My man needed juice for his vape thing, and they had a sale going on. Theyve got reasonable prices aside from the sales and the prices are WAY cheaper than back home. Definitely coming back.

I bought it last week and now it’s out…that’s so odd to me because I barely hit it. For it to have 3000 hits it should’ve lasted over at least 5 to 6 weeks.

Staff is always friendly and my disposables are always in stock which is awesome! I just wish they offered online ordering and shipping, not from the store to inconvenience the staff or anything, maybe from the manufacturer or warehouse or something.

I bought a mod from them and tank and was told that if there was any problems with them i could return them for a full refund. I had problems with both the tank and mod. I brought them back and was told because they could not test for any defects because it was the battery there was nothing they could do. He was more concerned about his manafer yelling at him and getting in trouble then customer service. Worse place for mods and tanks and very pushy and pricey.

Bought 4 Nord and 4 nova capes in the past 30days. All 4 have had defective batteries. The last 2 units lasted less then 24hrs before no longer holding a charge. I still had both products in the original packaging and both capes didn’t even make it threw the first coilI brought both units in with packaging and receipt and was refused to return because the sale associate ARRON said they the pod leaked back into the unit. When i then Asked is the unit supposed to leak. His reply was well no but they do. I then Asked so your telling me. You sold me a device that is not supposed to leak but it does and then the leak caused the device to go bad and on top of that, your not going to accept my return barley over 48hrs.I own My own business, my return policy is 30days no questions asked. Over the last 12 month i have Bought over 20 vapes from this store and thousands of dollars worth of juice. I’ve got no problem eating this $50 but the amount of profit your store lost by loosing my business will cost you much more then taking back a return on a defective product that the manufacturer would give you a full refund for.Little bit of a business lesson for you young n. There are 3 other Vape stores with in 2 miles of your location. You may not refund me but your corporate office will. One bad review can cost you 10 new customers. I will Be going out of my way to leave bad reviews on every social media platform. I’ll then be more then happy to spend more money at your competitors stores!

They always are willing to help if they dont have something in stock. Ive been treated fair at every location.

New to Vaping, and did some researching before I stopped in, today at lunch time.. so I know what Im looking for..The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful...we struck up a conversation quick, no talking down to me as a newbie.. and I can say , im comfortable to make my purchase at this store as I was given a ball park quote for everything I needed to get started.. no pressure to buy and comfortable store to ask questionsGreat job guys

How is it for business when employees don’t know anything about the products? Cannot answer questions or give recommendations. This seems counterintuitive to the business aspect of the establishment.

It was an awkward experience from the first step I took in the door. First, the two gentlemen working there just stared at me as I walked in there and up to the counter. Then, refused to have small talk with me about the products that they sold. Tried to talk to them about upcoming products coming out, I was just stared at awkwardly. Overall was not a very pleasant experience. I know most vapers are a little weird anyway, but you could at least try and have a pleasant conversation with another human being. Probably wont be back for their overpriced e liquids. Next time Ill go back to the old trusty independent Vapor Company right down the road

I dont live in Howell, but I stopped by this place on my way back to Livonia. I needed some vape juice. However, by the time I left I had purchased a whole new Vape Mod. The guy I dealt with was super cool and knowledgeable about the products he sold. He was never pushy, but he convinced me to purchase a new SnowWolf because my Mod was a little worse for the wear. Their prices are surprisingly low for a vape store. Good place to go.

These guys are always very nice and have good prices, only purchased Kratos, but they appear to have a wide variety of items for sale.

Ive bought countless products from this place 2 mods, a pen, batteries, charger, tons and tons of e-liquid. in the last 2 months Ive had a battery go bad, a charger go bad, and the worst service you could ask for from a vape shop. The battery I can understand because that could be my negligence. The battery charger though just stopped working and the guy quoted me and told me they do not stand behind their products and that they are just a resale shop essentially and I would have to contact the support for Intellicharger to get anything done. Never going back. I hope more people see this and make the decision Im making.

I came here to browse some options on some New vape machines, ended up getting evic VT and I am very happy with the product, most importantly, I was very satisfied with the young man who knew a lot about the products, very useful and adviceful. I will continue to use patriot capes. Also they work with you on trying New machines or juices, so costumer service is very satisfying. I glad I started back up and came here.

I bought 2x Smok Nords. Both pods leak and my BF’s broke with in the first 2 weeks and mine just broke at week 3. They will not exchange or refund me for either. Smokers Depot has always taken back defective vapes when it’s a manufacture defect! I wish I would of read the reviews before shopping here!

Called for ejuice price... Refused to give me a price on the phone. What are you hiding? I will take my business elsewhere... You want to be non transparent then I refuse to give you my business. Sounds like a very untrustworthy business. I hope your not in business long with customer service like that.

Extremely helpful staff, if you want to chill and try out new flavors theyll give their opinion on their favorites, very informative, and friendly. Its the only shop I ever want to go to.

Everytime I walk in there is extremely offensive rap music played with the F word and the N word being repeated over and over. Once you get past that, they arent very willing to help you very much. I have been there numerous times and constantly get an awkward and Unfriendly vibe from staff.

Dont go here. Had bought a new vaporizer. It leaked . gave me a new tank. It leaked. Did not want to exchange it. Have to argue with him to do what what was right. Have a feeling I bought a less expensive vaporizer in exchange.

I have bought my Sony vtc5 from this vape store multiple times but recently I went up there to pick up four more batterys and all the batterys had tore wraps which made them unsafe to use if I wouldnt of notice before I put them in my noisy cricket it could of ended very badly
