I just so happen to run across this salon online, and wanted to try out a new place. And it DELIVERED!! The atmosphere was so calm and inviting. Everyone was so friendly and Ms. Kathy and Ms. Delina was AMAZING. The gentleman at the bar was very attentive,I seen him all over talking to people and making sure everyone was good. I will be coming back for sure.

Excellent experience. I was a walk in on a holiday requesting a pedicure. I was guided to the waiting area by very friendly receptionists.While I waited, I scanned colors to choose from. About 8-10 minutes later a nail tech introduced herself, confirmed my requests and took me to the pedicure chair.Shortly after seated a receptionist offered me a beverage.I received a laminated pricing list to choose from services that included prices of each.30 minutes after arrival I was out the door with a fresh pedicure, massage, hydrated, and thoroughly enjoyed the excellent service.10/10 would recommend.

Loved the service, here hands down.....nail dine by Jade.... she is amazing.... the wonderful lady doing my pedicure I didnt catch her name but she has given me a whole new set of feet ......

Service was amazing but my nails unfortunately were not.I was charged 101 for these nails and am really disappointed. Tried to get a refund for these, as they are not $100 worth, but I couldn’t get that. On top of that but thumb nail broke after 2 days of having these nails. :(

Great experience! Welcoming, great customer service, and amazing quality of service by Paula. I did cat eye gel polish and loved it! Paula handled my real nails with care.

Paula always does an excellent job with my nails. She is very thorough and pays close attention to detail. Jade is the best with pedicures.

I am tired of going to these places and leaving feeling I am not getting my money’s worth! I have used this salon for several years and they are ok at best. I was a repeat customer mainly because they are close to my house. After my experience today I will not return. I needed two nails repaired after only one week. The nail tech Anna made me feel as if it was the biggest inconvenience. She asked me what type of polish I had and I told her powder several times. She repaired my nails with an acrylic overlay and regular polish…bad shape because she rushed through and did not attempt to shape it like my other nails. She then had a conversation (not in English) with some ladies (one of the ladies assigned the price) standing in the waiting area laughing holding the polish she used! This was the second conversation (not in English) she had regarding the service I requested! I was charged full price for two powder nail repairs. The price does not matter to me as long as the service received matches the price and for me it never does at this place.

Love their hospitality! Nail techs are great & Kylie did wonderful! Will continue coming8/12-They charge $5 for length if it’s not SUPER short. They don’t even tell you until they run it through the computer and claim they can’t undo it. They’ve gotten me with this 1 too many times and I think I’ll be taking a break from this place after that. This is the 3rd time I’ve had to bring it up. Pink set I got 7/11 with Kylie (which is actually long) blue set I got 8/12 & I was charged $5 for the length after telling her I wanted them shorter this time. Which they are. So why?

I come here a lot and every time I get more disappointed. They always judge me for what color I get saying it will look bad. And now today I went in and they gave me the wrong color I asked for 006 and they gave me 009 I understand the mistake but they were complaining of redoing so I just payed and left.

I brought my wife and my daughter. The truth is, they were very excited about the work. There was a mix-up with one of my daughters colors, but they quickly solved the mistake. Thank you very much. They will definitely come back to this place.

Ive been coming to this nail salon for over 4+ years now. Very consistent and pricing is reasonable plus the bartender makes a great drink plays good music and offers 5 star service. Even my children get pedicures here and they love it as well.

This place is awesome! Best pedicure ever! The setting is awesome, really comfortable chair. Extra clean. The service is amazing. You really feel pampered here. And the best part, they have a bar!!! So you can have a couple of drinks while you are being pampered! BTW, best Mojito in Houston! Who would imagine that the best Mojito can be found in a Spa saloon! I strongly recommend this place. They also have really good working hours.

This spa is very large and separated by type of service. We went for pedicures. There are doors that separate this room from other services. Unfortunately, they left the doors open, so the odor from the nail section was pretty strong and permeated the entire establishment. My only recommendation would be to add more/better ventilation so that those who do not want acrylic nails can enjoy the spa experience.

I’ve been to this place when they were executive nails and my experience was unmemorable but my recent visit was so amazing!! Since they’ve switch ownership and became infinite nails my whole visit exceeded my expectations! I didn’t have an appointment but they were immediately able to accommodate me for a full set and pedicure. Pink was so nice and did since a great job on my toes and Paula was carefully able to get my previously super thick nails off and quickly did my full set exceptionally. Like they’re gorgeous I’m so happy with them!! I will definitely be back

Infinite Nails & Spa is always amazing! I come in and the staff is amazing, I got a full set with Bryan. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and executed it perfectly, I couldn’t ask for a better tech! I highly recommend.

Very professional and clean environment. The manager greeted me by name and I was seen at my appointment time without the wait. Brian did an awesome job on my nails!

This is only the 3rd time in my life Ive gotten my nails done, and I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else! Inside is so elegant feeling and even has a bar. I went in just thinking about getting Halloween colors but came out with this MASTERPIECE! I told the artist I wanted webs on the black nails and she suggested shiny webs on the matte and 🤩😍🤩🤩 then she threw in jack o lantern faces that I ADORE!!!! I gave her a nice tip bc I love them so much. Vee is super awesome and creative.

I had the spa scrub pedicure and Becca was very nice and professional. I love going to Infinite Nails. Some of the neighboring nail salons can take notes on how excellent customer is done.

Went in around literally 6:30 and they still did such a great job! love & recommend Bryan, he did it fast and was intricate in his work, and he was very nice! it looks absolutely amazing, I love my nails. 100/10 recommend!

Absolutely loved my first time here! Anna did an amazing job on my pedicure. She was very patient and attentive. So was Pink Pink when she did my boyfriends toes. Tracy was awesome also for my gel manicure. Vee rushed through my boyfriends pedicure wouldn’t recommend her but the drinks were strong and very chill vibes. I went back today and Chuckie the bartender was back at it again with the drinks and Anna hooked up my feet and almond shape full set!

Definitely be back! Nail tech was awesome. Understood what I wanted & delivered. She was very thorough, despite it being 30 min past closing. Bar tender in the front jamming & mixing NICE drinks. Ended up turning my music off bc their playlist was better.. featuring Keith Sweat & Babyface

Absolutely gorgeous nails, I’m obsessed! My nail tech was so precise and detailed and she took her time and she did an amazing job. Highly recommend this place staff are friendly.

The customer service was great, and a very friendly environment. The two women who did my hands and feet really took great care of me. Absolutely nicest nail shape i’ve ever gotten done. Highly recommend this as your new nail place.

I like this salon but sometimes I feel the techs don’t listen or understand what the client is requesting sometimes. Example, I went in for a brow wax. I specified that I only wanted a clean up and that I don’t want my brows thin. The tech agreed and repeated what I had said. When she finishes the wax and hands me the mirror, my brows were super thin. That’s when she tried to convince me they looked good on me. The salon is great, but please listen to the clients requests. 😒

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and won’t go anywhere else. If my favorite tech leaves the manager recommends me a new tech and I’m never disappointed. Anna and Jade are my favorites. 💖 The gentleman at the bar is awesome… receptionists always friendly and helpful. VERY CLEAN. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

This place did a horrible job twice on my nails. Its bumpy and misshapen. I didnt say anything on the first mess up but the second time I wanted it redone. They wanted to charge me a full $35 again to fix this mess. Im done with this place.

