It’s never a dull moment at SMOKE DREAMZ on Westheimer Rd.,. MR. EVANS is the best he knows every product. He only recommends the best. He always have the items ready for me when I come in to pick up my juice can’t get no better than that, not just MR. EVANS, but the rest of the team there on Westheimer Road as well I don’t know, the guys and the ladies, but they are 100% customer service they go above and beyond the store is always clean. They greet you with a smile great conversations with you. They never leave you unattended and when you leave you leave a happy camper way to go . I recommend anyone to SMOKE dream on Westheimer Road. The other shops has nothing on them. 😍👍🏽☁️🔥🌈

Been coming here for months despite vape stores being all over the local area. Owner is a gentleman and all of the employees that work there greet you with a smile and either really know their products or dont mind doing research on the fly to help you with anything you need!!! Products never get pushed on me, always have the juice/accoutrements I need AND if you get there before 2pm the best kolache place in Galleria is next door, so its like a 2 for 1. Love this place and love the vibe when I go in

They are EXTREMELY overpriced here. A pack of leaf is normally $6-$8 they charge $10!!! Take your money elsewhere

Best smoke shop in the country! The employees there are very knowledgeable and friendly. Their selection of products is amazing, and if they do not have what I need, they make sure to get it for me. Their hookah selection is really nice and of great quality. I also have to mention the cool vibe at the store. Once you go there, you never wanna leave.

My first impression of this store is an excellent one. They have a lot to offer in limited space. Staff are friendly knowledgeable. Their prices are average. Neither less nor more expensive than average prices. But they have something for all economic situations. All in all, id say this store has earned a new customer. I will definitely go back.

I live in the area and Ive previously had great experiences here. The employees have all been superb....however....just recently my fiance came here and bought a brand new vape (smoke) as a gift to me.I opened it(and yes it was completely sealed) and what do I get? An empty box. Thats right. There was no vape in there. This was clearly a company error. Someone closed the package and didnt double check to see if the item was there before it was sealed I guess....She called them several times in attempt to get this issue rectified. And no we are not paying a penny more. We are gonna dispute the charges already placed because the owner has refused to return any of our calls. In fact, one of the employees suggested we call the manufacturer.... why tf would we do that? Company incompetence isnt a manufacturer problem. We already bought another vape elsewhere. Wont be returning here again. And I suggest none of you do either.

Great shop feels like home from the second you walk in. My wife and I have been coming here since 2012 and I just introduced my dad here. Mom and pop are great, so is Jason theyll help you out with whatever you need and however long it takes just yo make sure you are satisfied. I love this shop I go here for everything.

Been shopping here for about 6 years. Great shop. Great service. I recently moved from the Hillcroft area where they are located. I have been to a few other smoke shops where I moved to, and I can say the experience is not the same. I will always come to Smoke Dreamz when I need something. Also, everything there is a great price. Never had any issue with being “overcharged” for any product there. Again, amazing place and people.

If you are a business owner and you want to figure out how excellent customer service works go hang out here for a while. The store is clean and orderly, the guy behind the counter knows just about everything about his products, and the staff acknowledges you when you come in even if their really busy. If every American store operated at the level these guys do, shopping would be the national past time.

To all people this is a place of love and great knowledge! Its a place where you can take of your smoking needs! Needs for some chronic pains. Just different kinds of needs you may have! His name is JOHN he saved my life with having uncontrolled diabetes. Ive been misdiagnosed, given the wrong meds, had 3 stokes, heart problems. This place is great and I cant say enough about it. The manager Jason went out of his way to help me get a product that he was out of. He ordered exactly what I wanted and personally called me to tell me it was in. The customer service is great and his employees are friendly. The shop has been around for years and if theres something you want, this shop has it.

The selection was good but the owner who was servicing customers was ridiculously high.Im pro legalization and I understand its a smoke shop but I do expect a bit of professionalism.When I was paying, she interrupted my sale to sell to a guy who was making a bigger order (ie a more important customer) and I had to wait for about 10 minutes while she flirted with him.When my turn finally came up, I realized I got the wrong rolling papers, however she was too high to let me change them out.The selection is definitely good, if only the owner had taken her business seriously...

Staff are awesome, personable always helpful, remember what you usually come in for after a few visits. “And will you need your dunhills today and the redbull ?” Also have a wonderful variety of everything you can be looking for.

Amazing place for hookah lovers they got great options and the staff Sinat was super friendly she went out of the way to find me the perfect hookah set. Highly recommended this place around the area.

I love going here. Its of the top smoke shops in Houston to me as far as the ones I have been too. Nice deal on hand dipped incense and cool incense boards and other gadgets. It always smells great and either locations.

Went there on Valentines day weekend, was in Houston for the weekend. First time I had ever visited the shop, service was amazing! I was personally taken care of by the owner clean cut sharp guy Jake Gyllenhaal looking guy, he takes great pride in his business and his product, even gave me that one time only Valley discount and educated my wife and I in the process! I will absolutely be going back when Im back in town. Also my man you look like Jake Gyllenhaal with that beard!!! Keep up the amazing work buddy!!

This place is highway robbery at its finest. They apparently make a 100% profit. My husband went in to buy a 8oz bag of PREMIUM INDO KRATOM POWDER THEY told him it cost $60.00. We knew better, cause my husband takes this forchronic pain. Went down the street a couple miles and got the exact thing for $34.99!This place sucks.

Not sure about everything else they sell, but Kratom is way overpriced. ”Whole Herbs” Kratom priced at $37 online, they are selling at $90. I paid $60 thinking they gave me a good discount. And you know they are paying way less than $37 at wholesale prices. Rip off. I’ll be taking my business online from now on.

I bought 7 majic mushroom kits and were all bad. Call the old man that sold them to me. And ask if he do anything like discount the ones I wanted. because I just waisted 1000 on kits that dont work. He started arguing with me that he is not going to help me out. In america if something doesnt work or sucks u should be able to get your money back

Its a smoke shop we get it but they can at least have some people that actually care. First you walk in and it reeks of herb... Second you get some lazy stoner who wears vineyard vines who can barely operate the register. We went in for a pack of backwoods cigars and they had the audacity to staple shut the wrapper because it was previously opened. The cigar was obviously its just bad business. Take your business to burn smoke shop even if its a drive. They got the selection and never previously opened cigars.

Good product but they jack up the prices. I just seen a kit they charge $45 for but online the highest price is $23.

Waaaaaay to many drug addicts in front of the store trying to get your attention before even walking in! And the prices are far to expensive for their mediocre inventory.

They sell knock-off products a friend of mine purchases a Chinese there is a knock off other stores sell them for 2999 they sold it to him for almost $250 they sell herbal products that are very poor quality at outrageous prices when you go in there the old lady seems like she is on a combination of cocaine heroin and ecstasy
