My husband and I decided to do a couples massage for our anniversary! I’ve had one prior it was his first. Our first at this location! Everything was nice from the moment we walked in. Clean environment everyone was friendly and welcoming. Oooh the experience we had the combo Swedish and Thai my goodness if you are having muscle pains you will definitely know it once the Thai session begins! All the kinks were knocked out! The ladies did stand on our backs so prepare for that a lot of pressure in certain areas but nothing one can’t handle depending on pain tolerance of course! We enjoyed all sixty minutes of it and will return for our second time! Richards Beaumont, Tx

From the time we walked through the door until the moment we walked out the staff was AMAZING! This was our first experience as a couple and I loved every minute of it. We indulged in the sweet heart package. We had massages done by Jose & Claudia and OMG. Super relaxing and attentive. Our massages were followed by a 45 minute jacuzzi session with light bites and mimosas. Everything was great and we will definitely return. Thank you so much Thai Massage & Day Spa!

One of my go-to Houston spots. I have been going here for years. Every time I go, I always get a skilled therapist. For convenience, I find it super easy to get in for an appointment. If they are not immediately available, you can usually get one within a couple of hours which is important for me. The individual prices are an excellent value and in the past I have done packages which were amazing. Treat yourself!

Excellent service!! From the front service to my massage therapist. This is not my first visit, But each visit has been awesome. My Mothers Day massage 💆‍♀️ was everything including the strawberry mimosa.

10/10 experience. From the sweet attentive hostess, to my Masseuse Jose. I’m a big and tall lady and Jose stretched me outttt! I got the combo Thai and deep tissue. It was intense and releasing, exactly what I needed. I will def be back.

Best massage and spa treatment I have ever received. the staff were so nice, they gave us mimosa (multiple ones and they were good) and tea. the massage was amazing and the foot reflexology had me so relaxed. My friend and I went one day while we were on vacation because our back were hurting but we came back for a second time right before we left to go home because the treatment was so wonderful.

I recently went to enjoy a two-hour massage with birthday hot stones (sent to my email) and it was absolutely amazing as always.The spa’s atmosphere was calming, and the therapists skill was outstanding for the Thai-combination massage.The hot stones added an extra level of relaxation and to top off with a strawberry lemonade mimosa.

Thai Massage and Day Spa was the location for my Bachelorette spa day and they were excellent! We had a private room for 5 hours, which was very roomy with comfy chairs and a huge TV and tons of snacks and drinks. I had 9 women there getting services and they scheduled everything for us and coordinated getting us to all our appointments throughout the day. When we werent in an appointment, we were hanging out in the private room chatting, eating and drinking, playing music, and even doing a little dancing!Service here was great. They were so kind and accomodating! And they have so many different services to choose from, which is the main reason we had the spa day here! Mud wraps, jacuzzis, massages, mani and pedis, a sauna, and more!It was a very special day and I would highly recommend this spa for any private even you are looking at having!

It’s sad I went to this place 2x’s before and everything was perfect Our last visit was horribleOur massage was started at 7:40 and the massage was finished at 8:31 (didn’t get our full massage time)Marie (the massage therapist) kept talking making a lot of unnecessary noise too much for me to relaxShe didn’t do the essential oil inhalation & exhaleOnce I turned on my back when she did my legs she massaged both my legs at the same time for a few seconds and that was the end ofThey didn’t discuss pressure points or areas that we would like attentionThe receptionist seem to be in a rush she wasn’t pleasant at allThe fruit tray was at its least I literally had to go out to ask if we can have more cheese because of how small the amount was maybe 5 pieces. They even forgot at the end to bring our champagne and fruit trayMy wife didn’t enjoy her massage it was no pressure at allAt checkout the receptionist was unpleasant still didn’t even ask how it went.These places want to be so luxurious in the beginning then get too comfortable.

My first facial experience was fantastic! The aesthetician was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, making the entire session enjoyable and relaxing. My mom had her first facial too and absolutely loved it! She thoroughly enjoyed the experience and felt so pampered. Thank you to the aesthetician for making it such a wonderful visit! I took my bf here because he had a knot on his shoulder that had been bothering him for weeks. He got a 1 hr combination massage. His masseuse asked where the pain was and completely undid the knot. He was very happy with his experience. We usually go to another place but he said this place will be his go to now. Also the receptionist was very nice and accommodating.

