I’ve been to almost every Vape store in Ocean and Monmouth county and Gorilla Vape is definitely my favorite out of all. Mike always shows my girl friend and I new flavors to try and every single one has been amazing.

Does not have a selection of vape juice. This location only has house blends and mods and disposable tanks

Was in the store last night 12/3/23. The dude that was working in the store is an absolute gem. Made me a house mix menthol salt nic juice. Absolutely nailed the recipe. I worked in a shop for 5+ years on Staten Island, we started out making house juice and stopped mid way through my tenure there and the juice that dude made me Sunday afternoon was by far the best menthol juice I’ve ever had. For such a small shop with limited stock due to vaping regulations it’s become my number 1 shop since moving to Jersey. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of a solid house juice at an affordable price! Staff is stellar. Highly encourage you to stop in here!

Mike has always been helpful but he went above and beyond to help me replace a discontinued Vape model. He knew I had purchased a few boxes of coils for that model so he wanted to make sure they were not wasted.

I moved further out from my normal store but they dont carry my juice and nor would they order it for me. Also juice crystallizes way to fast so u do not get ur moneys worth you wind up losing atleast a quarter of the bottle and im sorry but for me every drop matters!

While we love the convenience of having a vape shop near us, this location is NEVER open on time on the weekends. If you plan on coming on a Saturday or Sunday, plan for 12 instead of 11 so you know it’s open.

Ive never been to a vape shop where your juice is custom made.. wow... Amazing experience, like a kid in a candy store! I use to vape a discontinued juice Beard #32.. Mike remade that juice and it tastes just like it!! Good job Mike!! Definitely recommending this place, my old vape shop just lost a customer.

Ive passed this place many times reluctant to go in because I dont have much knowledge on THC vapes since Ive always been a bud smoker. I spoke to Mike he was friendly and easy to talk to. He also was patient and understanding to my needs and explaining to me the differences in the many options this store has with CBD and THC products. He did not pressure me into anything specific. He is very knowledgeable about the products and explained them clearly what products would could do help me with my situation. Thanks Mike Ill make this my goto spot from now on!

Mike at GV is by far my favorite & ONLY go to person whenever i need juice & am looking for a new recommendation. He’s not let me down! If you’re looking for any new flavors or have a specific taste in mind, GO TO MIKE ! He will not disappoint !

The prices were reasonable, and Lex was well informed and incredibly helpful! Im very happy with my purchase and the fluid she whipped up for me was exactly what I asked for. She made the process of getting a new tank and fluid virtually painless, and Ill definitely be going back.

The staff is excellent and the mixologists are great! They are very knowledgeable and kind. They have a great variety, except they didnt have the one piece I needed that IS available at the Lacey store, however, they had something comparabl so it wasnt a big deal. They do accept the punch card, but my loyalty points werent transferable which was a little weird but I go to both stores equally so its ok.. :) Basically, all Gorilla stores have exceeded my expectations. Well done!

Awesome store With great customer service. They have a large selection of flavored juices which Mike can masterfully craft into your own special blend.

After reading the great reviews I must have been in the wrong store!! Staff was NOT welcoming or friendly or knowledgeable. More silent, miserable nor could they do simple math!!!!! I bought 4 “house juices” and asked for 1.5 PERCENT nicotine but she gave me 1.5 MG!!! BIG difference!!! $65 down the drain because they are garbage to me without the nicotine. Next time I will try somewhere else!!!!

Thank you to the manager for being so helpful on the phone and providing a very professional and friendly customer experience.I knew very about vaping little besides from the information limited research I did online to assist my mother in quitting smoking.I was looking for a product without propylene glycol and she notified me of the best options, safety, and reasoning.There was no pressure to purchase a more expensive product. She just provided a chill educating experience.She even went the extra mile to flavor a juice with a bit of menthol to help my mother since she prefers tobacco with menthol flavor.She wentwabove and beyond and i appreciate it.Thank you, this has been the best customer experience Ive had in a long time.

Really wish I could give a negative review. Bought a pen today, by accident water dropped on the recipes so I had to throw it out. The pen didn’t hold a charge and wanted to do an even exchange, but the girl refused to help and gave me an attitude. The guy who sold it to me was right next to her and remembered me but still wouldn’t give me an exchange even though I paid for it by cc and they could of easily saw it on their iPad. I guess this is their customer service, will not be returning!

