Look no further! Casa De Bella is a top notch salon for all your beauty needs! From the amazing front desk staff to the stylists! I personally see Teresa M. & she truly is the best! She not only always brings my vision to life but she always makes sure to keep my hair healthy within all the transitions I make! She truly is a hairy fairy!

Less than 12 hours of wear, the stylist was honestly great she was nice and talkative. HOWEVER. I did ask for a BLOWOUT, she blow dried my hair straight and then gave me pin curls. I just wanted a blow out, she said she would go in with pin curls to make the curls last, but I told her my last blow out lasted 4 days and it was just.. a blow out. I left looking like a pin up girl, it wasn’t bad but it just wasn’t what I wanted. I was okay when I left but the hair didn’t even last and turned out honestly looking like I did it within 2 hours. I paid $47 for what was suppose to be a $31 basic blow dry service. The luxury blow dry is 41 and I didn’t even GET THAT… 1st pic is 12 hours after appointment, she insisted on doing pin curls because they would last longer ( they didn’t.) 2nd picture is when I first left salon, with pin curls. No blow out. The next 2 pics after that are the ones I showed stylist for reference, that hair was also on day 2. The pic in the robe is day 3 … I also have her a $10 tip. So $57 total dollars for hair I can’t even work in for my shift tonight. It’s honestly frustrating to take pride in your looks, pay for a good service, and the end result is not what you paid or was promised. I would have thought when I called expressing all of this I could atleast get another appointment or a gift card for a later date or literally anything but no concern for what I paid for or my job at all. Total thumbs down on how unhappy customers are handled after the service. I could understand if this was after 24 hours, but it’s literally been 12 hours. I’m clearly upset. I told the stylist I’m not a hairdresser, you can have creative freedom but please give me XYZ. Yes she gave me volume, and bounce, however I didn’t get a blow out I got pin curls that were promised to last and they still didn’t. And I was charged more than what I was serviced, so that’s confusing. The stylist said the pin up curls were on her, she had the extra time. I even asked are you sure because I really just want a blow out? But you know what you’re doing so I won’t question. Now I’m sitting here not knowing what to do with my hair before work. Looking proper, pretty, and respectable is everything. My hair looks like I did it when I was in middle school. 12 hours after a $47 hair do? Come on….. I look dingy the very next day. I have silk pillow cases and bonnet. How????

Ive never had a bad haircut. Ive been going for about 3 or 4 years now, and everytime I leave with no complaints. Recently Ive been getting my haircut from Christopher, and (unsurprisingly) Ive only had great haircuts. They do great mens and womans cuts, as my mom and I go to the same place and re both very satisfied.

Lorena is an amazing stylist! She is so knowledgeable and talented about color, and has given me great haircuts. She helped to suggest options and always does the cut perfectly for what I wanted. She isn’t pushy but gives great suggestions but also will do just what you want. She is the best!

I LOVE Casa De Bella, they’re always so welcoming and listen to every concern I may have! I travel 40 minutes for a cut/color and they never disappoint me. I couldn’t imagine going to a different salon after finding this one. Between the nice staff, owner and clean salon (that offers many products/techniques and other beauty services) they’re a 5 star in my books.

I had such an amazing experience today! Yesterday I got a really bad haircut somewhere else and the experience was just awful. I was able to get in next morning with Sarah and she fixed it right up! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I’ve been hesitant to get my hair done lately but will definitely be returning.

I had courtney do my hair. She was very nice and did a decent job. I got highlights. They turned out lighter than i wanted but it turned out good. Giving 4 stars because i have hair dye all over my forehead that she never got and one side has way more highlights than the other. I feel like their prices went way up! They normally dont charge me for a base color and highlights but they did. Too expensive. But the staff is great and friendly.

My hairdresser of 18 years was in an accident that stopped her from being able to work her magic. I went in today, terrified, as Kelsie was the 2nd person in 20 years to touch my hair with scissors. She was more than amazing. I will be going back to see Kelsie as long as I possibly can!

