The view was beautiful, but when it came to billing, they tried to force me to give a $50 tip on top of the $200 that I was already paying. I tried telling them multiple times that I only wanted to leave a $20 tip and they kept saying no. I didn’t have a choice I felt like I had to leave more because they had my card in their hand. When I would put $20 and press go they would cancel it and tell me to put more tip. VERY RUDE. Massage was average. (Coming from Kamaʻāina)

Made a reservation for 7 people right after the Honolulu Marathon for the next day. There were a lot of availabilities when we called. The building has a large parking structure that is just $2 to park in.We got Thai and deep tissue massages. Our masseuses were all very friendly and professional and skilled. There are 2 massage beds to one room, so if you come with your friend you can get massages next to each other. At the end we got some water and hot tea. There is a really nice view since we are on the 38th floor! All the masseuses we had spoke Mandarin or Thai.At the end when you pay, you can pay with cash or card. For card there is a transaction fee and you will be presented with the option to tip so be ready for that since the options are decently large.Enjoy!

Highly recommand this place!!! My boyfriend and I had a 90 minutes body massage, the people here are very professional, the environment is so clean, view is perfect, and have lilies in every room which smells good. Everything is SANITIZED. This is the best massage experience I have ever had overall. I love this place! After all the fun activities you have done on the island, this is the place to make you relax and get away from all the tiredness.

This is my 2nd time here & the ladies always work it out! Theyre friendly, theyre strong & they know what theyre doing. The view is worth the trip alone. Tea or water after your massage. Will definitely be back on my next trip!

This is a dishonest business. We had a very poor experience.- They advertised a Thai massage. It was instead a Chinese massage, which is very different.- They advertised $140, and charged us $148 after the massage was done.- They tried to coerce us into giving a 25-35% tip, and made rude remarks in Chinese when we tipped 18%- They repeatedly commented on our bodies and conversed in Chinese throughout the massageWe’re pretty sure all of the massage businesses with the “views” at this building are run by the same people.We recommend you avoid the massages at this building altogether.

I have a chronic back pain that has been really bothering me dealing with everyday things and i found this massage place online and decided to give it a try. They offer high quality massage service( my masseuse was lily she did a really good job releasing those tight muscles and my back felt light after getting the message). Highly recommend getting a massage if you’re in the area. They’re located on the 38th floor and there’s public parking on the ground ( i paid on my phone for 2 hours and it was $6) also views were incredible from the room and very relaxing.

Therapist are RUDE!! I booked my mom and I a massage for this past Friday 3/29 and massage overall was good. At the end when my mom paid and she tipped them 20% they laughed in our faces saying “THATS ALL!?” Nd asking for ten dollars more for each massage therapist. I felt sooooo uncomfortable I ended up tipping them on top of my mom’s tip. In the end i wish I didn’t do that. Tip is EXTRA!! In some countries they don’t tip at all. They were rude and entitled. If you visit this location be prepared to tip more than the average dollar.

Came here for a couples massage with a friend during our trip because it was a rainy day. Its located inside a tall building pretty close (~5 min drive) to many of the resorts in Waikiki. The parlor is on the 38th floor with a beautiful view. When you schedule, they will send you the spot in the garage they want you to park in ($2). Our massage therapists were Nemo and Nancy and they did a Thai/deep tissue massage combo and it was wonderful! Very accommodating and clean space. The price for an hour was $120 (cash only when we were there), and it was a good value for how great the massage was, plus the view. Highly recommend if you are visiting Waikiki! Thanks Pin Thai!

Gorgeous views from the top floor of a 20 ish story building near Waikiki. My massage with Ni was fantastic! She’s originally from Thailand, she was very intuitive with the touch, pressure & really tuned in to my needs. I’m very satisfied with the work she did as a person with body work experience myself. Another plus is that they are taking all COVID-19 precautions and I was skeptical to go for a massage due to the virus but I really needed some body work done. For anyone who is expecting a high end spa massage, this is not a place for that and is very simple yet with beautiful views and again can’t beat a $60 amazing hour long Thai massage. The value of the massage and what you get is just priceless.

