Cant speak to the food or drinks as we were there for karaoke and ended up leaving because the DJ left on a smoke break 5 minutes after we got there and never came back.The music was SO LOUD it was uncomfortable, we all had to put our fingers in our ears.We were the only ones in the back room so we danced around while we waited for the DJ to return, but after 20 minutes we gave up and went to another bar. Also, commercials kept coming on because they were using free Spotify. 🤦🏻I would have loved to sing karaoke and try some drinks but it just didnt happen.

If you like ‘seedy’ this is your place 😆. We knew going in this was a Chinese restaurant that turned its lounge into a Karaoke bar so our expectations were low but wanted to try it out since there wasn’t a lot of karaoke options in town. The place was filthy, carpet stains everywhere, sticky tables and chairs. Wires hanging off the walls, clear fire and safety hazards everywhere. The karaoke system is terrible, needs a mixer and better microphones and an upgraded app like Karafun or something. Best part of this night was the super kind bartender, and decently priced drinks.

Food was trash fried, got yelled at for trying to take it to go and the smell of pee is pretty overwhelming. How is this even a place in this beautiful town.

I left my purse here and when I came back to get it my Raybans and cash were gone. I know it was an employee because when they called me to report finding the purse, they stated the sunglasses were still in there. The scorpion bowl is good tho.

Nice Owners...the thing I appreciate most? The feeling that you are in an authentic Chinese & American Food Restaurant with an attached bar. In my humble opinion, it is a Hood River classic that has deep roots throughout the local community.

Waitress eyed us about 5 times, served 3 others who had waited less than us before finally taking our order....and then handed over an already OPENED Corona with a lime floating in it. When asked for one that wasnt opened she rolled her eyes and tried to explain that it wasnt a big deal.Only positives were that its open late and the DJ was awesome....and if you like to party in old school Chinese restaurants then this spots for you.

There was a bar tender dressed like an elf. My shoes stuck to the floor. The velvet wallpaper feels good when you touch it. I’ve literally only been there one time. The bathroom could use some upgrades. I’m glad they got a new DJ. The new DJ is killa. I’d give it five stars if they let me have a drink on the dance floor.

Serve well its ok. Food fair but not world class. Fast lunches during the week. Great hang out Friday- Sat. nights w music and dancing. Only kinda night club dancing in town most times. Dont forget the scorpion bowl! Must have it!

Some staff were actually rude. I asked a male foodserver for an extra pitcher of water for my party of 7, and he not only told me, No! (Can you believe that!?), but he acted toward me as if I were a beggar asking for spare change. He (the foodserver!) scoffed, rolled his eyes and told me that my request was inconsiderate of other potential guests in the establishment. As if water pitches are a rare and special commodity to be rationed with thoughtful care. In short, he was a spectacular buffoon who has no concept of customer service--his chosen profession. Also, the red carpet throughout the place has black stains on all traffic areas. This restaurant has been in Hood River for ever and is something of a local landmark; sadly, it needs new management urgently.

Im young and the music is way too loud...damaging to everyones hearing. Do us a favor and turn it down slightly. Bartender is fast. Beer selection is horrible and food is ok.

Food is kinda edible, service only nice to woman when their polite. (Sexist) oh! And dont trust the bouncer to jacks which is incorporated with the Chinese resturaunt. The thin fit little bouncer grew up here, went to school with an older friend of mine and he is horrible , has no concern for peoples safely, only likes to make problems bigger. He catchis nothing, and only cares about himself, if you want to dance and have a good time and only that i reccomend whiskey Tango, I have lived her for a decade and I highly reccomend NOT support this place.

Best crab puffs Ive ever had in my life, actual crab. Some of the best americanized Chinese overall. Decor is fabulously 70s, and their lunch specials are a great deal.

Only went to the bar, its straight out of the 1970s. Its like walking into a Quentin Tarantino movie. The wallpaper and booths are literally from 1972. Awesome decor, drinks were okay. Just go.

Scorpion bowl for 2. Bar then booth, for large order of fried batter with shrimp -- admittedly delicious, fried well. PBR to chase down the wisabi mustard & sweet sweet sauce. Karaoke to the wall!!!

Repulsive deep fried to the Max. I’m only going to say this once.. dont. Plzzzz lawwd redirect thy chosen one far FARrrr awaY from it. And honestly looked and taste verrrydisgusting. Please don’t waste your monies. would not refund the unsatisfactory plastered with battered excuse for egg roll. ThAt Nast was like 4 inches thicccccck grosss

Seriously the worst customer service ever! I called because I had left my debit card there and the woman told me as soon as she answered Dont call here we busy okay? She kept talking over me and was very rude and unprofessional. Would not even check to see if my card was there and we waited over a half hour just for some crab puffs.

The owners are nice n chill. I love the weekends when its packed.

Great bar to go with your buddies on the weekend, karaoke until 11:30pm on Fridays and saturdays.

The worst meal, not just the worst chinese food meal, the WORST meal i hav ever had ! Bar none !!

Come early Friday night for karaoke. Order a scorpion bowl. Stay until they close it down.

Food is worth the drive from North Bonneville, Wa. to Hood River, Oregon.

Ordered Grey Goose and was served well vodka. Very bad business.
