I went last week and i have to say the young lady at the front desk was so welcoming! Nyiah definitely made me a customer forever due to her kindness. The place is so clean as well i will be renewing my membership!
I love the massage therapists at this location. I want to thank Jamie for her assistance today. She went over and above for me, which really makes a difference! Thank you for adding value to my experience and day! Its like a massage starts even over the phone transferring credits to friends.
I was a member with Massage Envy for a little over 2yrs and the service that I received at the front desk was horrible. For every request that I had (example, fax number, cancellation request, corporate number, etc.) I was told that I had to speak with a manager who was never available. Nia, a front desk receptionist, was very rude and hung up on me when I asked for the spelling of her name so that I could report her rude behavior. I had to find the corporate email on my own through a google search and had to get them involved in order to finally get a response back from the manager. I highly recommend NOT going to this particular location for any services. Do yourself a favor and spend your money where it is appreciated.
Warning!!!!!!!!!Worst place ever. Do not go there. They don’t know what they are doing. They have unprofessional people who are not qualified working there. There is a lady there Courtney- do not ever go to her. She injured me badly !do not ever go there!!!!! They will not care and take responsibility if they injured you. There will be a radio show interview on this subject coming soon. Please listen to it. Don’t do it to yourself. Go to a reputable place that cares about their customers. I don’t want what happened to me to happen to you. Soon people will start speaking up. They make you sign a paper so that you don’t sue them when they damage you. Some of us have great attorneys though and law suit is coming their way to expose the way they treat customers. There are many good places around town. This place is the absolute worst. Don’t become a victim. Educate yourself!!!! The owners keep people who work there even after they were told that they caused injuries. That’s the type of place this is! Do not go there!!!!!
Aside from my previously great experiences with Brenda and Wenjuan, I had the most humiliating and unpleasant experience on May 15, 2024, which now haunts my thoughts about future visits to any massage spa.I had a 60-minute massage from 1:00 to 2:00pm with one of my usual massage therapists and I was lying on my stomach throughout to focus on my shoulder blades. In the middle of the session, around 1:15-ish, I noticed through the face-rests hole that the door had abruptly opened, brightening the room. And then I heard a man speaking in a loud voice that me and my therapist were in the wrong room. He literally broke into our session without knocking and I was naked lying on my stomach, with only a sheet covering my lower half. Then he began to stand there with the door wide open, repeatedly stating that this was his room and he had used it earlier in the day, his voice growing louder each time. I was naked and vulnerable, lying on my stomach, without knowing who can see me from the hallway!!!I was in shock and I didnt know how to respond because this is the first time Ive ever encountered such situation in over ten years of visiting various massage spas across different cities and countries. He continued to repeat himself for about a minute. My therapist, who is not fluent in English, suggested he check with the front desk. He then slammed the door and began shouting to another person in the hallway and slamming at least four other doors down the hallway, causing a loud disturbance. During the whole episode, I feared he might be searching for something to harm me or my therapist. I was terrified throughout the ordeal, and my therapist tried her best on calming me for the rest of the session.After the session, I reported the incident to the front desk and the assistant manager. They were compassionate and understanding, offering comfort and sympathy, as I cried intermittently. I really appreciate it. The assistant manager assured me that they would send Austin home and start an investigation immediately. They removed his name from the booking system for the rest of the day, as I noticed. However, when I checked the booking app the next morning, I was disappointed to find that he was still available for appointments. I dont think thats the safe choice to do. Clearly, he has unresolved emotional issues that require professional intervention. Allowing him to return to work without addressing these issues poses a safety risk. I understand that conflicts with colleagues can occur, but these should be handled professionally and certainly not in the presence of a customer!!! He was rude to his colleague and didnt even show some respect to me as a customer. Any working adults would have known that its important that such matters are resolved outside of client interactions to maintain a safe and professional environment.Yesterday is the darkest day of my life. Growing up in a conservative environment, I am particularly sensitive about who sees my body. Despite having received massages for over ten years, I have always chosen female therapists. This incident was profoundly humiliating and left me feeling violated. The mere thought of reliving this experience brings me to tears every time. I am sharing this review, despite the pain of recounting the event, because I hope to prevent such an incident from happening to anyone else. Its crucial to raise awareness about the issues like this so that necessary safety measures are taken to protect clients.Updated as of 25.05.20: I received a phone call from Sydney, the director of operations south Texas and ended up canceling my membership.