They were flexible with the massage we wanted up to the point of appointment which made me wonder if the massage therapist were really specialized in anything or okay at everything. Ended up choosing combination Thai massage but during the massage I was able to request more pressure and switch to traditional Thai massage for that. It was very thorough. Will definitely go again.The parking situation is slightly tricky but you just need to mention the name of the shop and put a card in your car and pay 1$ on exit

I rarely write reviews but Nicky and Ni deserve this one. My partner and I had a couples massage and it was his first one. He said 12/10 would recommend to a friend. I’ve had many many massages but this is def top three. Wow just amazing. They really know exactly what they’re doing and hit allll the right spots. Ni’s pressure was absolutely pristine and perfect. They also have the most immaculate view and yummy tea and cake after. Just the icing on top of the best cake ever eva.

We asked for flowers for 2 couple massages and didnt get them. I didnt have any tension relief after leaving this spa, however the view was beautiful.

Oh my god, this place is a must go after a hike!!! My masseus was Julie, and she was great. I got the lomi lomi, going back again for a Thai massage before I leave. The pressure was on point and felt very relaxed and light afterwards. Dont go to those fancy rip off massages!! Go here!!! Cash is $90 and card is $95.

Great experience with an amazing view. They work on your body at the option level youd like (medium or hard). If chosen the hard, then they definitely ensure that you get a proper level massage. I will be back for the views and experience.

Needed a place to release my back & hip pain after traveling for a couple of weeks. Richey is amazing! So gentle yet strong enough to give me some deep tissue relief. I walked much better the next day, and I came here twice during my short stay. Highly recommended, and I thank my hotel receptionist for referring this place to me! They have 2 couples rooms and filled with mirrors.The view is to die for as well. If you come here at the right time, you can even see the Hilton fireworks right in front of the massage rooms too. Parking is only $2 after validation.

Unexpectedly decadent. Unbelievable view from the corner massage room and waiting area. The rooms were set up wonderfully and seemed to be made for a honeymoon experience with 2 tables per room. I would definitely recommend them.

Wonderful ambiance and service. If you are looking for a massage THIS is the place. We were welcomed as we exited the elevator, the reception area has beautiful view and the private massage room was even more spectacular. So calm and relaxing with the lights of Honolulu twinkling in the horizon. Julie and Tina were wonderful.

The women at this place are so aggressive when it’s time to pay. It’s obvious they want a tip. The room I was in had no a/c and the portable a/c there was barely blowing out. The rooms are all glass so the sun made it very hot in there. Also, the lady kept going in and out of the room when giving my massage on more than one occasion. So when it’s time to pay I tipped $5.00 the lady looked at me and said what is that? She tried to go back to the previous screen so I can re-enter a different amount but I had to swiftly press the green “pay” button. She then shook her head. They don’t realize that a customer doesn’t have to tip at all if the service was inadequate for a tip. She should’ve been grateful to atleast get a tip. I’ve been here three times and there is always something about when it’s time to pay. Way too aggressive.

My husband booked us a couples massage on my birthday. I suffered a broken shoulder two years ago. My range of motion is limited. Twice he stretched my shoulder beyond its limits and didnt even notice. It was agony. Im not sure as to his certification. He should have a significant knowledge of anatomy to be a masseur. When I saw his partner massaging my husband it was the same thing he did to me as if they learned a dance and simply did the same thing every time. There was a lot less massaging and more pressing on muscles instead. After we were done he offered us green tea or water. My husband went to pay and he became very pushy about a tip. He asked if we had cash. After the experience I had, we thought it was pretty ballsy to demand a tip. He literally said to my husband, in America you tip. As we went out the door he walked into his curtained office and said no tip. Heres a tip, when you want a gratuity, which is optional, be graceful and courteous. Do not demand as if you have an entitlement. Pay attention to your clients limitations. I specifically stated which areas were problems. You are owed nothing but your fee unless we, the customer decide otherwise. When you charge significant fees, you do not get to bully people into paying more. If you wish to be paid more, increase your fee. Happy birthday!

