This is my go to place for my personal care and moment of relaxation. Easy to make appointments online, check in and you are ready for a great experience with you mani and pedi. They always greet you and take care of right away. Good product selection, clean, and friendly. Even though I only do regular gel nails, I always see other customers getting very artistic work on their nails, even with sparkling applications. It is a work of art!! I have been going for the past 4 years and would highly recommend it.

I love how clean, professional, and nice is this place. Their attention was excellent, they listened to my preferences, made sure I was comfortable, and the technician made the best recommendations. Plus they give a holiday gift. I have been in many nail saloons and have not fulfilled anything like this

Wonderful first time experience. Everyone that took care of me was so professional and kind. My nail tech Andy was so diligent . I told him that I love my nails to last long and he made sure to take his time so that they would. The shape is absolutely amazing and he didn’t drill on top of my cuticles like some techs in the past. I recommend this salon. The prices are reasonable, it’s centrally located.

I love the way Tom my nail tech took charge handling my nails & feet’s he truly understood the assignment. Liz eyebrow Tech did an amazing job on my eyebrows I’m so in love with them. Oh by the way the place is so clean & love the friendliness of the other tech’s from when you walk in the door to when you leave. Yes I found my nail spa. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

First time cooking here and I was very pleased. Very nice environment and Andy did an amazing job on my manicure! I love everything simple because a lot of times less is more. I will definitely come back!

Leah was the most gentle nail tech I’ve ever had a manicure by. Her attention to detail was impressive as well. Emma did my pedicure and she was incredible as well. Everyone was so nice and the environment was relaxing and clean.

Tom always does an amazing job with my full set and pedicure. He is super meticulous. You will leave with your nails exactly as you wanted them. Environment is incredibly peaceful.

Came here when they almost done and close for the day, but the owner stil welcome me and my wife. I got a nicely done pedicure with Lux and my wife got the nails done by someone i cant rmb the name. Thumbs up!

When coming here previously, I have always had a great experience with Tony and other nail techs. Today, however, I received a very sloppy manicure and design from the tech that worked on my nails. After reading the reviews, I see that this tech has been complained about numerous times. I now have to pay for an entire new set with Tony tomorrow since I didn’t want the same tech to “fix” the “two” nails that have issues. I believe the pictures speak for themselves. A complete waste of money :(

Vivian is my go to girl! It took me over a year of trying out different salons in southern Florida to find a tech that does a good set of dip nails that don’t chip or break. I can show her inspo pics and she knows how to deliver perfectly 👏🏼 I will miss her while she’s on maternity leave. Good luck and thank you, Vivian!

I came to this place because my regular nail tech at another salon was on vacation. I’m always apprehensive about going to new techs because the quality of work that these service providers are dishing out is subpar and it’s all about quickly doing the job and getting the customer out. When I first sat down I realized that the tech didn’t have a light over his work area which was concerning for me because any tech that cares about their work will have a light to ensure that they’re doing the job correctly. In fact, a lot of the work areas don’t have lights and that’s unprofessional. Nonetheless, I asked him about it and he said he doesn’t need a light. This was a red flag for me, but I was desperate so I said ok. I picked 2 shades of orange and we got started. When he was almost done I saw a hair in one of my nails and I pointed it out and he said he didn’t see anything. I had to twist my arm in every direction to help him to see it. If he had a light, he would’ve spotted it himself. I pointed out that there’s a slight crack in the side of one of my nails and asked him to address it. He did, by filing it down and saying something about what my previous nail tech had done which had nothing to do with the fact that he now needed to address it. I told him that I didn’t feel confident in how he fixed it and he said if it breaks, just come back. Smfh As if I have time to drive 30 minutes for something that can be prevented if it’s done right the first time. I tipped him $15 via Zelle, paid $55 for my fills and $35 for my gel polish change and cut down on my toes, plus tax it came up to $91.80. My toes were nice and done by a different tech. I tipped her in cash. I get to my car and realize that the color that I chose for my pinky nails which should have been orange, was incorrectly painted pink. I had to go back inside for him to paint the correct color on and he painted it, over the pink. I always choose two colors in the same family so in this instance it was light orange and dark orange. Had he used a light, he would have seen that he painted the wrong color on. After I got home I realized that this wasn’t a great job. It looks nice from a distance as you can see of the pic I took in my car, but you can still see the residue from my previous green set, through the orange in the other images. The fill work is subpar so my nails doesn’t have that beautiful shape that my previous tech took his time to create. They get 3 stars for being kind and personable but my first experience did not exceed my expectations.

