I’ve given this place 2 chances. The first time the pedicure was great! During my manicure, the lady kept stopping to do other things around the salon. I got clear polish and the next day it was turning brown. A picture is provided. I didn’t have time to come back since we were going out of town and I traveled 25 minutes from my house to the salon.Today, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Thinking maybe it was just an old bottle of polish and people would be focused on my services. The pedicure was good again! The young lady in there does a great job. My sister got her nails EXACTLY how she wanted them. This time, I showed up at 8pm, so quite a bit of time before closing, and asked for two pedicures and manicures. They didn’t start on my manicure until 10pm and insisted I paid before the guy did my full set. I don’t believe in paying for a service prior to it being completed. On another note, the guy was so worried about up charging me. I asked for a refill on a set that was only 2.5 weeks old and white and natural pink powder. He refused to do a refill, even though I wanted the new color to be darker. They didn’t have a powder that matched my neon pink toe nails, so I just decided to go all white on my nails. They caught a huge attitude and tried to push the shellac on me. I asked the guy for a short set and when we went to cut it, he didn’t listen when I kept telling him to go shorter. He made it a point to make the bill add up instead of doing what I wanted. The lady also didn’t like when I asked for a breakdown of my bill.

Love this shop! Been coming here since I found them back in October and I love the customer service, and how accommodating they are. I work late and often come in relatively before they close and they always stay hours after closing to finish me and never rush me or make me feel like an inconvenience. Very nice staff, clean environment, complimentary drinks and they always do a great job. Especially love Nina and Cindy. Will continue to keep coming here.

This was our first and last time visiting this shop. Initially we were impressed with the drinks and the prompt attention but that failed quickly. They rushed our services like a factory line needing to get the next person in. My husband and I both got mani/pedi (honey dew /cucumber) and I got a refill on a Friday night, Sunday morning my entire nail came off!! Upon my return the nail tech said, “ooh that’s cause you got a refill and not full set”. (All while laughing) This was not a funny to me at all. An apology was never given and I truly regret cheating on my nailshop. Fast forward a week later, another nail came off! Popped off like a Lee press on from the 1990’s!!!

I went last min because my normal nail place was closed on Sundays…. Went in at 3pm and got my a full set, pedi and my lashes done less then 2 hrs there!! Definitely going back and reasonable prices thank you so much

They were super nice and very welcoming. They communicated well and gave me exactly what I wanted. Great environment great service and they’re also gentle with your hands. Definitely will be returning, Highly recommend.

They did a great job! Just moved to Houston so I was looking for a new salon, read good reviews so I decided to try it. No regrets! Will definitely go back.

I have been coming to this nail shop for a while I was charged 95 for a refill with two designs. If that was the case I could’ve gotten a new full set. Tom is good but make sure you ask how much up front. I feel taken advantage of and I will not be back. Then I was asked did I want to tip after being over charged. Smh I’m on the hunt for a new nail shop. Never again! These nails are not worth 95 dollars

Quality of work is horrible . The prices are extremely high and everyone is rushed . This is not an environment where you can come and relax and get great service it’s more of a hurry up and move to the next type of situation. I went Friday by Saturday my nails was chipped due to work Quaility . My bills never under $100 for pedi and refill or full set.

So boom, took a shot in the dark and tried this spot “Oasis Nail Lounge” and Absolutely loved them, customer service great Cindy and Tom were my techs tonight and now they’re stuck with me. I loved the whole experience and it only being my very first visit 10 out of 10 MUST DO AGAIN! Thank y’all for having such great Hospitality. See y’all in a fee weeks! Hours are great as well.Update: 2023NOV23Tom did it again he’s such a perfectionist and I love it. I don’t have to tell him a thing in regards to changing or doing something else, this is my second time visiting and I had a full set only this time and gave him the idea of what I wanted and he executed! Nothing against any of the other techs because I have yet to try them. I am just a fan of sticking with what I know and love and Tom just did it for me. If you go please tell him I sent you. The service was amazing. The ladies are so sweet, talented and perfectionists, 10/10 experience and will definitely be coming back. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get a nice acrylic set :) also they gave me a free drink overall im really satisfied