I went back in September 2023 with my best friend and it was truly the best experience! It was my first ever massage and I had the best therapist-- Jose. If I had the opportunity to go back, I would ask for Jose every visit! Also, shoutout to Kayla for being an amazing receptionist, eager to visit again!

I returned almost 9 months later to spend the rest of the $35 gift certificate. I decided to go with the Swedish massage and requested a lady this time. Her name was Mary and she did an excellent job. I already booked a massage with her for my husband this weekend. I also talked to Amy the lady at the front desk and shes the aesthetician. I also booked a green peel for next month. She was super friendly and helpful with my skin concerns and other topics.

Great service! They treat you like a queen. I had Pam this Monday for a massage she did amazing. She was so kind and understanding and helpful. Will definitely be returning for more appointments. This place is worth it. This was a great experience.

Let me first say, my massage tharapist was GREAT! I have no compliants about her. However, the company itself -- I am NOT happy with.(1) About a month ago, I called to see if I could schedule an appointment, and the lady who answered the phone was extermely rude. I honestly I do not think she understood much English. She kept hanging up in my face. I called 4-5 times and she literally kept hanging the phone in my face, and she seemed extremely confused, but more so just rude. Now, I understand there could have been a communicaiton barrier.HOWEVER, you DO NOT hang the phone up becuse you do not understand or dont speak English well. You ask the person to please hold on (or to please call back after a certain time if you are inadequate or uncapable of handling a request due to communication or for some other reason) and give the phone to someone who can better assist them. This is BASIC customer service 101. I wanted to complian to management, but I simply decided at that time to let it go.(2) Fast forward to today - July 5, 2024-- I called on the 4th to make an appointment for a 1 hour massage with no issues. I confirmed my appointment the next day after they sent me a text in the AM on the 5th. I showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment (they asked that you show up 15 mins early) - no issues, I waited until my appointment.About 5 minutes after arriving, a white lady appeared after her service(s) and made her payment and was asked if she wanted to tip ect. Then about 5 minutes before my actual appointment, the lady at the front desk demanded that I put a card on file for future appointments (she said it was a policy they were now enforcing). Mind you--Ive been to this place twice so far outside of today---both times Ive scheduled an appointment and I showed up for said appointments on time without incident.This was my 3rd visit, howwever, every single time I made an appt, I showed up for it, so now.... randomly this lady at the front desk is asking to put a card on file- 5 minutes before my appoinment, although I had already checked in and had been just calmly sitting and waiting for my turn.Immediately, I am feeling defensive because as mentioned before, the times Ive come there (twice before), Ive always shown up for appointments and made payments without a problem.Now, all of a sudden right before my appointment, a card on file IS required and its their policy, which clearly the white lady I spoke of before was not under said same policy.I told her (receptionist) I was not comfortable putting my card on file. She then wanted me to make payment up front, which I did without issue, but I assure you--- they will NEVER see me there again or anyone referred there with the likes of me.I get you want to make sure people show up for their appointments, but as to not look like pompous aholez--dont do that to good paying customors who have been there before and always show up for said appointments and pay without an issue AND hold everyone to the same standard.Do it to the new clients or those who have shown they are lack luster in character where there is actual reason to do so. Youve lost a good client who will not be referring anyone there for any reason at all.

I got the Sweet Heart package and it was such a wonderful experience! I had the Thai massage with the jacuzzi and they provided a drink of choice with refreshing snacks. It was very relaxing, much needed, and I’ll be back for sure! The place was clean, the staff were all very nice and professional, and the atmosphere was on point.

Ordered the couples massage half Thai-half Swedish it was the best! The womens hands were at the perfect strength for my tight, stressed body. My husband was snoring he was so relaxed by the last 20 minutes. The prices are great and the place is unassuming but we didnt go for the ambiance. It was a good experience, one that I will try to have monthly.

OH MY GOD!!! This place is UNBELIEVABLE! First off, when you walk in, the front desk staff ladies were so helpful and friendly. Then they offer wine, water and mimosa. My wife and I chose mimosas and they were delicious. Then we went in for our combination massages with Bee and Kami. These ladies were phenomenal. I have arthritis in my neck and scoliosis in my back. Kami stretched me like I’ve never been stretched before (pause)! They do the walking on your body thing and cater to the pressure level that you can stand. We were visiting from Dallas and will never go to another place when we’re in Houston but here. They allowed me to take pictures of the place so enjoy them down below.

