Life Stage is amazing! The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and every massage I’ve had has left me feeling like a new person. Highly recommend whether you’re looking to incorporate massage into your wellness routine or just looking for relief from the occasional aches and pains.

The therapists are welcoming and warm, good communicators, and very professional, and the pricing is pretty good. I think thats recipe for a great experience and it has been for us on more than one occasion. My shoulder says thank you!Id rate the administration as just OK, but thats not a big deal.

Had an amazing 90 min massage with Catherine! She eased into the pressure to warm up my muscles and incorporated areas that are typically skipped like the scalp and jaw. I especially liked the foot reflexology.Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been going to Life Stage massage for 13 years. Molly, the owner, trains all of the massage therapists very well. I have had wonderful experiences with Keisa, Elena, and Ninnette (in addition to Molly herself, who no longer takes clients.) Highly, highly recommend.

In town for the day and found this gem of a spot! They were so helpful d easy to work with. My 90 minute with Julie was perfect. She was so considerate of my needs and had the perfect pressure. Thank you for an awesome experience and tips on where we should grab lunch!!

Catherine is a miracle worker! She put me back together postpartum. I’ve had years of shoulder issues and am incredibly tense and she intuitively knows how to hit all of the right pressure points. My pain is gone after our sessions!

I’m so glad I found this place! From the moment I walked in they made me feel right at home. Super sweet staff + cozy waiting area. I came in with major discomfort around the right side of my neck/shoulder blade + wrist and in 45min Julie made me feel significantly better! I had never had such an amazing massage. I couldn’t recommend Life Stage Massage enough. I went for the first time this week for an induction and acupressure massage a few days ahead of my due date and I almost don’t have the words to describe the experience. I was having a tough morning and feeling stressed and emotional ahead of arriving for my appointment and Catherine greeted me like the kind, gracious healer she is, instantly putting me at ease. The actual massage was absolutely wonderful as well. Catherine made sure I felt comfortable and really helped to release tension all over my body and help prepare me for labor. I just wish I had found this place earlier on in my pregnancy!

I woke up today to my boyfriend on the floor unable to get up and in need of help to get medical care. In the middle of all of this he kept saying he had a massage and doesnt want to miss it, so he wants to give himself a second to see if he feels better. Bewildered, I left to get the car, told him to call and tell the massage place whats going on, and said that theres no way any business in their right mind would not be accommodating. Low and behold, I get back to him to find them saying sorry thats happening, were going to have to charge you the full price no offer to reschedule, not even just keeping the deposit. Im sitting in the waiting room while hes been receiving tests for over an hour and Im writing this. He spends money at this business multiple times a month, he is a loyal customer, sometimes even misses things we could be doing because he doesnt want to be inconsiderate regarding his reservations. Its just disgusting that a business would think this is good practice. I come from a business family, Ive been an appointment based worker and never once have I considered financially punishing a good client while they are experiencing a medical emergency. Bad practices, even worse customer care. When theyve been late to his massages (which they have) he never complains and still tips. Yet they cant give any courtesy. He didnt want to say anything because hes so sweet, but I will. Take your business elsewhere

Hoped for so much more from this business. A place I used to recommend pregnant and postpartum clients and friends to is now one I would caution you to avoid.Read their cancellation policy & you will learn how little they value their clientele and their employees. It is so unfortunate to see a business that targets prenatal and postpartum women treat such woman with little understanding for unforeseen circumstances including illnesses and accidents.A little grace can go a long way and I hope this business adapts to that realization. Unfortunately, my business will now be going elsewhere.

Had my first massage at Hoboken Womens Wellness today and it was wonderful! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Julie was my massage therapist and she was amazing! She immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. It was clear she loves what she does which is always nice! We were able to utilize the support pillows they offer to have a portion of the massage be face down which hasnt been possible at other spas. Ive had a few prenatal massages and this was by far the best. It was actually one of the best massages Ive had in general. Highly recommend!

This place is great. I’ve found several massage therapists here who do a good job. There are a number of different people and not all of them were right for me so it took a few tries. The facility is small and unremarkable but the massage rooms are comfortable. Tea and water and snacks are available. The staff is very nice and welcoming. They offer discount packages which is helpful.