Although I had some complaints about the work they willingly had some sit down with me and listen, and she understood my concern as well as my wants, and they fixed it right away 😁😁😁😁I always have a good experience here and this was the first time out of 4 visits that I’ve had to come back and I’m very please with their customer service 😁😁😁

I’ve started going to this place recently because they’re one of the few salons that are open late and had great service each time. However, this past week I went with my daughter and spent over $300 in services & the nail tech that did my pedicure (new person to me, not to the salon) did a HORRIBLE job on my pedicure (with shellac). I went back two days later after wearing some sandals the day prior and had two of the nail polish come right off, not a little piece or chip NO THE ENTIRE NAIL POLISH came off in one piece. I went and got it fixed (of course for free) but then the next day another nails polish came clean off and now today another one. When I called the salon the manager was so dismissive about it all saying I waited a whole week before coming in and now she “doesn’t know”. She told me I had to come in the salon TODAY & basically hung up on me because “she was busy”. This place won’t ever get one cent from me nor will I recommend anyone else. HORRIBLE experience

I love this place!!! I will not switch to another nail place again.I used to go to different places because I never was satisfied and happy with the nail outcome.My first time here I loved how kind and patient they were with me.I was indecisive of the color and design I wanted and they actually helped me find a deign and color that would suit the nail shape I wanted. It is the little things that go along way. Hannah helped me for the first time and she is amazing!!After 2 weeks, no chips, none fell, all nails intact and design! I went back to get a refill with new color and Mai helped me and she is amazing as well!! I have had my nails for 3 weeks! None feel, no chips and that was from my refill!They care about their work they put out & the experience they give!! I love this place and definitely recommend!!I believe the owner or manager is always there and has the most wonderful welcoming attitude every single time! Please try this place & you will also enjoy their drink menu!I will be going back for a third time and I am excited!Also don’t forget they are open extended hours!! They are open longer than ANY other plant in town I appreciate their service, thank you for all you do!I have also had the pleasure of getting my nails done my Mia and she is so amazing. The nails were ok to me, I’m picky and I see every detail I believe Lily did it to me this time. They don’t look as smooth as a wanted. One thing I didn’t like is that they want to force you to give tip and if you don’t, they get mad.

My nail tech is Heidi and she is wonderful and skillful. Very nice and takes good care of me! I will always let her do my nails.

I loved coming to this place. Every nail tech I’ve worked with has done a great job. BUTTTT yesterday was a different experience. Hillary helped me. All was going good until I asked her to fix my nail that was not done to my liking. I asked her to fix it and she said I don’t see nothing. I told her well I do, can you fix it.. she proceeded to half asx “fix it” and gave me such an attitude. By the way, she didn’t fix it and left it looking worse. I felt she was being PETTY at that point. I read body language very well. And it was not a good one. I then asked her what her name was and she wouldn’t respond verbally. I had to ask her 3 times and she pointed at the nail light box that said “Hillary”.. I will be coming to this place again but will not work with Hillary ever again.Hopefully management speaks to her about this situation. If a customer asks you to correct something you shouldn’t have to feel offended or annoyed or disregard the customers opinion.That is all folks !

This was my first time ever coming to this place and it is my new favirote spot ! They have the best customer service, they such a great job on my and my moms nails 😍 my husband and I also got a pedicure and we loved it, they have so many colors to choose from and do a great job overall !! Also the prices were great!! We will for sure be back again !☺☺

My email is anonymous but my name is Viviann and I have been coming to Oasis nails for 3 yrs and I see Tom and Li ly for my nails and Tammy for my pedicure (Li Ly btw does a mean pedicure also) they are all great!!! I am always satisfied with my nails and sometimes because I am a flight attendant I don’t always come every 2 weeks and my nails last for over 3-4 weeks without lifting or breaking!!!they take their time and make you feel welcomed! Thank you all at Oasis for quality work and the drinks!