This is the worst place ever. The lady kept cutting my nails with the drilling thing for the nails and I told her like 10 times that she is cutting me for what she kept replying “it’s okay”. After which I showed her the cuts and she acted like I am insane. She said “oh that’s your nail” she literally kept cutting me as I kept telling her to stop. Is this a torture place? How do those people have a certification in the USA and own this salon? This place needs to close down. Do not ever go to this place again, people that work there do not care to do a good job or your comfort, they only care to get it done faster and take more customers. This place needs to be closed.

Always a great experience at this salon. Nice staff, complimentary drinks, and clean area! I typically show a picture of how I want my nails to be and never been disappointed!

For the price my nails came out horrendous

Been going here since September 2022. Paula is the best nail tech. The salon is clean, and they always offer you a drink (non alcoholic or alcoholic). Service is always quick.

This was my first time trying this salon and they did not disappoint. Hannah did my pedicure and she was lovely. I will definitely be back!

This place is heaven on earth. My nail tech is Lilly! She’s super sweet and always gives her honest opinion when helping me pick nail color. She’s gentle and takes her time when working. She’s friendly and is always making me laugh! I love that this place offers drinks and the place is so clean, from the restrooms down to the pedicure area. The music is always a plus there too, the playlist is always nice and sets the mood! If you are looking for a nice place to get nails, pedicures, this is your place!

I’ve tried to give this place chance after chance and something disappoints every time,Service is okay really lazy on trying to find the color you like. charges extra for length if it’s not shorter then this and charged me a extra $15 for rhinestones

They are nice and offer a complementary drink 🍸 BUT 3 nails fell off after 2 days and they replaced them when I called for free but the person that did them did not know what he was doing and did them very sloppily and don’t even try to do the same shape worst part is he didn’t even try to match my white. Long story short because It’s not worth my breath at this point; I will not be coming back to this facility again I prefer to go to a normal nail place that actually do good at nails then a place that looks nice but they don’t last not to mention for my full set and pedicure with stones was $130😱 and if they would have lasted MAYBE it would have been worth it.

Updating my very positive review for this one. I have been off and on going to this location for years. I stopped for a while after a terrible experience. After months, I gave it another try and all was well. Went in today and got the same sloppy mess of a dipping manicure I got years back. I won’t be going back. After repeatedly saying I wanted my nails a ROUNDED and natural shape, the girl gave me what you see in the photos. I even pointed it out to her three different times; each time she said “okay, wait, I’m not finished.” Also, these photos were taken once I got home from the nail shop...3 minutes after leaving the place. It looks like I need a refill! Sloppy job all around; you can see that she didn’t even bother applying the top coat all the way into the nail. Powder still hanging off and dipping powder poorly applied.

Monica took time to ensure I chose a color I was happy with, then did a beautiful job of my gel manicure. I havent had my nails professionally done since February 2020. Ill be back!

Wasnt sat till 20 minutes past my appointment. Did a great job but rushed me out and I didnt notice till getting home that one hand is matte and one is gloss:/ So now I need to go back and get this fixed which I just dont have time for so annoyed about that. At least this time staff working the front offered a drink while I waited and was very nice.

I just lost my grandson Noah and we are preparing his funeral services. I wanted to do something special on my nails for Noah. His twin brother Peyton is still in N-ICU. I showed Brian the design and he actually made it happen. I absolutely love them!!

This nail salon is my favorite to go to, they never disappoint, and I really love the vibe inside! Bryan is so kind and he did my nails real nice!

One of my favorite places for a pedicure. There are several areas for services. They have a cute kids room with kid friendly shows playing, a larger room for pedicures with brown massage chairs, a smaller pedicure room with white massage chairs for parties, an area close to the front for manicures and various rooms for waxing/etc. They have a variety of manicures and pedicures to choose from. You also get a free drink with your pedicures. The Vietnamese coffee is delicious!

Terrible service, terrible experience. my questions and requests were continuously disregarded throughout the whole service. 2 different nail techs came to me and then just left without saying anything and finally the third nail tech stayed to work on my nails and did not listen to anything i asked for. i kept repeating myself multiple times the simple instructions and there was a picture reference, but nothing was at all to what i asked for. even upon first arriving, i was disregarded by the front desk and upon leaving i asked to speak to the manager about my experience and all she did was offer -$5 discount on a $110 bill and i did not even receive an apology for the poor service. will not be coming back ever again, and i do not recommend anyone coming here either. i came in the first place because the place seemingly had mostly positive reviews, but there are in fact many negative ones and rightfully so, now i am adding my 2 cents.

This is my third time going to this nail salon. I had decent service previously, but this last visit was horrible. It took over an hour for a shellac manicure because the lady kept messing up, she even cut one of my fingers and made me bleed. Once I got home I realized she didn’t even put top coat one one hand, luckily I have my own so I had to fix it myself at home. It’s been about a week now and several nails are already peeling. Shellac is supposed to last 2-3 weeks. Will not be returning.

I went here with 3 of my girlfriends. Everyones nails came out so beautiful. The atmosphere is very upscale and made us all feel super fancy. While I did not partake, I heard the drinks were very good! All together it was a wonderful experience and we have already made plans to go again before the end of the year for some new year nails 😂🎉

I came here to get a full set, and let me tell you it is the WORST set I have ever gotten. I came back to get them fixed and they ended up worse, they rushed me out the door and requested I come back another day so they could finish fixing them. After coming back for the 3rd time they said it would be $40 to fix them!!! Honestly worst customer service I have ever received. And on top of that my nails are still messed up! DONT COME HERE.

I got my finger nails done her and it was beautiful and last a good while but I got my toes done head recently and I had to come back 2x to get a broken toe nail fixed in the matter of a week, I also decided to get my eyebrows done but that will never happen again!

This was an amazing salon! Kathy and Tonya paid attention to detail and went above and beyond to ensure that my nails were what I wanted and that I was comfortable and relaxed. A bit pricey but an OUTSTANDING experience. I had gel color 122.

UPDATE:. they were so nice about fixing my nails immediately. They actually called me the next day and made sure I knew to just come in so they could fix it. I could only come in around 6:15 and I always feel bad because they close at 7, but they were super nice about it! Everything is fixed and look better than ever!I thought that Cindy did a good job on my DIP nails when I first got them. I didnt realize that 4 coats was the norm and thought the 3 coats she did was fine until two cracked the next day. I asked my previous nail tech and she said I needed 4 coats (1 base and 3 color) so it would be thick and not crack. Will be calling back tomorrow to see if they will fix it. This is by far, the best salon I’ve been to in a while. Lynn was so kind and gentle with my hand and nails. The whole place is beautiful, and so well done. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. Will be back soon

Hands down an amazing service! I received full set acrylic nails and spa pedicure. Staff friendly and attentive. During my pedicure, the lady kept warming up the water without me asking. The lady doing my nails also massaged oil into my hands rather than just my cuticles. This is my new spot!!!!!