I had a facial with Amanda and she’s incredible! I came in with concerns regarding breakouts and she listened to and understood each one of my concerns. She was able to recommend at home products that would best suit my current skin care needs and how to execute those products at home to achieve the results I’m looking for. She let me know what she was doing step by step through the facial, how and why it was going to benefit my skin. Very knowledgeable Esthetician and the sweetest person. 😊

I had a great experience at Casa De Bella. I went in for a color and cut, Hollie ended up being my stylist and she was wonderful. My hair turned out exactly as I pictured and I’ve already gotten so many compliments on it. She was also great to talk to throughout the process and made sure I was happy with the final product, as well as offered me lots of advice and tips for hair care. I would highly recommend this salon for any of your needs, as they offer a variety of services that seem to be performed exceedingly well.

I have been twice now and will never go back!!! First time I had someone new, so understandable. Second time I asked for someone with more experience,. Left almost in tears again!

Erinn was not only super helpful with choosing what hair cut and style I wanted, but also was able to revive my wave/curl pattern!! They were quick, knowledgeable and incredibly sweet. Cant wait to continue services with them going forward!!

I chose Casa De Bella as recommended by friends, and I was extremely nervous as it was my first time going to this salon for a cut(along with having the same person cut my hair for years until she moved recently) and even coloring it. I have not done anything with my hair other than cutting for over 8 years, and I chose to go with a balyage. Courtney was my stylist and OH MY GOSH was she so amazing and comforting!! She talked with me about how I wanted the color to look and the cut I wanted. I had EXTREMELY long hair, so I really told her to go ahead with what she felt would look good and to do layers with face frame to where she felt would complement my features. I loved that she talked me through the process and explained everything really well, and my hair looks better than I could have imagined! Thank you, Courtney, for giving me more confidence in myself and for all of the compliments Ive been getting! I will definitely be back and will continue to recommend.

First time getting my hair done here and it was a very pleasant experience! I had Holly and she was amazing. She listened to exactly what I wanted, explained everything that she was doing to keep me in the loop and was a breathe of fresh air to conversate with. I was really nervous going in because my last stylist that I had at a different salon, I felt never listened to me and just kind of did what she thought would look good. Its HUGE these days to have someone actually listen to what the customer wants. I will definitely be back! 😊

Amanda tinted and waxed my eyebrows and she is always conscious that waxing doesn’t always feel the best, but makes sure her clients are comfortable! I also had a facial today which was extremely relaxing. She is very professional with her clients and gives the best neck and shoulder massage. I didn’t want to leave!!

I have seen Hollie twice now (plus my daughter has seen her once also) and she does a fantastic job! I LOVE my color and highlights! Probably the best color I’ve ever had done. Seriously. First time I came home, hubby and kids kept saying how great it looked. Great cut and beautiful blow out and styling. Plus she is always so friendly and sweet. :)

I first came to CDB when I moved to Michigan during summer 2022. Christa and her associate Gabby have worked wonders on my hair, and I can’t say enough about Amanda who I get facials with every 2-3 weeks. I have struggled for years with confidence issues because my skin has been atrocious. Amanda has helped me clear up my acne and start working to address aging concerns. Everyone at the salon is so friendly, and it’s good to feel so welcome somewhere, especially being new to town.

I had a great facial with Amanda. She was thorough with determining what my skin concerns were and I am very happy with her guidance. My facial was so relaxing. I liked the products too. No irritation or reactions to the products. I would recommend her and the salon.

My problem is with the stylist, not the salon...Id like to start by saying I dont want to fault the salon for my experience because the other stylists seemed much nicer and like they cared about their clients. Mine did not. I booked an appointment with Courtney for a haircut. Id never been here before, I was looking for a new place to go because I had moved earlier this year. I told her I wanted a medium length angled bob with a long side swept bangs. She then washed my hair and was extremely rough and seemed to rush through it. We go to the station and she begins my cut, never speaking to me or even looking me in the face. I asked a question or two and she gave short answers like she was not interested. It seemed like she was going too short in the front but I thought maybe I should trust the process. Soon after I could definitely tell it was much shorter than I asked for and when I questioned she said it would look that way because of the face frame. I didnt ask for a face frame, I asked for the side swept bangs. When I am upset, anyone could tell by the look on my face. I could feel another woman looking at me probably because she could see in my face how upset I was I was holding back tears in my eyes as she roughly blow dried and over thinned my hair with thinning shears. I have very little volume left. Then she looks at the finished cut and tries to say wow doesnt that look and feel so much better and I said ummm its a lot shorter in the front than I wanted .. and she proceeds to whip the cape off of me without even cleaning off the hair and it all blew all over the front of me and in my face. I have never in my life had such an awful experience with a hair cut. She did not care about me or what I wanted, it just felt like she wanted me in and out as fast as possible. I was there at 1145 and done by 1215. The shortest appointment Ive ever had as well. I cried all the way to my car and home and now I have to look at this awful cut in the mirror every day. Its too short to even have it fixed by someone else.