The young lady with blonde hair that do my nails did a really bad job, I only have this nail set 5 days ago.

I really like the place. They have a really soft relaxing music, the girls that work there are really nice and my nails always look beautiful 💕 The prices are pretty decent too

Used to be my favorite place because they always made sure I was 100% happy with their work and things have changed. Got a pedicure and I did not like it and they did not want to change it without charging me.

I’m a frequent client since 2021, always is a good experience be there! All technicians are amazing, is a pleasure enjoy the massage chair sipping a margarita while y they are doing my pedi😎

Absolutely love my nails!!! As soon as I stepped into this establishment I felt welcomed, they really cared for my needs and exceeded my expectations. All employees were friendly , nice atmosphere and they even have a mini bar. Will definitely be coming back 🫶🏼

Extremely disappointed with this refill. I decided to go here because they were open late and my schedule has changed. The nail color I went in with was a bright color and I asked for an ombre blue sparkle color. I came in at 8:00 pm was sat down then they fussed among themselves for about 30mins on who will do my nails. Finally settled on an older woman who clearly did not want to do my nails. She was ruff with me the entire time and also charged me $20 extra for the ombre effect which she ended up having to touch up several times before it was all done. I will let picture explain the rest.

Hillary has been great to me. I love her!! She is very attentive and has a lot of patience. Family own business and they are all nice and welcoming. My pedicures are always great also!! This time Tom did my nails and they came out amazing!! He is great at what he does!!

Very good service. Attention to detail. Open extended hours. Nail techs here know how to file nails square shaped, which is usually an issue for me.

I wish I had taken pics. This place is good for pedicures but I wouldnt let them do your nails! They might look okay when you leave but they lift so bad! Its only been one week & I lost 2 nails from lifting up and all of them were lifting. When I came in & showed them, they agreed they were bad but they said they could do it better. I really insisted on just getting a removal. I didnt want them to do it for free but they charged me full price to remove these nails that they messed up. ($15) the customer service in this situation was just bad. She also wanted me to get a full priced fill if I wanted to fix them but they were only a week old and didnt need a $40 fill! Theyre crazy for that. So I definitely wont be coming back. I recommend B&T nail spa! They take care of you, especially if youre not happy with your nails.

This was my first time here and Ms. Lisa did a phenomenal job on my nails and Ms. Lucy did an equally phenomenal job with my pedicure! Ill definitely be back and that lemonade...top notch!!!

My experience is so bad I want to do my toes nail and the woman did such bad work

The nail tech was rushing on me and ended up cutting me with the drill bit. I was profusely bleeding and it stung a lot. She apologized, but I didn’t like that she continued to be rough. When she was buffing, it obviously hurt a lot on my wound and I was pulling away multiple times to tell her she was hurting me but she got annoyed and told me she wasn’t going in that area. Didn’t even get a discount or anything for my troubles. Do not recommend this place at all

Went in for a mani & pedi for my birthday today. Was super excited and saw this place had great reviews. Manicure wasn’t great, nail polish got smudged and instead of fixing it she just went over it and you can tell. No oil on my hands after either , my hands were super dry after and there was still polish leftover.My pedicure itself was fine until after she told me I was all done, handed me my shoes and I felt uncomfortable so I got up to pay and leave. Get inside my car and see that my toe is already smudged ! I don’t know if she didn’t wait for it to dry fully or not but I shouldn’t have smudged nails RIGHT after leaving. I wanted to walk back inside and say something but I’m just too embarrassed at this point. Not what I wanted/expected for my birthday. I’ve never had an experience like this before. I could’ve done a better job and not wasted money. Maybe they only do a great job if your paying for more expensive job or gel.