I brought my husband here for his very first pedicure, but this was my first time getting my nails done here. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. The environment is more upscale than your normal salon and they even offer complimentary drinks. My husband really enjoyed his pedi and said he will be coming back for more (he got the natural deluxe). I got the tropical fruit deluxe pedicure and a full acrylic set. The pedi was very relaxing and looks great. My full set could have been thinned out more so they dont stick so far out when you look at them from the side view. They dont look like they belong on my nails at all, in fact they were filed different angles, too. The ombre effect was a bit high and not very well blended. The colors were very pretty, though. The design nail didnt have a coat over it, so the crystals snag on my hair and other things consistently to where they are more than halfway gone from popping off. The prices here are about double what Im used to paying. I got a facial wax here a couple of weeks ago and it was okay. There were some spots missed, but the overall service was good. Ill come back and see how my next service goes, but Im not too optimistic. Pedicures were good, so maybe Ill stick to that.

Great experience! Ive always had bad experiences with nails techs always suggesting I do something different but here Byan was amazing! I had a lot of different inspo pictures and he helped me choose and was patient and definitely delivered! Im super happy with how my nails came out.

Very polite staff. Lovely atmosphere, and they do a great job! I’ve read many reviews that where people felt that this place overcharged, but I have to disagree. Not only are you paying for quality service, you’re also paying for the experience-which is spa experience. This place is a 10/10; Emily did a great job on giving me a refill of shellac.

Asked for SQUARE OMBRÉ..ended up with this. I have to go back on Friday 09/29 (was just there on 09/22) to get this soaked off and get a whole new set. I told the lady at the front desk I wasn’t satisfied..just for her to ignore me and the problem.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First color they were out of, the second color was wrong. The nail lady left me soaking in acetone to remove and never returned. Very unprofessional.

HORRIBLE!!! Came here because I saw good reviews but this place is completely unorganized, dont mind making an appointment because they dont keep track of them. Made an appointment a day in advance for 2 facials and I shouldve known something was up by the look on her face, she didnt have my appointment down but didnt tell me till later. I was bringing my mother here for her birthday and they ruined it.**Update** We swapped the facials for 2 pedicures since they couldnt do them at the same time. We had to wait about 40 minutes to be seated in a chair, they moved us to the VIP room but still wish the experience went a bit smoother.

I showed the person doing my nails want I wanted. She attempted but was not successful, it was nothing like the pics. She tried 3 different times and kept taking the polish off bc I didn’t like how it looked. The last time she was using small strokes when polishing leaving my nails lumpy. I asked her to take it off again and was about to pay. They charged me full price even though I was about to leave with nothing on my nails. I let her try again, my nails look stupid. As if a child polished them but it was my birthday and I ddn have time to wait on another nail tech to do them over. I’ll never go back to this salon.

Great place, very spacious and courteous! They’re open 30 minutes later than other nail salons around and offer a bar with alcoholic beverages. The service is good and the outcome is GREAT! Only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is prices are a bit inflated but then again you get what you pay for.

I was really happy the first few times but disappointed a few weeks ago. I asked for the nails in the first picture and they said they could do it. The second picture is the result and cost $70.

Hands down the best nail shop I have ever been to in Houston Tx. I love the customer service. Everyone is friendly and does a awesome job with making sure youre ok. They do are awesome with nails and designs. They also give you complimentary drinks. I had the Pineapple Bahama Mama and it was delicious. They have a plethora of colors too which I love.

Okay so I tried this place out because of the reviews. Bad idea yes they do have a full bar but the lady who was doing my pedicure was very rude and she got mad when I told her I didn’t like the sloppiness of the polish. Wish I could give it zero stars. I spoke with the manager and In her words “ wait until she’s done” 😂 what I’m the world. I want be back. There were no social Distancing.

I am so disappointed in the service I received here on Saturday afternoon (it is currently Monday). I got a shellac manicure and I more or less had to turn around shortly after getting home that very same day to go get it fixed. The gel didnt properly set and basically started peeling off one of my nail as soon as I got home and washed my hands. The tech confirmed this when I returned to get it fixed and she had to completely re-do that nail because the original patch job she tried to do didnt cut it. That alone wasnt a huge deal, however it was extremely inconvenient. Now a few days later the shellac is starting to bubble up where it didnt set properly on a few nails on the other hand (that didnt sit under the light again) , and it actually already came of in a huge chunk on one of my fingers. Now I have to try to rush to get to the salon after I get off work tomorrow to try to get it fixed because I am not walking around for the holidays with my nails being messed up because my manicure wasnt done properly. It would be one thing if I messed up the manicure myself, however it is clear that my issues stem from the fact that my nails did not set properly.Because the polish I chose is black you cant really see the bubbling in a photo, but I figured I would at least include a picture of the missing chunk.

Mr Tim did my nails today. Great nail designer, anything you want. Drinks come with the service. Happy Valenitines day. Tip your bartender and your nail tech. No disapointments. Its clean and professional. Chucky is the manager, runs a straight ship here.

I chose a shade, a shape, and got neither. The ladies had such bad attitude, and every time I asked them to fix something she would roll her eyes not say a word to me but begin to speak a different language to everyone else. In the end I talked about how dissatisfied I was, and they told me they wouldn’t do it all over again. The owner was there, and she didn’t seem apologetic nor offered a discount or any form of remedy. My nails were the wrong shade, bulky, lumpy, and crooked. I was charged $75!

Great ambiance.. fancy bar, and set up. All the things you hate about a nail salon, they dont do. No screaming across the room, they typically have the exact color. For $32 shalack manicure, it could have been better. Definitely depends on who you get.

Terrible place, dirty work!!!! Why did I see a whole roach run across my table where my nails were being done. Told the Manager “Chucky” and he said jokingly that in his country that happens a lot….. I wasn’t joking though.

I walked in for just a basic pedicure and a powder dip on my own nails. Service was eh, lady asked me if wanted a massage and I was like sure. She pulled out a little timer for 20 seconds. Didnt think anything of it. Went to pay and the bill was 180. Which I had no problem paying for it but, the service was not worth it. My nails chipped and peeled that same week on both. I dont recommend this place at all!!..

First time going here, set an appointment and had to reschedule and they were very thorough. The place is very beautiful and clean, modest dressed employees, they are trained and very sanitary. Very gentle and did a very good job. Worth the drive and money. Prices are great, not high but perfect especially in these times. ALSO! I have rough feet around my heels and sides and callisus, she really scrubbed them good and thats hard to find anywhere. My feet are soft. Only confusion i had was when you book your appointment you tell them what you want but when you get there everyone is asking you what you are getting lol. But overall awesome experience.

This is now my 4th visit here and I am very happy that I found Bryan!! He is friendly and professional. Very good at creating whatever ideas you give him. His work is excellent! I love being able to enjoy a cocktail as well. This was my first time getting a pedicure there and Becka did a great job!! Looks like I found my new home!

Leann was precise and did an excellent job on my gel French pedicure! Everyone was very accommodating, making sure I had a comfortable experience. Highly recommend and will definitely return the next time I’m in town!