I just left my massage with Catherine and I am on cloud nine. My amazing mom gifted me a 75 minute prenatal massage and I haven’t stopped thanking her. The warmth I felt from the moment I walked through the door was unlike anything I’ve experienced even from the nicest spa. Catherine was knowledgeable and can be best described as a healer. She not only found and alleviated all my 33 weeks pregnant aches but educated me throughout the session. Cannot recommend enough and I will be back!

I had my pre-natal massage done with Keisa and I cannot recommend her enough. She was kind and her technique and skills are above my expectations. I left feeling like a different person!

Amazing spot. I’ve seen Keisa and Julie during my first pregnancy and after. Both were kind, always considerate, and gave great massages. Julie was fantastic when I came in with sciatica pain and was having trouble walking. Felt so much better afterwards!

Had the best experience! I am 5 months pregnant and did the prenatal massage with Adia. She was professional and so comforting. The massage was top notch as I can’t remember a time I had ever been so relaxed! Will definitely go back and recommend to anyone!

I went here for a prenatal massage and it was just what I needed. My back and neck were killing me but my masseuse (Nadia) was able to make me feel like new. It was also wonderful to be able to lay on my stomach for the first time in months. They had a special pillow with a belly hole. After the massage I did a foot bath which was also so relaxing

Catherine is amazing, she finds all of my trouble spots and does everything she can to make sure I’m comfortable while Im there. Shes such a caring and genuine person.Everyone working there always makes sure you are relaxed & well taken care of.

Great experience at Hoboken Womens Wellness for prenatal massages. I went multiple times between 20-36 weeks for massages with various staff members and always had a great massage and felt well cared for and that they had experience in what not to do when youre pregnant. The one thing I wish is that they had tables with holes in them for the pregnant belly, I had a hard time getting comfortable with the pregnancy pillow device setup they had that you put your belly into — I was always concerned I was squishing it, so Id sometimes do fully side-lying massages instead of on my belly.

My therapist was Julie and she was amazing. She gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been to Hoboken Womens Wellness/Life Stage Massage a few different times and it’s always exceeded expectations. The ambiance is relaxing and intimate, the therapists are all welcoming and attentive, and the massages are one of a kind. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been coming to Hoboken Women’s wellness since my first pregnancy. I have always had amazing experience with the therapists here. My mom and my husband (yes! all genders are welcome here) also became regulars :)Ninette and Julie are definitely our go-tos, hands down. They not only have wonderful and effective techniques they create such relaxing experience that make us feel at ease. Absolutely loved my prenatal massage. No exaggeration I feel like a new person! I will definitely be back a few times before i deliver munchkin. Ninette was Amazing! She listened and focused on all the areas i mentioned. She was thorough, sweet, and patient. The facility is clean and relaxing. Only downside was the parking. But on Sundays it’s easier to navigate. Do not hesitate to give this place a try.

I have come here multiple times for 2 pregnancies. And have had a few masseuse help me. They were all very wonderful. They listen, they are clean, understanding, very easy to book or to get a hold of. It’s a very relaxing place. The ambiance is just so stress relieving, and then you one of the best massages you can get, and it’s like you wake up as a whole new person. Highly reccommend!

Hoboken Womens Wellness has been a staple for me throughout my first pregnancy, and now with my second. Ive had prenatal, postnatal, and labor induction massages when my due date came and went! Ive seen Caroline, Julie, Mollie, and Keisa and theyve all been incredible. I cant recommend this wonderful place enough! Having the pillows for support so I can receive a massage on my stomach during pregnancy is such a treat. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a massage here no matter what your stage of life :)

I received a prenatal labor induction massage with Catherine and it was AMAZING!At 40+ weeks pregnant, I didn’t think comfortable was a thing! She made me feel very welcome and relaxed. The massage was great from start to finish, I wish it didn’t end. I left feeling like I was floating on a cloud and confident I’d meet my baby soon enough.My massage took place on Tuesday, by Thursday I was dilating and Saturday baby girl made quite an entrance.Looking forward to a postnatal massage.

