring you or there daughter is raving about beating someone up. They just want your money. Over charge you. Ive bought bad juice there and a 100$ mod that has never worked right. If you buy juice or products somewhere other then there they take it personal.good luck!

Perfect place to visit when in Oregon. These guys were very kind, n helpful from beginning to end. They had everything I needed, n then some. I bought the newest Nord the Nord-X which will be the newest Nord until next week,🤔😁. I left spending some bucks buy hey... no tax, which makes my whole trip to Oregon worth it, besides my granddaughters they come in number 1, n 1. Twins who I love. Their MOMMY 🙆🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️💁🏾‍♀️, shes my handful soooooo I can emojis all over the world around my daughter.

I am always greeted once I walk in each and everytime. I love the environment the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I drive from Newberg to Hilsboro for work and if I run out of juice I WILL drive out there to hang out for a few minutes and stock up on new and improved delicious flavors of juices and brands Ive never tried. I would definitely recommend this Vape shop for ALL your needs and wants.

I have been going to this vape shop for over a year now. The customer service is excellent. I love that its family owned and operated. They put the shop together beautifully. I have vape shops closer to my home but will not go to them because I feel like nothing can compare to the ambiance of this particular shop. Ive had a couple of issues with different mods that I purchased from this shop (to be expectes) and, anytime I brought these up to them they were happy to help in a respectful and professional manner. Love this place!!

I went to Oregon Vape Shoppe for about a year, I say went because I successfully quit smoking and then vaping with their help. Anyway it’s a great little shop with a selection rivaling any online vendor and that’s great and all but the part I really liked about the shop was that each flavor was individually curated by Chris & Jessie. They don’t just buy lines from Cosmic Beard or whatever the hell hipster brand is hot right now they actually go through the old school trial and error process of vaping each bottle of goodness before slapping their seal of approval on them. I used to go in every couple of weeks and get a bottle of this Baker’s treat Marshmallow vape and then tell them to pick me a couple of bottles for me.Their flavor profiles are THAT good that I just let them pick 2 bottles for me a month. Personally I think it’s the best shop around so you should probably at least peek in.

Solid shop and people. Great prices and customer service. Best part is they advocate for our industry. I wont frequent a shop whos just in it for the money. Go here!

Decided to support a different vape shop today and definitely wont be returning. The associate seemed extremely bothered with having to assist me with even the basic duty of getting me liquid. I frequent Different vap shops and each shop Ive always felt a sense of community and comfort of discussing multiple options for product knowledge. Often times these discussions have lead to finding a quality product that suits my needs and the knowledge I receive I pay forward. However when asking the associate at Oregon Vape Shoppe If he knew why my RTA would be leaking?...the response took me completely off guard because I hadnt experienced such a patronizing response before. He responded as such...he asked... when I smoked cigarettes where did I get my cigarettes from...I thinking this was typical small talk discussions that I have often had at other stores...replied I usually just bought at a convenience store...then rude as can be said...when you smoked did you go into the stores and ask how they made their cigarettes? I was completely confused as to why he would be so irritated by my question and so unwilling to be helpful with his prprofessional opinion. If your looking for ejuice than by all means this may be your spot if your looking for customer service, knowledge or commarodiroty this definitely is NOT the place to go. Perhaps the associate didnt know the answer and decided to respond with an attitude. I was extremely disappointed in the service Id hate for anyone else to feel such disregard and rudeness when there are so many other vapor shops ready and willing to answer and share their knowledge.

Okay, I’ve giving this place multiple chances and the same guy has given me wrong information about coils, glass fittings, and tanks that Ive bought; just to find out they don’t work or fit with my mod. If you have basic questions that need answers go to Smoke 4 you off Baseline. They seem to know a lot more.

Stopped in last week because my ijust start (purchase elsewhere) was burning through coils. The staff helped me find a solution. I walked out with a new Amigo Driptide mini tank and its working great on my stick mod. They took the time to understand my needs and what I wanted out of my vaping experiences. This helped us narrow down my tank selection quickly. Once wegot the tank figured out I got to test it on a box mod a compare it to my stick and wow Im missing out right now, but in a month or two I will be back to find a box mod upgrade to go with this sweet tank. Thanks Oregon Vape Shop for helping me out last week.

Always out of the coils I need. Nord .6 mesh or 1.8salt coils. Ill go in on the delivery day and they didnt order the right coils or enough of the correct ones. Very frustrating. Probably wont be going back.

Drive 15 mins to get there on lunch break after calling on the phone 3 times to see if they’ve got what I need. No answer of course then walk in and one guy is sitting on couch playing video games. Of course they didn’t have what I needed and could of been a simple answer over the phone. 🤨