If you just get simple nails, like acrylic solid color then sure they do them alright. If you get gel french tip or any other simple or complex design, they don’t know how to do it.I told the nail technician, “if you can’t do it then its fine I don’t have to get it” but, she swore she was able to do the look; definitely did it super ugly and took forever.

Bryan did an amazing job!! He even stayed after closing to make sure I had my nails done for my birthday!

Absolutely loved this place! My sister and I just kind of stumbled across this place today and the vibe was great! Bryan and TD did an amazing job on our nails and really took their time on every little detail. I went in thinking I was going to do the same basic colors and came out with such a stunning yet simple design. Defiantly making this my new spot. The pedicure was great as well.

Booked through their online website, selected the services. Received confirmation will all service and confirmation listed *free pedi, so I was like sweet! Get to the place and they refused to honor what was confirmed. Claimed the online booking should not be there. Fix your website then! Niece is 9, turning 10- the visit was for her. They wouldn’t honor the kid mani/pedi price either. Lol will never spend my money here again. My daughter got her eyebrows waxed also, we asked for a clean up and they made them SO thin. She’s 14 and is not happy with them either.

Manicure with refill, my tech was amazing. Cant say the same for my pedi this technician clearly did not want to be there, stones & hot towel were extremely hot, she just threw on my legs, had to ask for a beverage. This place was not busy, very disappointed and will look for somewhere else to spend my time and money

I went to get a mani pedi with my son, the place was beautiful. It was my first time so I was a bit excited. The nail tech that tended to me did not speak English well. And when I attempted to tell her I did not like how she was cutting my cuticles, she continued until I said I needed a manager. Someone came and I explained I needed another technician. They didnt seem too happy about my request, but another one came eventually. She did my pedicure pretty decent but half way through I asked her about my pedicure, she left and came back and stated someone would be with me. No one ever showed up and when she finished my pedicure she stated I wouldnt be able to get a pedicure after waiting for two hours. I wouldnt recommend this place the customer service is poor and the technician are subpar!

My 1st time here, Laura did my nails & I must say I am very happy with the services. The lady did a great job as well on pedicure. I will be back.

My mom was chased out of here after complaining about a poor service done on her toenails where they cut her toe and cut almost all of the nails to non existent. After she told them to look at what the girl had done and refused to pay or at least have them make it up some other way, the ladies started yelling at her and telling her to pay and leave and she would not be welcome back. She stood her ground and asked for better treatment as she was a paying customer then this man from the salon came up to her and was being very rude as well and she was forced to pay by this person and the women there and was basically chased out and not allowed back. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? SHE WAS PAYING FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS DONE POORLY AND THEY WERE IN THE WRONG. NEVER AGAIN AND I HOPE THEY LOSE BUSINESS FOR BEING RUDE AND HORRIBLE TO THEIR CLIENTS! NOT THE FIRST TIME SOMEONE HAS COMPLAINED ABOUT THEIR RUDE DEMEANOR!!

This was a great place and my Fiancé and I are going to come back for sure. I took her here on the day that I was going to propose to her to get her nails looking right and they did a great job on top of great customer service!

Bryan did my nails and I just love them I have had an amazing experience they’re my favorite nail salon they are the best at what they do.

I spent 40 dollars , including the tip for lashes that came off the very next day.

Don’t waste your time. It’s not clean and the service is sub-par.I have been here several times for my manicure and pedicure services. I liked it because it is a large salon that I can usually walk into without an appointment. The services I’ve received have been less than satisfactory on each visit. They don’t clean up around your nails very well and I’ve gotten push back from techs when I’ve pointed it out.Today I had a terrible experience and will never go back. I made an appointment on their website because I didn’t have a lot of time but wanted to get the dip color off my nails. I had gotten them out on just 2 weeks prior and the tech rushed the service resulting in chipping not even 5 days later.I mentioned the removal in my note when I made the appointment. I then received a call saying they couldn’t see me that day due to lack of techs to take off the dip. So I booked it for the next day. When I arrived I received no acknowledgement from any of the staff for 10 minutes. Then the receptionist asked if I was getting shellac, I said no I made an appointment and the details were in their system. 5 more minutes go by and I approached the desk to ask how much longer I would have to wait. The woman explained that they took it walk in appointments and there were no techs to perform my service. I explained that I made an appointment to avoid having to wait, that was unacceptable and she magically found someone to do my nails. I then proceeded to watch the receptionists offer almost every client a beverage but was never approached myself.

I have never been to this facility before, but I came in today to get a pedicure. I was meeting a friend, and I asked to be seated next to her, and they accommodated. A technician comes to start my pedicure, but she gets called away, and she comes back and says another technician will actually do my pedicure. I said ok, no problem. A second technician comes and has me pick a color and what package I wanted. After choosing, she gets started. About 5 minutes into her starting, the front desk woman comes and lets the tech know that her client is 30 minutes late, but shes here now. What would you like to do? The tech thinks for a second and walks away. The front desk lady comes back and says that the tech is going to stop doing my pedicure and go to her client that was 30 min late. She asked if that was ok, I didnt say anything because now Im irritated. She walks away, and about 3 minutes later, a third tech comes and attempts to start my pedicure again. I let her know that I was done here and did not appreciate being bounced around to 3 different technicians, so I will no longer need a pedicure. I asked for a towel to dry my feet off, and she did not give me one. So I used the towel that my feet were sitting on and put my shoes on. When I went to my friend to let her know what was going on, I looked up and saw who the late client was. She just happened to be a Caucasian woman. So now it seems to be racially driven, which is not right at all! I have been to many nail salons. Some are better than this facility and some worse, and Ive never been treated like this ever! I will not be going back to this facility!

Jenny, Mi, and julie are fantastic. Place is super clean and friendly. They listen to what you want and dont try to rush you through or sell you on a service you dont want. So relaxing.

Have been twice now and my nail appointment was awesome. My pedicure was not as great, the polish I choose was not available I was informed after I was already ready in the water, the technician didnt understand that I didnt like any of the colors just kept pointing to 5 colors and said pick one. I did just because it was frustrating but the color is so pale looks like they are not even painting.

I came here in August for Shelac on my toes and a full set. I was cut on my fingers so many times and now I’ve been battling toe fungus on my two pinky toes. It sucks and I regret having let a girlfriend talk me into going here. The shellac did stay on for a full month. My doctor says it is going to take a year of putting this medicine on them to see a difference.

Love love love this place. By far the best nail salon I’ve been to in a very long time. Paula is my nail tech and she is absolutely amazing. She listens to you and offers advice on what to do of you need a full set or get them taken off. She always gets my nail shape correct!! That’s big deal to me. She’s super fast so you’re not in there for hours. The lady at the front desk is so professional and greets you by name. The guy who makes the drinks is so funny and keeps the atmosphere fun and inviting. Overall I’m so lucky to have found Paula and this establishment. Keep up the phenomenal work!

I took my sister there for a paws and claws day and it was sorta great. The staff is very nice and the environment is very nice. However, when the ladies were done with our pedicures, they did not perform a proper disinfection and cleaning on their tools! They rinsed them in the water, sprayed alcohol on them and repackaged them in the sterile envelope!! Their tools are not properly cleaned and sterilized so you have NO IDEA how many times they truly have been used and are at an incredible risk for an infection or fungal outbreak!! 🤢 This practice MUST change for me to even think about recommending them to anyone. Buyers beware😳. It looks nice on the outside, but they have some super sketchy cleaning going on!