Pretty disappointing service by the management of this location. They lied to me and took my 1.5 credits and offered only 0.5 credits as consolation. I plan to cancel my membership which I have had for a while if they do not resolve this. I would go to the other locations in Houston who are not managed by the same team.Massages were good but the management is suboptimal.You can see the other reviews in here that discuss the shady misuse of credits.
Im recovering from a surgery and really needed a massage. They were able to get me in quick and take care of my needs. Excellent!
WARNING: This Massage Envy location is actively scamming their members with shady usage of their membership credits. I had a longstanding membership here for years with many prepaid credits piled up. Then found out one that my credits and account were cancelled with no notification. Apparently the different locations are only loosely affiliated and managed separately and don’t always follow the same rules. Sign up for your membership through another location.
I go to Tanglewood location for my facials and a different location for my massages. Taylor does amazing facials at tanglewood! I would recommend her. I would rate her 5 stars, my skin has improved significantly since I started going to her once a month. However, rating this location 4 stars because the front desk staff could be better. Also, this location charges a card fee when leaving a tip which was strange to me since the other massage envy location I go to doesn’t do the same. Plan to tip in cash at this location if you can.
I wish I could post no stars. This was the worst experience ever. My husband and I booked a couples massage, the beds were separate that told me what I needed to know before we started. The guy who massaged me was rushing like he didn’t wanna do it and my husband said the lady was doing the same. We didn’t get our necks rubbed or facials. Like we will never ever go to another massage envy in life.
Moving to Houston, I knew I was going to cancel my membership with Massage Envy because I LOVED my massage therapist and esthetician in New Jersey (Hey Cherry Hill location! Victoria T is the best!) After cancelling, I had a few sessions left and obviously had to use them. I dragged my feet on it but finally decided to look at the reviews, find a decent massage therapist, and go for it. Can I say I regret cancelling my membership after just one massage?! First, staff at the front desk and management, AMAZING. SO friendly and sociable. I sat and chatted for about 10 minutes before even leaving. Then my massage with Kim! My goodness! I’m a log, always in some type of pain, super tense. But Kim was patient with me during our 30 minutes of stretch and really honed into my problem areas for an hour a massage. I felt so much better after my visit and she gave me some real advice (aka… I need to start stretching at home. Something I struggle to make time for). So long story short, I love it here and will be reopening my membership.
I have enjoyed this location. My regular therapist, Dairon, is really great. If you like very deep pressure/stretch, he is one of the best that I had so far. I have a bad posture + siting all the time, so I have quite a problem - neck/shoulder, lower back pain, hip pain etc. Dairon always pays attention to my request, and he also gives me feedback. I may feel a little sore, but every time, I feel 20pounds lighter, much more flexible after my sessions with Dairon.
I have had very good experiences with all of the therapists at this location, but certainly have my favorites. I used to have Tod, and I was concerned when he left that I would not have another regular therapist, but have been very happy with Kim. She is great! And her stretch services are a wonderful complement to a massage!
Chris did a good job with the massage. I was in town visiting and stopped in for some self care. If back in town I would return.
Ms. Brenda Adams at Massage Envy is the best massage therapist in my opinion. I have been a client at this location for over 15 years, primarily because she is there! Her deep-tissue massage a painfully blissful because she gets all of the knots out of my neck, shoulders, and back. She also educates you the body and how to reduce stress in your life.The front desk here is always pleasantHowever, they could use additional training on how to answer clients questions regarding services offered, pricing, and membership perks.Also, as a long-term client, it would be nice to receive monthly free services, promotional offers, or giveaways.
The girl at the front desk girl was super great which is the reason I gave the 2 stars . When I arrived my massage therapists was kind of rude . The front desk girl offered me a stretch service but the massage therapists was like “I’m not doing that “ . Ok cool I didn’t ask I just accepted the offer . I booked an 1hr deep tissue and it felt like a mall massage . I asked for more pressure and then it got a bit better . She asked if I felt better about half way through when I said no she said I just need to go rest lol . Lastly she was like ok that’s all the time we have left . Not only did she not move from my back area ignoring my whole body but I was there early didn’t get started til 8:09 and it ended at 8:50. . So I basically paid 125$ for a 41 minute mall back massage . Going back to hand and stone today to get it done right.
New location, but same great service! The front office is always welcoming and helpful. Mario is my massage therapist. Wouldn’t trade him for anything in the world! He gives an amazing massage! His bedside manner is caring and professional. His work area is neat and clean, and he is always the perfect gentleman. Definitely 5-star!