First of all this my favorite nail salon I ever been to and I’ve been to many. Yari is the sweetest! She has always been so welcoming and friendly providing a truly peaceful spa experience. She will cater to your every need and make sure you are taken care of and is on point with scheduling you with a talented nail technician! I seen her be wonderful to every customer too, not just me. She also plays the best music and is largely why I come back here as well as the amazing nail services of course! My fave technicians are Tony and Vivian but honestly they are all amazing!

I started coming to Toi Spa after several issues with a nail place close to my house . I love that appointments are preferred because I don’t feel rushed. It’s my time and I get a service provided by a familiar face, because I had the opportunity to request them ahead of time .Some of my favorite techs I have received service from included Luisa( not sure if she’s still there) ,Tony and Cici. Only issue for me at times is parking, but that’s not really within their control since they share the parking with other businesses including a busy grocery store.

Vivian is usually who I see here and she takes good care of me and pays attention to detail when doing my nails. Have seen some new faces as of recent and not so sure of their expertise but these places usually have a high turnover rate. Vivian has been here for a while tho and is my recommendation if you see anybody here.

Paid $180 for a facial to look like I got punched in the nose. They gave me bruises and a tender nose. I had to go to work and business meetings like this 🥺 . They kept saying bruising from dermasucking was a part of the process, but I got a second opinion from a professional esthetician who disagreed. Besides, if this was a contraindication, it was their duty to tell me their facial procedure will cause bruising. I would have said NO THANK YOU! I was so unhappy and even tried to be reasonable and wait 2 days to see if it would quickly go away, but the bruises didnt. Please see photos of 2 days later and 1 week later. I also felt that the facial process was exploited so that the technician could be on her phone on break for a long time, it was weird. When she finished, I still had mask on my face that I had to wash off. I went another time before and she was great, and didnt take advantage of the time and I actually got a facial massage.All things considered, I was reasonable and didnt want to be a karen, I respectfully asked for only a PARTIAL refund, so that they could still keep money for product costs. The owner refused. THE OWNER IS SHADY. DO NOT PAY IN CASH. They will press you to pay in cash, cashapp, venmo lying and pretending like its in customers best interest, when they know they messed up so you cannot dispute the charge. Learn from my mistake, if you go here pay by credit card only, so you can dispute the charge for terrible service if you get injured like me. I believe if I was a Karen, I would probably have gotten my money back, but there was no empathy for my bruised brown nose here. I was ready to be a monthly customer, as I started to treat myself to monthly facials, but seeing how they treat customers.....I wont be back and I must share my negative experience.

Best nails place ever. Liz always get my nails done, she is AMAZING. This are my natural nails, she is so into details, remove cuticles, so clean and professional. I love her

This is a spa that offers many services. This was part of my mothers Day present and I had a great experience. I had a pedicure. I found the spa cute. The chairs were very comfortable. I had a good pedicure. The person that did it was friendly and did a good job.

I sat there in the pedicure chair for 40 minutes before they started working on me and I see Andy rushing towards the end so I asked are you going to do my hands too or is it someone else and he says yes you want the same color right? And I said no I booked for a full set and design and he goes oh well the lady that does designs left and I said what do you mean She left? She was supposed to do my hands and he said sorry she has another job she had to leave and i said Ok so why wasn’t I informed? And why was I waiting for 40 minutes before getting started and he said well I can do your hands really quick and I said no that’s not fair to me. She might have another job, but I booked this appointment on purpose on my day off so I can get what I wanted and I made sure to put designs in the appointment slot how you guys state we have to do , to find out that I can’t get what I want is very unprofessional. He apologized and said that he can do my nails quickly and I said no I don’t need anyone to do a rushed job on something I’m paying money for and it’s not going to be what I want. This was my first time at this location, and I will never come back.

My nails were rushed and the cuticles began stripping on all my nails within 2 days. The nail polish was peeling within 4 days. You can also see just how thick she put the polish on each nail.This was my first time at Toi Spa. They have refused to refund the $65 they charged. I arrived early and appreciated that they worked me in right away, even though it was very busy. Andy was confidential, professional, advised me on the best care of my nails and did fine work of my Mani Pedi.