Definitely recommend!A couple of friends and I had been planning to get our nails done together for a week or so. All three of us wanted to try somewhere new. I live right down the street and had a few friends refer me to this place, so we decided to try it out! We were definitely impressed. The overall atmosphere of the salon is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable. But most importantly, my nails look great! I am extremely happy with my experience and definitely plan on returning soon!

I came here today to get a pedicure, the lady was not friendly at all, I wasnt really asked about anything in the service, the woman burned my shin/ankles/feet with the hot stones a few times, the leg massage that was included in the price for the pedicure I requested was not a massage at all, it was just rubbing lotion for all those minutes which really ruined it because I was looking forward to it, the pedicure was quick I didnt get to relax.She seemed to just look at the TV throughout the time.I feel so cheated for the money I spent. Its sad because this place is so beautiful and elegant its not fair to get such poor service. The only good service I recieved was from the bartender who attentively offered me a drink.

Wasted $50 on just a pedicure. It was not enjoyable and the painting was worse than what I could do on my own. My nails were all different shapes and sizes at the end. I had nail polish on my skin but thought it would look better after a few days. It did not so I called to see if they would repaint them and I was told yes come in. When I came in, they first told me they won’t fix it because it was regular polish and then they put me with the same technician who did a poor job the first time. She refused to fix them and pretended like she didn’t understand me so I just left. This salon is out of the way for me but I revisited because I enjoyed it the time before. My most recent experience was a waste of time and money. I don’t know if it is under new management now but I won’t be back.

I walked in at the same time as the receptionist and she asked me what I was getting done. I stated a pedicure. In comes another client 5-10 minutes later, she is also doing a pedicure. They end up sitting her first, obviously I’m annoyed. They sit me down at a chair next to her a few min later. While a lady comes over to attend to her. I’m sitting waiting for 10 minutes with my feet soaking. No one comes over even to ask if I want a drink while I wait.I’ve gotten my nails there before and decided to give them another try. Never again.

Clean. Everyone is super nice. Tiffany is my favorite for getting my finger nails done. She is my go to lady now. She can do any color and/or design. Shes very talented. All their ladies seem great, hard working and very professional.

Havent had my nails done in years. Came here because the other place Google suggested was booked up. Im so happy that happened. The tech was quiet.. which I didnt mind really because who likes awkward conversation? 😅 The interior is beautiful! I was so surprised! Very modern, clean, open and airy with stunning light fixtures. I was even offered a beverage by a very nice male attendant. Most importantly, my nails came out exactly as I hoped they would and almost identical to the picture I showed the nail tech. This is also the 1st time I have ever had my nails done where it did not hurt! Not a bit! Every other time Ive gotten my nails done theyre too aggressive with the sander or filing the edges of your nails to where it starts to cut into your skin. That did not happen here! I wished I would have gotten up and walked around a bit to see what the whole facility looked like. It appeared that there was a small glass walled room for children? I did not spend anywhere near as much as the décor would have suggested, which was also great. Beautiful place, beautiful nails, beautiful price, beautiful service. I look forward to returning with my daughters! 😃

Was in the neighborhood and dropped in for a pedi! Its super cute, full bar, pedi was great. Most girls play around with the cuticle work, but they did a great job.The owner (I think he was) was very personable, walking around checking on clients and fulfilling drink orders. I wish it was closer to me, Id definitely be a regular

Beyond disappointed with management and how they choose to treat a customer today. I used to recommend everyone I know to come here; however, after my last visit Sunday of last week (totaling $140.00 after a pedi,full set, and tips), within 4 days my full set was lifting off. I was on vacation since the day after I had them done and then had to work (overnight shifts at an ER) so I was unable to come in sooner to have them fixed. Within 7 days I was missing 3 and currently am missing 5 with another 2 literally half on. I called yesterday to speak with management informing staff of the situation and that I just could not make it in yet to fix them. I was told they would let Melinda know and she would contact me. Today, I had not heard back and called again- Melinda was busy. So I just let them know I would be coming in soon to have them fixed. When I walked up to the front desk, Melinda did not seem like anyone had told her at all about my multiple calls. She then looked at my nails and account then told me I could have them redone for a whopping 20% off normal price because it had been more than 7 days and policy is they would only fix them for free after 7 days. She told me it wasnt fair for them to redo them for free. Well Melinda, I dont think its fair for me to have to pay to redo a service I paid $50 for AND that should have never come off within days in the first place. I am also extremely disappointed I now have to find a new nail salon to give my money to since I really did enjoy coming here but you apparently dont appreciate your own customers or value them returning to your business.

Update!!!I decided to go back once I moved back from Florida and I must say....this is now my favorite nail shop again!! Everything has improved and I love it.So go get ya nails done and sip some wine or a cold mixed drink, for free.---------------------------------------------I began going to executive nails last summer and had the best experience everytime I went....they never disappointed. But it seems things have definitely changed and the quality of work and design is not at all the same. I was absent for a few months due to moving and couldnt wait to go back, Id heard from a few people Id sent there and how the quality of work had changed. I wanted to see for myself and they were right. I dont know if its a change in staff or what, but the last two times Ive gone....not happy at all and I wont be going back unfortunately.

Great place! The aesthetic is lovely. I felt like I walked into an urban outfitters. Main thing that caught my eye was the lightening inside. It isn’t overwhelming bright, it’s dim enough to sit back relax and enjoy a drink! Service was good, the lady that did my nails did an amazing job! I will definitely come back.

Only giving a three star and not less because my pedicure lady was amazing, took her time and paid attention to what I asked for.I also get a full set and asked for one shape but got another, I didn’t really mind but that just added to the lack luster experience. The nail tech runs her machine speed way too high and my nails kept burning when she was filing.My biggest complaints is that they seem to make up their prices as they go. If you’re going to come here be prepared to ask how much things are going to be. Everything, and I do mean everything, is an additional charge and you aren’t even made aware of the charges until it’s time to pay. It’s one thing to let a customer know that something will be extra and it’s another to just tack on the price and think they won’t notice. And for my fellow heavier friends just know they’ll find a way to charge you extra when you get waxed for all the “extra wax” they use. The reality is they don’t have a particular person to wax and because of this they apply wax in patches instead of strips.This used to be my go to spot to treat myself and buy gift certificates for others but that’s long gone now.

What an amazing family experience. Very clean and refreshing environment. I took my teenager , toddler, and sister all four of us had an amazing experience. My nail stylist was Haley. She was so friendly and helpful. For sure will be bringing more people here in the future. Open Bar was the biggest bonus!