This review is for the service on 10/09/23. Tom did beautiful work on my daughters nails. Even more amazing was the consistent communication that took place between team members and before we decided to move forward with the service. I spoke with Mia before arriving; discussed every component of the service (shape, material, length, design, etc), and landed on a price. When I walked in the team spoke to the technician, Tom, as well as Hanna; they quoted the same price as Mia. When Tom did the service, he went above and beyond. I asked him how long he has worked with nails and he shared 18 years. You can truly tell in his work that he is skilled and passionate about his work. It also feels good to get consistency, integrity, and amazing service from a team. Thanks, Kim for helping me with my feet. Thank you Lisa for helping me with my toes and their overall appearance. My first time at Oasis Nail Lounge was a good experience. They are very nice and give you a complementary drink which was very good strawberry mango mimosa. The owner really makes sure you are satisfy with your experience before you walk out. The honey citrus pedicure is on point they use real orange and honey, very natural. Their price is a little higher then most places but, they do a lot more to make you feel relax. I will definitely come back to them this is a team that truly cares about their customers experience.

My nails were super beat up but they did a great job!!! Fast and beautiful nails, also pretty affordable.

Ive been 4 times now and at each visit, and I have had a different technician do my dip powder manicure. While they each had a slightly different technique, I was equally happy with their work each time. Since I have a crazy and hectic schedule, I am grateful that they always have time to see me. Thats almost as important as the manicure itself. They are all very friendly and welcoming with a full list of adult and non alcoholic drinks (might even be complimentary, Im not sure) to accompany their list of nail services. They get you fixed up quickly without feeling rushed and do a great job.

Nice and friendly place! Last time I came here my nails lasted longer than other places I’ve gone to. I definitely found the place to go to. Talented. I forgot the name of the person but I’ve been there twice and always great.

First time here, everyone was amazing. This trip was the most relaxed I’ve ever been at a nail salon and personally I found they are cheaper than others. I got a pedicure and dip nails, only ~$80 (not including tip). They had delicious, strong, Mai tais, that are complimentary, AND a warm weighted shoulder thing (not sure what it’s called) that smelt amazing. The owner was very nice and sociable. 10/10 would recommend. Not to mention they did a phenomenal job and I didn’t feel rushed in the least!

So Ive been to this nail shop about 4 times. This is my last the lady that did my pedicure was good but the lady that did my nails cut me. Ill just go back to natural nails to do my nails SMH being overly rushed does not make perfect work. 😒 Im done.

I erase my earlier review cause I only gave it a one star. The place is clean and very nice. The lady that did my pedicure was very nice n did a great job. My only problem was my manicure some places it dont have color on the nail. :/ pay 96 not including the tip.

I took my daughter here for her 14th birthday and they were pretty good. I think because I didnt know what I was doing and there was some communication issues as I couldnt fully understand them, they took advantage. I paid $150 for a 14yr old. That was including a $15 tip as well as a basic $30 pedicure for me. But next time, I will get a final price before we start. The tech did dig kinda deep on my feet, which had them hurting around my nails on my feet for about 4 days. And my daughters polish completely cracked the following day on her toes. I may give them 1 more try but well see.

Love that they close later but you gotta make sure the nail designer is there. I just wanted a simple black French tip almond shape and the nail tech who did me drew the black part on but and she took forever because she kept messing up. They don’t look terrible but not great either. It would have been faster and easier for her to have just did the tips with a black dip powder. Because the tech next to her was the designer and she did the girls nails next to me so beautifully.

Update****07/06/24- LOVE THIS PLACE STILL GET THE BEST SERVICE AND QUALITY!Best manicure and pedicure I have ever had in my life! Love, love, love the salon and the staff. Just super nice experience - I will be back!

Ms Hillary is awesome! I got there at 8:45 and they close at 9:30. She went above and beyond to make sure my stock the bar wedding party nails were on point!!!

I took my girl here about 3 months ago and she had an excellent experience she enjoyed everything. We went back there tonight and I had a massage and nail cut by Helen Luu and she was absolutely amazing. Greatest attitude and personality Ive come across in a long time!! We highly recommend you try this place out!