I love getting my nails done at Toi Spa! I get my nails done with Maria and Liz. They are both so talented and professional and do an amazing job! They never seem to amaze me! I highly recommend this location!

Walked right in and right out. No one really greets you and welcomes you in. The gentleman at the front looked annoyed that I walked in and felt like you had to have an appointment when I walked in and they will not accept a tip on credit card, which unfortunately turned me away. Ultimately just wasn’t a very welcoming vibe for a new customer. It felt like you had to already have been a customer there.

My toes look absolutely amazing!! I would have liked my heels to be smoother though. Overall its a great place and I highly recommend

Booked the dazzle polish and polish change for my feet. Nail tech was cool and friendly, but the quality just wasnt there. My toenails looked so bad when I got into the sunlight that I painted over them as best I could as soon as I returned home...they were that bad. And the dazzle polish? Dont bother. After 3 days not only is the polish chipping but my skin is peeling, and Ive been moisturizing like its nobodys business!Definitely will not be returning.P.S. The dazzle apparently holds onto new polish well. I repainted my toenails the blue color that wont come off my nail....

Had my acrylics refill done Tony — read so many reviews that I had to go try it myself! SPECTACULAR 🥹❤️ Really obsessed on my nails and how meticulous he is when doing the nails. The cuticles turned out beautiful and neat. 10/10 recommend!

I looove this place, I have try in the past a few nail technicians and never disappointed, the universe gravitate me to Macy and she is so good… I always pre book with her because she’s there only Mondays, she well deserve way more days.. My mom and I are new to the area so we found Toi Spa on Google maps. Andy gave us the best pedicure we’ve ever had! He took his time removing cuticles, ingrown nails, and massaging our feet. They felt and looked brand new! In my experience, most nail technicians don’t take as much time or care with the pampering aspect of the pedicure, so this was well worth the price, plus a generous tip. We will definitely be going back for a pedicure with Andy again!

My 3rd visit with Jason and as always - amazing job done by this gentleman! Perfect pedicure every time (and I am very picky!!)

I’ve been to every salon within a couple mile radius of home and this place is our favorite. The people are the friendliest and the ambience and management are top-notch.

It was an okay experience. The nail tech that attended me redid my big toe 4 times and did my nail gel polish too thick. The salon needs some cleaning.

I recommend visiting Toi Spa salon. Convenient parking in the garage. You can combine nail service with grocery shopping in the Publix. My best girls are Liz, Vivian and CC. Liz helps with nail health issues and Vivian creates wonderful designs on my adult daughters nails. in case you want to get a good foot massage during your pedicure session, then make an appointment with CC. I had a deep cleaning pore with Liz, followed by a detox and my skin is amazing. Light and shining. I recommend Liz and the work she’s doing.

Worst manicure, sloppy poor work. Remember when the client leaves, they walk around with your nails for 2-3 weeks. Embarrassed my nails look so bad!The metallic red sequins are starting to change to silver! Manicure is only 2 hours old! Manicurist was Liz.

Tom did an incredible job on a pedi and fixing a bad set we got at home in PA. We are on vacation and couldn’t stand how they looked so we came here and are leaving extremely happy. Highly recommend!!!

Maria did my toes and they came out perfect. She is very skilled at her job. Everything from the cuticles to the Polish application was perfect. I will definitely be back to see her.

Super happy with the spa services provided, and wonderful customer service! I am now a client, every two weeks gel mani with Helen, she is very quick and precise. Eyebrow waxing is with Liz, SHE IS AWESOME please request her! Pedicure always relaxing and Jasmine is GREAT...most nail spas when busy the service feels rushed but I have yet to experience that here. Super clean and easy parking in front when available but close parking easy to find.

Emma does my nails every single time and she’s soooo gentle, so nice, so welcoming. Fast and looking great, I love to go every 2 weeks to get them refreshed by Emma. She’s so sweet!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE! Terrible service! Emma is still learning and she made a mess of my nails. I understand she’s learning but they should ensure she’s capable of handling all services! Three people attempted to fix the mess she made and I still walked out with crooked nails! Management never apologized and only took $21 off which was the cost of the two repairs Emma made a mess of! Nothing off for the inconvenience of being here 2 hours when this was a 45 minute appointment! WARNING! Go elsewhere!