Overall the facility was great and friendly. My massage therapist did a great job only thing I would improve on and seems to be the norm at most Massage Envy’s as I travel a lot and will visit Massage Envy’s all over the country is that the therapists need to pay a little more attention to detail. I always say I prefer my feet and hands getting massaged and for times sake in 1 hour massages to spend more time on my Hands and feet and scalp and less time on legs and arms. They never do and it’s like a quick run through and they’re done. There is no time spent on the pressure points of the hands, feet and scalp/head. Especially on the fingers and toes which I feel release alot of tension when done properly.
After several years of membership I will finally cancel due to interactions with manager Victoria who is condescending and lacks customer service. The membership itself is a scam as you accrue massages but they make it nearly impossible to use or transfer. Found an amazing massage therapist Chris at Pearland location, but would refuse to visit this location as long as Victoria is managing.
Rosario is incredible. I’ve had two excellent sessions with her, and she’s been incredibly helpful relieving tightness in my shoulders and hips. I also appreciate that during my 90 minute sessions with Rosario, 80 minutes are spent receiving massage.((Although it takes me a few minutes to undress at the start, and get dressed at the end, it’s not unusual for some of the other workers to wait 10 minutes before we start AND end 10 minutes early. I appreciate that Rosario gives me massage for the extra 10 minutes .))
Been coming to this Massage Envy location for years and there have been several therapists that I’ve returned to see. Recently I’ve needed a lot of deep tissue work and I HIGHLY recommend Brenda. Over the course of three-four weeks I’ve been immensely happy with how well she’s customized my massage to focus on my problem areas and has helped a great bit. Do it!
The aesthetic of the place is beautiful and everyone was professional but I was extremely disappointed in the quality of my massage.I requested a foot scrub and was told I would not be able to get it because the therapist is allergic to it. Once the massage began it felt like I was just being rubbed on.I didn’t expect it to feel like a deep tissue massage but I didn’t think it would feel like a child applying lotion on my body either.I paid $140 for an hour massage(that was cut short, began at 12:52pm ended at 1:47pm)that included a detox & aromatherapy oil that did not live up to the price, quality of work was definitely $45.Thanks for the experience but I will not be returning to this business.
I’ve been going to Massage Envy for about a year now and love it. I went there initially for prenatal massage with Brenda as my masseuse and she is amazing! Now post pregnancy I go to her for regular massages and they are awesome as well! Also, the other staff is super friendly and I enjoy going to this location.
The manager was very easy to talk to and understanding about my needs which was related to my therapist Bobbi. Bobbi not only provided superior technique during my massage, she educated me on the areas I had greatest concerns. Her therapy session with me resolved my painful issue. I feel so much better.
I tried to avoid rating this independently owned location but because this experience continues to get worse, I have to…1. My fiancé purchased a monthly membership for me for Valentine’s Day. I came for a massage and the whole time I was unable to relax because my masseuse smelled of cigarette smoke. I left that appt even more tense and with a headache. I shared my experience and it was escalated to the manager. The manager never contacted me to attempt to resolve.2. After 2 months of being on the membership, My fiancé called and explained that because of the experience and the lack of attention to the issue, he’d like to cancel it and go elsewhere. They cancel his membership and told him that since he’s already paid for 2 months, I can utilize one more massage or facial as long as it’s redeemed within 30 days. The same day, I call to schedule my last service and the front desk receptionists tells me that my membership cancelled so I would need to pay for the service. I explain to her what the manager says, she is very short with me and basically repeats herself. I hang up and have my fiancé call and speak to the manager. The manager apologized and says he put the end date wrong in the system and it should be corrected. So, I call and schedule an appointment.3. The day of the appointment (about 2 hours before my appointment) someone calls me to ask to reschedule my appointment because the esthetician called in sick. I’m understanding that life happens, so even though it was inconvenient for me (because I took off of work), I was flexible, I rescheduled.4. The day of my new appointment (today at 12 noon), my mother woke up with her face swollen, I drove her to the Emergency care center, and turned out she had to have immediate surgery. I called Massage Envy and shared with the front desk staff what was happening and to inquire if I could reschedule my appointment so that I could tend to my mother’s emergency because she wouldn’t be able to drive herself due to anesthesia. There was no acknowledgement or compassion in the response I received. Very dry: “okay well, since it’s a same day appointment cancellation, we’re going to have to charge you 1/2 of the cost of the appointment because it would be unfair to the people in the back”…(Note: this a comparable situation to their esthetician calling in sick and forcing me to reschedule, so why wasn’t I granted the same grace and flexibility that was extended to them? Seems like a very one sided transaction where the customer gets the short end of the stick.)I politely asked to speak to the manager. The front desk staff said I can have the manager call you back. I asked “what time should I expect her call?” She said “around 2pm.” I said “I don’t think that’s going to address the issue in time of my appt at 12.” She said that’s what time she can call you back but the appt will still be in the system until you speak with the manager.All in all… the matter was never resolved, the manager never called me back. I just gave up. This has been a terrible experience… continuously.I came to massage envy to try and relax and they only stressed me out more in every interaction I had with them. There’s a disconnect with the front office staff. Needs major improvements and compassion/ customer service training for front desk staff.