If you want horrible service where the techs are rude & don’t care about what you’re asking for, management only cares about money, & service sucks then you should try this place out. I could get a better pedicure from my baby sister, after leaving this place my nails were all jagged, no shine, my feet were cut up & bleeding, & they did no massage or anything advertised. Read the negative reviews & keep in mind all their responses are lies, they just say those things to come across understanding & caring. They responded to me saying they will refund their horrible service & when I went they refused and humiliated me. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I’ve been here I think maybe 3 or 4 times; when my typical nail salon is closed or when I have wanted an in depth pedicure. They have amazing customer service, everyone is so friendly! The thing is, every time I have gone, my pedicures have been actually painful. This most recent time was so bad that I got a major infection in my big toe. She cut so low, and even after I let her know she was hurting me, she continued the same on other toes.I pay more than double at this salon, in comparison to my normal salon. Plus my normal salon has me in and out in less than 90 minutes. Moving forward, I don’t honestly think I’ll go back.

Heidi is amazing! Her work is done very professionally, safely, and she is very artistic. My nails always look great and they last until the next appointment. She is caring, kind, and committed to excellence in her craft.

I loved the service and attention i received. Only downfall i said i didnt want gel on my acrylics but i guess the colors i chose wad only gel so ok fine. And not even 24 hours later the gel raised and chipped which is why i dont like gel. I did call and they said to go back to fix but i dont have time for that.

Belated update: I’m very picky but came here last week to get pedicure…it was awesome and fabulous. Mia did really good job. She shaped and polished exactly how I told her to be like…

By far the best nail shop I have been too. Everyone was so welcoming and didnt feel rushed and was very attentive to detail. Just moved to area and happy to find this place after a couple bad places. Worth every penny for me and my three girls

Lilly always give exceptional pedicures and Linh never disappoints when it comes to the trendy nail designs. Those 2 are a great duo. Very clean place, and welcoming, friendly service. I enjoyed my first experience here, and will be coming back!Update:I’ve been here a couple times now throughout this year and last year, and what I can say based on my experiences is that their pedicures are not my favorite. The shellac ends up with little air bubbles, or the layers they apply are too thick. They’re not the best with treating ingrowns as well. However, their manicures are excellent, and Tom is currently my favorite nail tech for manicures there! I definitely will return for manicures with him at Oasis.

Went here today for a pedicure because it was later in the day & my regular places were closed. I moved this weekend & my feet really took a beating, desperately needed a massage. & I told the lady I don’t want any polish just buff & shine. Once during the pedicure I asked her to focus on exfoliating my heel & once I asked her if she could shine the nails. Both times she got annoyed & was very rude & told me to wait bc she’s not done. I didn’t say anything the rest of the time & she didn’t shine my nails, she didn’t exfoliate my heels, cut my toenails unevenly & didn’t round the edges like I asked, & she didn’t even massage my feet! That’s literally on the description & what I came for. To make matters worse, she kept talking & watching tv during the pedicure & bc she wasn’t looking she accidentally scraped skin off my ankle & then the top of my foot. I left feeling worse than how I did coming in. Wish I could get my money back but was too tired to put up a fight. Very disappointed.

This place is not for black people. I knew when the tech started putting my nails on that she didn’t care to do my nails. She told me she couldn’t do the design I wanted straight away. No biggie I thought I’d pick a simple color and do a design the next go round. The color I picked she told me she couldn’t do that either so I told her to stop doing my nails all together. They gave me the color samples to choose from and every one I chose was a no. She even tried to deter me from the color I chose for my toes.A lady named Helen did my pedicure. She was nice. I proceeded with the pedicure and declined the nail services. While getting my pedicure another black lady was having issues with her nail tech. The tech was fussing in her primary language to the other techs. The lady asked her what she said and she ignored her. The lady got up, paid, ***left a tip anyway and left.

All the nail techs look happy and in good spirit! I’ve been to a good amount of nail salons that tell me no when I request something because they can’t do it or they think it will look bad. This place did not say no at all. Full set for my sister and I plus a pedicure, and a kids pedicure for my son. They did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend! Thank you for the great service and product!

Cindy was patient and gentle with my feet. She was kind and took her time. Discussed each step as she completed it. These feet were horrific and now they feel like heaven

This was my first time going to Oasis and it was a very nice experience. The best part for me is that they were open after 7pm on a weeknight! June was kind and patient. Definitely recommend!

