Nice store, nice guy inside. I needed a vape and a lighter real quick, and thats exactly what I got.

Excellent service and prices. Very wide variety of tobacco and products. Oh dont forget 420 time. Large variety of paraphernalia. Amanda is just one off the excellent staff. They truly make you feel like family. Highly recommend this store.

Was picking food up next door and saw the signs for deals on vapes and coupon deals by signing up thru email. That alone wouldve been worth the stop...but Drake, the guy working today gave me an amazing bday gift by showing us the section with their markdown (30% off!!) vape devices. Id been dying for a vaparesso mini and now Ive got one!! Thanks Drake and Smokers Depot! Ill definitely be back!

Love this shop! The staff gave me a suggestion on a new product & I love it! They have options other smoke shops just dont carry. Other places I visited are not informed on the products they sell. Was extremely refreshing to have someone behind the counter that had knowledge on what they sold. Will be back!

Go anywhere else. Not only are they the most expensive in town but they’re product selection sucks and if you deal with anyone but amada youll be treated rudely. I loved coming here NOT for a discount and always paid extra for friendly people, but when management and others lie and make you feel belittled thats a BIG no.

Go to howling Howell smoke shop beside Kroger all of his e liquids are 12.99 no matter the size the brand or the strength. All coils no matter the brand for a 5 pack is 13.99 an yes they are authentic. I had to come to this place to purchase my e-juice because my car was running extremely rough and I ended up paying $48 for two bottles of eLiquid. This place is a Rip off the staff is nice but way over priced.

Blonde girl at the counter clearly needs a lesson in customer service. Rolled her eyes because I wanted to exchange a damaged package that I bought 5 seconds before, tried to act like it was a problem for me to grab an undamaged package that was literally the same product in every way. Way to make someone feel uncomfortable and not want to come back.

I was sold a defective Lookah Snail device. It came in a box marked Display and didnt have instructions. I brought it back within the guidelines of the return policy, but the guy working at the time refused to accept the return. He told me to come back to speak to the manager between 9-5, which is during MY work schedule. He wouldnt call her or the owners for a return approval and gave me a really hard time. Im so disappointed because my family and friends have been long time customers. We know we can get stuff cheaper somewhere else but we choose to support this small business. I feel sorry for Rhonda and Tony because they probably dont know that he is treating their loyal customers like this.

Place is a standard smokers depot with a good selection. What stood out for me was employees. The manager was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. This is the only smokers depot in Howell that I frequent anymore as I had a very negative experience at the Genoa township location. Take the extra trip to this location and your less likely to deal with incompetent management.

Not bad but the last few times Ive gone in for coils they had been unpackaged, loose coils. Every other store Ive purchased coils from have given them to me in their blister pack. Had an o-ring missing from a coil because of this and didnt know it until I changed the leaky thing. Their cigar selection is good though and their staff is always friendly.

Im a huge fan of this store! Its so cute & quaint😊 Mallory helped me when I was there & she was just a delight! She smiled the whole time & was super helpful with each of my questions & seemed happy to do so! Even though I asked many questions 😂 She is such a sweet girl, & such a hard worker. Smokers Depot of Howell is lucky to have her! Some smoke shops force you to take a receipt when you dont want one & I liked that Mallory ASKED me if I wanted one instead of giving me yet another piece of trash to crumble up & throw in my car 😂 she even counted my change out in front of me & they have a computer that shows you the transaction in front of your face as well as the workers so that was also cool! Very easy to see. All in all, Mallory made my experience at the Howell Smokers Depot make me happy to return.

Friendly staff that does more than just ring you up. Professional and very helpful. Im partial to this location because of good management; there is a gentleman who has worked here quite a few years. Thats a very good sign when the employees stay.

Best humidor in the county. Awesome staff thats always willing to help. Just went in today and asked for a recommendation (with certain criteria) and was advised on a box of Bolivar Cofradias. Ive had them before and enjoyed them. Great recommendation, and theyll make my trip out of town that much better. I just wish we could smoke in there ,but thats not their fault.Thanks guys

I was a customer here for years... as I will always believe that the staff are just amazing (those of them whom I know such as Whitney) I will refrain from speaking Ill of them. Suffice to say they lost my business due to a new employee.The glass here is beautiful (if not a bit overpriced) and they sell pretty much anything you can think of related to smoking and vaping.

The staff is really nice and they have a great selection of cigars for me and my husband! I will be coming back soon!

I love this smoke shop! i go there almost all the time. most of the time i come in and just look around at the glass. i came in yesterday morning though and i needed to get a new glass piece for my sister because i broke hers.. oops... so im in there and me and the cashier start conversing and she then starts to help me find a piece for my sister. i couldnt find a reasonable price for the ones i liked but she go and get me coupons and it just opened up more options for me to look at. We found a piece that i took home after i purchased it. My sister couldnt be more happier with it. Good looks guys!

This is a great place to go. All of the employees are so nice. It is a fun atmosphere to be in. Good prices on all of their selections given the competition they have to deal with. Love to go here whenever I get the the chance.

Went there looking for a coil for my atomizer. After the manager or owner (not sure) searched her entire inventory and searched the web trying to find out what exactly my atomizer was, she discovered it was not what I was told. In fact it was an all but unknown brand that appeared to have been passed off for a higher name brand and coils were hard to come by. She felt so bad that I had been taken advantage of by the other vape shop that she gave me a VERY nice atomizer, of which I will have no problems finding replacement coils for. Definitely a repeat customer here and free advertising from me! Thank you 😁👍🏻👍🏻

Good store, the employees are always friendly and helpful. I recently bought a mod that died in a week and they were really great about exchanging it for a new one. No hassles at all.

This place needs a larger selection of less expensive cigars. However, their Factory Smokes black labels are excellent and inexpensive.

Vape mods Sold here are expensive. Here is an example. The tpriv is around 100 dollars in-store but online you can get it as low as 39.99 dollars plus shipping and they buy the items in bulk so complete ripoff.

I used to go here often to get stuff. Went in one time and I must have used the wrong word and was treated like I had upset the world. Before that they were always awesome. Not sure if I will go back or not. They always had what I needed though.

Manager of the store I think her name is Missy or Misty is very short sarcastic and rude I bought an item from them just three hours previous that was leaking and I took it back and she got all snotty with me and said that I always return things shes not doing it and Ive never returned anything to that store ever then she gave me an attitude and a dirty look but everybody else is cool but her stay clear of her shes nasty

July 15th, statewide mask mandate... Employees bragging about how theyll never wear masks.Wont be shopping here for vape supplies again.

What is there thought on minors coming into the store? Do they instantly kick them out, or are they chill with them, as if they were an adult? Like if you know they chill