Absolutely Amazing!! For the last 10 years I have not been able to sit up straight without pain due to a prior accident. Jose was able to work the knot by phases, he communicated throughout the process to understand the level of tolerance. It was a massage / therapy. I have gone to other renowned massage places however they always circumvent the damaged area. This place & Jose are simply Brilliant, in the aftermath I have more range of motion & feel like a brand new body! Definitely going back !

Wonderfully surprised by how friendly and caring the spa was, I went in for a couples massage that I was gifted for Mothers Day and have to say it was absolutely AMAZING. I will be coming here more often now that I have discovered such a relaxing spa so close to the Galleria!Update:I came back for a massage on July 4th and am still amazed by everything. The massage was exceptional! I got the deep tissue massage with hot rocks which was exactly what I needed. The masseuse found a knot in my shoulder that I wasn’t even aware of and took care to make sure I was comfortable the entire massage. We were pleasantly surprised with champagne and a fruit tray, with the best grapes I’ve had in a while! And even though they were busy, the staff were so attentive to our needs. Overall, a fantastic spa day experience!

I absolutely loved my experience at the spa!! They gave me a complimentary mimosa upon entering and gave care to ask if there were any spots I wanted to avoid in case I had an injury. I came in with the biggest crock in my neck. Could turn it from side to side without pain and the next day after my massage I felt INFINITELY better. My neck and shoulder pain went away thanks to the attentive masseuse who regularly checked in on me to make sure she wasn’t using too much pressure. Highly recommend! And they have a nail salon inside 🤩

This was my first and last time here! My experience was horrible! My birthday was ruined on Dec 20, 2023 I had an appointment for 11am. I arrived 15 minutes early and was greeted by staff members! I had my birthday shirt on visible to see! None of the staff acknowledge it was my birthday I even had to put it on the form I filled out for my massage! The lady who gave me my massage was horrible I wanted a mud massage however she gave me a Swedish massage and told me it was the same thing! I than ask for her to get one of the ladies from front desk, to explain I wanted a mud massage, she telling me it’s the same and if I wanted more pressure I should get a deep massage! All I wanted was a mud massage! The shower was dirty and water pressure was weak! I felt rushed the entire time , no one never asked if I wanted to relax in the waiting area! The staff was not friendly! I will not return here’

This is our second time here and I must say it is the best massage spa I’ve been to in Houston! The customer service is always top notch, from the time you walk in to you checking out. Mitchell and Ceaser were our massage therapist today and we’ve have never felt better. Ceased pushed me to the max with getting my kinks out but it was all worth it I PROMISE lol. It was decent. To each is own. My massage wasn’t as relaxing as other massages I’ve had in the past. A good massage will put me to sleep and have me waking up drunk! This one didn’t. The experience was still nice!

Went on a Saturday evening and have been beforeToday, Cesar did a Swedish/ deep tissue massage for me. He got all the knots and tension I had. They honored the offer for free stones for teachers for the month of August, which I recommend adding on.The bed I was on was a little uncomfortable it had a pillow that kept slipping and sliding throughout the massage. Im not one to complain, but it definitely took away from the experience. I waited 15 minutes in the massage room before the massage started, but I think that was because I added on the stones when I got there. I did call in advance and was told 6:30, but they started the massage 6:45 - not a huge deal, I simply havent waited that long before.

I always enjoy the Thai massages here. Staff is always great and professional. Lynn worked on me on my last visit and shes my favorite so far. She had good pressure that wasnt too heavy or too light. Just what I needed!

I highly recommend them for deep tissue massages and loved how soothing it was. I was so calm and relaxed that a drifted off to sleep. I had a wonderful experience at the spa. Very professional and pleasant staff. I got a facial and Thai massage that was amazing. I felt taller and relaxed when I left. Jose did my Thai massage. I was nervous having a man do it because I was afraid it might be too much pressure, but he did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend! They offer a lot of other services that I would like to try next time. The spa is huge and have different rooms setup for different services. The prices are reasonable as well.

I got a terrific pedicure from May (might be Mai). I have hammer toes on both feet so it can be an ordeal but she was gentle and my feet feel great! (I am tempted to post a photo of my feet but I will spare you.)

I have been going here for about 4 years. I like the place Very clean, friendly staff, have a shower which is great as I go there sometimes after a workout. Now I want to state that I am a massage therapist of 34 years ago in a little spoiled when it comes to massage.Most of the therapist are good, have used both male and female as I could care less who massages me as long as they are good. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they went up about $15 on their massages an hour used to be 60 now 75 and 1 1/2 hour used to be 90 now 110 and I havent had a great massage there yet. However, they are better then most places I have gone.