Christa is really talented! She can color blonde highlights that look very natural and beautiful. Im so very thankful I found her. Customer for life :)

Love this place! Jordyn has been doing my hair for years now. She is so sweet, talented and professional. Every time I leave the salon I feel so refreshed and uplifted. Just this week she gave me a new face frame, color and style in time for my vacation! This team is just the best.

Went to Casa De Bella for the first time on Saturday for a perm. Linda was absolutely fantastic, and with a quick 5-10 minute consult before the actual appointment she was able to plan how to get exactly what I wanted based on my hair type/length/etc. She was a joy to talk to, and made the 3 hours I was there for the perm seem like 30 minutes. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and professional.. Will definitely return in the future for other services.

So happy I found Casa De Bella Salon and Spa. I saw Allyse for low lights and a cut, she was absolutely wonderful! I feel like she listened to me and I actually ended up with exactly what I wanted, which I don’t think has ever happened before. She was fast and extremely affordable. I also talked to the manager about setting up makeup and hair styling for my upcoming wedding, she was wonderful as well.

Christa Smith does amazing work and I highly recommend! Im always so nervous to get my hair cut/colored, but she makes sure Im comfortable throughout the entire process and my hair looks amazing every time I leave.

I had Amanda for a facial and it was amazing! My skin was glowing afterwards. Amanda did a great job. She was very thorough and made me comfortable during the procedure. I will be going back on a regular basis now.

I have received several facials from Catherine at the salon. They are phenomenal!! I am surprised that I was able to talk my husband into getting one! My leverage was that our daughter was getting married soon and he needed to look his best To walk her down the aisle!!👰. When he walked in the house after his facial he said “I want to thank you, it was great!!!” The owner and her staff are all professional and personable!!

Before, during, and after. Naturally a blonde, dyed my hair auburn from a box, and want to go back to my natural color. Recommended we start with highlights and keept throwing more in each time to keep lightening over time. Looks great, feels healthy and strong, styled my hair so adorably I went and bought a straightener of my own to replicate the look. Love this place

Ive had my haircut here 4 times and am so happy with their excellent level of service! Staff is very professional and the building is beautiful and clean. Ive been able to get a quick appointment each time Ive called. Highly recommend Elise but all the stylists have been great. Thank you!

TLDR: I went to get a haircut here recently and was extremely disappointed with the experience.I wanted to try something new with my hair that was different than cuts Ive had before. When I brought up the type of cut to my stylist, she said she had never heard of it and never done that hair cut before (looking back, I should have just walked out at that point). Overall, she was dismissive and rude with what I wanted to do with my hair and suggested other things instead of what I wanted, without giving any reasoning except my hair would be stringy at the bottom because it was longer than the pictures (even though my hair was a similar length if just a little longer than the pictures). I would have understood if she thought my hair type just wouldnt suit the cut but she never said anything to that affect.I was pretty crest fallen after this conversation but stuck with it bc I really did need my hair cut. During the shampooing the stylist was very forceful with my head/hair and it did not feel good at all. Once she got to styling, she seemed unnecessarily rough with combs/brushes when they would get a tangle and there were multiple times I was wincing because she was pulling on my hair so forcefully. She did end up cutting bangs but they came out uneven and at that point I had just wanted to leave. During the whole cut she did NOT talk to me unless it was something to do with the haircut or what she was doing. Normally, I wouldnt mind this but in combination with other things, it felt somewhat passive aggressive.Ive been suffering from hair loss/dry scalp which is something I was going to mention after discussing the cut but because of how rude and dismissive the stylist was at first I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable bringing it up.The cut I received is okay and doesnt look terrible but definitely not what I wanted and entirely not worth the experience I had. Overall, I would not recommend this business.

Pam was absolutely wonderful, friendly and knew what she was doing. She seemed to really listen and pick up on what I was saying I wanted for my haircut, and the end result was above and beyond my expectations. I appreciate that she took the time to show me how to style my new short hair as well. I will definitely be looking to come back for all future trims and any other hair-related services I need.