Went in for a back massage primarily. Everything was great until the very end when the ladys face became super serious and asked me with extreme importance HOW MUCH U TIP. Tipped $20 and immediately wanted to leave. You dont ask your paying customers How much you tip with a brazen attitude. It ruins the experience.

The best massage place Ive been to, the one I have been to the most.The rooms are well decorated and have a nice view of the Ala Canal, especially at sunset. The masseuse always a does a good job, quiet, professional. The tea at the end is a nice touch. Great prices too, locally owned

My wife’s second time was yesterday. Her first time massage was very good. The second time was like going to a whole different place. She had a terrible massage and we will never go there again. The lady was so distracted with her phone the whole time and she opened the door in the middle of the massage several times. She didn’t even close the door one time after she got back. If you are that busy why would you do the message then.Never again at this place.

I’ve been going to this place for about a year now and I absolutely swear by them. When i was first here last year, i had twisted my ankle and i told the masseuse to be careful around that area. Instead, she grabbed my ankle, saying “this one?”, and dug her magic fingers into where it hurt, and it was near instant relief. Two hours later when my massage was over, i could walk better and put more pressure on it.Yesterday, i was with Nikki (Nicky?), and I told her how my shoulder has been hurting since January and to be careful around that area. She instantly dug her magic fingers right into the knot, and worked on it sporadically throughout the two hour session. I have more range of motion in my shoulder today than i have for the last 7 months. She is an angel and a very talented masseuse. The pressure was perfect, she found all of my spots that needed aligning, and i definitely fell asleep when she was working on my feet.The prices, the view, the staff.. everything about this place is perfect. I travel for work and started getting massages in every city I’ve been. This is, by far, the most consistently therapeutic, kindest shop I’ve had the pleasure of going to. They even gave us some green tea afterwards :)10/10, highly recommend.

The views from this place was spectacular. I was very impressed with their cleanliness with everything being sanitized, I felt very safe. The staff were so nice and Nikki was amazing. I usually have difficulty with my calves and she was so patient and was able to get the muscles to release which was such a relief. The place can be a bit tricky to find, so giving yourself time to navigate the parking garage and find the other elevator is a must, especially with Honolulu traffic. However the staff was amazing and I will definitely be returning

The BEST massage, but now the bar is set so high for every other masseuse. Kevin used the bar on top of the ceiling to straddle my back and used so many pressure points to alleviate my stress and sore muscles. He focused on my legs and feet. He did an amazing job!!! Worth every penny for the 90minute massage

The massage therapists were very good. Wifey and I had a 90 minute couples massage. I cannot think of their names, but we both thought they were very good and we are a little picky. Good pressure throughout, going deep on tight muscles, used hot stones at no additional charge.One thing that was a little challenging was parking and getting to the right elevators. They are located in a high rise. Plus the nice view shown on their website is probably their lobby. The room we received our massages in didnt have much of a view

Worst experience, customer service.Please read this before you make an appointment.Honolulu / Aiea - Pin Thai both has same management.To start off, I am 13years loyal customers to Siam Thai on same building. On 11/5/22 SAT, my favorite masseuses were both fully booked so I decided to try at Pin Thai as my body really needed it at that time. Here are the reasons why I had horrible experience at Pin Thai.1. I got to the shop, and it was very dark that I need to turn on phone light to write arrival chart. Well, was not a big deal.2. My masseuse did not speak English at all but did not care if she can communicate with words and body language.3. During massage, I had allergy attach so my nose was very congested. I asked her if I can get massage faced up, but she said no. Eventually, I really had to (because every time she massages upper back, I was totally out of breath: Nose & Mouth), so I just flipped myself.4. Also, it was freezing cold that you can literally see that all my muscle was so tense, and I let her know that it is freezing, and I will need a blanket which she did not care or do not understand the English.5. Right after I faced up, she put towel on my FACE and turn on AC higher. I am not sure what that means. I was only thinking that she is trying to kill me.6. I speak up again and I was able to get blanket on my body, but she would not turn down the AC7. After massage, she did not even give me water, so I had to asked for it. She answered “You will need to go different floor” so I went different floor to get the water.8. I paid full amount with 20%tips as I normally do with everywhere else.9. I was not going to complain but my body was so sore till today (5days after) so I just wanted to let the management team know what is going on.10. I called and let them know that I would like to speak with manager. The person named Nicole said there is no manager but her only and I can only speak to her.11. So, I told her “I know it is not your problem and I am not looking for money back. I just want to let you guys know what happen so that nothing like this happen again”12. I explain everything to her, and she said, “YOU DON’T HAVE A HAND?”13. I could not believe what she said. I told her I would like to speak with owner, and she said owner is out for vacation for 3MONTHS and she told me to claim the refund from the exact masseuse.Pin Thai and their management is total disaster, and they definitely have no interest in customer service or hearing out any complaint. Some of you maybe had good experience with certain masseuse, but management absent for 3month cannot be any good sign. They do NOT care of you at ALL.Thank you for reading my long review.

