December 11th 2023 I went to get a 30 min massage, as in the process of getting a massage my truck was broken into while the ladies in the front was literally looking and did nothing, she then runs to the back to inform me that my truck has been broken into and said don’t worry we have it onto camera, as I get dressed to go go check out my truck I requested to look at the video she said oh no sorry but my camera has been unplugged, so here the tip, out of all vehicles around mine that one and only car took and went to that spot specifically and broke in my truck which is fishy as hell cause sounded like she was in onto it, i question it and all she said was sorry and it was a red car my moral is that this place isn’t safe to go and over price for sure… save your money and go to a place that is more safer

I am incredibly upset with the service from this place. I went in with a Groupon for 45 minutes, and then added another 15 minutes when I got there. Unfortunately my massage was only 45 minutes and when I brought this up with the front desk they assured me the manager would call me back. It is now almost a week later and no calls. I called again today and finally spoke to the manager who yelled at me and refused to help in any way. She said “we used our sheets, towels and products on you and I cannot believe you are complaining”. When I told her she is treating her customer very unprofessionally she refused to listen and just kept telling. I have never ever written a bad review in my life but could not stay quiet on this matter. Shame on this business.

Staff is friendly, a room was set up pretty nice and romantic for a couple massage. but massage itself is Very average. Went by coupon for a couple massage. Im glad I didnt pay the full price here. Felt nails on my skin during massaging, hot stones were burning hot, heard footsteps and slams of the closet or whatever it was. Not very relaxing atmosphere. They defenetly should change there shoes for sneakers or smth like that. I wouldnt recommend this place.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! Daniella the owner was so nice, professional and accommodating! The customer service in general was amazing! But Bettys hands are absolutely bomb!!! This is one of the best massages I’ve had in a very long time! From start to finish it was perfect!! I am officially a regular I’m claiming it cause I will be here every 2wks! Lol!

My neck was in pain and my right shoulder and right arm hurt as well. It was hard to sleep with the pain. Noelio co- owner said my left side of my upper back was rock hard and I had lots of knots. She got all the knots out and knew how to pinpoint the trigger points in my feet. I got the hot stone cbd oil massage, wonderful, pain gone in neck and arm. She even went over time to make sure I was satisfied and didnt charge extra. She was excellent and I would recommend to anyone looking for a great Spa experience Blue Star Spa.Hugh Cavell 5/22/21

Masseuse was on her phone as she walked into the room. I asked for a hot stone massage and recieved no hot stone massage. She also checked her phone to text someone in the middle of my massage.
