VAPE AVENUE is the best spot to go!Been coming here for years and they’ve always been polite and professional!Love the staff and the products they have!

Was told vape juice was the flavor in which I asked for and to find out it wasn’t I called and was told there’s nothing they could do I would have to buy another discounted when asked for a supervisor I was told there are none terrible customer serviceThis was not a discounted nor a clearance item this was a regular item you guys carry in stock please make this right as it is an horrible example of customer service

My one star review is not about the staff whom are amazing, or about the vapes which I have always loved. This review is about the management. Today when I came in I was looking for something new to try and the girl working was absolutely wonderful. Helping me choose a flavor that was good and showing me how to use the device so I could get everything out of it. She truly went above and beyond! And of course I wanted to tip as she did so amazing. I didn’t see a tip jar so I handed her some extra cash but I was a little unnerved to find out that TIPS DO NOT GO TO THE WORKERS BUT INSTEAD TO MANAGEMENT!!! Which is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! The workers should be compensated for the work they do instead of having it taken and gone strait to the pockets of the greedy managers who probably get paid 2x as much!!!!!!! Most vape stores have tip jars so I don’t understand why Vape Ave does not.

Favorite vape place in Huntington! The young girl Emma is often there when I’ll visit making my experience lovely. She has always gone above and beyond for me. Love this place! ( wide variety of juices )

This place is tremendous, they must have millions and millions of items to choose from. They do have so much. Adam is really a phenomenal helper. I think he is Portuguese, but Im not sure. Huuge assortment!

Bought a vape from here a little over 2 weeks ago. Brand new Caliburn. Was told when I bought it to hold onto the receipt and the box just in case it were to malfunction they would replace it. I did what was recommended and now my device will not read certain pods. Brought in the receipt and just because it had a little scratch on the face, they will not help me out. Wont be buying here again. Thanks for the customer loyalty....

I’m not even from this area. But when I am, I make it a point to stop by because Adam is just all around that good! He loves what he’s doing and it shows through his genuine customer service and is super knowledgeable when it comes to his products and your own particular taste. They’ve even got a cool points system where you can score free coils, etc. I highly recommend this shop over any other Vape shops I’ve been to over the last several years. You’re not just another number here. You always feel welcome. And their stock is exceptional.

First time coming here and it was absolutely incredible, hard to find a proper vape shop with an educated staff, but this place blew my expectations out of the water! I have been searching for a certain coil, popped in here after work. Miguel was awesome, letting me know the vape I have is an older model. Which is why I haven’t found coils anywhere. Honestly I loved this place but there’s a new guy specifically started a couple of days ago I just started seeing him and he needs to get fired ASAP. I was coming every single day and now I don’t know if I will ever come back. If this guy gets fired I will continue to spread the word and come every day like I have been. I spend ATLEAST 30$ a day at this shop which equals 900$ a month and was treated very poor.

Walked in last night and got helped by Adam. He was very helpful and friendly to chat with. My buddy and I found the perfect juice and had a great night. Would highly recommend and definitely plan on returning.

Just came here for their grand opening and I must say WOW! They were super friendly and showed awesome hospitality with not just myself but other customers that were there purchasing products. I thought they would have a small selection being that they are new and just opened but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Great selection of mods, juices etc....reasonably prices, Awesome place!

As soon as i walked in, Tyler greeded us which was really nice and answered all the questions we had when we asked him. He knows the products very well so I reccommend you guys to come here because they have a variety and Tyler seems to know the information bery well!

Started coming here a little under a year ago, everytime I come in there is always new stock and good products, Miguel and the other staff are always knowledgeable and I can always trust their opinions on different flavors of juice or disposables. This is the best Vape Store in Orange County. The prices on juices and devices cannot be beaten. I was shopping around for a new device to upgrade to after my Smok Novo. Just wanted to check other stores to see the difference in prices. Vape Avenue had the most affordable and fair price range by far. I’ve been coming here almost since the store opened, and will continue to support them as everything they provide is just perfect.The staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly and professional. They are all very knowledgeable and will take a lot of time to give you advice and information about everything. Ive been going here for the last 6 months exclusively for all my vape needs. The 5 star rewards is cool because of the free coils. They have a huge selection of juices and are all really knowledgeable about their products. When I ask for recommendations all of them have been good. Theyre all really friendly and they rush you yo make up your mind.The Koi Delta 8 gummies are a good price and they work really well.