Great time worth the money the massage was great

Excellent massage and reflexology. I left feeling like a million bucks after having sciatic lower back pain. The view was amazing. Parking is convenient and cheap and of course the girls were wonderful, professional and pleasant.

My wife and I got the couples massage and it was the best experience. Our dinner reservations ran late so they were kind enough to push our time back an hour. Nikki was very friendly and it was a very relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

This is the first time I’m giving a review because I just feel like I really needed to. I go to this place regularly to get a massage because they have a nice view but after my experience from the ladies who gave us a massage I wouldn’t wanna go back there anymore. The lady who helped me, her massage was really painful. I kept telling her to go easy but I guess thats the softest she can go. My body was really sore after so we only gave them $10 tip but she got mad when my wife handed the tip. She was asking for more and forcing us to add more. So my wife gave another $10 for a total of $20 but not even a thank you we heard from them and stormed off while shaking her head. We were really shocked of how they treated us. They were really rude. They should at least be thankful because even though were not satisfied with their service we still gave them $20 tip. I’m never going back there again. If you’re planning to go there just make sure you give them big tip because if not they will force you to.

I specifically requested Swedish massage for my 18 year old son and I. They started off doing something different so I questioned the masseuse, youre doing Swedish?. Oh yes was the answer. And eventually did do Swedish but then came back to trying to force my and my sons bodies into painful contortions and stretches, applying a great deal of pressure on our necks, etc. At the end the masseuse said, we did Swedish and Thai. Yeah, no kidding, but thats not what I asked for and not what you said when I tried to confirm. My son is athletic and in excellent shape and he said the guy working on him tweaked his lower back within fifteen minutes of starting the massage by trying to force some contortion. My son had had no back issues our whole time here, and weve been very active, but now hes in pain and thinking hell have to go to the chiropractor as soon as  we get home. And will have to fly home 5.5 hours sitting in the plane with back pain.Ive gotten Swedish massage for nearly 30 years and thats what I wanted. But they forced their own agenda on us and left us feeling frustrated and in pain rather than relaxed and satisfied. Why cant they just do what the client asks for? And to top it off, they texted that theyd have a parking validation for us and that parking would cost $2. The lady at the front didnt even offer. She was jabbering on the phone and paused long enough to make sure wed paid the right amount and that was it. So we paid $12 instead of $2 for parking. Weve had such a lovely time in Oahu until this experience which I feel was a huge mistake and waste of $212.

I have NEVER given a review but I specifically set up an account so I could share my experience. This place is a racket! Great views, ABSOLUTELY, service not so much. Way too much pressure even after I repeatedly asked to back off. I was gritting my teeth the whole time. While that was not a great experience, that is not why I am reviewing. After paying the 120 in cash, she asked for a tip which I reluctantly gave $10 to avoid any confrontation. I told her that was the cash I had on hand and her response was that is too low and she will need more. I then reminded her that I gladly paid 120 for the services although I would not pay that again and even gave $10 extra as a tip. She stormed off mad as if she was going to get someone else and my wife and I just slipped out. As a business owner, I would never want to slander anyone for trying to earn an honest living. However, I know I’m seeing that as I look into it deeper , there are more stories like mine. I feel there is a pattern that needs to be exposed.

