Hands down my fiance and I favorite vape shop the owners are very helpful, kind, and love to crack jokes making it a very inviting environment and a great experience to work with them. It’s always hard to go to new vape shops for me with me having had horrible experiences going to different places. But they are very much so inviting. On another note my fiance has difficulty explaining what he likes and what his needs are and they hit the nail on the head and got him his new favorite cart and he now swears by their store and refuses to go anywhere else! Definitely check them out when your in the area

Meant to review this store sooner. The owner is such a nice guy, very informative about everything in the store. Also he does these little cards that when you buy 10 items you get 30% off any item and it applies to anything. I plan on saving a pretty penny here on something nice :) Ill be returning for sure. This is hands down the best vape store I have ever been too. Not only do they have the largest selection of related and unrelated vaping products I have ever seen, But the store owner is a fantastic owner-operator and a great human being. The level of customer service he provides, you will not find Anywhere else, i have been to most of them in Holland and he provides the best customer experience on every visit. I will never go anywhere ever again. Sorry time - I had been going there frequently for About 2 months and one day I forgot my Wallet, Instead of leaving empty handed he said dont worry about it man pay me next time you come in.... Are you kidding me. Lifetime customer. So glad I gave his store a try, you will too!

Bought a Hato brand gravity hookah only to have it stop working after 3 days. I got it exchanged only for the new one to stop as well. I then discovered its a cheap Chinese brand and I overpaid drastically. Im now stuck with a $300 gravity hookah that does not pull any smoke, only water if anything at all. I also showed the owner a video of the piece not working, proving its not my fault, only to be told tough luck. Extremely disappointed and I wont be going back. Used to be my favorite spot until they got me for hundreds of dollars. If I broke it Id understand, but its 3 days old and doesnt work due to the cheap manufacturing. How can a piece, meant to turn endlessly, wear out a rubber seal from only 3 days of turning? Its supposed to last YEARS. Wild stuff man.

Went in tonight around 645 ish pm and stood there for 10 minutes with nobody to be seen..I could hear people laughing in the back but never had anyone acknowledge I was there. I went to the shop next door and was greeted with a dog and a few Ladies. A lot better service next door.

Always came here to get vapes and what not, service was good up until buying a $200 gravity hookah for it to stop working in the course of a few days, wasnt able to get a refund or a new piece that did work, just got a new one that also STOPPED WORKING in a few days. Looked up where the product was made, of course it was China. A cheap product that doesnt work being sold for $200.. no chance of refund or anything. Dont sell products that are defective and then get stressed when people are disappointed and want their hard earned money back. Not cool.
