Been coming here over 10 years. Get told they dont want my business after I leave them bad review about their rude cashier with her under the breath comment saying I wish youd go to a different smoke shop as I was leaving. Now trying to say I go in and harass the cashier. When 1: I barely go there, 2: Ive been going there over 10 years before they hired that specific cashier when they had their first 52 location next to gold galore, and 3: personal past problems should be left outside the business especially when I havent spoken to that person in over 10 years except for the few times a year I come into that store. The owner refuses to talk to me about the situation. This isnt the first bad review theyve had on that specific cashier in the past year. Its alright though. Ill take my business somewhere else and let people I know not to waste their time and money on a business where problems arent corrected and where there is rude customer service. I recommend lit smoke shop. The owner and employees are great and product is much better. This place is a sad excuse for a business and should be reported to the better business bureau.

We frequent this store every couple of weeks! We like all the products, from tobacco to pipes. Excellent customer service! Keep up the great work!!

They were very accommodating and were to quick to fix an issue that I had with a device. No questions asked, just did a return and replaced the device. Appreciate the customer service.

Asked for a nicotine-free vape because Im trying to quit, was sold a THC vape instead. What do you call vapes that dont have any THC AND nicotine? Why does nicotine-free mean THC?

This place is great. I love coming here. Their prices are really good, plus they have my brand of kratom so that helps so I dont have to drive to port Richey when Im dry. Thank you much wassabi. This shop has a great selection of pipes and bongs. They also have an amazing insence selection. They offer e juice, mods, tanks, and replacement parts for vaporizer mods. The employees were very welcoming and helpful and helped me find everything I was looking for. She even cleaned up my mod and replaced the broken glass. I was happy that I found the replacement glass for it, as I had already been to 3 other shops. The prices are fair and I feel like I get my moneys worth. I definitely recommend checking this shop out for all of your smoking/vaping needs. I enjoy this shop!

I was in search of some CBD oil in the form of a dog bone that I have gotten before from my grandson for my dog and I could not find it but I stopped in there after I was in Publix and there it was. It is the only thing that helps my poor old dog whos dying for pain I know some of the prices were higher than others in other shops but they were the only story I had it so I go back again

I have been with Wassabi Smoke shop S.R.52 for several years now. They are the only carrier for my choice juice, you know when you FINALLY get the right one! They have ALWAYS gone OUT of their way to make sure that my product is available to me as well as coils, tanks, n batteries. I recently moved to the area and was checking out the different smoke shops to see which one would best suit me and I went here first due to it being the closest shop to my new house. As I entered an employee sighed extremely loud and acted like I was bothering him by even walking in the door. I briefly looked around but felt unwelcomed so I left. Ill try Wasabi again and hopefully I will have a different experience. If its better I will change definitely change my rating.

After going to multiple shops that did not have the e-liquid we needed, we found wasabi smoke shop and they had what we were looking for and much more.! The 2 people that helped us were real cool people and went above and beyond to get us what we needed , we will definitely be going back!!

Theres not a time I dont go to Wasabi to be honest theyre the number one smoke shop that Ive had an experience with theyre always warm and welcoming everytime you walk through the door all of their pieces are of good quality and the guys really know what theyre talking about they can help you with just about anything you need help with up to measurements and millimeters all the way up to which piece is going to withhold the most damage the guys really know their stuff if youre looking to go buy a new piece and you want to know where to go stop by wassabi see if they can help you out nothing but good things to say about Wasabi keep up the great work guys

I love this place but when I was walking around a huge casing of meth pipes and meth bongs really turned me off and I will not be returning because I am not going to contribute to a establishment that wants to help with the homeless population killing there selfs off and the drug spreading diseases and making family members die

Great Smoke Shop had a great why selection when I went in there to purchase a new replacement part for my water pipe and I got the wrong piece and came back he let me switch it out with the right piece and was very friendly and helpful