Walked in about 10 minutes before our appointment and got a bit discouraged and disappointed because we had to wait 30 minutes after our appointment schedule. We were given tea & water during the wait. However, the massage was amazing. I was rung like a wet towel and found so many knots on my body I was never aware of. It was a mix of massage, chiropractic, and stretching. They used their whole body to massage you. I went in tired and came out refreshed and awake. The price was unbelievably cheap especially for that good of a massage. The view was great too. This is a must stop on your vacation, I would recommend going in the beginning and the end.

Booked a couples massage for my wife and I, my wife was screaming in pain, asked multiple times for less pressure and the lady did not listen. Was not a massage at all, more like stomping and punching our body. The place looks dodgy as anything, not professional at all. When asked to use the bathroom, my wife was directed to a room with no toilet seat, when questioned where the seat was, response was I don’t know, go elsewhere.Do not go to this place!Woke up in pain !

There are literally no guest parking spots.Ive been to lots of massage places before and this was sooooo sketchy.There were holes in the walls.The lady was in a t-shirt.There was a curtain up to one room right when we walked in.It felt very uncomfortable.I walked out before filling any information out.Wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to go here.

BEST massage youll ever have. We had a mix of Thai and Swedish massage here. My wife and I did a couples massage which was $120 for 70 minutes. They took their time, was quiet, and went a little over our 70 minutes as well. We were scheduled at 3:00PM and they starred approximately at 3:15PM. Upon entry the view is AMAZING. Youll be taking off your shoes at the front door.The rooms they have available are for luxary or the normal rooms. The normal room we selected was almost as great and didnt need to upgrade, after all - our eyes are closed 99% of the time.I walked out feeling brand new. Nathan is the absolutely best. As per him, hes been doing this for over 10 years. The restrooms were clean as well.10/10, if we ever come back to Honolulu, this will be the ONLY place we go to. The staff was very friendly and inviting. After our massage they provided us with water and cookies. The location is on the 8th floor.Thanks!

I went here for a massage and facial for my birthday. Let me just say this place is AMAZING. The atmosphere is perfect and gorgeous, the guy who did my massage took all my pains away, and my skin has never felt better due to Mimis attention. Did I mention it has the most amazing view of Diamond Head and Honolulu? Youre on the 38th floor so its gorgeous. Everyone is so friendly and the customer service is above and beyond.

The place is beautiful and the male masseuse was great but mine was not. I’ve had traditional Thai massages and deep tissue massages (numerous times for physical therapy and relaxation) but my masseuse did not seem to have any formal LMT training/education. It started off good with Thai massage but the deep tissue on the back was awfully painful and on my arms as well since she didn’t use any lubricant and it was all friction! There was no method or symmetry to this massage and I’m left in great pain.I wouldn’t say don’t try this place, but maybe avoid the lady whose wearing her backpack lol.

Hello. I sorry for leaving a review so late. I got a massage from Nemo and my husband from Nancy. It was so great. We received a decoration massage on the first day of our honeymoon. It was so beautiful, and the view from the high floor was so beautiful. If you come here, get a massage from Nemo and Nancy. They are kind and sweet.

Ive always had a problem sticking with one massage place because I never plan out in advance when Im going to get one, and it was hard to book massages with therapists who were consistently good. Then I found Pin Thai. Im a regular here now, as they are always able to accommodate me, and Ive had an almost perfect record of very satisfying massages (20+ visits with only one experience where the therapist wasnt up to snuff). You get the sense that the owner, Pin, is very concerned that you have a great experience, and it is almost always her that answers the phone. I work in Waikiki, so this is also very convenient for me as Pin Thai is very close (diagonally across from the Convention Center in the Century Center building). Reasonable priced, and great massages. Highly recommended. Oh, bring a dollar if youre driving. Its validated but not free.

My husband and I got a couples massage here today while on our honeymoon. It was the best massage both of us have ever had. There was some good painbut If you dont like that they lighten up If you ask. Its a real massage. We felt amazing walking out of there. Very nice staff.

The massage 💆🏽‍♀️ was amazing ! I loved the view from the 38th floor of the city and looking at all the beautiful twinkling lights . The tea and coffee cake at the end was a really nice touch. Honestly one of the best massages I’ve received . My only complaint was that they were really busy and my services were interrupted multiple times throughout to attended to others but I would Certainly return.