Yesterday my boyfriend and I had the 90 min couples massage and we enjoyed every bit of the massage. We both had lots of tension from daily activities and this massage was right on time. When we entered the place we were greeted well and offered hot green tea. Our therapists Donna and Pam did a terrific job and made sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be back.

I hosted my 30th birthday here and all the staff made sure that I had everything I needed and they thought of every detail. They were super patient with me even when I made last-minute changes and took care of the decorations. They explained all the costs and fees to me beforehand so there were no surprises for me or my guests. The massages are always great quality and the customer service is also the best.

Such a wonderful establishment! For my birthday, I really wanted to treat myself to a facial and full body massage. I did a lot of research on places in my area, but eventually settled on Thai Massage and Day Spa based on 1. quality based on reviews and 2. affordability. I could not have been more pleased with my experience! The staff was very respectful and friendly and the establishment was clean and organized! I did my full body massage first with Jose, who was extremely knowledgeable and in-tune with my needs and the areas I wanted addressed. He addressed all the pressure points and I left feeling so much better! I had Amy next for my antiaging facial. She walked me through the steps of the facial, listened to what I wanted out of the experience, and then proceeded to recommend the ultrasound-collagen add on, which altogether, left my face feeling more clean, refreshed, and youthful. Ive been coming here faithfully with my wife for the last 3 years but over the past few months, their customer service has been horrible! Woman just called me yelling in the phone saying my appointment was at 1pm when it was actually for 2pm, she then proceeds to continue yelling telling me that she had been texting me all morning when in fact she had NOT been texting me because I had been at work all day. She then puts me on hold and says that they have a new employee who made a mistake. But that doesnt negate you yelling at me and accusing me of lying. I only went here for Ms Tina and I will really miss her, but I cant spend $200-$400 each visit and get horrible customer service.

Update 8/13/2021:I just got a call from the manager. She was very understanding and apologetic!I have always loved this spa for massage. I still recommend this for a massage.I am going to try the facial based on the recommendation from the Manager.I will post the update after that.People need to try this place for a MASSAGE!!! It is excellent.I love the massage offered here....Sonia is great!However, do not got for a facial with Tina. I have the family package; scheduled for a pamper me facial. This is a 60 mt facial for 80 or is covered by the package for an hour.The facial was scheduled for 5:15. Tina came at a little past 5:20. Just a scrub, massage and some steam. She was done and left the room at 5:55!!!That is not 60 or even 50 minutes. When I mentioned this to the front desk reception, they did not have anything to say about this.I am a regular client...regardless, they should have done something to fix this issueI am never getting another facial here from Tina. Big time cheating.

Ive been getting thai massage from another facility. And today I decided to try this location. I had the best thai massage ever. Jose was extremely professional. I had a lower back pain before the massage; and its all gone. I definitely recommend him. Also the place looks nice and clean.

I came a few days after they were open from the quarantine. They followed all the safety procedures necessary and still provided the upmost care. I had a Swedish massage and it was simply amazing, from the environment to the staff. I was given a tea when I came in and during my massage, I got a little cold so the Masseuse gave me another blanket. Service was excellent, massage was excellent, and will definitely becoming back.

The experience starts as soon as you walk in the door and are greeted professionally by the receptionist (Yenni) to the experienced massage therapist staff (Cherry & Tina). Both massage therapist are masters of various techniques to address tight/tension/sore spots. I have been coming to this location for a year and every time I leave feeling destressed and pain free! Also, my husband and I tried out the couple’s massage with a jacuzzi soak, it is an intimate and romantic setting that includes wine and fruit! Also, they have taken every precaution to be sure their guests feel safe during COVID.

Yeny greets you with a wonderful smile and is very helpful at answering questions about the add-ons. I added the CBD oil and hot stones to a combination Thai/Swedish massage. Great decision! Jose has excellent skills and found all the knots in my back and gave me some much needed relief as I had trouble sleeping prior to coming in. My BFF had Cherry and was equally impressed with her skills especially for a petite person. We had no issue communicating with either Cherry or Jose. Understood when we made certain request. I booked a Follow-Up appt before I left! Can’t wait!