I absolutely love this massage center! I got a prenatal massage in my third trimester and I was blown away how comfortable I felt even with my big belly. They have a great cushion system that allows you to lay face down while pregnant. And for 60 minutes you magically feel like you’re not pregnant lol. It’s pretty amazing! The massage was also on the harder side, which I like. You really feel the care and respect for women’s bodies here and I think that’s what makes this place so special. I’ll be a lifelong client!

Ive loved every massage at Hoboken Womens Wellness. I received both prenatal and postnatal massages and they have all been wonderful and SO helpful. Their staff is so skilled, this is not your average massage/body rub-down, they really make a difference where you need it most. I am so glad I found Hoboken Women’s Wellness when I was pregnant. By far the best massages of my life, and all the people are knowledgeable about pregnancy and postpartum. It’s also really great tj be able to lay face down while pregnancy, something many of us miss. They arrange a bolster and pillows to make it all extremely comfortable. My postpartum massage was also phenomenal (the back pain from nursing and carrying a baby on one arm is out of control) and I leave there feeling amazing.

Loved it here. My massage therapist was so thorough before we started, ensuring what it was that I wanted focus on, and I felt incredibly comfortable. Even when I had to use the restroom right in the middle of my massage. The luxurious robe kept me feeling calm and cozy until I got back. Will definitely be back

I am 9 months pregnant and treated myself to a spa day at the Hoboken Women’s Wellness Center with Catherine. Catherine was so kind and attentive to all of my needs. The prenatal massage with the aromatherapy add on was fantastic! Catherine used lavender for my massage and even cleared my congested sinuses with Eucalyptus. I felt felt so relaxed and cared for. When I got off the bed, I felt like a was floating on clouds. Loved the experience and would definitely recommend the prenatal massage.

Had a wonderful experience here. Very comfortable massage table (bolsters and pillows allowed me to lay on my side), very relaxing massage, therapist took time to talk to me before the massage to discuss my pregnancy symptoms and my goals for the session. She also made sure to check on me during the massage to adjust pressure accordingly. Highly recommend!

A good friend gifted me a prenatal massage here, and it was much needed in my 8th month of pregnancy. The massage therapists make sure you’re comfortable, adjust the apparatus to the size of your belly, and ensure that the entire experience is relaxing and enjoyable. They are very experienced in prenatal massages and know exactly what pressure points help relieve pain. Definitely would go back post-natal (and prenatal in the future!) for another massage.

This place is a gem. The massages are wonderful and they cater to your individual needs. The ability to be on your belly while pregnant is amazing. The customer service is great and they have thought of every detail to the fresh snacks, the makeup remover pads in the Bathroom and the wireless phone chargers in each massage room. I had a post natal massage at 6 weeks PP and it was amazing and just what this tired mama needed. Keisa listened carefully to what my preferences were and its definitely top 3 best massages Ive ever gotten. Would highly recommend for both pre-and post natal!

Have had two fantastic pre-natal massages with Caroline thus far and Im kicking myself for waiting until 22 weeks to get my first massage! I love that she takes the time to listen to where my problem areas are and really caters the massage to address my discomfort! It surprisingly was even more comfortable than I thought. Ive continued to see Caroline roughly every two weeks to now weekly at 34 weeks and its been a big help throughout my pregnancy!

Amazing service! I’m currently 33 weeks along and have been experiencing a rather physically grueling pregnancy compared to the average woman (I have a bad hip/ankle/back from years of dancing and saw a chiropractor, amongst other abnormal pregnancy symptoms). Simply laying on the massage table on top of the bolsters was so relaxing, I didn’t even need the massage, lol. Besides that, the ambience is super therapeutic and the staff are so kind and always offer you water/tea (even snacks sometimes) before and after your appointment!Caroline was my therapist for my first massage and was super calming and relaxing, knew the perfect amount of pressure and relieved discomfort and the painful parts of my body that I didn’t even realize were there! Nikki was my therapist for my second session, and was super accommodating and knowledgeable - she answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained things to me throughout my massage.Heard of this place through a recommendation on the What to Expect app, and I’m so glad I listened and booked my first session! I immediately bought a 5-session package after my first massage. Have literally been telling all of my pregnant/recently pregnant friends about the place, I love it!!