Let start with good, amazing view, massage was good they definitely do there job… now the not so good sheets not clean little musk to them, and the bad when time to pay they expect a lot more of a tip rude when you give them your money they just left us standing at the door took the money and went behind the curtain never to see them again

The massage itself was good. We did a couples massage and one of the therapists kept leaving the room leaving my partner laying there. The bigger situation occurred afterwards. We had to go from one floor to the next to pay and then when it came time to pay the price was 40 dollars more than weve paid before. We asked for clarification and she said 90 minutes is 190 or 180 if you pay cash. We showed her the price from their own website and she began to get louder and more aggressive. We let her know that weve been here multiple times and its never been this much but she just keeps saying that its their price. Again, we showed her the price from their website and she says we have to me then special. We again reiterated that we booked the special over the phone and she keeps saying she needs to check the sign in which consisted of us putting our name on a piece of paper with our number. After 20mins of yelling and making a scene in her own parlor. It finally all ended after the entire shop came to bark at us. I will never return.

Just visiting town and wanted to end our trip with a couples massage so after scouring all the yelp reviews, you cant beat Pin Thai!!There are other massage parlors in the building (located in the century center 38th floor) its about a 15 minute walk from Waikiki/ Hilton Hawaiian Village (where we came from.) -- but this one is on the highest floor possible out of the other parlors as there are 40 floors here. The view is amazing even if you dont get a corner room.We made a same day appointment and they were able to accommodate us. TIP**: bring cash, they have lower prices for cash payments!We enjoyed a couples 100 minute morning massage for 180$, you really cant beat that over in honululu. Its a beautiful relaxing setting, and super clean. The service is top notch, from the moment we stepped in they kept asking us questions to make sure we are comfortable :) Do yourself a favor and make sure you stop by here before your trip in Waikiki is over!

Im very picky as I require an intense pressure because my muscles are so tight. Ive had many massages from LMTs that didnt help because they were unable to perform the intense pressure I needed. This lady is so good! She’s excellent at deep tissue and getting those nots others cannot. Never going anywhere else. 😁(Side note: I’ve seen some reviews saying they feel like they got ‘beat up’ or the pressure was too intense. All you have to do is tell them lighter on the pressure. They also ask how the pressure is doing. If you don’t say anything beforehand, they’ll start somewhere in the middle, then ask part way into the massage. For some, that hurts. For others, like me, it’s not enough.)REVIEW UPDATE: changing my 5 star review to a 1 star. I called here on 10/31/2020 asking for this massage therapist. The lady on the phone said she no longer works here. I explained to her I require intense pressure and it’s hard for me to find a matching therapist who can do it. I asked her for a name recommendation. She tells me to say a date and time. I told her again I book by the therapist and want a recommendation for someone who can do intense pressure. It was a very calm sincere conversation on my end. I told her I’ll work around the therapists schedule. She again only asks me for a date and time then hangs up on me. I thought the call dropped but I wasn’t able to call back for hours. Had a friend call and it went straight through. Turns out this lady, after a polite request, blocked my phone number. Now I had a 5 star review, was commenting on others negative reviews touting this place up and was tipping $20-25 each time I went because I know my massages are difficult because it takes strength. I’m also seeing others having the experience of their card machine being broken and having to pay cash. I went also, not very close to the time of that review, and also had the same experience. I’d guess collecting unemployment and don’t want to report how much they are making when they do work.

This is a great place. I had Nikki and she was the best. Just applied the right pressure as I needed and worked the area of the concern with patience . Came in stressed and went out with relaxed muscles. Feeling relaxed and happy!!!Keep up the good work!!!

Went in for a couples massage, didn’t ask what type of massage we would like. As they mention in the phone call we would pick our massage once we arrived but when we got there they didn’t give us options. After they finished massaging us we sat down to pay, when she brings us the receipt she forced us to tip her. So we gave her the only cash we had in hand which was $4 dollars and she had a bad attitude saying how that’s a little bit. First of all don’t we have the OPTION to tip and how much WE WANT TO TIP? She ended up forcing us to tip her an additional $12 dollars. The view was nice but in this case I would’ve just gotten to a windward mall where they could’ve done the same thing for $15 and would’ve just imagine the view.