Le was able to work with the photos I showed her to find the perfect simple design I was looking for. She was pretty much able to read my mind.I will be going back. 1st time to try this place after looking for a few weeks around the area. I can say I am extremely satisfied with my nails and the facility! The manager is so awesome as well as the front counter lady helping you get exactly what you want. The electronic log in is great to keep track of the color and service for when you come back not having to search through hundreds of colors to match a refill. Kim did a super job on my nails & Anna did an amazing job on my toes! They both took time to make sure it was right color, shape & all without me even pushing the call button. The new pedi-jet disposable liner sold me & my co worker. Great job on the super technology to avoid cross contamination of germs & I love the bubbles coming under my feet!! The drinks are a plus, but definitely not the only reason I am going back ;) They were polite to my friend that came to wait for me offering her a drink as well even though she didnt have services done. I will return with a few coworkers soon!

I can say without a doubt, in my opinion, that this Salon is far Superior to the ANY of these othernail shops in this area & surrounding communities. Just by the 1st impression walking in ( no appt. needed btw), It just exudes Class ,Luxury . The very first thing I noticed when I walked in was a stocked bar ,where you are offered two complimentary drinks as youre being pampered. Theyre fully staffed , so there wasnt any wait at all, (at least when I went). The young lady who is the hostess that greets you at the desk, as well as answers anything you may have questions about w prices, different devices provided, what is included w packages they offer, etc., She is 100% knowledgeable . She is very friendly, polite as well as speaks perfect English so there isnt any issues w misunderstandings due to language barriers.Prices are comparable to the other places around, even less in some cases. They have an exclusive VIP room for parties, bridesmaids, bachelorette, birthdays or any event where theres a group together.Id give it 20 stars⭐.Frankly, the other nail shops that are on every corner around them ought to step up their game and customer service skills. Just saying.

Nice salon with drinks provided, but wait time (even with appt.) was 30+ min. & polish peeled off within 2 days. I paint my toe nails regularly with regular polish and have NEVER had the polish peel off like this. It typically stays on for weeks with no issues. Will not be back here!!! I should have left when gal across from me was back for new pedicure for 3rd time because of same issue. They refuse refunds for paint peel off.

Wanted to try this place out because it is closer to my house then my usual place. I had a shellac pedicure done. I could’ve personally done my toes better. The nail tech I had was sweet but didn’t do a good job. My toes were filed down uneven. My shellac came off with in two minutes of walking out the door on one of my big toes. She didn’t really bother shaping up the nails and did a poor job at painting them. It took just a couple of minutes to do both feet. Over all just not a good experience. I was reading a book and wasn’t paying attention. I didn’t really see how bad it was until I walked out in the sun. Will definitely be checking from now on.

Lynn was pleasant conversation, she did a wonderful job on my nails and my eyebrows. I really appreciated how she took the time to try a couple of colors to show me how they would look on my nails before letting me commit to my final manicure color, Ive never had a nail tech really discuss my color choice with me before. turns out the sparkles that I wanted were just too big for the length of my nails which are usually fairly short as I have to wear gloves in the lab. The atmosphere is wonderful and you can smell all the herbs and things they use for aromatherapy and the essential oils in the air. Its very clean and they have a very large selection. Let me not forget the complimentary drink or two. Which really helps to enhance the relaxed pampered experience while youre there I think I will be going back for a manicure and a facial once My nails have grown out cuz it doesnt seem like this shellac is going anywhere.

Let me tell you something - May is the bomb. 💣 I’ve been coming religiously to this nail salon for 9 months now. I always get the fruit and herbal pedicure which will run you a good $55. I also leave a $20 tip. That’s how amazing her pedicures and rub downs are. She takes pleasure in seeing you relaxed and having an enjoyable experience.The drinks here are amazing and the people at the front desk are so professional with both their clients and employees. I love it.I also exclusively go to Tommy for my shellac manicures. No one else will shape your natural nail like this man.Do yourself a favor and use these two specifically for your services. I promise you won’t be disappointed. 💜

Friendly and professional establishment!Update 8/7: This place has gone down hill. The last three visits their work requires a second visit so they can fix their mistakes. The ladies at checkout are usually pretty nice but also notice the establishment can’t keep the same staff. I won’t be coming back will take my services somewhere else.

I had an AMAZING experience as my first time! Will definitely be going back. I happened to have a really busy day and wasn’t able to go to the nail shop until late in the evening ON NYE.. They were the only place open so I gave them a call, and they took my sister, my cousin, and I right away!!! I was just grateful to get my nails done- their customer service was a plus plus!!! wonderrrrful experience- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I tried this spa after the reviews I read and WOW! I am beyond amazed with my whole experience! From the initial phone call to set the appointment with the man who was SO SWEET, to the cleanliness and speed of service in the salon, I was seriously blown away. My manicurist was Cricket, who was thorough and fast. My PEDICURIST THOUGH???!! Her name is May. I will continue to frequent this salon solely because of her. She is BEYOND amazing and has such a positive attitude. Her work is unmatched and I can’t stop talking about her to EVERYONE. She is, beyond a doubt, this salon’s greatest asset. She has a customer for life in me!

So happy I found this place. They have amazing artists and the pedicures are top tier. I take my husband and daughter here with me on weekends for our family outings.

I have been here multiple times and everything from the customer service to the way my nails look is always perfect. They are a little bit pricey compared to other places but not much. I don’t mind paying extra money because this is the only place that ever does my nails EXACTLY the way the I want them. But I went in today for a full set like normal and was not happy. Now all together they do have good service and good employees and normally I don’t have to request a specific person but I’m going to have to start doing that. Today I was a walk in as usual and the person that got me I believe his name is Tom he usually is in the front row all the way to the left. Every time I get him he seems very bothered and rushed. Doesn’t have very good customer service, he’s kinda of nice but you kind of feel like you’re bothering him. But even that is also fine as long as you do my nails right. Well just to cut to the chase my nails are uneven, very thick, and not shaped all the same. My nails are also always $50 but it also bothered me that he charged me extra for a shape and I only asked for square... Im only writing this review as a warning I would really recommend anybody but him. He just seems to always ruin my experience there.

Ms. Hannah is an asset to this Company. I had an excellent pedicure a few minutes ago and I am very satisfied. I am a Diabetic and needs special care for my feet and she was spot on with her service. I will recommend this facility to all my friends and family. Thank you Ms Hannah. Excellent first impression.

This nail shop has a great environment with wonderful music and drinks. The bartender demonstrated excellent welcoming customer service. My nail technician was Tanya, she is sweet, patient and very attentive to your nail details. I will always request Tanya. Infinite Nails is an excellent addition to the Cypress area. I feel like a ⭐!

I really love this spa, the nail tech should get more than 5 stars, but for the second time in a row Ive come here the receptionist has been rude. She has a really bad attitude or just really seems botheredby something. I prefer pleasant experiences when I come into establishments and she doesnt give that at all. I hope she has a better day.

This place is legitimately top-notch. Very clean and modern. High quality service at reasonable rates. Not to mention complimentary top shelf mixed drinks. The Margaritas were perfect. First time there. The staff is great, very friendly and personable. The entire facility is extremely clean, sanitary and decorated nicely. What assortment of beverages including top-of-the-line makes drinks. This location on Jones road has only been up and about four months. I will definitely go again.

First off, Im a guy. I came here with my girlfriend and I was a little apprehensive at first however, this such a nice little treat. I got pedicure with no nail color and just the hygiene benefit was worth the cost alone. But it was a step above just nail work and footwork, they did the whole lower leg and its very nice. P.S. had a lovely conversation with the woman doing mine, she says if your planning a trip to iceland, do it in September.