I had a 90 minute facial with Kathryn today. It was like 90 minutes in heaven. It was amazing. Kathryn knows what she’s doing & gave me an awesome facial as well as hand & foot massage. I have had several from her in the past and am never disappointed. The only negative thing I can say is that I am so relaxed I have to force myself to stay awake & not doze off. AlI I ever ask for as gifts is Casa De Bella gift cards so I can get more. Thank you for an awesome experience!

Ive been going to see Ashley here for almost 2 years. The staff is kind and super helpful and Ashley does an amazing job on my fine hair, which is difficult to cut properly. I also bring my teenage daughter to Ashley to get fun colors put into her hair. Kellie does my nails every few weeks and does a great job -- adding glitter and stamps and whatever else catches my fancy that week.

I have been coming to Casa De Bella since I moved to Howell 8 years ago and I just love it.Kle, my stylist and the owner is wonderful and I love her dearly. I am very happy I chose this salon, the first place I tried post-Covid19 lockdowns. Chantel impressed me greatly with her friendly personality and her exceptional talent. I have very difficult hair to work with and its always been hard to find a stylist to get it right. She was very conscientious and took time getting it perfect. Even now that Im home and checking it out, its literally exactly how I want it. She also gave me some advice for making my beard look better and trimmed it as well at the conclusion of our visit. Overall, I was genuinely grateful and needless to say will be coming here from now on! Also, I was surprised that it was less expensive: the base rate for me was $12 less than I used to pay elsewhere, so that was a nice surprise as well, given the quality was actually superior. I had a very nice haircut here a few months ago. After getting a few bad haircuts elsewhere I decided to go to a real salon to make sure I got a cut I liked. I was worried it would be super expensive, but it wasnt. There was a bit of a long wait even though I had an appointment, but the haircut turned out exactly like I asked, the price was reasonable, and the staff were all super friendly.

Love this place. I go to Amy Gross, and shes phenomenal! She is super kind and patient, and she always does a wonderful job on my hair. The staff is very friendly, and the receptionist is easy to talk to. I wont go anywhere else.

Ladies I have been HAVING to get the ol chin, upper lip etc waxed for YEARS. I have lived in seven different states (Im from MI) and been to salons for a waxing in each of them. I have NEVER had it done as well as Katherine did here at Casa de Bella. I usually have to go home and get the ones that were missed. She literally missed NOTHING. It was amazing!! Ive been to her twice now and both times, nothing left behind; her technique is so good. She is fast, thorough and just a REALLY nice person. Im so glad to have found her. There are not enough stars to give for the service she provides.

Terrible service. The girl that was in charge of my consualtion was incredibly rude and rolled her eyes at me when i was telling her my hair history while loudly chewing her gum in my face. I should have took it as a red flag the girl doing my hair was very inexperienced and kept needing help color correcting my hair. She put very thin streaks in it and did not know how to work with thick hair. Not to mention they overcharge you. You arent paying for a good haircut and highlights you are paying for a fancy name and visual aesthetic. And please teach your employees how to give a good scalp massage. It didnt even feel like my hair was washed after.

I wanted to like this place. Everyone is nice and its close to home. However, the balayage that Brenna did was not what I was hoping for. I showed her several pictures, and my roots were grown out perfectly to achieve the look I was hoping for, but my hair was very brassy and not blended well. After I came back for a color correction, the color from the root darkening fell on to the blonde leaving very obvious brown spots. I came in (for the 4th time) to have Clee (the owner)fix it, and at the salon (with a bunch of product in your hair) it looked better, however, after I washed and straightened it myself, you can still see brown spots in the blonde parts of my hair. Ive called and spoke to Cookie (the other owner) and she said she would call me back (never did- but the receptionist did..) and Ive left 3 messages for Clee last week and she still has not called back. So Im guessing they want me to have another salon fix their mistakes? Horrible customer service. As a business woman myself, I am mostly disappointed with the lack of follow up and caring about the situation in general. Clee saw what happened to my hair, Ive left messages saying theres still sark spots in my hair, so as the owner why wouldnt she get me in to have it fixed? No one even apologized for me having to come back 4 times! If youre like me, and have been searching for someone to do balayage, do not come here.