My masseuse Wenjuan and the two receptionists were very attentive, nice, informative and helpful! I’m sorry I didn’t get the names of the receptionists but they work the evening shift at the Galleria location. Every time I go, the entire reception staff is so friendly and they don’t mind answering your questions! Great staff! Only complaint is that I wish there was a sign posted in the tranquility room that informs customers to put their phones on silent…maybe I just didn’t see it if there is one…
Aside from my facial being great. Front desk service was horrible. After being told the automatic gratuity would be 20% of my monthly membership fee, I was charged 20% of a non member fee. And basically was talked to like I’m making a false statement. the clerk should have taken accountability of someone passing along misinformation instead of telling me what I was told. it’s a rip off, actually. What’s the point of having a membership if you are not offered perks outside of non members
Ms. Brenda has been my massage therapist for about 10 years now. She is very friendly while remaining professional and paying close attention to detail. I havent been a loyal customer this long for nothing. If I call and she is booked(which is often because her services are FIYA) I will walk around in pain until she can see me.
Wonderful experience for me and my sister who seriously needed to relax and unwind. Front desk was super helpful and nice. Brenda and Mario gave great massages that had us feeling rejuvenated. We bought a 6 month membership and can’t wait to be back!
My initial appointment was wonderful! I was traveling and decided to get a massage as a treat. Six months later, I noticed a charge on my credit card. When I called they said I was signed up for a six month membership and this was my monthly fee, only this was the first charge in six months and I wouldnt have signed up for a membership as I was traveling and would only be there once. I attempted to contact the manager multiple times but never got a response resulting in the inconvenience of canceling my credit card. Also, I was informed that ALL Massage Envy locations sign you up for a monthly membership and youre not able to go one time. Beware of going to Massage Envy even once!
My experience here is always the best. My masseuse is very knowledgeable in reflexology and intensifies my massage each time. The staff esp. the manager knows me by name which adds a special touch to my experience each time. Since Ive been going there Ive had great care continuity because I get the same masseuse every time.
Kim is an incredible therapist ! She is so friendly and professional, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout my service. I feel incredible after my stretch session and massage and will definitely be back to see her !
Brenda is an excellent therapist, always attentive and careful to listen to your needs. On this visit, I simply needed a massage to relieve stress. Brenda ‘tuned’ into my needs and allowed me quiet time , along with a wonderful 90 minute massage!
First I want to start off with saying upon entering the clinic the front staff were very welcoming. First impressions are everything to me and I was already intrigued. I came in to get my very first facial and I was a little scared at first because my face in my virtue but Lisa was on it. She took me step by step on what I need to work on and it was overall relax. After service check out was a breeze. Overall I can see this as a regular occurrence.
An American experience I had not tried even though Id heard about it since coming to Texas was getting a massage. Everyone mentioned how it felt great, and that it was so relaxing, etc, etc. I was a bit skeptical of the whole touching thing, but my friend very nicely offered to come with me since she had experienced lots of massages before, and I, rather hesitantly, said yes, (what better way to try out something new and exciting but scary and different than with a good friend, I thought) so we went to a couples massage special together. I was very nervous about the whole thing as the entire setup had no analogue in my cultural upbringing. My Texan friend on the other hand was apparently looking forward to hers! It turned out to be something that was enjoyable (and not so scary after all!) and had health benefits to boot! After the first couples sessions we went to a few more at various chains and had a great time at each one. Eventually, a long time later I found Massage Envy and decided to try out one on my own.While it was solo this time I was now used to the routine and I was not disappointed. The therapists were just as professional and treated a single customer as well as they treated visiting couples. The rooms were nice and clean, kept at a comfortable temperature, and the decor, lighting, and low volume music encouraged a sense of relaxation. Typically I would go in for an hour session, which involved 45 minutes of massage and 15 minutes to check in and out, plus dressing times. Prices were very good, about $55 for each session, including tips. The therapists were all licensed and knew several different styles of massaging. The two types I used most often was the Swedish and Sports massages, and occasionally a Percussion massage. These were particularly beneficial for muscles needing a bit of treatment after being used and abused. (As one tends to do when young and unconcerned!) Massage Envy has a good rewards program for customers as well, and they are certainly among my first choices for return visits.