I usually like this place but some techs aren’t that great. I hadn’t been in a while because of COVID so I didn’t request a preferred tech. I had a higher priced pedicure however this particular tech left some lotion on my toes so the polish was coming up after a few days. I went back to have it fixed but management and the tech seemed to have an attitude about having to fix their work. I was growing frustrated about how I was being treated. So in efforts to just get the color fixed, I offered to pay for a color change…they quickly started to have better customer service and treated me better. That rubbed me the wrong way as I had already spent $100+ a few days before but they had issue with standing by their work unless I was spending more money. No integrity.

Manicure was good. Matthew did it. He was fabulous. Pedicure took over an hour, the tech got too chatty and also decided to let me know her political views..? 🤔 Maybe employees and customers should talk about something a little less stressful during what should be a relaxing service... merely my take on it. This my second time there...not sure Id go back.

Very disappointed! I was a regular client 2 years ago, and wanted to start having my nails done again and it was not the same. My previous nail technician no longer worked there. They spent very little time massaging my feet and legs w pedicure, which is supposed to be relaxing , and I felt rushed. My nails were filed to a very odd shape and they clearly did not match the other hand. I was never asked if I would like a water to drink. This salon is priced quite a bit higher than its competitors in the area- For a full set w shellac, and a classic pedicure it cost $79! I honestly wish I could have left a more positive review, but I am so disappointed in this location.

Love Infinite Nails!! Once I found this place I haven’t gone anywhere else and never plan a to. Every time I come here there is little to no wait. The pedicure services are amazing and the nail techs do very very good work!! Huge shout out to Paula and Vee, both of these ladies can do amazing nail art!! The customer service is top notch and it’s always clean. Don’t let me forget about the music they play, I literally sang the whole time I was there lol. Love you Infinite Nail & Spa!!!! 💖💯

Here to let google know: I used to like this nail shop but I can’t come back to a business that can’t properly remove a previous nail color before applying a new dipset and making excuses on why it’s my fault she lacked patience to remove the other color. Very weird manager and staff that lacks accountability for their actions and likes to blame customers for their faults. Very weird 0/10 do not recommend. There’s dozens of nail salons in the radius I’ll be sure to check out and give a review

Honestly this place looks great lovely atmosphere and very clean, however the quality of nail care was not good. Ive been 2 times first time the nail tech didnt do a French manicure well!!! She never made my nails even before she started and her skills at polishing left a lot to be desired. The 2nd time was basically the same situation and my nails started chipping 2 days later. I will not be returning.

Loved my nails, hated the customer service. Ladies at the front desk are nice but the ladies who do your nails had the worse customer service. For 1 they were speaking in Vietnamese and I know they were talking about me (not in a good way). Just because someone doesn’t look like they understand doesn’t mean they don’t understand (judging a book by it’s cover). The problem is I’m spending my money and they benefit off that, so why are you talking about your paying customers? Then one of the ladies messed up my eyebrows and when I asked if she could fix it she made them worse. Now had I responded the way they would expect based on their judgements of me, they would have wanted to call the cops and I simply would be being assertive. I will never go here again. I hope that they learn some Americans including black Americans can understand their language.

Very professional and caring to your pamper needs. They even put a timer for my pedicure massage. I’ve been to so many places where they rush. They even fixed my nails that needed more drilling for free. My kids even got snacks while getting a pedicure. Loveeee this place

Came because of the 4.4 stars but would not return. They are not clean at all. She cribbed my toes with a dirty brush and didn’t clean it. Put it back with her other tools that are not sterile. The basket that she put my hot towel in already had water in it and the bottom had black spots.

I havent been there yet but I called to make an apt. for my grandmother and I for my grandmas birthday! They were very nice, they said they would let us have the V.I.P room for my grandmas birthday and play her choice of music.....seems like staff is very nice and very willing to make our visit very enjoyable!!! Cant wait to go!Okay so I ended up taking my Grandmother and we loved it, had such a good time and they made my Grandma very happy and comfortable, so much that we went back the very next day!

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. So clean. Fantastic service. You can relax. Doesn’t feel like a cattle call. Anna David Chucky and Tara are so personable checking on you throughout your visit and making you feel right at home. Lily does a top notch job on manicures and pedicures. This will definitely be m new go to place.

I have been to many salons, this salon is in another league! The elegance and high end finishes and lighting is truly a sight to see! I felt like I was in Vegas with the over the top luxury the facility provides! They introduce the latest in technology of the pedicure chairs that are truly sanitary and not “rinsed out” like other salons. Great drinks and overall quality of service matched its glamorous design

An and Amber were such lovely ladies and treated me so well! Amber suggested me marble shellac and surprised me with gold accents! An did such a job well done on my scrub pedicure and so sweet! 20/10 recommend them!

This nail salon is nice, but overpriced, I dont like how when I returned to have a nail fixed the next day it was a big ordeal to get it fixed, even after i said I don;t mind having someone else fix it and pay for it. The pedicure was OK I didnt feel relaxed during that time since it was packed and too many people, and too loud. Over all work was fair nothing especial but place was clean and staff were friendly during my visit. had had better at smaller locations.

The place was nice and the majority of the staff was friendly. However my nails didn’t end up looking like the color I had asked for and I did get a small cut. It took them much longer than it usually takes to do powder dip. Almost 2 hours!! By the time I realized the color was wrong I didn’t have 2 more hours left to wait for them to redo them. They were very thorough and my nails are well shaped just a weird wrong color.

Pedicure was excellent but the girl who did my dip powder was rude and sloppy. When I told the lady at the front about my experience she said thank you and have a nice day. She could care less. After 4 years this experience left me not wanting to come back.

Always amazing service everytime I come here!. Today I got a pedi by Kathy and mani by Bryan & they did a great job making the experience relaxing and giving beautiful work. The gentleman behind the bar is always so friendly and hospitable. Love everyone here!

My nail technician is exceptionally talented, the nail spa is spacious and well-kept and the prices are reasonable. They have a full bar and mimosas available and the ambiance is inviting.

Love the service and professionalism. Nailshop was clean and relaxing. They took their time and didnt rush...stayed past closing. I appreciate that. I enjoyed my experience and Lyn and Ann were very sweet and personable! Ill be back!

Best pedicure and service I have ever had! As someone with sensitive feet, that was the most gentle and detailed pedicure I have ever had. I highly recommend if you have foot problems. I have hardware and nerve damage from a failed bunion surgery and usually cringe while getting a pedicure, but not today! Thanks MIMI! I will be back!

The minute I walked in I was greeted and waited just a couple minutes and Brian took care of me , he was amazing did a phenomenal job on my nails and completely followed with the set of nails I wanted , highly recommend coming here. I will definitely be coming again and asking for Brian.

Customer service is great. I had the Tropical Deluxe Pedicure, and I believe at its price point its worth it. I see other reviewers talking about being offered drinks, and Im assuming theyre no offering that for the time being due to COVID-19.

