Ive had a great customer service experience and good product experience until this last time. To be fair I know its not really the shops fault so 5 stars still but last time I was in just 2 days ago I bought 2 disposable vapes and one didnt work straight out the box. I had to smack the end of the vape on my dash a few times for it to hit. Clearly a poor connection with something inside the vape but this is why I usually like to test them out in the store before I step outside. It is still working but has stopped hitting 3 times now and I have to tap the bottom on something until it starts hitting again. I wish the shop enforced a try before you leave policy like some of the shops Ive been to just to avoid these situations cause they are super annoying and frustrating. But otherwise the people are always helpful and friendly and the product is typically good regardless of what Im buying. Just a little disappointed this last go round. Still 5 stars tho for sure
Purchased their in house brand Salty Licious 2 for $30 deal on salt Nic bottles and both had no flavor .A waste of money on two brand new bottles . I called the lady working there on the phone and she was of no help and couldn’t care . Will be telling others not to give In Line vape business in the future .
Bought a device here Sunday . Wasn’t working so brought it back two days later. They wouldn’t exchange it they were gonna give me a discount on another. Needless to say I was ticked.i told them you just lost a customer and she said good. WOW horrible experience!!!
Trash place they sell you non working items and they say they can’t do returns

Great stock, great selection. Staff is somewhat pushy when selling though. They don’t always listen to what you want and push you towards whatever the hit new item is.Overall decent place.
Pretty much have everything you’re looking for, some of the stuff is pretty cheaply made but you get what you pay for so just check what you get before you leave the store. Employees are always nice as long as you treat them nice, I usually see Joey when I go in there and his customer service is always good. Probably the best place in holland in my opinion.
I only have one experience at this place and it was really bad. My girlfriend bought a battery and when we got home it didnt even turn on. We went back the same day and asked to exchange it for another but were told they had a no return policy. It was our first time ever going here and we got nothing for our $20. Its a no-brainer that we will never return for that reason alone.But wait- Theres more! I doubt we would have gotten the time of day from the girl working the counter. We still arent sure if there were two girls working or if the workers friend was just hanging out at the store (we thought she was in line); but the two of them were obviously more concerned about the young man they were gawking at. The whole time we were trying to ask for help she kept looking at the other girl who had followed the other customer to his car. It was a strange situation but it was obvious that she didnt care about helping us.Terrible customer service. Dont go here.

If I could I would give negative stars on this place.. the employee starts getting mad at me raising his voice and yelling at me, simply because of an issue I had with my vape. He then is acting like he wants to fight me. after my issue tries to offer me one of his vapes to make “everything better” very very sad, also not sanitary and really unprofessional on their end.
Joey the guy that helped me was very knowledgeable on all the products I had questions about. He was extremely friendly because of him this will be the only vape shop I will be going to for the things I need. Thanks Joey
