Pulled in here with my semi truck early morning at 9am on a Thursday plenty of room for a big truck to get in and out was helped by Kendall she was very nice and helpful not many places for a truck driver to get vape juice but here was easy in and out Kendall recommended chubby blue sour saying it was her favorite I can honestly say its probably mine now to thanks so much for the great customer service! Keep up the great work! Would highly recommend this place for anyone needing vape products or juice thanks again!

This place has always been amazing! The person who work there. Autumn. She is the nicest and knowledgeable person. You got a question. She has the answer. Always puts a smile on my face when I need my juice! Always professional! Hands down best service I have ever got!

I had the BEST customer service experience ever, went in for 1 thing and left with 12! Autumn is so educated on the products they sell and the flavors, she’s so humble and sweet! I most definitely will be shopping there more often!

So the new shop is ok. Despite not having alot. Borrowing from other stores just to keep some what stocked. Idk if the main people that own joost. Have to chip in their money to actually have a full store of product or what? I will always love and go to joost. But its truly sad seeing the look on customers faces when the person has to tell them. There product isnt in. Or have no idea when the product will be back in stock. Do better the powers that be!

Generally a good experience. Im really not a fan of the manager there, hes quite pushy and rude. I bought a couple RDAs there, and I regret buying the ones they recommended.That manager is gone! The employees that I talk with in the shop are always very friendly and not pushy at all. Bumped up to 5 stars :)

When I went there I had very good service they help me with what I needed, Also they help me pick a Good but affordable Tank for my vape!

The staff is a great group of people to get to know! They are very knowledgeable about the products available to the consumer in todays world. They designated me as the store mascot. Due to the FDA rulings recently passed, I myself am willing to help the customer with what the employees are not able to. The store does sit back off the road, so just follow your nose, and the clouds!

This is my favorite vape shop in town! All the employees are very friendly and definitely know what they are talking about. The house juice is some of the best Ive had in town and theyve never steered me wrong with any advice theyve given me. Also their points program is pretty nice too!

I hate to knock this place cause Ive always had great service in the GR store but I sometimes visit this location out of convenience. Over the last 4 visits I have had 3 issues. Twice I had to go get cash because the credit card machine was broke and once they were out of coils. Other than that I have always been more than satisfied with their sales model and customer service.

This place rips me and my husband off all the time. They say a price of juice and then when you pay, the bottle ends up being $15 instead of $10 like they said it was. Of course they’ve run my card and it’s too late -to me that is false advertising. Prices are stupid high and some of the staff isn’t very friendly. I prefer Grandville Joost all the way instead of Holland. I literally get annoyed every time I walk in. Save your money and shop somewhere else that doesn’t mess up all the time.

They are very friendly and helpful, and if you sign up for their five star membership, which costs no money, they send out frequent texts which allow you to get free juice and discounted parts. Also, if you order online they send a free bottle of juice with your order most of the time.

These guys are always friendly and helpful and know their stuff. Great place to buy what you need, as well as a very chill spot to hang out. The atmosphere these guy have created make it hard to leave. Its the only place my friends and I go!

Shop people are always very nice, but the selection of juice is poor. Ive gone three time, gotten three bottles of Joost liquid, and the flavor in them is almost nonexistent. Ill go somewhere else to get regular brands of e-liquid.

My go to vape store in Holland. The staff are very knowledgeable and if they dont know something they are quick to admit it. The atmosphere is very laid back and chill, they are usually very talkative and friendly. The option to re-wrap your batteries is to me the best service. Im too scared to do it myself yet!😆

Best vape shop in town. The employees are super chill but know what theyre talking about. Its a relaxed atmosphere and they have their own juices as well as customizable juices. They also have a sweet rewards system setup. Definitely a fan.

Didn’t have a simple battery charger, didn’t understand that my mod has bigger batteries and then proceeded to tell me that the battery charger he did have would fit the bigger batteries IF I BENT THE PRONGS! Sadly under stocked and staff gave dangerous advice. Also told me a 3000 wat batter was the same as my 4007 AT $ 14 dollars EACH! Scammmm

You are lucky there is no zero star selected. Have fun losing your license or customers which ever comes first.If your management wants to approach this one star review, or not.Your employees are unprofessional.Your products are fake.

Friendly staff, but fairly small selection of tanks and mods. Im from a small town and our privately owned and operated local vape store is probably the same size but has at least 5 times the juice selection and easily 10 times the selection of tanks and mods. I asked for a coil and was told they dont carry that type cause the owner dont like them....and its all about what he likes? Overall experience was good but they need to update in a few ways...and prices were fairly high as well. A tank that sells for 45 in my town was 65 there.

