The Staff makes my heart happy. Those guys are so knowledgeable, continuously impressed. Did you have the cheapest glass pieces around, you just got to know where to look. Wish they still had cheap Vapes, they do have the cheapest premium rolling tobacco and the cheapest cans of butane .

Been shopping here for the last decade, the owner is awesome! It is rare a product is out of stock, if they don’t carry something you’re looking for, they find it and bring it in (if possible), customer service above and beyond. They have great prices, with more options than anywhere else I’ve been. Through all the years I’ve been a customer, not a single negative thing to say!

Neither bad nor good. They do not have a wide variety of cigars or tobacco. The clerk suggested clove cigarettes. Clove cigarettes are not cigars. He was so busy trying to upsell me with large-gauge cigars that he didnt even note if he had or had not ANY 26 gauge.

Went to Pype’s Palace for premium cigars. Purchased a variety pack including Montecristo, H.upmann, and Romeo y Juliet which is exactly what I wanted. Staff was great and threw in box of matches and refill of butane.

This establishment has an amazing selection of high end cigars, ecoutrimá and everything for the smoking enthusiast. In addition it also has a wide variety of products geared for the lifestyle of most people. The Owner and worker are experts in their knowledge of the products. Clean environment. Really nice employees and knowledgeable about their products. Very helpful. Got a nice vape juice flavor and bought a mod plus extra tanks for it.

Staff were smart and helpful. Excellent layout, and they have more coils than Ive seen in most other shops. This is my new spot for sure. 😙💨

Awesome place, with very helpful staff. I came in for a vape pen and ended up leaving with what I came in for, educated and with three awesome looking disc which my husband loved. The gentleman who helped me out also gave me some information about choosing the right disc as well.

Had a super rare factory defect on my smok alien that YouTube couldnt fix. I took it back to these guys and they sorted me out with a replacement in no time. Best service in the gorge.

They have a nice selection of eJuice. Not the biggest, but still big enough for everyone to find something they like to vape on without having to settle. They have a few box mods and mech mods along with everything you need to vape on no matter what you vape. First time shoppers should expect to be there for an hour or so. Lots of eye candy. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

Guy with the beard was a douchebag. Didnt pay much attention to me when i came in. Also insisted on arguing with me about how he has the fairest prices in town on vape mods. Sorry bud, not paying 99 bucks for an old mod that Ive bought in the past for 40 when it was brand new. Also would like to note how straight up disrespectful he was, after i mentioned that i was from utah he told me to go back. Yeah no thanks. Ill just have some buddies from utah overnight me some mods in the mail and probably still pay less. But thanks for treating me like a customer. Ill be sure to come back soon. Sike.