Changing my review because last week was my 6th visit/purchase of e-Juice at the highest possible price and no points given.I complained on my 1st visit about not getting reward points which was about 2 month ago and their excuse was they are working on it and it should be fixed very soon in regards that every purchase I made is noted and I will not lose on the points.You lost a customer and the internet gained one for much less money spent.

THE GREATEST, very helpful and knowledgeable not to mention friendly staff. I have been vaping for upwards of 6 years when it first came around and most of these vape stores hire little kids who blow clouds and don’t know jack about there product. Gorilla vapes in Howell really has a great selection of mods and tanks and really and ENDLESS amount of juices. GO HERE YOU WONT REGRET!!!!!!

The staff are by far and away the most knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly employees Ive come across in any (of the many) Vape Shop Ive visited. They never give off the vibe or expression of being annoyed or bothered by the handful of (many of which are annoying) questions I ask every time Im in there. It seems like they really enjoy their job, and this much is evident via the enthusiasm they project. Good juice. Reasonable prices, even when its not happy hour. Whether youre just starting to Vape, or Vape is already the name of your first born and you love telling everyone all about how much you know and how much they dont,(please stop, youre an expert, we get it) this is the best spot in the area in my opinion.

Justin is very knowledgeable about the products and flavors. He has vaped most to all of the Gorilla custom blends /flavors and will be upfront about any new flavor I want to try. He is very consistent and I will wait for his advise/suggestion/recommendation if he is helping someone else.Give credit to all the staff too. Everybody is friendly and eager to help us switch to vaping .

This was my first time to a vape shop. I was given a CBD pen, that was purchased at Gorilla Vapes. This significantly helped with my lower back pain. I had very little assistance when I went to purchase a duplicate of the product that I have been currently using. I reached out to the owner, Gail who was most helpful in assisting with matching my product and provided excellent customer service.

Cannot replace failed usb cord. They tell you to go someplace in search of a cord ridiculous. Will not be a customer anymore. I suggested I could wait until new shipment arrives no strait answer. Going someplace else that backs their product. K

Spent $40 on a dry herb tank and it broke on the second reassembly, even with oil lubricating the o-rings. Brought it back within an hour for them to tell me they cant exchange or refund because it was already used, even though this is a refillable tank and it should be able to be reassembled countless times. Terrible customer service

The place seems nice enough. When I first entered, it was just a couple of guys sitting around and vaping. I dont think they take their jobs very seriously. They werent in any hurry to help me but I got what I needed. Their selection of vape juice is really good though. The prices are average and I definitely needed them since I was out of state and out of ejuice.

Tee staff was extremely knowledgeable and Customer service was excellent! A wide assortment of flavors. They honor there specials as advertised! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who was interested in vaping!

Like all the gvapes locations, the staff is awesome and knowledgeable. Also when I asked for a certain recipie, they called the other store I go to to make it for me. Which is awesome. Keep it up guys!Also, tips out for Harambe makes me laugh every single time I go in.

Ive been coming here three times a week for over a month and oh my god! The juices here are amazing! And the staff is always helpful with just about anything vape related! Definitely worth the stop! Also Buy one get one on wednesdays and fridays from 6-7!

Great place, but their hours are not reliable.Says they close at 7 but, like today, its 6:23 and theyre closed.This has happened multiple times to me in the last few weeks