Terrible customer service! On. Friday afternoon at 4:30, we stopped in to pick up a bottle of e-liquid. “Caleb G.” was the only apparent staff member and he was deeply occupied with one female customer whose e-cig wasn’t working. He allowed 8 customers to wait in line for over 15 minutes. A more appropriate method would have been to ask the time consuming customer (who continued to ask questions, further occupying his time), to wait a few minutes while he cleared the line of quicker transactions. When we were finally served, another female employee appeared from the other room and asked if he needed help AND HE STILL SAID NO, despite there still being 7 customers in line. Please take a customer service class Caleb!!!! We will not be back!

Speed of service ok. But the prices continual changed. One discounted price then no not selling anymore price and was raised 8 bucks and no sale when you cant keep straight your business. Cheaters and cohorts. 3x price of anywhere else. And tasteless juice.

I have to admit that this place is the best in Holland. Staff explains everything that you may be confused about. I like their method for trying juices as well. There is no pressure. The reward program rocks too.

Had a problem with a Subvod I bought a year ago that I absolutely love & it couldnt be fixed. 2nd Problem is that theyre being discontinued. Spoke to I believe Ryan at Holland who was very helpful in finding me one in stock at Benton Harbor. After talking to Ryan I was gonna make the drive but, then I called Grand Haven spoke to Jen who was even more helpful in arranging the transfer of the Subvod from Benton Harbor up to Holland for me. 2 days later I have my new Vape & a bottle of juice for a great price. Jens guys in Holland Caleb & I didnt get the other young mans name were very nice & helpful. Took care of me right away. Told them my name & they knew what I was there for. I like that kind of service. Thanks again Jen & boys appreciate all of your efforts & service. Happy Joost Vaper!

RUDE employees. Guy had 1 arm and felt the need to make a power move and told me to get out of the store all because i called my wife and asked her what flavors she wanted. Also told me to put my mask over my nose.

Their house flavors are lacking in taste. But if want for clouds great.People are helpful and somewhat knowledgeable about most things. Need to have free tastes to taste what you are getting, their competitors do and Ive been going to Freedom Smokes on Riley by RePetes.Have good variety and should jump aboard the cbd liquid before everyone else.So ok but need some improvement in your customer service and your business.Continue to go, but only with coupon... however, since they are now linked to Ditect Vapor.. the fact of the matter may change online

Busted vape sales clerk and i worked on it fo 30 min. finally gave up. Next day went in got new vape with 15% off because Im a vet. Great service, great products. What more do you need?

Is there a way staff could stop sucking on their vapes when you ask them a question, or trying to tell you something? And house juice line sucks, flavors taste nothing like what they say they are. Sadly the employees even agree .They charge 40 for 100ml of premiums juice when I can get it for 30 or cheaper at kazoo vapor in holland, and here their coils are flat rate $8 a coil! Ridiculously overpriced, again I can go to kazoo vapor and buy it for $3 a coil and get 100ml of juice for $30 or cheaper and there house juice actually taste like it says, And just recently the new staff here as of last week has clearly shown me their education level when I tried to tell them they’re crushed juice was expired because the menthol in it was crystallizing with the VG but the new kid swore up-and-down that it was just because there was that much menthol and the juice. Menthol juice/any expires when it reaches 90° or higher or shortly after six months. I got a friend who worked in a lab who made juice and that’s what he had told me. He said Pier menthol in liquid state will not Crystallize unless it is been mixed with VG and has either been temperature abuse or is expired. Smoking expired menthol juice can easily put you in the hospital for ““ crystallize lungs ““. Yes that is a real thing. And the staff thinks that he gets his inventory for free. Which is obviously not true. He tried to tell me if they make $5000 in a day and I told him that’s not all profit you have to account for the cost of the inventory and overhead including utilities in wages, Do use these to hire some actually educated people who know what the hell they’re talking about so they don’t drive customers like me away along with others and I’m not just writing this review to down this company at this company really needs to hire educated staff who aren’t completely stoned out of their brains when you walk in the door.

Very friendly, clean, and friendly. Large selection of mods and juice. Easy sign up for rewards (took 15 secs) lots of deals on juices too. Keep it up guys thats how a vape shop should be.

Best shop in the holland area. Plenty of great premium juices even 60mls for under $30 cant beat that. Great service and usually have the things you need in stock.

We were not pleased with our visit to joost vapor at all. We are new to vaping and the selection of vapes they had were not for us. I suppose if you vape on the regular then this might be the place for you. Staff wasn’t very helpful for those who aren’t knowledgeable. I do NOT recommend going here if you’re middle aged or older without vape knowledge.

I love joost so much the customer service is great and they always have awesome hair. Seriously tho great group of guys. And great quality product.

All of their juice is pre-mixed and shipped to them. They dont have near the variety of flavors I was expecting. And the smallest size bottle they sell is still twenty some dollars! I decided Id rather do without e-juice for a day and just wait till Freedom Smoke opened in the morning.

Save time and money so far this is the best vape shop in Holland the price of the juice and hardware mod/tanks etc is as good as buying online with out having to wait or pay for shipping its a win win.
