Started coming here after my usual store closed. So glad we found it. These guys are great! Welcoming, friendly, and remember their customers (and their customers usual order)! Shout out to Maddy, Ashley, and Gage. Even when they are busy, they make you feel important as a customer!

These guys are the bestIve been going here for over a year and wont go anywhere else. The customer service is top notch.. products always in stock and the rewards are on point. Highly recommend dropping in and giving them a try

Great store always stocked with my favorites! However id like to rant and rave about the customer service that I received from an employee named Madison! She went above and beyond with her ability to describe flavors and just her general knowledge about the store and its products was very impressive. 10/10 would recommend.

I was impressed with the stores over all appearance. The displays where eye catching and drew me to them, which in return ended up in me buying something new Madison helped me pick and answered all my questions. She was a delight to talk to. Very refreshing to get quality customer service and get a product that I love. Thank you Madison.

Madison and her team are always on it when it comes to any questions, concerns, and information when needed. The store’s appearance is always incredibly clean. I would say Madison has done a fantastic job taking over the location, and definitely brought a lot of experience from the Muskegon location as well! My favorite location and favorite team? 10/10 recommend!!!

Great selection regardless of your prefered smoking method. The staff is knowledgeable about the products they sell Deserayah always helps me find exactly what I want before I knew that I wanted it. Cheapest place Ive found in holland to buy your disposable nicotine vapes. I always leave feeling satisfied.

I dont suggest this place if you are with someone. Say the first person goes in but turns out their license is voided and you both were planning on getting the same vape. You go in to get the same vape and they refuse to sell it to you just in case you are getting it for the person you are with even when the employee can obviously see that both people are over 21.

Eight of the last eleven times I visited my brand was out of stock. That is way too often. Who does the ordering? Dont they notice the inventory is zero every week? I dont understand how this happens so regularly. Its not even worth stopping in anymore.

If you are looking for an upbeat, knowledgeable, sensory pleasing, and overall great customer service smoke shop to stop in at THIS ONE IS IT!!! Baylee deserves a real shout out with keeping the vibes immaculate. She was so informative, patient and made my experience so great.

If your here for glass do yourself a favor and go to Torched on 8th ST where they know what there talking about! The employees here know absolutely nothing about the glass or glass accessories that they are selling especially the rig and bangers. They were arguing with me about something. I luckily brought my rig to make sure i got the right size. Once they saw that they were wrong they continued to argue. This place is ridiculous. Don’t bother asking the staff questions they will sell you the wrong thing unless YOU CATCH IT

I want to commend the awesome employees, Baylee & Aliyah, for going over and beyond in customer service. They are very real and honest about the knowledge of their products in the store. They made sure I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. GOOD WORK LADIES 😁!!!

My husband likes to come here to get his cigars due to the selection. When I went with him it was organized, stocked and clean. Baylee was very helpful and knowledgeable!

Gave me the wrong juice (menthol when I specifically asked for regular). I didn’t notice until I filled my tank. They would not exchange/refund/discount a replacement because it was open.This was their cashier’s mistake, not mine. I will not be coming back here again. You’ve lost one of your regulars.

Horrible service. Screwed me over and the manager and employees didnt care at all. They only want your money. Run while you can.

Do not shop here. Most if not all products are fake. Went in got a vape, had a severe allergic reaction to it. Went back the next day and was told that could be from anything. Didnt offer me a refund but did get an exchange. Well the exchanges product didnt work. Walked back in and the girl and guy looked at me as if I was lying. Very very unprofessional.

Decided to buy a PAX 3. Went into the location and was told to wait a week because itll be on sale - 30% off for Black Friday. Figured it was a no brainer to save some money. Waited a week. Went in at 8AM and was told that there wasnt any promotion on the PAX 3. Pretty frustrating to be told to wait and then still have to pay full price. Careless and they didnt offer much of a apology. They just tried to get me to buy more stuff. Pretty lame, Wild Bills!

Friendly, helpful staff, not a smoker myself, go here for family, new discount place near our home, any place that offers a good deal to the 4 smokers in my life, I appreciate. Hope others do as well, so they stay in business a long time.