I had to stop in while on vacation because I broke a nail. Went and had him do a full fill and new color. He kept asking why i had never had nails done there before and i kept telling him i was on vacation. Within 48 hours one nail snapped and another one was already coming off the nail.

The quality of work on pedi/ mani was not premium quality 😕 really disappointing $130 wasted! I dont even want my feet to be photographed!

I wouldnt recommend this place. Needs more cleaning. Lack of professionalism. Not enough light for technicians. Unfortunately it wasnt a good experience.

I got my nails done here by Helen a couple of weeks ago for my wedding. She did an amazing job! I got so many compliments on my nails for the big day. Will definitely be going back when I am in the area again.

I have been enjoying the services at Toi Spa in Hollywood for close to three years now. I’ve used several of the technicians there, including Liz for eyelash extensions. Tony’s might go to Guy for my nails. He is meticulous. And I truly mean meticulous. My manicures last every bit of Two weeks no problem

Emma did my dip for me. It’s the second time I’ve been to toi spa to get dip nails done. She was so thorough! I have really weak nails which is why I get dip done and she took her time to really shape them and keep the length. I will always come back for her! Amazing

Very nice and super efficient. Zest did an excellent job on my pedicure! My manicure is beautiful but I requested art detail and unfortunately it’s a little amateur.

I got my nails done by Helen last week and with in a week i have had one nail fall off completely and three that has lifted and about to come off. she did fix one nail and then next day the another one fell off. i am a hard working teenager and i feel like they have taken advantage of my youth. i have been to other salons and my nails have lasted two/three weeks. i will not be back.

I just got the most amazing facial with microdermabrasion from Liz. It was amazing! My face feels so soft and clean. She got all of the dead skin off and gave me great suggestions for products to use. I definitely recommend scheduling a facial from Liz. The staff was also friendly and welcoming.

My favorite place to be every other Wednesday morning!. So clean. Always have new colors and the best sparkly gel options around. Jason is the man!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at toi today. With most nail salons it depends on who you get. I got A*** today and he was so rough he cut me 3x at least and my fingers were bleeding. He cut my cuticles way too deep. Someone else had to finish for him and they didn’t know how to do ombré nails so I had to just get a flat color just to finish so I could leave. Then just for my gel acrylic refill and a pedicure it’s 119$. I don’t mind paying, if I wanted cheaper I’d go somewhere else. But for that price I want healthy cuticles when I leave. I don’t want to be sore and bleeding. The shape isn’t great and I didn’t get the ombré color I really wanted. I feel like I just wasted 120$.

This morning I was Tony’s first client 9am as soon I sat at his table he had an attitude ok not a big deal just want my nails done, put in my headphones and zoned out nothing out the norm, he begins to chastise me about changing the acrylic on my nails, I didn’t hear him as I was listening to my tunes, because he had to repeat himself several times he outright got very rude and borderline nasty, ok got my nails done ofcourse I already decided to not tip him, already decided to never allow him to touch me again. When I was done on the way out I mentioned it to the desk attendant and she shared with me that how he is because he did not speak good English, I kindly explained to her that niceness transcends any language and then and there realized that this their normal well my normal is not to be talked to that way and since their is no shortage of nail techs in Hollywood I’d rather take my business elsewhere, now I understand why on a Saturday morning that nail salon was empty, customer service 101- treat clients with respect especially when they are obviously supporting your business for years! Never again will I go here again! Never!

I have been coming to this location for years. I have brought my entire ladies here, daughter’s and mom to have Vivian do our nails because she is the absolute best nail specialist I have ever had. She takes her time to take out all the skins and shape my nails just right. If I could give her more stars I would. She is the best!

Not coming back gere ever again. Nail done. Dont know the young ladys name. She rushed everything. Was hard on my cuticle that i had to keep telling her to slow down..The nail polish is faint and the eay she filed my nails is horrible..and the worst i didnt even book her. I wanted to peter to do my nails..lost customer! Bye!

Ive had nothing but good experiences here. Everyone ia friendly and they do good nails here plus nail art! Been coming here for about 7 months and would definitely recommend.

Great place, professional and very efficient. Please book an appointment ahead of time instead of showing up and demanding service it is so much easier. Reasonable priced for the procedures. If you have tired feet get the Ultimate Toi Pedicure very worth the additional time and charge. My feet and ankles feel 25 again. Definitely a do again if my journeys bring me back this way.