Scheduling online was super easy. The location is clean and comfortable. But most importantly, Brenda is amazing. She customized my visit for exactly what I needed and I left feeling 100% better.
This place is TERRIBLE. Dont get me wrong, the massages are great, the massage therapists are absolutely accommodating. However, the receptionists as well as the managers there know nothing about customer service. The entire time I had my membership there, my card kept getting incorrectly charged and they refused to refund me. I cancelled my membership because of their lack of organization. It was upsetting. Even TWO MONTHS AFTER I cancelled my membership, I was still getting charges on my account. I called and the Manager on Duty said she was going to refund me and it never happened. It was ridiculous. I was so fed up with that place.They tell you exactly what you want to hear just to get you off their back, but they really do not care. At all.
Worse massage I’ve ever had.Wanted to book a couples massage. They do not do couple rooms here. They don’t use any oils just lotion which caused the therapist to keep going back a forward pretty often. No techniques were included with the massage. I felt like she just rubbed lotion on me the entire time. Also the appointment was cut 10 mins short. My boyfriend stated his was very uncomfortable and rough.I let the front desk know they just took my money ($245) and said sorry about your experience.Over priced ! Over rated ! I’ll never go here again.
I had my first facial with Roselyn. She was very friendly and explained the process and products that she used. The experience was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and also shared recommendations to enhance my skin between facials.
I absolutely love this location! Lisa does my Microderm and facials she is AMAZING! I highly recommend booking her! Also TOD does the best deep massages he is the reason why I got a membership!

Ive been going to the location for a year. Jade is awesome! Shes the best masseuse Ive ever had. Her ability to identify what my body needs makes my sessions so much better.
The manager I interact the most with, Denzel, is a gem-- kind, funny, and problem solving oriented. The front desk staff are usually efficient, courteous, and helpful. And the therapists Ive seen have been really helpful--- Tips: 1. Ask for what you need. (I talk to them about my injuries, problem areas, how much pressure, and whether I want them to chat me up or not during my session). 2. Dont take the upsell to membership personally. I became a member years ago for the out of town convenience but I know it turns some off-- its just their model so say no if : youre not interested and keep it moving. 3. Adjust your expectations-- this is a high volume chain. Most therapists are solid (though turnover can be high) and prices are reasonable, relatively speaking. If you want an exclusive, spa, intimate, go-all-out-for-you, holistic health experience pay a little more and go somewhere posh or specialized. 4. Dont worry about loyalty until you find a therapist you like. If you can afford it, try a few different ones then get their work hours so you can request them. Ive heard canceling membership can be a beast so Ill update when I cross that bridge.
Roselyn is amazing. The most soothing facials Ive ever had. Her hand feel so delicate and smooth like butter on my skin. Amazing experience every time!!!

I went and got a massage for my birthday May 2017, as I was leaving the manager offered a free massage for a membership trial for one month and then I can cancel, keeping the free massage on file. I agreed and paid for the membership for June and July.I sent in my cancellation notice July 31. On October 23rd my husbands debit card got billed randomly $55 dollars. We called and reported this to massage envy but the manager was never avaliable to take calls and also never returns them...The receptionist said she will ask that the manager call us back regarding our refund after I begged and pleaded. He still never called.I have called again 4 times since this (now November 8) and had a similar experience each time. And still no refund...It seems like someone at massage envy stole our money by accessing our bank account information just from me opening an account with them.I called the owner of the franchise, Katie Kesselring/Owen to report this behavior but she didnt answer and her mailbox is full. (Real professional) I guess I have to write an email? A REVIEW? The bat signal? Take her to court for $55? Oh brother...What a huge headache for a free massage which I never even got.TLDR; This place holds on to your bank info and still bills you randomly even after you cancel your membership. Run away! Get a private masseuse!
I primarily get facials with my membership and always ask for Roslyn at this location. She’s amazing - gentle, effective, and careful about what she uses on your face depending on your activities after your visit.