Terrible nails service I got mine nails done back on august the 12 didn’t last a month , don’t got waste your money in these place is a total waste of your time

Seriously this is one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had since I’ve lived here.Nancy took her time and she had my feet looking & feeling amazing.The only thing that irritated me is then constantly asking you to use gel polish!! I had to keep saying I don’t want gel or a manicure to the other lady.Great prices and great work.I enjoyed the Beyoncé concert that was showing too.

You know how hard it is to find a great nail tech. Every time Ive found one, Ive gone to them religiously until theyve quit or retired or moved.When my last tech disappeared, I decided to try this place since they are so close to my house. The very first set of acrylics that I got were done so beautifully, and I think my final price was around $70 which is a very fair price for a nice set. Not only did they do a very thorough job, they also looked so natural and they lasted much longer than my previous nail tech ever achieved. Instead of losing nails at 2 or 3 weeks, I can now get refills 3 or 4 times and only ever lose my right pointer towards the end, depending on what Im doing. But my nails have always been really thin so that is truly hard to pull off.But the best part about this place that I discovered when my go-to tech went on vacation and I needed a new set desperately for an interview is that everyone here does an incredible job. So far Ive gotten my nails done by at least 3 or 4 different women and they always look incredible and last for a long time.My preferred tech is Nina right now. She is so kind and thorough and shes really great at custom creations when I pull something random off of Google and ask her if she can try to replicate it.I also get pedicures here frequently and they do a beautiful job. This is the first place that Ive been offered acrylic on my big toe just to give it a nice shape and its such a game changer. They have a lot of pedicure packages available. I usually go for the cheapest which is $30 I believe, plus the cost of the color. The most Ive spent on my feet is roughly $70 and that was for a $45 package, plus a new acrylic job on my big toes. And that package included so much. A ten minute hot stone massage on my legs, citrus fruits, paraffin foot bags (not sure what the official name for this is haha). And Im super ticklish and they always try to torture me as little as possible haha. Nothing too rough.They are honestly so great at what they do. I really cant recommend them enough. Plus they have free drinks of all kinds and they usually have music videos playing on the big screen which always helps the time fly.Give these girls a chance :) especially my girl Nina.

Loved it! Loved how clean it is, the alcohol is a plus. I received shellac on my toes, eye brow wax and dip powder on my nails. The color selection was unlike any other! I followed my nail tech; Lee from our last salon…it’s a major improvement! I felt safe while here, the women were very sweet and professional! I will continue to stay at this salon as long as Lee is here!All nail techs were dressed in black and looked professional. You have 1-2 women working on you and there was no wait that I saw. I was very impressed with the quality of work that was done.Come make an appointment today with Lee!

Ive came here to get my toes done several times, and ive never been disappointed with the costumer service until yesterday. i came in yesterday to get pedicures with my 2 friends, and we all got the classic pedicure for $30. or at least thats what we thought we were paying for. when my friend gets done, they charge her $47 and we asked why she was being charged $17 more. they said that it was $17 more for the shellac nail polish that she didnt even ask for. no one asked if we wanted shellac or regular nail polish, we all just asked for white nail polish. they then tell us, “yes its $47 for each of you” they completely over charged us for something we didnt even want or ask for. no apology or nothing. they didnt even care to apologize until my friend started speaking vietnamese and they realized she could understand everything they were saying the whole time. it also felt like i was being rushed out,my toes were not even done yet and the lady brought me the card machine to me so i could pay WHILE I WAS GETTING MY TOES DONE!!!! seriously so disappointing. not to mention they were talking trash about other peoples toes!!! smh!

I have visited several times and Mia has been very consistent for my acrylic nails and French manicures. She’s detailed, attentive and I don’t have issues with lifting as I’ve had in the past elsewhere.Nancy gives the BEST pedicures IMO.

