10/10 highly recommend. Not only do they have the cheapest prices and best deals in the area, they have the greatest people working there. It brightens my day when I walk in the store & get the interactions with everyone. Don’t waste your money at those howling puff whatever type shops that don’t care about you. Absolutely shop here, where your money goes further & your treated like a valued customer.

Big thanks to the guy that works here who kinda looks like Jesus, he gave me amazing advice on devils lettuce products and tools like torches and glass even though he said he doesnt smoke. Super knowledgeable and polite. New fave stop for smoke accessories :) give that guy a raise btw!

I got robbed of $319.99 by this place. Bought a product that didn’t work, was told while buying the product by their employee “you can return or exchange it no problem within 14 days if you don’t use it”. Obviously the product didn’t work when I got home so I went to ‘return’ the product and the employee said “I don’t know how to return this, come back another day when someone else is here.” I go back to find out I cannot return it yet again! I had my card in the chip reader to finally get my money back and it wasn’t working. Employee calls the manager to figure out the situation and guess what? I have to register my product, give the manufacturer tons of my personal information to send me ads for life just to find out even better news, The company’s return policy is “No returns on sales are permitted.” You guys are so very welcome for the money I don’t work hard for or anything!

Cigar review only: The selection of cigars has definitely gone downhill, both in quality and quantity. It used to be (5 years ago) much better. They also seem to have reduced their dis ounts and specials. Their competition in Pinckney has surpassed them in all aspects.

Great selection and the staff is excellent here. Seriously best group of employees Ive ever met collectively. This is the shop I endorse and that matters 😅. *Edit as of December of 2018 I am no longer spending any money at this location. One particular manager has zero professionalism. Accusations without any proof especially when she contacted a family member about me are unacceptable. If their security cameras work Melissa decided to falsely accuse before checking them. Spent thousands of dollars just to be disrespected by someone who clearly should not be managing. Rest of the staff I have nothing but good things to say about, however it isnt enough to get the terrible taste out of my mouth. Thanks for ruining my holidays though with ignorance.

Always friendly service, and always keep my favorite stogies in stock. And special order my BLTC cigars for me when I need a new box or two, and keep me updated when new ones are about to be released. Thank you to Ayriton, hope I spelled that right, for the great service and friendly atmosphere, and willingness to strive to get me the cigars no one else will. Prices are normal for a smoke shop. There do not ever have deals. Their staff if very friendly and helpful. I do like this place just wish they had some more deals.

So today I went there to the smokers Depot in Howell Michigan. Bought something that normally cost $1.06 less than a month ago and today I got charged $5 and some change so bad price went up 400%. I understand businesses have a personal protective equipment cost to make up but the people inside werent even wearing any and they dont even let you in the store. So if you want to experience highway robbery in this day and age smokers Depot in Howell is the place to go.

Bought a new 3 pack of cartridges for the Smok vape that I bought from here and 1 of the cartridges leaked all the oil in my pocket was on vacation for 2 week ran threw an entire bottle of vape because it was leaking the entire time I understand that not there fault however when I got back to exchange it after having to deal with it for 2 weeks the guy at the shop said all he could do was give me 15% off a new one thats garbage worst customer service Ive ever seen I will never buy anything from here again!

Wonderful Serives!! I went into in-line across the street and it was terrible so I decided to take my business across the street & im very satisfied with that !! The vape they helped me pick out is amazing & had nothing but wonderful services !!!

(Howell MI location, next to Kohls) I visited this smoke shop on January 15th 2021 and not a single one of the 3 employees knew what I was talking about. Its like I was speaking a different language. They didnt know a single smoke term like chamber or chuggy and they also didnt know what it means when a bong is airy. This is the bottom of the barrel smokers code. Non of them should be working in a smoke shop if they dont even know what their selling. Not to mention everytime I spoke (I was very nice the whole time) they acted like they couldnt care less and one girl never even moved from being hid behind the cash register. Just a tip, your new employees are not working out for you!! (I come in daily, I know each one of them were new)
