What an open and inviting store. Justin H helped me with my first visit to this shop and his customer service in compassion was beyond when most people see and other places. He was patient, kind, and very outgoing with a desire to make customers feel welcomed. Unfortunately, the Howell location will be closing, but I wish all employees the best.

Justin was an incredibly helpful and friendly employee here at Sunny Vapes. I walked in with basically no idea of what vape juice I wanted, and with the wide selection of flavors it can be a difficult decision to make. But, after giving my flavor preferences, Justin gave me a number of recommendations, and encouraged me to take as much time as I needed to make my decision. Im very happy with my purchase and will definitely be returning to Sunny Vapes.

Came in this Weekend. Justin helped me. Very professional and took the time to help me with what I was looking for. He was able to answer all my questions and was super knowledgeable. This man deserves a management position. Previously I had not so great experiences here with another employee before, but Justin just changed the game, making this into an incredible and positive experience.

This place is always my go to for all my vape stuff. Justin is great, and got me in and out the last time I was there. He always lets me know the promos if theres any going on. They have a great selection of stuff to choose from. Go see them!

I wanna say that the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They let me pick what I wanted and when I asked for help on picking a flavor they gave me options and there top picks. Excellent customer service.

Store is nice but the guy working there is not personable. The first time I went there I thought ok maybe he’s having a bad day, but it continues. He needs to work on costumer service skills. Acts like he’s being bothered. The store location is very convenient for me but I won’t be going back due to his approach and attitude. It’s always empty when I go in so you’d think he’d be happy to have a customer. Nope

Amazing shop. Just picked up a great vape that came with a lanyard that’s super convenient. I’m always losing my vape when I’m out but now it’s not an issue. I went to martels tiki bar last weekend and some girls came up to me ( this is a rare occurrence for me ) and was like “ I love your chain! I was like haha it’s a lanyard. We are going out next weekend. Thanks sunny !

Sunny vapes had the caliburn when no one else did in my area for an unbelievable price that I only thought good guy vapes sold it for,So I took the 24 minute drive there from brick and i’m so glad I did it’s a nice cozy place with great friendly and helpful employees.I wish they could open more stores in the future that would be dope.I have to recommend this store to all my peeps who vape in howell because you want find better prices then this store.

They have a great selection of devices that fit literally everyones needs. They are knowledgeable. I promise you wont regret checking them out. They also have a great reward system as well.Tim and Dan are awesome. They have helped me with my vape journey. The amount of knowledge between the two of them is amazing. I only leave reviews for horrible service or great service & unfortunately this is the worst. The guy working there acted angry by me just asking basic questions & acted like he was going out of his way by doing his job, dont know his name buy hes thin w. A short length ponytail, there was a guy in front of me & I couldnt believe how he was treating him then my turn & once again acted angry, very unwelcoming, the worst type of employee u would want working for your business & it wasnt just me, he treated 2 other customers that way while I was there as well. This guy needs to b fired. Never go there again

This is my all time favorite shop, very convenient with it being right on rt 9, and the people who work there are so helpful and friendly, especially Rich he has helped me pick out some really delicious juices as well as a new mod. Love this place and highly recommend they have the best deals as well. Totally worth checking out!!

New Location, same great store. I can never really say this enough but if you want a memorable experience and a group of people that treat you like family, then you need to give Sunny Vapes a try. In a market where, frankly most people are unpleasant jerks, this store always delivers on a friendly welcoming atmosphere and a great group of people that youll wanna hang out with for hours. I dont normally feel inclined to leave reviews.... but with the consistently exceptional service that Ive always received here, I almost felt I had to haha. My pod setup (Smok novo2) had finally died out and I was looking to replace it with another Smok device. The associate explained to me how Smok has been having some quality control issues as well as other problems lately and that Id likely be better with something else. He DID NOT try to up-sell me at all! He was very informative and tremendously helpful with finding something new that suits my preferences. I wound up buying the Vinci Gene and absolutely love it. If youre looking for a local vape store with knowledgeable and helpful staff, definitely swing by. Theyre worth checking out

I always enjoy my experiences at Sunny Vapes, here and at the Ocean location. The staff is always very helpful, knowledgable, and patient in answering questions. I have really bad anxiety and pain due to medical issues and they were able to help me find the product I needed and Ive used that ever since and refuse to go anywhere else for my vape and CBD needs. The environment is always very welcoming and I never feel pressured or rushed out of the store which is a MAJOR selling point for me. Thank you Rich and Sunny Vapes staff for all you guys do! I stopped in today because I was looking to quit smoking. I didn’t know too much about caping, but rich and John helped me tremendously! They got me on the right path to a healthier life style. I was looking for a specific juice that i couldn’t find anywhere and i called this shop. i don’t pass this way often so i wasn’t aware of this shop and i called and spoke to one of the guys and they told me they had one bottle left and to come on in. i came in and asked a ton of questions, and mike and john were SO helpful and able to answer every question i had and then some. great atmosphere, clean, great customer service. 10 out of 10 recommend!!