Today was my first time going to this nail salon and my experience here was excellent! At first, I didnt understand how their services work but the lady in the front explained to me step by step and it was very helpful.I also went in with barely any idea of the color I wanted for both mani and pedi so I took a long time picking the colors. The lady that did my manicure, Lee, helped me so much! The color she picked for me was way better than the one I had picked so I was even more happy about the end result.My pedicure lady was Helen, the foot massage and exfoliation part was so nice, my feet honestly feels baby soft right now lol!Overall Im very pleased with my experience here today and I would definitely recommend friends here and would love to come back here again for myself as well! 😊

I absolutely love this place! Was my first time going somewhere new in Texas (from New Jersey). Shannon was very professional and treated my hands like gold and did a great job on my coffin nails. They also offer a wide array of drinks! Really felt like I was at the spa. I didn’t have to wait and hour past my appointment time but they were short staffed that date and the wait was well worth it. After a nicely made drink I forgot I was even waiting. Would definitely recommend.

Anne did my nails and she was absolutely fabulous! The margaritas were amazing and the staff were so kind. I follow a sugar free diet and Anne made sure my margarita was perfect for us. She offered to do an ombré look and they look absolutely beautiful! The pedicure was so relaxing and gentle. Thank you for an amazing experience!

I love this salon. I’ve been coming here for over a year and I love it! Everyone here is so nice, my pedicures are consistently done well with good quality, and it lasts for weeks. The prices are excellent for this spa treatment. I tell all my friends to come here. Definitely check it out. You won’t be disappointed!

The staff doing my nails was pushy, trying to do the bare minimum so she can rush to another customer, and the lady doing my pedicure cut up my toes, days later and it still hurt, they also burnt my moms face during the waxing....ps make sure you ask about the nail prices up front

I wanted to make an appointment, but the website is down. The receptionist couldnt hear me on the phone because of background voices on her side. Apparently, she decided that my call was not important for them and hung up. The fastest nail service in my life.

This is a really nice/relaxing place I’ve only been 3 times but I look forward to becoming a regular. I live 30 minutes from here but I don’t mind the drive I’ve tried many places and this one has been by far the best in my experience.The attention to detail is really great, so far I love the shaping and thickness of my nails they look very natural and appealing. There are also many powder and shellac colors to choose from which is nice.The pedicure service is my favorite, very relaxing! I work on my feet about 10 hours most of the week and I really enjoyed my pedicures here. The massages are great and the products are amazing! Definitely a load off!I was also offered a really good complimentary (adult) drink, which was really cool! nonetheless its a nice lil getaway from my hectic life, where I can go have a drink and relax!

We went for a dual mani / pedi & my boyfriend a cucumber.. pedi. He loved his experience and can’t wait to come back. We didn’t realise the drinks were included, but may partake next time! We had our drinks with us.. My nails look fantastic and our feet look great. The whole experience was phenomenal! Can’t wait to come back, we have put in our calendar to mark out next six months dates already!The shellac pedicure was fantastic, but my normal manicure started peeling within a day. Not sure I would recommend normal manicure/ pedicures here. They seem to aim more for acrylic and shellac.

I will say the experience is nice, however they are expensive. I know things have gone up due to covid but good gawd.

Love this nail salon! I have been coming here for a while now and they never fail me. They offer a rewards program too which is a plus so after so many points you get money to redeem on your next visit! They also serve free drinks and can’t say I’ve ever had any complaints :)

This a wonderful hidden little gem. I looked up what nail shops close late amd this one was the nearest to my job getting off . And I am NOT DISAPPOINTED I got my nail refilled to my liking I was presurred to upgrade amd they all had wonderful pleasant attitudes . I will definitely be making this my new nail stop

I was pampered from the time I entered the door until I left. I was given the 1st chair, water for my pedicure was perfect. Heated but not scolding, given a menu of pedicure options and went with the Lavender which included perks as a 10 minute foot massage and 4 minute shoulder massage. She placed a heated neck wrap to relax me as the Pedi started and served a mango mimosa in a tall glass ,straw included. I sank in the ambience of a quiet shop and allowed the drink to flow, after this school year on my feet this Pedicure was a Good send . My manicurist stopped often picking up my drink bringing it ,to my mouth to allow me to drink from my mimosa and I was on the verge of crying from the care . This was my first time here and they have left an impression on both my feet and hands but especially on my heart .