My wife who is 7.5 months pregnant with our first child said it was the best present I ever gave her. They really do a great job of tailoring the massage to whatever you want them to focus on. I could tell from when I first walked in that my wife was in good hands. We booked a second appointment, and I’m sure we’ll be booking more in the future.

I received a prenatal massage while I was 7months pregnant last year and I loved it. I had bad sciatic nerve pain and the massage therapist really focused on that plus gave me tips. I highly recommend this spa for pregnancy and postnatal care.

Nikki was my therapist and the massage was wonderful! So relaxing and they have all the right pillows and wedges to make even a 30+ week pregnant woman feel comfortable. I went to Hoboken Womens Wellness center hesitatingly for the first time when I was 36 weeks pregnant. My experience was amazing and the 90 min session was the best thing I could have gifted my body. I went again for two postnatal visits since and my body thanks me each time. The atmosphere, staff and treatments are all top notch. I had my first prenatal massage today with Ninette and it was awesome! Highly recommend! She was very thorough and made me feel comfortable the entire experience, and the spa takes safety precautions for covid with hepa filter machines in each room and masks the entire time unless you opt to remove yours while face down in the headrest that is lined with sheets. My favorite parts were the hot towels that were a pleasant surprise throughout the massage. It was also cool that they use squishy foam wedges between you and the table that leave room for your belly and chest so that you can lay face down. It was also a nice touch to grab some herbal tea on my way out!

I was lucky enough to receive a package of 5 massages from my husband one winter. Every visit was wonderful! I felt very well-cared for and relaxed. The service is very personal and individualized, and the massage was really very good. The rooms are clean and attractive, and most importantly for me - warm & comfortable! I have been going to Hoboken Womens Wellness for a few years now and I think Mollie runs the place exceptionally. I once had a scheduling issue and she resolved it immediately. She is also very receptive to feedback and adjusts her business accordingly, which makes me feel extremely comfortable in returning every time. The massages are great, the people are nice, and the experience is exactly what you would expect.

At 34 weeks pregnant, Ive really begun to feel aches and pains in my hips, legs, and back. Ninette was fantastic, and the massage was a nice balance between both firm and relaxing, based on my needs. The atmosphere was also very calming, and I came out of it feeling much better. Looking forward to coming back again soon.

I went to women’s wellness for a labor inducing massage and saw Diana. She was very sweet, smiled a lot and professional. I definitely recommend her. She was excellent ! Also would like to add I called Thursday afternoon for an appointment they were able to get me in Friday morning. Whomever answered was very friendly and accommodating!

This place is so personalized, relaxing and laid back. I went to Caroline every 2 weeks during my pregnancy and it was life changing. She offers a customized deep tissue massage and always finds spots I didnt even know were hurting me. Now after my pregnancy, I still go! She helps with all the new mom aches. Its always easy to get an appointment too.

Keisa did a great job on my first prenatal massage! Felt amazing after she worked on my tight spots on the neck and shoulders. She also did a great job on my arms to help with my carpal tunnel syndrome, and she helped ease the swelling on my feet. Already planning to come back for a labor inducing accupressure massage! I have greatly benefitted from their prenatal and postpartum massages. Ginger was my therapist most of the times, I have also had one appointment with Caroline. Both are really good, professional, courteous and sincere. Their package deals are good, individual appointments can be pricey. Its a great place.

My girlfriend surprised me with a massage for valentines day and it was awesome. Do not think they do all women, they definitely take care of men also so do not be caught off guard by the name. They are professional and licensed.

Hands down the absolute best massages in the area. Started going to them for pre-natal and they make it incredibly comfortable to lay face down with bolsters, and theyre so knowledgeable about prenatal everything with the body, I found it very educational as well. And now continue to go for regular massages. LOVE this place!!!

Hoboken Womens Wellness is my favorite place to get massages. Ive gotten both prenatal and regular massages with Keisa. I always find myself falling asleep from relaxation, and feeling rejuvenated and in less pain and discomfort afterwards. The amount of pressure is perfect throughout the entire massage. I just feel incredibly well taken care of -- which is such a nice feeling! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I contacted Hoboken Womens Wellness out of desperation as I was overdue with my first child by a week and was seeking options to go into labor naturally instead of being induced. I got the labor induction massage at 7 PM and my contractions started at 12 AM! The massage wasnt the most relaxing that Ive had (its not supposed to be!) but it certainly got the job done. I will be forever grateful to Hoboken Womens Wellness for helping me to get my labor started without the use of conventional drugs and highly recommend them!