Great place, love that it opens at nine while most vape shops don’t open until 10-11. Staff are awesome, very friendly and helpful. My issue, and the reason it didn’t get 5 stars, is I’m sitting in front, it’s 926am, and it’s locked down like Fort Knox. This isn’t the closest drive for me. Do I wait? Do I go home and try again later? These are questions I shouldn’t have to ask.

I live in Bellflower and I drive all the way here because its the best shop around. The guys that work here are super nice and totally engage with you the whole time. Theyre not expensive and theyre prices are always the same. When youre in there someone is helping you the whole time making sure they can provide you with whatever youre looking for. They are open later than most shops and they have a huge selection of juice, vape mods, coils and parts. Theyll order juice for you if they dont have it on the shelf and they have a great rewards system for points when you purchase things. Its light and bright inside and I always leave happy! 🥰

I just recently moved to Huntington Beach and Ive been in dire need of a good vape shop. I happened to pass by one night in need of some coils. I walked in and saw their huge selection and I was amazed! Ive already been to the store three times and Ive received nothing but great help from the friendly employees. I dont normally write Google Reviews, but I said I would because of how great this store was. I cant wait to see how the store evolves over time! I will definitely be considered one of the regulars!

One of my most favorite vape shops especially if youre looking for disposables they have every single brand you could possibly think and every size of that brand and every flavor and if you still cant pick from all that Adams is the man hell help you out with anything you need and dont forget to sign up for their point system you can put your purchases towards getting more disposables or things like coils

Sooo efin rude!!! These 5 star reviews are definitely from friends. I just called the joint, it took a long time for guy to answer the phone and once he did he said, hold please. Put the phone down and I could hear him talking to others, while I waited 15 minutes and the Jack never came back to me. I think he answered the phone just to stop it from ringing. Really bad customer service!

I dont normally write reviews, but I am pretty astonished about what just happened from buying products from this store.I bought a VooPoo Too kit in April, 2020 and the mod worked great for about a month. About a two weeks in a noticed that the bottom of the mod started loosening up, but didnt think much of it because it was just a little loose. A couple days later the base of the mod just comes right off and now I have a broken Mod.I called to ask if I could get a refund or have them fix it, but the guy at the store basically told me that if he couldnt fix it, I would just have to buy another one.Ive used VooPoo mods before and I love the product, but this store is selling some broken mods to people at FULL PRICE saying its discounted when it fact it wasnt.Stay away from this store.

Went here because Im freshly back to orange county. Went to another vape shop first and they didnt have what I wanted and were not very friendly. Met Amir and he was way super helpful, awesome friendly attitude and explained some new things on the vape market i wasnt familiar with. This will be the only vape shop Ill be going to in the future. There are other vape shops a lot closer to me but for sure the prices are amazing and the customer service was nothing short of amazing. So happy I stumbled in here. Would highly recommend!

Tried to buy a delta 8 cart. Opened it was smoked as there was only 75% full. On top of that the cart was burned and auto hitting when i brought it back with the receipt the dude with no personality bascually just sat there giving me every excuse he could think of instead of simply just swapping the product out for a new one (like most vape shops do) and even tried to blame my battery. Just bought trom another shop. And their carts are hitting just fine 😂🤡

I love this place!!! Since starting vaping to quit smoking, I have been learning more about it and been to several different vape shops, but after finding Vape Avenue and shopping there I have not gone anywhere else. The staff is great and they even let me bring my dog Sevin!!! I recently started a new job in Riverside and had to move, but it is still worth driving to Huntington Beach for all my vaping needs. I have been to many, many other shops in the search for the right place to be able to aid in my switching to vaping from cigarettes and we are all in when it comes to Vape Avenue!!! Great store. This is my go to vape shop every time I need something for my vape. Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff specially Loren and Miguel.

This shop is horrible. Their prices are ridiculously over priced. And their staff there leaves much to be desired. If you’re looking for rude service and staff that knows nothing about vaping then this is the place for you.

Miguel and Nate are amazing, watermelon berry is my favorite flavor ever and they helped me pick it out 😈

This place is rad. Ive purchased my last 3 vapes here (Ive broken many). Their shelves always has the top mods and juices. Awesome environment at a great location.