The equal treatment of All customers is gone, I was accosted by a fellow customer that made me feel unsafe and threatened by her actions and words, and neither the owner or any person from management intervened to deescalate the situation I will not be returning for concern of my safety.

I choose this salon as from the google reviews, site details and from the pictures posted this salon was supposed to be good at doing 3-d designs. I strayed from my usual place because I wanted something special for my daughters wedding. Wrong choice! I spent $60 more than my usual place for substandard service. I was very specific with the owner or manager. She showed me her nails with the 3-d design and told me it had been 3 weeks no rhinestone had come off. She let me scratch them and no movement. I got my nails done on a Thursday 5/2/19- by Sunday 5/5/19 two rhinestones had fallen off. This was of course after one nail tech had missed the mark on making 3-d red roses on my ring fingers. The roses looked like blobs of red. The manager/owner had to redo and they charged me to take off and redo. For designs they were supposed to be good at cost me 4 hours in the salon!!!! For what usually would take 2hours or less and under $100 took 4 hours and 30 minutes and $160!! So needless to say I will never cheat on ViVi nails again!!! While this salon touts the cleanliness and drink bar which looks good, the technique leaves much to be desired. I don’t care for the fancy frills but what I do care about is getting my money’s worth and service in a reasonable time. So the old adage that says all that glitters isn’t gold applies here.

Superb place for men and women! I was treated like royalty at this salon. They can communicate easily with you as opposed to other salons. This salon is ultra clean and uses a new pedicure technology to prevent infections. Very awesome and I got my free alcohol drinks. Been addicted and coming every few weeks! Cool staff

Absolutely wonderful nail salon. Experienced staff knows exactly how to do powder nails so they last up to 3 weeks. Ask for Tony! Nice bar and beverage area, clean and sanitary. I highly recommend and will be back!

Had pretty high hopes for this salon due to the other reviews I saw. After my appointment this morning however, I will not be returning. First and last time coming.. went in for an acrylic overlay and I am definitely not pleased. The length and shape of my nails are different and the acrylic was applied very very sloppily..not a very satisfied person.

Excellent service. Very chic and modern. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Variety of colors are endless. My nails were done EXACTLY how I wanted them as far as shape, color, and Haley was soo detail with my nails I didn’t have anything to complain about. Reasonably price for the quality service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I always have a great experience when I come here. Their work is phenomenal and quality. My nails lasted a month without breaking or lifting. I would highly recommend this place!!!!!

Everything was good till I got my nails done, the person that did my nails didn’t do them how I wanted them,,they were to short and some were shorter then others and I could see my real nail on the side of the acrylic,, so I ended up getting a new set done at a different place. Everything was nice and pretty but except my nails,,another $60 down the drain 🙄

Very clean and inviting. They have a full bar with their own signature cocktails all free of charge. Huge perk! Apparently theyre owned by Lush. Very very clean and hygienic. However, my nail tech, Tommy was very rough with my cuticles and ended up cutting me a few times. Everytime he added more dip powder or polish it would sting on 2 of my fingers because hed been so rough. Got this done on Sunday and my thumb is still hurting a bit on Tuesday. Otherwise excellent service. My nails look gorgeous, but I shouldnt have to wince while getting them done!

Came in today with my mom and sister, after doing so much reasearch online I found this place and decided to give it a try because of the pictures and nice reviews. I must say all the positive reviews Are right. They are very welcoming here and very clean! As soon as I walked in Stephanie the receptionist at the front was so inviting and quick to have us ready for our nails to get done and also offered us complimentary drinks which was a plus. Tommy was also very welcoming as we arrived, he was the one to work on me, I only got a full set “ombré” style, I have gotten ombré done on me several times at different places and I finally found someone who is the best at them, I get my nails done once or twice a year and I am very self conscious about my fingers and nails but Tommy made my nails look on point which actually make my hands look nice and pretty. I will highly recommend this place to my friends and family, they also have a children’s room and many other services offered. I am very happy with this visit and so glad they are close by my home. I look forward to add a pedicure to my visit and try out all the other services they provide.

This is a comfortable and relaxing one stop nail shop. I love the immediate customer service from the minute you walk in the door. Everyone takes great care of you and they did an amazing job on nails and toes. They also offer complimentary drinks from water to alcohol. It’s a woman’s dream spa. The prices are a little higher then other places but they do a lot more for you. I highly recommend this place.

This place is amazing. It is lovely and relaxing. I took a friend for pedicures and we didnt want to leave. Everything is designed to be the most hygienic as possible which is very reassuring. I plan on going back frequently and cant wait to utilize some of their other services.

I used to love getting my nails done here but the last couple of times I went my nail polish was chipping off and my nails fell off within 2 weeks. The first time I got a shilac color and it peeled off so the next time I did a powder color just to have all the clear coat peel off. I am really upset. I paid a lot of money to have my nails look good just for them to be popping off and looking dull right after. My nails have always lasted me at least 3 weeks so I don’t know what the problem is but I am very unsatisfied.

I took my son and his fiancé for pedicures. This was his first and probably his last. I only treat myself occasionally but wanted to do something nice for them. They used a tool that looked like a cheese grater and when my sons manicurist filed the side of his big toe off suggested he drink more of his margarita. I also found the experience painful and had four small lacerations around my toe nails. The pedicures were the Deluxe and cost $47.00 each. This included hot towels, hot wax and a hot rock massage. All three were hot enough to burn the skin and a hot rock run down the shin bone is not a relaxing feeling. I found after we were finished there are two free alcoholic beverages included. These were served in small plastic cups. I could not drink due to medications but observed if your not a regular consumer of alcoholic beverages you might want to bring a designated driver....so the one star is for the bartender who help them feel a little less pain.

The service here is amazing!! This is my first time here, and I was treated EXTREMELY well. My nails are 🔥. I got a medi and pedi. The FULL bar is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!Prices are average, service is just unbelievably great, and the drinks were amazing! They even gave my husband a drink for no cost. Y’all come through!

Very expensive! They charge for everything. Just a paint design cost me 100.00 just for nails and pedicure 45, eyebrows 40. The tint didnt last a week. Nice workers but too expensive.

Online it says this place close at 7:30 but on the door it says 7. Anyways I came in about 45 minutes from closing. Everyone was very welcoming and greeted me. Tina did my pedicure and did an amazing job. She didn’t rush my massage or anything. Awesome experience

I went to Executive Nails & Spa with my husband a few weeks ago, for the first time. I felt so amazed with the way they treated us. They gave us a wonderful pedi and mani massage. The experience was soooo nice! My husband was so relaxed drinking his wine while he was receiving a wonderful heaven massage. That was his first time visiting a place like that. I really like the customer service in this place; everything is so clean, and organized. 🤩

This place totally pampers you, not only with the service but also the hansome bartender! Came here on a Saturday afternoon and definitely got to experience the VIP service, greeted as I walked in, waves walking out, low, relaxing music helps a lot!!! I’m definitely coming back with my sisters.

I LOVE their service. from the two free drinks during your time there fo how CLEAN they are. they make sure that you like your service before continuing & leaving (i’ve never had any complaints.) their prices are also something that im used to from back home as far as a pedi/gel mani is concerned. I will CONTINUOUSLY go to them as long as I am in this area.