New to vaping? Not new? YOU NEED TO GO HERE!!I have NEVER seen such AWESOME customer service at a Vape shop.I purchased my device the other day and was using it improperly even though I was walked through every step when I bought it. I phoned to describe the issues that I was having and the owner Marcus invited me to go to the store like 3 times during our phone conversation. I wasn’t going to go but I did and I had an amazing experience. I am floored!!! Not speechless though lol. I had gone in earlier that day and a sweet, super helpful (I’m sorry I don’t know his name) unassuming short Asian guy (I’m so sorry) helped me out increasing my nic in my juice because I wasn’t getting enough. He was very pleasant, very easy to speak to and made me feel very comfortable.When I returned after my conversation with the owner I was greeted by all three employees immediately. Thank you to the guy with the huge but super cool beard (I love beards so sorry, please get name tags lol) the guy with the ‘go Sunny’ t shirt you both rock. Marcus got me all set up in no time, explained what I was doing ‘wrong’ and was extremely generous and kind. I sat around with the guys afterwards for a few minutes and was so stoked after I left. I now have two devices and the go sunny guy laughed when I said I’m making sure I have pockets now he said you’re changing your wardrobe to vape and I thought that was hysterical. I could go on here for another 20 minutes but I have to walk my dog. Bottom line this is the only Vape shop you will EVER need to go to, great selection of devices, juices and the coolest group of guys ever. Vape onI’m totally sober I promise this is coming from an embarrassed inexperienced new to vaping customer who had the good fortune of stumbling upon this shop!!! Thanks guys

One of the best vape shops Ive ever been to hands down. Rich is the man helped me out so much went there for a wedding and ran out of juice and this place had some of the best selection ive ever seen. Any time Im in the area thats the place Im going to.

With so many vape shops available one could ask why should I go to Sunny Vapes? What makes them so great? Well for starters the staff are excellent, they actually care about helping customers and will help with any questions you may have about vaping with a smile. They are always friendly and inviting which isnt something that you always find in a vape shop. They carry a big selection of juice and have great prices and often have sales going on as well. They also have a great selection of mods from starter kits to intermediate devices and even high end enthusiast mods. One thing that I think is the best about this shop is their selection of products is always refreshing. Ive been here many times and the selection is always changing. With an industry that moves like the vape world its nice to see a shop that can keep up with the times. I highly recommend you check this place out next time you need any vape supplies.

Just stopped for the 1st time at Sunny Vapes and I am beyond satisfied with my visit. I was helped by a very knowledgeable and friendly employee who was quick to help and more than happy to lend an ear as I vented about my vaping issue with vapers tongue and video games. He helped me choose new juices to break away from what I was previously vaping. Love strawberries but needed to change it up. They have awesome pricing and buy one get one free on select juices. I left happy with two new juices and new batteries for my Smok Mag mod. I will definitely be coming back and making this my spot for my vaping needs from here on out. Extremely satisfied with my impromptu stop today.

Was a long time customer until my recent experience with them changed all that because they wouldn’t work with me on a return of a product that wasn’t opened or used. Was purchased just a few days earlier. Just wanted to exchange it for something else since I had inadvertently purchased the wrong product. Sales guy was very unaccommodating and unfriendly.Taking my business elsewhere.

Sunny Vapes was reccomened to me from my boyfriend almost 2 years ago. I quit smoking cigarettes and for 2 months was using a vuse from 7/11 , and that just wasn’t cutting it. I went to the location in Monmouth county and they hooked me up with a starter kit on a vape and since then, almost 2 years later, still no cigarettes. Every worker / owner I’ve ever come in contact with is so professional and friendly, and won’t let you leave their shop until your informed with everything and satisfied with your purchase. Walking into sunny vapes is like walking into your friends house, no matter who you are they treat you like one of their own. The fact that sunny vapes opened their second location 5 minutes form my house in howell makes everything so convenient. You will find so many different mods, rare juices, and the best deals here! The guys here go above and beyond to answer all my questions, and tell me the truth about mods/juices instead of trying to sell me something. Very knowledgable & great selection. Just like Vapin Factor was for all those years, but with better prices.

The workers here know a lot about all there mods, juices, and any other vape products you need. Very friendly and they create a friendly hangout environment which not a lot of other vape shops come close to creating.