Absolutely the best experience in a very long time. Recently remodeled and all new equipment! Im a very picky person and they took the time to listen to what I wanted and they over delivered! We went for pedicures yesterday and the experience was disappointing. The chair armrests were sticky, there was a weird smell, the bathroom was gross and the floor was dirty. The pedicure was rushed even though they were not busy.

I literally just got here. A lady was standing at the counter arguing on how her nails were done previously. Yes it is friendly, to friendly....I was standing in line to sign in and a large tall young lady walk right in front of me and started talking to the clerk at the cash register about her broken nails. I politely walk up and said excuse me I need to sign in. She gave the clip and said sorry. A few minutes later, yet another young lady was checking out and the clerk gave her the total, she yelled so loudly and said to the person that serviced her you told me.....then she started asking could she cash app, etc. Where the hell am I? I lived close in this area almost 15 years ago, has it changed that much?

I went in there to get acrylic nails and by 10th day 2 of my nails fell of 😩. I called because they’re guaranteed ,and ask if I can have a regular manicure instead because I don’t trust of the acrylic to stay if they only lasted 10 days. The guy wanted to charge me to take off for the nails plus the manicure . As a first time client I believe you would want to keep you will waive it as a courtesy but no they trying to charge for the service all over .

I came back and gave this place another try because as in the review stated below I’ve been a customer here, this time around they showed me how genuinely sorry the were for the mishap and gave me the best care available! Thank you so much Shannon and team!😊I came to this place a couple of times loved it never an issue, during the Covid-19 when nail salons started reopening I made an appointment prior to them opening I get to my appointment time the man is very unfriendly, asked my appointment time, what I wanted done etc. as I proceed to show him what nails I would like he interrupts me saying oh those powders are different etc, we are understaffed. Than tells me he can take my number down and call me if someone misses their appointment. Overall very inconsiderate, wasn’t trying to help the problem or customer.

Had an amazing pedicure this morning. Everyone was required to wear a mask and one was given when I didnt have mine. The chair was cleaned before I sat down and all of the tools came fresh out of a new package. I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

This place was nice. I like small nail shops. The technicians were nice and funny. They took us right when we walked in. I loved that even more.( This was on a Thursday however). They also offer you a free refreshment while you are getting your services.

If you’re in the cypress area, AVOID going to this nail salon! My nails didn’t even make it to 2 weeks without them cracking or lifting up. I’m not very critical when it comes to reviews but I just thought I’d put it out there! The shaping was horrible, I kept having to point out the mistakes and having to repeat myself of what was messed up. My toe polish chipped 3 days after I was there! The price I paid was definitely NOT WORTH the outcome! I highly recommend to try any other nail shop besides this one! Spend your money else where on better quality!

Worst nail place ever!!! Me and my friend went a week ago and 2 of my nails have broke off and it already looks like I need a refill, same for my friend. I go to different nail places all the time and never has my nails broken within the first week of getting them done. Not to mention the prices was not cheap and I constantly told the guy doing my nails to fix them because they looked crooked. I definitely won’t be going back nor to I recommend anybody to go here.

I went over my Christmas break and got gel nails done along with my older sister. It was my first time getting gels on my sisters recommendation. The woman doing my nails buffed them so hard that of my cuticles started bleeding and she just kept going. I decided that I just wanted to get the polish taken off after a week so I went back. The same lady who did my nails took an electric filer to my nails (the kind you use on acrylics). Three months later, my nails have finally grown out the damage, but my sister wasnt so lucky with having her nails grow quickly. About half of each nail on her hands is still damaged from the manicures we got done. I dont think Im every going to get gel nails done again after the experience I had.

She literally put me to SLEEP, Ive never experienced nothing like this, and Ive gotten a lot of pedicures!! Please go visit Ms. Sandy you will be in heaven!!!!