Tony did my pedicure and Andy did my manicure. They were both so kind, patient and paid so much attention to my comfort and quality of what they were doing. Amazing place!

I am very happy with my eyebrows done, I was Perfection Permanent make up, but the way Liz take care of me.. she very good, I really highly recommend.

I got the Ultimate Toi Spa Pedicure & it is absolutely worth everything penny. The receptionists are so kind & they always communicate so well. I was running a little late & they were so communicative about what was still an option & even called to check on me when I wasn’t there at my original time! They’re so kind & they are so professional. Love, love, love.

After having moved from N.Y, beginning of April…. I have gone to 6 different nail salons and I did not like the way they did my nails. I finally found the right place, with Kelly who is gentle, caring and did my nails beautiful!!!! Thank you Kelly. I feel now, very happy.!

The only thing I dont like about the salon is the fee that they charge for using a CC. I feel like businesses should take the hit on that not the customer.

Never try Vivienne. She is terribly rude. My mom has had her three times. At first, she did a decent job so my mom booked for the second time. For the second time, she did a very sloopy work and when my mom forgot to pick her color, she literally yelled to her. For the third time, I accidentally booked from her again for my mom, and she started to do a terrible job. When my mom realized that she was skipping some of her toes and did not even clean them, my mom told her to clean those since they hurt and she answered if you have a pain, go to a doctor! I was next to my mom getting my pedicure and I couldnt believe what I heard. She kept on being rude. This was totally unacceptable. Then we asked to girl at the front desk to replace Vivienne and Maria came and did a great pedicure for my mom. She is perfect! Overall, stay away from this rudest person!!!

Anyone looking to get their eyebrows done, I highly recommend Liz at Toi Spa Hollywood. Her technique is a combination of powder and nano brows. She’s super sweet and has an eye for perfection. She did an amazing job!!

Front desk lady is aggressive and loud and in your face and borderline rudeOnline scheduling system is bad a switched up dates when you get To salon they say you dont Have an appointmentThey charge for everything small thing. If they out you too Much acrylic refil they charge extra but don’t discount you when They put just a littleThey charge extra for oval shape if you don’t do regular square because it’s not a “traditional” shape. Makes no sense. Oh and they charge extra to cut cuticle in a manicure refill.Most techs are averagely good they do an okay job.Update: management addressed the issues with me which I appreciated. I suggested they tell their clients when there’s extra charges because we don’t always know when those extra charges can arise example they charge extra to cut cuticles when in most other spas it’s included… my favorite tech is Vivian. I want to say the first time I came here it was a really good experience. Yari the reception from the front desk was super helpful and did everything possible to make me feel welcomed she was very attentive and help me get the best service that was right for me. I ended up loving my designs and she ended up helping me pick a color. I really do recommend coming here. I never leave my house and I had bad experience in the past but thanks to yari I was able to have an amazing experience and have amazing nails

Worst experience ever.Tried three times to get one good set of nails and kept having bulky acrylic sets or when I opted to have a gel x option I get set up with a tech that has no idea what they doing. Wasted my time and money. Still get charge after inconveniencing me with the miscommunication and lack of experience.Please don’t waste your time.

My nail girl of 16 years moved away. Im very picky when it comes to my nails. Found Toi Spa and got very lucky. Vivienne is outstanding Even better then my nail girl b4. Which I didnt think was possible. Now my last nail girl is back BUT I wouldnt switch back for anything. The spa is wonderful, clean and everyone is so nice. Such a bad experience. I used to come more often I while ago and didnt had as a bad work on my nails like the last time I went. The staff is very sweet but they couldnt seem to get it right. I got a DIP Powder manicure and it was chipping off after 1 day, I went to fix them 3 times already. The last time they did the whole job from cero again with a different product and nonetheless it chipped after 3 days. They didnt last even a week but I wont keep wasting time going back. It seems pointless at this moment. ☹️🫣

The lady that did my nails did a great job.Very pleased.REALLY! REALLY! REALLY!Disappointed with the pedicure........There was a different lady that completed my pedicure. I asked for the sole searching pedicure which was supposed to be a foot massage (hence SOLE searching pedicure) but all I got was the standard leg rub that is universal with all pedicures and she never massaged my feet (at least nothing extra) bases on the description given.Overall good experience with my nails bad experience with the sole searching pedicure.The staff was really nice.