Unlike all the other places I checked on; this location was able to get me in to see one of their massage therapist within my needed time window. Overall it was a good visit. I dont usually do these so I ranked it at 4 stars currently because of squeezing me in for an appointment, will be making another visit and will adjust my rating accordingly. If you’re thinking about trying this salon, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.Let me explain. I came in for a balyage/ombre and a wax and it took them 4 ½ HOURS. I didn’t even get my haircut. They double booked my stylist who was coloring my hair and another clients at the same time. No way should it have taken that long. Nobody thanked me for being patient and when I called to complain I spoke to Cookie, she said she would do some “research” on what happened and never called me back. I called again, the front desk girl said she would leave a message for Cookie, and again she never called me back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. They clearly don’t care to make the situation right, or that they have an unhappy customer.

The overall attitude this salons owner and the employees have is one of customers have to fit into whatever schedule is best for the employee on any given day or time. Ive never known a salon that caters to their employees more than their clients. And never had so many appointment times changed! Owner is a real hag.

First visit for me and my sis from manhattan, needed a shampoo/blow out in a hurry, stressed about going to my brothers funeral that day. Everyone in there was great. I felt at ease and relaxed. Price was inexpensive and my sis who gets her hair done regular in manhattan was very impressed. EVERYONE was super seeet and very accommodating

I purchased a gift certificate for my wife at Casa de Bella from Kle Sparks. I was a little (very) nervous going into the salon, but everyone made me feel very comfortable. I had no idea of what I was doing or what to purchase, but Kle took her time and educated me on Spa services and helped me determine the services to purchase. Though my initial impression was very good, the “wow” came after my wife used her gift for a Spa Day. She can’t stop raving about Casa de Bella and well, let’s just say she’s real happy with the old man these days. Thanks from both of us! Outstanding; not only will she be going back, I am recommending to my male friends who never know what to get for the beautiful ladies in their lives. It gives whole new meaning to “who’s your Daddy”. The place looked cool too. THANKS.

Have had wonderful experiences in the past, but definitely not the last time. Feeling yucky, as my sides wet cut too shirt, the layers in the back too short...my colic is going nutts! And the lowlights not as good or deep as last time. Left feeling like a wasted my money. Maybe an off day for the stylist,but not at all happy this time. Will seek out a different salon, unfortunately...as everyone here was very nice.

What difference does it make to move this upscale salon to Michigan Ave because they overcharged my wife 2 times. The second time it happened she called to get it straightened out. The receptionist gave her tons of attitude and rudeness. Allison the hairdresser finally called back, but these folks need a new face at the front counter. Spend your big bucks at a different salon. Not worth the tears and frustration OR overcharges. I doubt I will take advantage of $10 off next visit. I can go elsewhere. You should too.

Finally a beautiful new salon and spa in Downtown Howell. Great location, beautiful and stylish decor. The best massage therapist in Livingston County is Hillary Down at Casa de Bella. This place is a class act.

Amanda does an amazing job on my brows and makes them look amazing and just the way i wanted them!!

I went and saw Amanda for my first facial and I could not be happier. My face was glowing and so smooth. I left so relaxed and happy.

Scheduled a mani-pedi. Got the pedicure and was short changed on the manicure. Tech said she didn’t have time before her next client and rushed through a shellac application, which when I got outside in the sunlight was lumpy, had badly redrawn my nail bed and had bubbles and pits. Will not be going back for the promised full manicure. Their lack of proper scheduling should never have shown up on my nails. Had to spend a much looked forward to vacation hiding a very bad polish application. Extremely disappointing.

I have gotten 2 massages here and I have already booked a third appt. Im very happy with the quality of the massage and the friendliness of the staff. Will continue to come back.

Rude stylist. When I asked her a question she responded with: You saw me do it didnt you. Thank-you but no I clearly did not see you do it. Will not be back. Go to the salons in Brighton - they will never treat you like that.

Sorry to say after 2 1/2 hour and a $142 dollar I am disappointed called and made an appointment she asked if I had been there before and I said no I am looking for someone that has experience because my hair is thinning I told her my hair was short and I would like color and highlights agreed to stay blonde I don’t think this is blonde. Yes Monday will be fine

I really love the stylist I work with, however I think the services are over priced. I also recently had a problem with the salon over charging my credit card. I caught it on my bank statement and had to call for them to credit me and fix the mistake.
