Bahama Mama is my home Smoke Shop and this review is well overdue. This location has a very great selection and has an impressive setting. The staff is super friendly and they do not push products on you. They do however, offer complimentary drinks and at times free samples. Ahmed specifically, is the type of person you become best friends with after your first conversion. All products purchased here have worked and mirror what the staffs feedback of the items.

Depending on who’s working, I guess. They will try to sell you something different than what you picked out (vape coils) and make you buy the whole box. YET others working there will allow you to buy however many or few you want. I’d much rather drive further than give these people any penny of my money!

DON’T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA BE RIPPED OFF. I use to go to the Conroe location but moved to humble end of last year. I started going to this location because it’s the closest one to me. I really liked it at first they were nice and my boyfriend and I would go in and purchase vape juice, pods and urb carts every week. They started not having the pods so we asked if they could order them. They never came. We asked again and they took our number down and said they would get them and call us. It’s been a couple months now still don’t have them. But what’s worse is now they keep changing the price of the Urb cart. We’ve always paid a little over $35. Last time I had a $5 credit I asked to use it and they charged me $39 and told me that’s with my $5 off. I don’t like people or companies who play around and change the price and rip you off. I’ve gone there for months buying the exact same products. But when my boyfriend goes in without me they do it for the correct price.
It was such a pleasant experience with Ahmed at this location. The store has a vast selection of products and more importantly the customer service was on point.
I went into BAHAMA MAMA while waiting for service at xfinity and boy was it truly a pleasure to speak with Jonathan. I purchased a disposable vape and he was extremely knowledgeable. After about a 5 minute conversation I decided on the funky republic brand. He even offer me a cold beverage to help beat the extreme heat. He was super nice and they have tons of merchandise available. Make sure to stop by for all your novelty needs

Went to buy a geekbar last week, the man at the counter tried to charge us $36.99 for it. After calling it out as overpriced he tried to lower the price to $28.99.Both of those prices are extremely high for geekbars. There are many Ma & Pa shops selling those at 2 for $45 or $24.99 each.

I live closer to this one than the one in the Woodland but I will no longer be giving these people my Business at this particular location I have come here a few different times, and been completely ignored because they were more focused on selling a bong or some high item then helping all of the customers that come in the store, I recently came over here during normal business hours, and as I was pulling up the worker told me he had to pick his car up and he would be back in 15 minutes as if my time wasn’t important and like I’m not a pain I was literally just going to get some wraps and be on my way back home after a long day at work but did he care no did he have any form of customer service? No, he was more concerned with what he had to do during their normal business hours this is unacceptable. The service from this particular location is very spotty and they are not consistent. There is one in the Woodlands that is really nice and put together. The customer service is consistent and the prices are better.

He is a great person and there is no doubt as to why or how he has created such an amazing shop....its undeniable. Great leadership leads to great success.