They ruined my birthday! I made my appointment days ahead, had numerous email confirmations and arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment. They let me sit there, waste my time, and no therapist ever showed up! I was in tears!

I really do love the Toi salons but I just can’t bring myself to go to the one in Hollywood circle anymore. The receptionist’s bratty attitude really has ruined that salon for me. There were two separate occasions where the salon was not transparent about the pricing and when I brought that to her attention (in a polite manner) she literally said that’s not her fault because I’m the one who booked the services. First of all they changed their prices and didn’t update the ones online and only told me until AFTER the service was completed and then on top of it had the audacity to charge me 30 dollars for a polish change when they didn’t cut my cuticles or my nails or perform any additional services….it was just a clear coat and their justification for the 30 dollar charge was that it was gel. Again, this was never communicated to me. I still decided to give them another chance only to be disappointed yet again when I took my friend to get her acrylics done at the salon, it was her first time and I was hyping up the salon so hard to her. We get there, she gets her nails done and after is telling me how she tried to communicate to the nail tech multiple times that the shaping was not to her liking and she either didn’t understand or wasn’t listening (language barrier presumably). She was really unsatisfied with her nails and asked the receptionist if someone could shape up her nails a little more, was not being rude nor was she demanding a refund, was just asking for a little extra shaping. The receptionist said she would have to talk to her manager???? And after she did told her that the nail tech asked her multiple times if she was satisfied so there was nothing she could do. It wasn’t until a couple nail techs saw my friend trying to file her own nails herself that they felt bad for her and did the job for her theirselves. I don’t know what this receptionist’s problem is, but her customer service is so poor, I don’t know where her holier than thou attitude came from, but I will not be coming back.

Such great customer service. I came in for a pedicure which was great and had attention to detail. Then just as I was getting ready to leave, the facialist called me over and looked at my face and saw I had a white cist thing on my face. She offered to remove it free of charge and gave me some ointment after. She also gave me a list of places I should visit while I’m here. What a great day!

I got a mani and pedi about two weeks ago. It was a little pricey but I deserved it and Alexandra was awesome! Very meticulous and detailed. Decent polish selection. The pedicure stations were spaced out enough but there arent any barriers between you and the nail tech. However, everyone wore a mask and it was pretty empty.

Service is super fast and my nails came out perfect with Tony.

I have been a very happy client of Toi Spa for many years now & am more than pleased with their phenomenal level of service!Liz is by far the best in the business! In addition, her entire crew of estheticians are the most talented I have ever encountered. Liz offers a number of different services, to include mani/ pedi, facials, microblading/ powder brow, lash lift/ tint, and more. Her technicians also offer massage, waxing, permanent makeup, as well as a variety of pedicures including deluxe or organic pedi.I personally love the dip powder nails, and they offer a huge assortment of color choices to boot! In all my years, I have never had a bad experience and am always beyond pleased with the end result!Parking is a breeze as the spa is located in Young Circle on the ground level of the Circ building. Publix is located next door and offers a parking garage with free parking for clients on the 3rd floor. I do recommend making an appointment as the spa can get pretty busy, especially during peak hours.Mark my word, once you experience Toi Spa and all its greatness, you will be hooked for life!

This is Hollywood’s new nail salon to go. Don’t even look further. Spectacularly clean and stylish for affordable price. Not to mention about their customer service and quality job. Sonia and Alexandra are super nice and professional.When you walk in you feel right away that you are welcomed.I did a gel pedicure with soak off and they didn’t use acetone to remove the gel polish and it was so quick. I never seen this technique and really liked it.

I honestly had the worst time ever.Is the second time I’m in there, first time I did a semi permanent, I came the first time with gel polish and the person that took the polish off literally messed up my nails. After the first appointment I I’ve noticing that my nails were broken and today I had the appointment for my manicure and found out that my nails are damaged, they looks horrible and are painful! The lady that was doing my nails mentioned that who did my nails before over used the nail drill and took layers of my nail.Went I went to the front desk to find out the process to fill out a complain, they basically blamed the damage on me and told me and even told me I was trying to get a free service from them!! I mean they destroyed my nails and also they were absolutely rude and humility.I never asked for anything for free I paid my service and needed to write a complain, because if happened to me can happens to anyone.Horrible customer service and dangerous nails service!