I wish I could give a negative review . Owner is so pompous . His favorite young female employee sells me the wrong coils . I return . Speak to the girl she tells me its my fault because I left with them . Ive been vaping for 6 years . Im no amateur . She threw the wrong coils in the bag . So I returned asked to speak to the owner . He agrees with his favorite young female employee (wonder whats going on there) he says if you left the store its your fault no refund . I have spent exceeding 2 grand at his store . The owner told me to piss off because I told him I have spent thousands and he is cheap . Im not making up stories . Your employee is not trained at all and gave me the wrong supplies. His response was verbatim your one of many who spend thousands here . I could care less about your business Enough said . Thank you owner of Gorilla Vapes Howell . Also the ungloved never sanitary . Never using any germs killing agents . mixers (EMOLOYEES) of your ecigarette juice. I just sent the mix to a third party laboratory who does work for my University. Lets see what germs come back in your mixtures . And there is a clean chain of custody . I will update when results from cultures are available not sterilizing your mixing equipment day in and day out is unsanitary . So my finding will be reported to better business bureau . And also the FDA. Do I have your attention now ? Im not sure . Im JUST ONE OF MANY WHO SPEND THOUSANDS AT YOUR STORES RIGHT?If I find out Im smoking germs . EXPECT to be served shortly after as well for a lawsuit . I am beyond disgusted and also boiwn away by lack of sympathy and bigotry shown to me , from a mistake your store made . And this was all over 6 dollar pack of coils . You couldve just traded me for the correct ones. I spent 150 dollars of reward points for those coils . And your favorite young blonde girl . As your other employees call her (your favorite) threw the coils right in my bag . The ones that do not sell . The v12 coils . You cannot get rid of them . So you just trick customers into bringing them home and than getting suprised. Horrible both ethically, as a person of business . And than calling me a liar.. I make 6 figured a year . And you think Im shaking you down for a 6 dollar coil? . Despicable old white rich man who has a very weird relationship with his young female employees. I have an employee of yours who outside your store told me everything . Be ashamed of yourself . You even bring your wife with you there .

My favorite vape store !! The employees are all so helpful , Jenna is a juice master! She knows exactly what I like & always has fun ideas (that i end up purchasing over & over again) Nick has helped me fix my vape (that I broke multiple times) and all the employees are so educated in their field! The store is immaculate and always keep up with new products and juices.. I wouldnt go anywhere else . They have really awesome reward programs, so I get free juice or discounted items ❤️❤️ .. This Place is DUSGUSTING!Horrible service, and worse the place is constantly filthy and is run by children and their friends who are often hanging around, on play dates. Theres a foul odor mixed with vape fog comined with the smell of burning hair from a salon adjacent to Gorilla Vapes.I wouldnt put anything in my mouth that is sold in that store. They use one glove for God knows how many refills (probably until it breaks). Further: NO RETURNS. Now I can understand if they specially, custom, prepared juice for you. But on a device?I bought an Sub-Herb, dry vape device. When I arrived home the glass was broken in the box, the wrapper had been cut open and had been taped closed. I brought it back, explaining that the 15 year old girl who sold it to me, the day before, acknowledged a dent in the box that I questioned and she said if anything is wrong just bring it back.On the following day I was greeted by another 15 year old girl who said no way Im replacing that. Ill never shop there again and Ill never recommend gorilla vapes.

Been coming here for over 2yrs been buying my vapes and juices like every week ..so I just bought the recommend voopoo Vinci air..needed to get new coil so I had to buy whole pack ..ok..go home and coils not working ..called them and he said no refund ..so I brought it in and turned out they gave me wrong product he had aditude but I didnt say anything just being nice..now I just went to get my juice and he was very nasty gave me 2bottles didnt know what it was asked him and he said I had to mix flavor ok couldnt open I ask to help me he said its not hard to figure out..so I was try in to open then he tells me since I Aint buying anything ..to leave cuz there was customer outside when I just bought juice so rude...when ive been going there for so long ..so ever since the mistake that he made on the coils..i told him im a good customer Shouldnt be treated like this...i dont normally write reviews but I had Tommie hes done it to me hes fone it to others..

I want to say thank you to Lexi n Josie for making my experience at gorilla vapes so great walking into the shop was pretty intimidating for someone my age 45+ I knew nothing about vaping zero an I’ve been a smoker for more years then I’m alive so I’ve been told by doctors so I honestly didn’t think vaping would help someone that smoked A Lot of cigarettes but I am pleasantly pleased to say Lexi started me on a 60/40/ 6mg nicotine an I bought the aspire an she said each time I could go down on the nicotine till I get to 0zero well I did it I’m at zero and I owe it to Lexi for her knowledge in this field she is a definite plus and the reason I stuck it out an come back each time and have brought 2 more friends to gorilla vapes ..so thank you again I will always recommend vaping ...
