The service is great, friendly, helpful and they always greet you. Normally they have what I need in stock, otherwise the sales associates recommend something similar to my liking. I really enjoy the rewards (especially if it knocks -$5+ from my total) and when I remember to do it, I’m able to get 15% off my order when I complete a survey (prior to purchase & expires if you don’t use it within 30 days).

Really friendly place. Good prices. They give military discount also.

Needed some 18650 batteries for my drone radio. They had them and were super nice. The batteries work well and are exactly what I needed. Highly recommend if you need batteries.

Caleb has excellent service and I’ll definitely be back because of him. I’m now getting a mi-pod and he is very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. I had tons of questions and he had no problems walking me through it all. Thank you Caleb, you are a friend 👍

The store is nice and clean. Caleb greeted me as soon as he was done helping the customer before me. He was very helpful & knowledgable and answered all my questions. The only reason I gave it four stars was because things were a little more expensive than other places.

First time doing curb side pick up. It’s pretty simple and easy and convenient. Sales associate who helped me was pretty customer service and welcoming and knew his stuff. It’s way more convenient and runs smoothly if you know what you want alrdy and or do your research on what you want before ordering and or coming to curb side.

Honestly, after reading the other reviews prior to choosing this store, I thought this was gunna be a pretty good store. When I arrived I was greeted by store manager Todd. He handed me a flyer of all the merchandise on sale. A lot of it was juice and he knew quite a bit about the juices he sold. Unfortunately when we turned to the tanks and mods his knowledge of even his most popular device was lacking. He was really friendly but his lack of knowledge of his most popular devices just turned me off on buying them. The store is really clean and modern though.

Marcus, the assistant manager at the Kapahulu, assisted us with our issue with our device thoroughly with friendly customer service. His efforts really showed when he went through all the options as to why the device wasn’t working properly and also advised us how to maintain longevity of the device. I would recommend visiting this location! Thank you Marcus.

Service was terrible. Came in after 4 other people and saw that they were being helped by one salesperson. So, I waited my turn. After the last person left, one more person came rushing in and was helped immediately while we were there still waiting for the salesperson. After 10 more minutes I go up to the salesperson named Kai and asked him if we could take a look at the juices really quick and he tells me “Sorry just a minute” and I ask him if it’s first come first serve and he replies with “I didn’t see you guys walk in”. Seriously? That store is a small little box and you’re telling me you didn’t see us walk in?

Great place tons of variety everything that you need plus they are cheaper than other places there are. I bought a 5000 puff disposable, rechargeable vape and another bottle of my juice between 50 and 55 bucks Not to mention the new girl they hired Its very cute But can definitely tell she is very customer oriented will definitely be back

Awesome place and when they say Theyre the cheapest Vape shop they arent lying. Its a lot cheaper than and other Vape shop in Hawaii that Ive been too. And a lot of the vape products come in different sizes and the price only goes up a dollar more for one size with more vapes. Its a small store on Nimitz next to the tattoo shop and across 7-11 on Kalihi and Nimitz. You really have to check it out.. ALOHA

Cari was very helpful as my mod finally died and needed to be replaced. I went from a rechargeable mod via a port with no external batteries. The new mod that I picked up is higher wattage with dual external batteries and Cari advise that I shouldn’t rely solely on the port to charge the mod and the two batteries won’t charge at the same time and may kill them faster. She even asked if I needed the new coils but decided to wait since I have a ton for my other tank which I’m going to use until I run out.Thanks fo much Cari!

Stopped in hoping that my vape was still under warranty and I could exchange it, but no such luck... regardless, the young braddah at the store was extremely helpful and got me hooked up with some new disposals to get me by until I decide what I wanna buy next. He had some suggestions & they were spot on. Mahalos!

Tried my friends MOD and was hooked!So i decided to check out Volcano Kalihi.I was a pure virgin rookie but this local braddah really took his time to help me out!I wish I got his name but braddah was AWESOME!!The guy who rung me up was also super helpful and got my MOD all set up and showed me all I needed to know!!I SORRY I NEVER GET ANY YOUR GUYS NAMES!!!BUT YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!

Love the service. Usually go to the Kapahulu store but tried the Kalihi branch and service was awesome. Both stores are really helpful with products and discounts.

I been to other shops reffered by friends/fam. One of my friends reffered me to e cig city in kalihi, only because i really liked his snowwolf mod. When i finally went there to check out the place? Dude the guy there had/has no customer service personality watsoever. He even has that “duh” look on his face like he doesnt want to be there. Never even greet me n my sisters or said ANYTHING! When i did ask him questions? He looked irritated! He was just RUDE period! I was like u know wat? Lets go somwhere else, where theres actually humans working 😂. So we went to Volcanoes Kalihi n LOVED Alapaki! He was super helpful and knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I should have went to Volcanoes FIRST lol. But bum bai i wen learn! I would most deff always go back to Volcanoes and refer my fam/frenz there! Aloha n thank you Alapaki for hookin it up!

I arrived Saturday at 0930 during regular business hours to purchase a new Mod and was told by an employee that they would not open. This is my first impression with the company and so far its negative. Plan to take my business elsewhere!
