Massage Envy

My first time at Aina Haina Massage Envy. Unfortunately, the manager, Dawn, extremely helpful, friendly, and nice to me over the phone. However, when I met her in person she was unfriendly and dismissive when I attempted to ask her questions about joining. Apparently, something about my appearance was not good enough to become a member.

Worth every penny. Service is amazing - staff is friendly, helpful, and highly attentive. No matter which service you choose to get (my personal faves are 90-min massages!) you wont be disappointed. Chavis is ah-may-zing. I highly recommend her if youre looking for an intense, deep tissue massage!

My husband and I were visiting the island during our honeymoon and wanted get a couples massage (although we opted for separate rooms - our preference). This was my second time getting a massage and my first time getting a massage at Massage Envy. The entire staff was very welcoming and very friendly. Yoko was my massage therapist and she did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Massage Envy in the Aina Haina Shopping Center!

Sales person is super friendly with soothing voice. She fluttered like an angel across the showroom floor. Great sales tactics professional business shuffling clients in and out like clockwork. Massage therapists in back need a longer break between clients to prep tables. Feel sorry for them, leave a big tip!

Great first time experience. The Staff was very friendly, professional and very detailed. Yoko did an outstanding job on my lower back which has been in pain for weeks. Going back again for another session for sure. 🤙

I normally go to the Kaneohe location but my favorite massage therapist, Kaui, had better availability at the Aina Haina location. The staff were courteous and friendly. And of course, Kaui was fantastic as always. I dont mind driving across island for her awesome massages!!! Shes intuitive and skilled and has helped my body heal over the years. Im so grateful for her!!!

James is the best! I have neck and back issues but James was always so knowledgeable and helpful. He’s a true expert! Now I live in LA and wish I could find another one just like him!

Relieved my back pain on the spot

200 dollars for 60 minute couples massage. Add another 20% tip as etiquette dictates. Whoooweee! My gfs gf is a pro and charges 40 per hour cash utt. Yipes! Trying to sell me membership monthly 55 charge. Up sales up the butt! No thanks...

In 10 months I have gotten 1 massage. Too booked.

I am a member but I cannot seem to get an appointment with the massage therapist of my choice. I am told ___ has a large clientele base and given the run around about why I cannot book an appointment. Again, I was told to call back later or tomorrow when the (February) schedule opens, or I could be placed on a waiting list.

The staff were so sweet and wonderful! The were super welcoming and accommodating! And the massage I got was the best Ive ever had!

I am sure ME might be a great place to go but they dont have any appts for months out. The staff person that I talked to was nice though

An hour massage. Over 2 years with 16 different massage therapists around the world, this was the absolute best!!! I want to take her with me.