I’m so mad I had to change my 5 star review! Cici is the best! But she only does gel and regular polish. When I switched to liquid (hard) gel, the nails were just as beautiful, but the service was TERRIBLE! Apparently Tom and Tony are the only 2 manicurists that provide the service. It is an entirely different world from my manicures with CiCi. Tom works on 2 manicures at once, so you feel like you’re at an assembly line. He is very rough with your nails and even though you make an appointment for a manicure, you have to pay extra for every detail… even to have cuticles done. I’m currently sitting here 30 minutes after my appointment time waiting on Tom to finish with the last group. Cici was ALWAYS on time! PLEASE Cici! Learn how to do hard gels! If you don’t, I have to find a new salon. This is a nightmare!

I love this place!I highly recommend trying the Microblading and powder brows with Liz. I’m incredibly pleased with how my eyebrows look now, very natural, and with a beautiful shape. She is a true artist!Also, you have to try the facials with Sonia! My skin feels better than ever since I started getting customized facials with her. Sonia takes the time to analyze your skin and customize your facial based on what your skin needs. Her energy is fantastic!

I wanted the full pedicure package. Paid $68 a $10 tip. Asked to redo my French tips several times and gave up because it was not coming right regardless of how they tried. My specialist didnt understand English. I ended up with crooked french tips and just discovered that my callus wad not removed. Massage was supposed to last 20 min, lasted barely 10.Not happy at all. I wish I could request a refund. Had to work on my heels to remove calluses.Do not go if you care for a good service.

The only thing good was the pedicure, if you want clumpy disfigured dip powder this is the place to go. They didn’t remove my old dip completely and caked new dip on top, now I have lumps which can visibly be seen in the light to where my old dip is. The shape is clumpy and thick, no matter how much she drilled the top coat down to appear flat it did not help

First time customer at the Hollywood location have been to the davie location on numerous occasions. Booked my appt with May I received a call the morning of my appt May(nail artist) was out sick that I could be seen by someone else I agreed to the change and I appreciate the courtesy call. Upon arrival I checked in at the kiosk was taken right away for pedicure I noticed the young lady was less experienced she was slower that usal and asked other staff for equipment etc. regardless she was good took her time and was detailed upon pedicure completion I was seen by Mayling(I think this is how its spelled) she worked with me tirelessly to find the color i was looking for until she found it btw I had Dip power nails done I cant thank her enough she was great fast, friendly, perfectionist and kind Im so glad for her she only works 2 days of the week Tuesdays and Fridays. Salon is very clean and organized parking is not the easiest and they charge for shaping nails and soak off( I understand the $5 charge for shaping but for soak off I dont agree that should be an extra charge clients are already paying for service it should be included in my opinion seems like nickel and dimming your clients. Overall I would go back to this location good experience as a whole

My husband & I were looking forward to a much needed spa day and remembered the name of this one after watching them prepare to open since we visit the Publix next door quite often. We scheduled an appointment and we were welcomed and greeted upon arrival. The girls Sonia and Alexandra were both gentle and careful while performing the services and their work was very neat and satisfying. We were very pleased and will be returning. Thank you Toi Spa!

Nightmare. I left 2 and half hours later covered in welts and bruises after what should have been two simple waxing services. When the excruciating service was “finished” (she hadn’t even gotten all the hair and I needed to leave) I got to the front desk and was laughed at by the reception for my screams. I wanted to give the young lady who did my service a high rating but it would appear that she is simply inexperienced and not at all supported by this business. Never coming here again. I would add photos but they are disgusting.

Open on time, journal with variety of nail polish colors to choose from, so much easier to match and choose preference. Sanitizers visibly seen, plus worker sanitize salon chairs after use. Very professional.

I’m very disappointed about this place. I’ve being coming here for the last month or so and so far it was great! However, today’s experience just change my mind. I called to booked an appointment I told the lady on the phone what I wanted with details, once I arrived it was another story.They assigned me a nail technician that looks like she didn’t have enough experience. The pedicure was horrible and cut my toes, I needed to re do my acrylics and I couldn’t do it she didn’t know how to do it so I said ok just regular then and let’s take the acrylics off.Well, my nails hurts so much for the way she took them off. Worst part is I paid for a service that was horrible! Pricey and not professional.