I had just come into town recently and looking for a great massage place after a long flight and checked around the area for a good place to relax. After some research, Thai Massage and Day Spa was one of the best recommended on the websites so, I had read all the reviews to find that the place was worth trying.I had been staying in a hotel near the Galleria, so I just took an Uber there to find out that it didnt even take ten minutes. When I first arrived at the place, the receptionist were very warm and welcoming and helped me decide on what to get. The place was very clean and perfect.First, I had a body scrub with Maribel. She had explained what the scrub does to my skin and how it would help it. I couldnt believe how soft my skin had been afterwards. After the scrub, I had gotten an hour massage that I had extended to an hour and a half because my therapist, Susie, was hitting all the spots, next was an express facial with Maribel (surprise!). She was explaining everything to me and answered all my questions patiently. After all my treatments were done, I sat in their waiting room where they had brought me a glass of wine and some chocolate covered strawberries.My over all experience here at Thai Massage and Day Spa is one that I will never forget and will recommend it to my friends.

I went to Thai Massage & Day Spa for a Thai and Swedish massage combination. When I called Yemy was patient and answered all my questions very polite and professional. The atmosphere is tranquil and comfortable. Kami and GiGi were great as well. They had great communication and made sure the massage was enjoyable. Great job! I’ll be back.

I went to this place to have a full body massage and they asked me if there is an area to concentrate on? I answered: the neck and lower back but at the end I only got these 2 areas treated and my whole body was completely neglected plus, the service I got was not good enough. I told the front disk lady about what happened and she said that I still have to pay for a full body massage and that she will talk to the manager to find a solution or a way to come back to finish the service and that she will call me back but I didnt hear anything back from them till now.

Tina has given me the best cleaning of my face. i had so much blackheads in my face that she made it so crystal clean now. i definitely want to come again.and i got a full body exfoliation from BiBi, my skin is glowing and smooth now. so much care from her for such a smooth skin.

While visiting Houston for the weekend, I Googled massage and Thai Massage Day Spa appeared in the results. Their website is easy to read with the myriad of services and prices posted. Combined with the positive Google reviews, I felt good about booking services here. The lady on the phone was very helpful and easily accommodated my requests. Sandra, my massage therapist, was so sweet and talented! In a one hour session I enjoyed Ashiatsu (she walked on my back and hips while she held on the bars on the ceiling), Thai massage stretching, and traditional Swedish. My massage was wonderful! Then a sugar body scrub and a Vischy shower (you must experience a Vischy shower!!!!!). Finally, a shampoo and blow out by a young man who listened to me and styled my hair perfectly. The entire staff was very attentive. And the cost for these services was extremely reasonable (much better quality of service and price than an expensive hotel spa). I highly recommend Thai Massage and Day Spa and will return next time Im in Houston.

I chose the combination of swedish/deep tissue and thai massage. I needed a good stretch but didnt want that for a full hour. Here, this is the best of both worlds! The massage therapists are great at communicating if too much/little pressure is used. Hot stones were included, which normally at other places your charged extra. I went ahead and got a 3 pack which was well worth with the money!! I called around 930 AM for an appointment at 11 AM on a weekday and was scheduled in right away. Ive had a different massage therapist each time and they were all good, so you can expect consistency each time.

I’ve found the masseuse that get the knots out! And that is Jose!Very professional, and considerate.I lift weights and used to run quite a bit until plantar fasciitis grounded me. Being a first responder, I carry a lot of stress on my shoulders. Jose is somehow able to find all those pesky knots all over that keep me tight and uncomfortable, and releases them. He always asks if the pressure is to much. Yes it hurts, at that time, but feeling that muscle release...:and being able to move is all worth it. I have added this to my monthly budget.

Convenient place for therapeutic massage, and havent had bad massage or experience yet after 12 months. Will be taking my wife to try to alleviate her muscle aches. So i was skeptic about going since noone has any reviews about getting their eyebrows done there. I think its mainly massages. But i wanted a pedicure so might as well get brows while im there. I was gonna walk in but called instead to asked if appointment was needed. I was told yes so she went ahead and scheduled me. I arrive and as im sitting in my car already there about 5 minutes before my app. I get a call saying they cant do my brow tint. Only wax! So i said fine very upset! Why did you not tell me this before scheduling and make me drive all the way there! I had to pay $15 and my brows looked almost the same as when i walked in. And then as im paying she still asked if i wanted to tip and when i said yes and gave my total she looked suprised as if i needed to leave a bigger tip! Ridiculous! 2stars only because my pedi was the only ok thing
