Bought two vapes (Lost vape Orion bar) first 1 auto firing on da spot no flavor. Asked for a new 1. But da girl told me oh just put em on the charger thing going go away. Ik for a fact da thing not going go away. 2nd 1 no flavor. Brah plus da girl was giving eye problems toward my old lady.

Prwrry decent shop. Prices were ok. That parking tho....its just no good.. located on a highly industrial area next to a repair shop, audio installation shop, on a busy street with like 4 parking spots guaranteed to be taking by employees of the other businesses near by. Was stupid aggravating to deal with that.

Variety of vapes and smokes. Customer Service is helpful, friendly and explanatory with their products. Definitely have their own point system to get vapes etc for cheap. Convenient as well near bus stops and other local shops and stores

BEWARE. I purchased a vape and literally opened it right outside the door. Liquid was comming out all out of the box/ package, I returned in the store a few seconds later, asked politely if I could get it swapped. Employees tell me no, signs on the door( one sign mind you)( not all over the store). Very unprofessionally told me you can just buy another one. Owner has Zero integrity for customers. I didn’t take it home for a day, literally opened it right outside the door a few seconds later. Any other shop would’ve swapped no problem. A $23 vape that you probably buy wholesale for $5 a pop. It’s the principal my guy, do right by your customers. Put your policy descriptive big and bold on your business photos and business description. Customer service= fair review

I bought 2 vapes and in the store they worked but after 2 days of casual use they both stopped working.

The manager Kela definitely needs a retrain on customer service. I was standing in line with my wife waiting patiently as a couple had walked in behind us she blatantly ignored us and is by far the saddest excuse of a customer service representative. Hmu Kela I’ll be at volcano

Went here as a first time vape user while on vacation to visit my husband, the young lady helped us. Super friendly I’m moving there in sept and this will be my shop! You should give her a raise super nice and helpful I’m all the way from Boston and never seen such a friendly girl thank you!!!!

Only issue I had was I bought a pen and it only worked a few puffs. I called them and they would not let me return it. I understand that pretty much all vape shops do this, but when u sell defective pens you should compensate your customer. I could see if I always come in trying to make a return. That was my first vape pen that didn’t work and last time dealing with them. Anyone else going please be aware.

Great service, very nice and helpful staff. They literally have the cheapest prices for e-juice and salt nicotine. $15 for all salt nicotine, $20 for all 100ml e-juice and cheaper prices for smaller e-juice products. Not to mention the variety of all there products.

Staff is always above and beyond, pretty wide variety of flavors of juice and although I dont use e cigarettes they have a huge assortment of those as well. They also offer PPE like sheilds and masks there as well as other misc items

They really live up to their name. Cheapest juice, coils, disposable vapes etc. you’ll find anywhere! Friendly service and won’t make you feel rushed to make a decision like those other vape shops! Love this spot!

I think best prices for the puff bars if you intonthat stuff great variety of them aswell , 800, 2500, XL. Sizes too.

Issues with elf bar, belo and maybe the other vapes that have those designs, should be avoided due to ghost lighting and battery being loose within case. Try other designs to possibly avoid the issue.

I have to say, they arent kidding with their name. They sell low as they can, by volume. Can pick up a couple 100ml, forty bucks. Definitely recommend them for fluid.