I had a post partum deep tissue massage with quaneecia a month post delivery and it was absolutely amazing. She was very thorough and made my very sore back feel amazing. Highly recommend this gem of a person for your next massage there!!

I had a massage back in October with Kesia. This was such a wonderful and special experience! My company provided us with a self-care fund and Kesia made me feel so special and really focused on the areas that needed some work. She was very communicative and allowed my 60 minute massage to be both relaxing and even educational. I felt connected with and learned more about my body through Kesia’s massage. Again - i truly cannot say enough good things about this place! i started coming here during the thick of my pregnancy and about 6 months postpartum, i’m still obsessed with this place. always such amazing customer service - even their text message booking system is so intuitive and user-friendly!!I started seeing another therapist, Michele. She’s so kind and pleasant to speak to. And she makes sure that she addresses any particular parts of the body that cause more pain/discomfort than others. She tries to get to the root of the issue and explains what might be causing it, uses the perfect amount of pressure dependent on the spot, and even makes recommendations/suggestions on how to work on the issue @ home between sessions (i have a TERRIBLE back/shoulder problem, lol). She truly goes above and beyond.I cannot recommend this place and their staff enough!!

Love the labor inducing massage with Irene. I was very comfortable throughout the whole session. My husband saw the immediate effect on my mood, the aches on my hips and under my belly were gone. I just feel light all over, as if Im floating on air. I have yet to see if this will make me go into labor -- I am aware that the massage is geared towards gradual ease into the labor process, but I am overdue and willing to try holistic means to induce labor without having to resort to Pitocin. Even if I would end up getting induced at the hospital, I would still highly recommend getting the massage just to ease up the aches and pains associated with pregnancy. I would definitely be back for postnatal massages.Update: I actually ended up going on labor in the wee hours the next morning and having my child born later in the same day. Maybe the massage had something to do with it, but I think it definitely helped me be more relaxed which actually helps get you into labor.

I have been going to HWW regularly for several years now (pregnant and post-partum) and each experience is amazing. Its extremely easy to book appointments and the professionalism and quality of the treatments is amazing. They are very attentive to my needs. Everyone is always very thoughtful and they take Covid very seriously. I always feel safe there. I recommend HWW to all of my friends and moms-to-be!

HWW squeeze me in for last minute appointment and I was blessed to have Keisa. She was awesome and gave me a great induction massage to help me along. She was careful with positioning and making sure I was comfortable. Here’s hoping this helps me naturally go into labor in the two days.

Hoboken Women Wellness is like a little haven. All the therapist are extremely nice, but most importantly know how to relax your tense, tight muscles or whatever else your body/mind is in need of at that moment. I highly recommend Mollie! I went for an induction massage with Nikki at 7:45pm last night, and my due date was today 6/2. I hadn’t had any previous signs of going into labor prior to the massage. My water broke at 3:15 am this morning!! Nikki is absolutely incredible!! I am so grateful!

The space is warm and inviting. The treats (teas, infused waters, wholesome snacks) are a very nice touch ... but the stars of the show are the masseuses. Mollie is incredibly intuitive/insightful in her approach and I always leave feeling much better ( physically and mentally) than I did when I arrived. I go once a month and its worth every penny.

After reading HWWs incredible reviews, I decided to give them a try and my intro therapist was Caroline T.My first session was a Wednesday, I waited 48 hours to see how my body would react and on Friday, I called HWW to get their 20-session package because my whole body (not just my back) felt much lighter and relieved. Caroline helped alleviate pains that I didnt even know I had!I have a pretty stressful job and people often ask me how Im so energetic and able to work at 100%+ even pregnant, and I really do credit that to my weekly massages with Caroline.The facility is small but spotless. Just had my second massage with Mollie Bollers and left literally floating down the street. She is a massage therapist with the spirit and touch of an ancient healer. Masterful in a variety of therapeutic techniques, Reiki, trigger point and myofascial release. As a bodyworker, I can honestly say I have found a healing home in Mollies hands.