I was satisfied overall with the service as I had a lot of back pain and the deep tissue massage on my shoulder was good.Things I thought were not too necessary and time consuming. The massager was making sure he covers me hand to toe like he was scared of something. It took good 20 minutes putting blankets one on top of the other. He would put the blacked under me just so when he pulls one leg to massage he would make sure the uper leg is not just covered but wrapped in blanket lol. I felt like a baby wrapt in a blanket after shower 😅😅 but I would go again
Ive had a previous account with massage envy that i let close before because i was continuously accumulating massages that i didnt have time to use. I left massage envy with a total of 8 unused credits. This was several years ago. Lauren contacted me last month stating if i reopened my membership i would be given all those credits back plus an additional credit. Here we are several weeks later, Im back in a contract with ZERO credits on my account. Ive called this location several times, spoke with Lauren and others and just keep continuously getting the run around. I should have just left it closed but i have no problem closing it again before my card gets charged. Terrible customer service.
Ling was superb at finding the right points on my body to massage last I was here.As a whole, Massage Envy was indispensable before and after my father passed away. Im really glad I was able to visit like I could, and I am very thankful for all the good service during such a hard time.

My New Addiction!I stopped coming to Massage Envy quite a while ago. I was turned off by increasingly inept therapists and arm twisting marketing pitches to increase my membership.Hallelujah for the excellent staff at this location. Lavante, the front desk clerk, was SUPER polite, respectful, and helpful. He even called me to follow up on one of the details of my appointment before I left home.Raymar gave the AMAZINGLY BEST massage of my life. Trust that I went in a jacked up mess. He used great technique, paid attention to my comfort, and strove to meet my session goals. This guy KNOWS HIS STUFF!!Finally, the manager, Denzel - showed so much kindness, respect, and humor that when it came time for the sales pitch I promptly signed up for (and prepaid) for a 6 month membership. He called the promotion the WIN YOU BACK program. Well, he and his staff really did WIN ME BACK !!
Always have great therapists when I visit. Last visit was with Lisa and was awesome, as usual. Massages me stay healthy and able to do the things I want to do in life!
I’ve been a member for many years. This is not my “home” location, but it was conveniently located across the street from my hotel.Pros: easy to get an appointment last minute.Cons: Massage Envy deducts several minutes before and after from client’s paid time to undress and dress.
Treated myself and daughter for her 21st birthday. My therapist at the Galleria location was just great. After that session, I had to sign up for the Wellness Program.
Jonathan gives the perfect massage for me. Deep tissue in the areas that need it, relaxation in the areas that don’t, and I always feel so comfortable and relaxed that I end up dozing off! That’s a perfect massage!
I was beyond fed up with this location, but Denzell the new manager was able to help me and get my account finally officially on freeze plus! He was pleasant and actually responded to my emails. He is the only reason I am giving this location 4 stars, other than that this location would of received zeroed stars. They kept charging my card monthly and stated how I most likely wouldnt receive a credit but Denzell process my account and is working on crediting my account.

Don was very professional, listened to my needs, and made me feel completely comfortable.I went in for a deep tissue massage with a desire to focus on my right leg which was experiencing sciatica problems. He spent just the right amount of time on my desired location, and found the major points of pain. He also suggested several exercises for me to work on to reduce stress in my major area of muscle tension: my back and shoulders. This man is a massage master! Went in for an appointment and they did not inform me that they wont do the abdomen for a lymphatic massage. I specified to the lady who I made the appointment with that it was the area I needed worked on. I would not recommend this location try another if you can.
Ask for Tod or Jonathan. Both are great, though you may not enjoy Tod if you dont like deep tissue massage. All the staff here are super friendly and the atmosphere is calming.

My experience was AWFUL! The manger was very rude and unprofessional. The minute he got on the phone, he was on the defensive and very condescending. I called to get clarification on the cancellation policy. Even after I calmed down he continued to be rude. I felt very attacked!

Massage was to light when I requested it not to be - didnt focus on the area I said was giving me issues - appointment was at 1pm, massage didnt start until 1:10pm and completed by 1:50pm which means I paid $115.00 for a 40min massage that didnt do anything for me.
The lady jasmine she was amazing and polite nice but the facial for my face the way they do it .... I dont like it at all there is no equipment only masks and the one he work in the reception he add the tip for the lady jasmine with out asking me at all and when I asked him why the total Im paying showing defirnite and he was like oh I thought u will give the lady tip he shocked me OMG ill never ever go there .....

No one here wants to answer the phones so you cant even see if they have appointments. Then you walk in and try to talk to the front desk team and you have to wait way to long for someone to come out of the back and greet you then they seem annoyed having to help and they specifically say, well you could have just called for that information. No...no I could not because no one wants to answer the phones thats why Im here in person.
