This shop is great! Ive been here a few times now, and service is always friendly and quick. The sales people are all knowledgeable, and theyre great with recommendations if youre new to the products that they sell. They have a great selection, and the shelves are usually pretty well stocked, which is great. They even have a rewards program that takes all of two minutes to sign up for, and you WANT to sign up.Stop in, you wont be disappointed!

Tyler was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on the products in the store. Alot of smoke shops will try to sell you on stuff by lying but Tyler was honest about everything and what I ended up getting was great quality. They even let you test the product before you leave to make sure it works. Great shop, will come again

I really used to love this place, however that has unfortunately changed after today. I recently purchased a ghost bar from them and it has now stopped working for no apparent reason, it is 7 grams and still half full. I called to notify them and to see what could be done and the worker literally said “ We have had them in stock for awhile so it could’ve been old” HUH?! You sold an old product to a customer. I won’t be going back ever and I’ve bought so many items from them. Sad

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT Purchase a hookah from this smoke shop. I bought a hookah a month ago and the quality of the hookah sucks I went to bring it back to try and get a solution and the guy basically told me there isn’t anything he could do for me . I’ve been a customer here for years but after that experience they have lost me as a customer I will not step foot in this place to purchase ANYTHING!

Went from 5 stars to 1 when the manager refused to exchange a faulty product… if you guys are an authorized puffco dealer then why do I have to contact them and wait to get a new product shipped when you sold me an opened box product that is faulty but want me to contact them for the warranty. Have some better customer service it’s not like I am taking your last hot knife off the shelf… you can go about having it exchanged

I came from out of state looking for a high-quality thc disposable and also ended up getting some of their top shelf flower for a great deal. The products are legit, the staff are patient, and they can answer all your questions!

I give it a 2 star because I bought some whippits from there n the guy said those were good ones. Dont let the brand fool you. Well they fooled me. $19.60 down the drain Supreme Whip. Dont buy these. Most cartridges were empty, they dont hit, bad taste, worst ones Ive ever tried. Waste of money. Think the employee didnt know what he was talking about. Would of gone back but it was closing time. I ended up throwing them away.

Experience, not bad. Didnt really have what I was looking for, and they ask for a 5 star review on Google in exchange for a 10% discount... Provided you arent already getting a discount. But dont you worry, they wont tell you that until youve already left the review (they did this to the person in front of me, didnt try it on me).Dishonest practice that violates many review platform policies.

Customer service was great, Jose greeted me as soon as I came in, he was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the products they have. & For the quality of their products they have I was honestly blown away on how affordable they were. I’ve never had such a great experience coming into a smoke shop till I found this one. & on top of it all the store was very clean and organized. 10/10 recommend coming here!

Finally found a place with cheech glass, didn’t want to order online and wait but they had a big selection on those and other brands. Will definitely be coming back when I needed anything else. Jose was a great help and a breathe of fresh air when it comes to customer service, knowledgeable and courteous.

Purchased a rechargeable vape from here and a few days later when I went to charge it, it will not charge. Called the store and said they can’t help me since it’s been a few days. Who charges the vape immediately after purchasing? Biggest waste of $30 I have ever spent…I have never experienced this issue with elfbars I have purchased from other stores. I will never go back here.

Best prerolls out there

I bought a vape pen and t came out faulty . I took it back two days later cause I figured maybe it wasnt fully charged but it was charged and wouldnt turn on. It would only turn on when it was plugged into the charger. I brought it back to see if they could at least help me turn it on but all I got back from them was no returns or exchanges.

These guys were super knowledgeable and sweet when I came in having a bad night last night. I just moved to the area - I will definitely be returning for all of my nicotine needs!