Beautiful decor and view, but the massage wasnt what I wanted. I needed more shoulder and neck tension release. My therapist spent more time on legs and lower body. My left arm was sore for a week after being stepped on with Thai style massage. Perhaps language barrier was the problem. The tea and small cookie dessert was a nice ending touch.

The view is breathtaking. The people are very very nice . The massage itself was mostly just pushing and stretching and not much massage and rubbing . We did a 90 minute massage and kept thinking the massage would start at any moment . It never did which was very disappointing 😕

The experience depends on your masseuse. Mine was alright as well as my husband’s. My brother and sister-in-law had bizarre experiences. I think they are individual contractors and so it is inconsistent. It’s located in a building with other “spas” and so I think they are independent contractors. I’m not sure if it is legit but I suppose it did the job for me. For my other family members, they didn’t seem to enjoy it and had awkward experiences.

My husband and I did the couples massages (We are here on our honeymoon) and it was AMAZING!! We loved this place so much we want to do it again before we leave! These women get down to the knitty gritty and make sure every muscles is massaged. Would most definitely recommend to a friend!!!!!

I have been visiting Pin Thai at Ala Moana with my GF since 2013. Every birthday, anniversary and little celebrations we treat ourselves here. Todays visit was particularly special for us, because we had exceptional masseuses Lily and Ling. Theyre absolutely lovely and friendly. The spa treatment has left us completely relieved of pain and stress from troubles of work and age haha. I highly recommend Pin Thain and especially Lily and Ling if you need a couples massage.

Over the years, Ive had hundreds of massage sessions. Some are good and some are just awful. Without a doubt, this was the BEST Ive ever had Nu was my therapist. its soooo good I had to get another one just before leaving Honolulu.. Try it and you wont regret your decision.

UPDATE: Nothing has been resolved for the initial visit. I hope whoever provided the ‘massage’ has been found or some sort of training done to help improve this.I went in for a combination massage as a pre birthday experience. the first thing I told the masseuse was that I have had low back surgery years ago and to be gentle there. I told her I preferred more of the focus on my neck and shoulders. Less than five minutes later she’s walking up from my legs and steps onto my low back. She says she forgot and had to put a towel on my back to help ‘remind’ her. Everything was fine for the most part afterwards until I was sitting up and she apparently forgot about my back again and pressed down. Ended the massage hearing yelling in another room as some employee from the company was banging on things and shouting. Left feeling much WORSE than I came in... very disappointed.

Brought my husband here for some R&R, it was both of our first time here... We absolutely enjoyed our thai massages! It was my first time of having a thai massage. I didnt know what to expect except that they massage with their feet. Thank goodness i went with a good friend. Yhey have a couple massage for $75 cash to have the deal. Need to make the reservation and no walk-in. There is parking in a structure parking but its a $1 charge. My massage was amazing. If it is your first time you may wanna loose up your body before you go in.

Went in for a couples massage place was nice and massages were nice, but when we went to pay the lady basically demanded we tip. She said “no tip?” This was before we were even able to get the tip money out.

Massage wasnt very good. More awkward then anything. And the warm oil they used made my face, neck, chest, back and arms break out so fast! Not how I wanted to look for the rest of our trip.

Anytime I have any pains or knots that need to be taken cared of I go to Pin Thai Massage. I truly believe they have the best Thai Yoga massage on the island!There is plenty of private parking and the rooms are clean and quiet.I recently went to get my achilles tendon worked on because I was having trouble walking. Amazingly after a 90-minute session I could already feel like I was able to walk again.I recommend anyone who is looking for a good massage to check them out.

The view is die for it ,the best stretched massage I ever have $120 for couples (70 minutes) my husband love it too,the only thing is if they can have hot tower warmmer in every single room like most places that I have been would feel much more better because the massage therapists have to go in and out to get a hot towel with the door open and close sounds breaked a relax and peacefulness moment other than that it’s great.
