(Written by my wife)I am deeply disappointed with the Signature Pedicure experience I received at your establishment. The treatment promised a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for my feet, including gentle exfoliation, a masque, and an extended massage targeting muscle tension. However, the reality was far from the description provided.The exfoliation was rushed and hardly noticeable, while the promised masque seemed to be completely skipped. Furthermore, the massage was brief and lacked the depth needed to address any muscle tension. Instead of feeling relieved, my feet were left feeling neglected and far from the relaxation I anticipated.This discrepancy between the advertised treatment and the actual service received has left me dissatisfied and questioning the quality of the services offered at your establishment.Despite raising my concerns in a polite manner regarding the unsatisfactory Signature Pedicure experience I encountered, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of assistance or willingness to address the issue. Despite explaining the discrepancies between the advertised treatment and the service received, I was denied a refund or any form of corrective action, such as redoing the treatment.This lack of willingness to rectify the situation after a polite request for assistance only added to the frustration and disappointment stemming from the initial unsatisfactory service.Regrettably, the absence of any remedial action has left me feeling undervalued as a customer and hesitant to consider returning to your establishment for future services.Sincerely,

Very good facial, good massage. A dedicated lounging area between treatments would be helpful

I had the most wonderful spa experience I have had in ages. My body rap was wonderful and my full body massage with Jeannie was that best massage I have had in a very long time. I will be back!!!!

As part of my “self-care” regimen, I have been coming here for facials and occasionally pedicures for over a year. The services are excellent, the atmosphere is elegant, the setting on the Columbia River is exquisite. I leave here every time completely satisfied with the experience. Highly recommend.

I originally came here as because I had been given a gift certificate for Christmas. I had never been all that interested in ‘SPAS’. I got so comfortable after only one session that now I schedule regular appointments! Martina is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me repair skin damage that my dermatologist had only made worse. She has a very holistic individualized healing approach to skin care. Her focus is on healing the skin-not just shoving the symptoms down deep so they can come back in full force later. If your dermatologist has failed you I highly recommend at least trying this place. If nothing else you’ll get to enjoy the beauty of the location and some relaxation.

Unbelievable massage!!! I can say with certainty this is the best massage I have ever had!! I had the privilege of getting a massage from Gail. She was very professional and listened to exactly what I told her and catered the massage to that. I asked her to use deep pressure and focus on my lower back, and I got above and beyond that!!! She was very knowledgeable and knew to target other areas on my body that could be contributing to the lower back pain as well. The entire experience was relaxing, rejuvenating, and changed my entire outlook on massages!!! I felt that the massage was both a relaxing experience and started the process of managing my chronic back pain and muscle fatigue, which is something Ive been trying to deal with for a long time. Thanks again to Gail and the entire staff. You guys were awesome, and we look forward to seeing you again!!

Sam did an amazing job with my wedding makeup and hair! She was great during the trial and on my wedding day, and the rest of the spa staff was super friendly and welcoming! A great experience overall!

Martina and her team are amazing! Our wedding was on a Thursday and she accommodated my small bridal party for mani/pedis and massages. She was professional, flexible, and talented and her team was the best. As the bride, I had an excellent massage as well as a manicure/pedicure that has lasted three weeks. Her salon is beautiful with products that I would definitely purchase again. Thank you for being so kind to us and we had such a good time getting ready for an amazing day!

Yesterday I enjoyed an amazing facial at the spa. All of my concerns were addressed. The esthetician was so knowledgeable, I loved her holistic approach to addressing my skin. It was such an informative and relaxing experience. Today my skin looks and feels so refreshed!

Exceptional experience with highly qualified massage therapists. My wife and I visited here in December and had therapeutic and very relaxing massages. I look forward to getting a massage here again soon. I highly recommend Spa Remedease!

Paid attention to my needs. Excellent massage.

I cannot say whether this spa does nice work as I never received any services, however was charged $285.00! My friend and I had planned a Spa Day back in April, but were unable to even get into the parking lot due to an accidental power/water/phone outage. The hotel and restaurant graciously cancelled our reservations, being understanding of the fact we were from out-of-town. The spa however, decided we should have agreed to wait around in the dark until the power was restored! We were in the position of having to find a new place to stay for the night, and chose to make that our priority. Rather than being sympathetic to our predicament, they chose to antagonize a customer/client. No rescheduling, no reducing the rate due to an unfortunate incident that was NOT OUR fault. Hmmmm. Doesnt sound like a business who actually cares about customer service.

This place is a rip off!! I got sick the day before my appointment with a bad cold. I emailed right away to let her know. The day of my appointment, she went and charged me anyway! $140 for nothing! How desperate for money do you have to be to charge someone for getting sick?? Terrible business
