My husband and I spent last night here with our friends during our Houston trip and we had an amazing experience. The staff was super nice and accommodating. My friend wanted to order fries but the manager informed us that the chef had bailed on them that night. He offered to order us food from a restaurant of our choice, on the house.After 20 min, our waiter, Omar, took it upon himself to go into the kitchen and make the fries himself. The guy in charge of the hookahs, Julian, was great as well! Thank you for a fun night!

I asked the bottle girl before hand how much it would cost at the door she said don’t worry about that to just give her a list with names, as soon as we pull up they charged us $40 but I was told I wouldn’t have to pay anything! The Dj was TRASH everytime I would try to get up and dance he would switch the song up , he talked wayyy too much and the bottle girls took forever .. I give it a 4/10. There was nooo parking !

Went in got ID’d upon entrance nothing about a cover charge or fee. Ordered several drinks and hookahs (spent well over $100) after like 2 hrs, a guy comes up to me and is asking me to pay $80 cover charge for my gf and I so we decided to leave… My gf and I got followed out to our cars and harassed for the $80 by several bouncers and the manager on top of everything we spent inside. I did not feel safe and uncomfortable. After we paid them the $80 cash to leave us alone they started to make jokes and were laughing at us. Honestly, I’ve been to so many bars/clubs in Houston and this has been the worst place/experience I’ve ever been to/had. They can’t even give legitimate receipts to begin with and proceed to ask to make sure we paid inside. We ended up going down the street to Pretty Liar and had a great experience there. Great atmosphere, vibes and drinks.

Just dont. This place is definitely the one place i will never go to ever again in houston. I can go on and on for hours about how unprofessional and disgusting this place is. From experience, customer service, prices, management, and the place it self, absolute garbage. I think the other reviews go in detail already so i wont even bother saying all the bad stuff about this place in detail. To sum it up, dont bother wasting gas and going there, music is nice and all, i am arab and there isnt much places like this one here but it’s absolutely garbage and not worth it.

Worst service ever. Went for a birthday party and it took over AN HOUR TO GET ONE HOOKAH. ONE!! The waiter didn’t check on us once. I had to order my drinks from the bar. When I called to make a reservation the person said I would receive a complementary bottle of Champagne since it was my birthday,when I asked them about it they acted like that wasn’t a thing and totally ignored my request. Even if I wanted to pay for the bottle (which I had no problem paying for) the waiter didn’t even come to the table to ask or see if we needed anything. He only showed his face when it was time to pay the bill. Save your money and go somewhere else. Not worth it at all.

$40 fee after we ordered our hookahs and alcohol and server stopped serving 12 am. Also alcohol tasted like whataburger mixers. I saw the bartender dipped his dirty ahh fingers in my drink too :( I have a rash now in my mouth. If I could give 0 stars I would. Harris county should shut this down. Mid ahh night club.

We went as a large group going to go enjoy the night and celebrate a birthday and engagement. From the beginning the worst service we’ve ever experienced going to a hookah lounge. First I ordered a hookah, 40 mins pass by and I did not receive it. I had to reorder TWICE until they brought it out and there was not enough water so I had to send it back. I asked for water and our waiter Jadd didn’t bring out any. I had to ask another worker and he brought it out within a couple of minutes. The worst part is they charged us for Fiji and we got Sams club water. Everyone knew the price before going and we expected to spend some money. Somehow our bill came out to over $2K. The waiter wouldn’t split the check or even break down the price so that we can at least understand why the total came out so high. Some people paid cash and our waiter pocketed the cash and didn’t lower the price we owed with the money they paid. Worst part he ran out and grabbed one of us and claimed we were stealing when we had already paid $400. Sadly I don’t think I’d ever return with the horrible service and very disrespectful server. Drove down from DALLAS for a horrible night when we were expecting to have a good time.

Total rip off they will try and charge you 40 dollars per person after you’re already seated and tell you it’s an entry fee. But why aren’t they tell you that at the door. Be cautious when going here. The entertainment isn’t all that either.

It is the worst experience I have had. I have been there with my American friend they have bad experience and everything about this place is bad. It is all about the money ! Sorry for the owner but you should do a good service to have a good return

No alcohol In the drinks, unsolicited “entertainer” fee just for a Dj. Overpriced hookahs. It’s not worth it. Save your money and go somewhere else. Extremely rude staff and manager

Extremely expensive and not worth it at all. The drink is a joke .the hoka is over $40 and its so bad .the trick is that they dont charge entrance fee but they will charge you over %25 from what you spend and you wont spend less than $100 for 2 people

The owner was so cheap. He tried to negotiate the price for a box of cookies. Such a shame - so much for supporting the girls. To make up for it he offered a free hookah to the troop!

Taiga has a great atmosphere with even better food. The music is made for Arabic listeners but they also have Latino nights! Service is spot on with servers constantly checking in and being attentive to customers. Definitely recommend!

I have mixed feelings about this place it’s fun but Everytime I go I have to read the receipt because always something gets added on it if you can’t ring me up correctly charge me at the same time so I don’t have to spend 15 extra mins on telling you what I ordered

A great place for party and having a good time with special vibes. Also the entertainment is really unique and different. Service is good with friendly and helpful stuff, plus hookah is great tho.

They are thieves they make you pay whatever they want not what’s mentioned on the menu. They charged us 600$ for couple drinks.

Taiga is one of the most fun places I’ve ever been to in Houston from the entertainment to the food to the drinks! Amazing service everyone was very nice and welcoming. 100% recommend!

They play good music and even when they get busy the service is good. Been with a few people or large parties and Taiga never disappoints

This is just not the place. they didn’t let me in when they saw my shoes (my feet are particularly gargantuan) and told me to go somewhere else.