They accept credit card payments but tips are made in cash, via zelle, cashapp or venmo. Parking infront is metered. Parking on Polk street or in Publix garage is free 😉

I love the environment, how its always clean, how convenient it is because it has many stores nearby as well like Publix, Walgreens and many others! I had a great experience just being there. The staff are really nice and welcoming. My nail tech who’s name was Nancy was just beyond phenomenal and perfect.I came out looking my best whenever I go to her.

While the place was very nice the work done was not as good. My full set acrylics that I had done were done awfully. The acrylic was put over my skin (I believe its called the cuticle) which made it very irritated and actually made it a bit painful. The technician had to consistently file down the nail because the nails were uneven numerous times and kept making the shape into a stilleto rather than the almond shape that I requested. The paint is already beginning even to chip after ONE DAY and thats without me doing any activities to influence it. After running my fingers through my hair I noticed that it kept getting stuck under the acrylic which usually happens after 2 or 3 weeks which means I would need a refill NOT 1-2 days after. Definitely not worth 40 dollars. Considering its high prices I expected the work to be much better. And I unfortunately saw subpar work being done to someone else.

First time visiting and I will be back!! 10/10. Everyone is so friendly and my pedicure experience was perfect.

Recently moved to the apt building on top of toi spa and gave it a chance! My pedi was done by Anna and she was PERFECTION! She was very respectful, asked for my preferences and took her time doing my nails! She was a perfectionist and it shows on her work! I will for sure make this my go to place for mani-pedis!Just sad they didn’t tell me I could only tip via cash app or zelle and not with my card cause my phone had died! Next time she’s getting double tip!

I have been here twice since being in Hollywood and both times they are wonderful. The polish never chips. The place is very clean and spa like. And the foot massages are out if this world. I highly recommend this place. The fist time I got soul searching pedi and the second time was to Toi pedi. Both with basic manicures.

My mother did her pedicure and manicure and the overpriced pedicure did not remove calluses as advertised.. And my mother got a fungus under her fingernails.. employees dont speak english well. They are not what they claim to be. Not worth the money and headache after..

Public side parking is hard but the salon says you can park in publix. I do love the Davie salon. The Hollywood one is a bit smaller and the one male tech I had wasnt very friendly. Nails did come out nice just wish the tech didnt make me scare to tell him what I wanted.

Well, oh boy. I’ve been going to TOI spa in another location and this one is definitely staining the reputation of the franchise. Since I moved , I tried this One in Hollywood and The first time all was good, second time they did not match the right color on my hands and foot and I end it up with 2 complety different colors. They said that “that’s the color “ and that’s it, and I know they can at least try to match it. I still have them a third chance ... and that makes me write this review.I made an appointment o line for 3:30, I got there 3:37 they soak my feet for until 4:10pm and no one helped me or started the job. So I decide to walk away. I will NEVER come back to that place.

I had the massage done at Toi Spa. I saw the manager spray and wipe the chair and table after each client while i were waiting. The spa Very clean and beautiful. Definitely i will be back. love Toi Spa at Hollywood Young Circle.

Terrible. For Dip manicure you are charged extra to remove the cuticles. One week later my polish is off (usually dip lasts 3 weeks) and my cuticles are a mess eventhou I paid extra.

ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS PLACE. I PAYED 200$ TO GET ACRYLIC NAILS AND AFTER 3 DAYS THEY ALL FELL OFF. I CALLED THE MANAGER TO COMPLAIN AND HE HUNG UP ON ME & MY HUSBAND. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DON’T SPEAK ENGLISH. THEY ARE ALL VERY DISRESPECTFUL. NEVER ENTERING THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN, EVEN IF IT WAS FREE.

Unfortunately my first experience here was subpar. I originally had an appointment for 3:30 today, but let them know I was a bit behind well in advance, and they said 4:15 was open. I showed up on time and then John said that I would have to wait 15 minutes when they assured me on the phone that slot was OPEN. 35 minutes later I’m still waiting and I had to go to the front and John said oh wait longer. I said to him ‘out of respect I called to let you know I was running behind and now this is how you treat me in response.’ I had to walk out, the amount of disrespect was unbelievable. The lack of professionalism was beyond me. Thank you guys for making me sit in a chair for 35 min to leave with nothing done. Don’t make appointments if you cannot keep them. That simple!
