This place was like wow. The cute words on the door definitely caught my eye. Im 53 with a condition of neuropathy and the THC Vapes pens are so convenient to use . Bought a few things as well and Rain a very young polite lady that was very resourceful . Im definitely giving this business a 5 star. Go check it out. Alot of very cool things. Thc helps where the bad medicine will kill you. The Thc vape pens have 2ml of thc it will last about a week or more. Went to smokies on rt60 in Huntington wva today first time ever and the service was great I was met by a girl named Maggie who was very helpful and patient with me. They had a very good variety and she was very knowledgeable also.

Hey!! Tell me where did all of the friendly staff go? I think the person responding to the negative reviews is the guy who waited on me today. Not friendly at all! No smile and no thank you! If I may guess, I’d say it was like his rich Daddy made him go to work today to pay for his Benz and he wasn’t a bit happy about it.I’ve purchased 2 vapes that weren’t acceptable from this business and never had a problem with an exchange because I always test them before I leave the store.It’s always busy when I’ve gone but cannot complain about wait time. Other than today there have always been plenty of energetic and knowledgeable staff who were anxious and glad to help! I’ll add they helped with a professional attitude and a smile! I’d like to see Pleasant and friendly staff again so I know that my business is appreciated! Hopefully the next time I stop in all look forward to my next visit!!

I used to go to this shop weekly and spend over $100 each trip. I over looked the staff that acted like it was a bother to have to assist me as a customer, or just plain act like they hate even being where they are, bc hey lets face it some people naturally have the personality of door mats. I recently tried to start taking my business back here but both times I get there 15-20 minutes before close I find the door is already locked. I get that people are just ready to go home at the end of a shift but closing a business early really says alot about a place. I guess the owners are so well off they can just afford to close whenever their employees decide they are done for the day. Oh well, leason learned, I will continue to go to the place i switched to. They may not have the late hours smokies SAY they have, that makes it possible for me to stop by on my way home from work but my business is appreciated there and the doors are always open and closed at the times posted. You would think with as many smoke shops as there are around this town you might want to think about how you are treating the people keeping you in business.

Maggie and kaylee were amazing ! They talked to us about tobacco wraps and really went beyond to make sure they looked correctly for them. 10/10 experience and I’d highly recommend if you want good customer service , to come on a day there working ! Nothing better than to feel wanted and appreciated for our business.

They are extremely rude and need to learn costumer service! They need to stop people at the door to I.D not wait until someone is trying to buy something. Place looks great but when I called to ask for a specific brand since I am not from the area ...not even from the state!!I needed a specific flavor, the attendant wasnt even bother to put me on hold until she was done doing with w/e was making her busy, she just simply said I have the brand but I am too busy to check if we have the flavor! Way to go! great customer service...not!

I visit this store about once a week and every time I enter the staff greets me with a smile. The staff is always extremely pleasant and efficient when working with customers. They are very knowledgeable of the products they offer, for example I always purchase Airbars and when I am unsure of which flavor to try I am always given great input to make my decision. The facility is always clean and organized, maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. I go out of my way to return to this location because my product is always stocked, the store is in great condition, and the staff brings exceptional service. Keep doing what you all are doing, the hard work is evident and much appreciated!

Service here is always excellent! I bought an old stock vape for $5, but the first few I tried were duds. It’s a common thing for older vapes, but the cashier let me pull some until I found the right one. Now I’m left with a great, cheap vape and the satisfaction of being a happy customer. I recommend anybody to go to Smokie’s if they’re in the market for a new vape, cheap or not!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They NEVER answer the phone and the its run by people who are money hungry. Everything is extremely over priced for what? Like come on seriously $500+ for a puffco rig thats only $220 on the actual website? I went to Michigan to a smoke shop and they gave it to me for the same price as its marked online, knocked off the taxes, and gave me a free bottle of 99% rubbing alcohol and a container of q-tips for FREE. This smoke shop is a joke.

ITS A GREAT PLACE TO GO when you need special order or items that you cant find The two guys On night are very friendly and always making sure i am satisfied and have what I need or close to what Im looking for. I recently got a torch and he walked me though his product line from what was the top selling to the least to what his opinion was and gave me a variety of options. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and I really like that! The manager now, Katie, is absolutely professional and friendly. They have a great rewards program too! I updated my review because they have really expanded their store and selections, they have improved on their staff customer service, and they are doing a lot better than when they first opened!

He had dreadlocks and a bunch of silver rings and he wears a jacket that says RAW all over it. He helped me find what I needed when I wasnt even sure what I was looking for. And he was very nice!

Every vape accessory in the store is extremely overpriced. You can get the same items at other stores in Huntington for easily $5-$6 cheaper. It doesn’t make sense for their juices to be $25-$30, and in a store that’s like 2 miles away that same exact juice is $20. Plus they never have any coils in stock. Would not recommend.

Looking for CBD or delta 8? You name it, they have it... Super friendly folks here. Also great selection of glass without the premium glass price. Great place to frequent as well as you never know when they will put a ridiculously low price on something. (happens a lot..).. 5 stars doesnt come easy from me, but well earned.

I was a long time customer but that changed today! I purchased an R&M tornado 7000 yesterday evening and it DOES NOT WORK. I have had this issue before and they replaced it with no issue. I called this morning and the “boy” I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional and said they don’t do exchanges. How is replacing a defective vape, purchased yesterday, an exchange? He said the manager is gone until Monday and he is in charge. I can understand exchanging something that somebody just doesn’t like but when it comes to something that doesn’t work you should replace it. $23 down the drain, smh! I will not go back.

Only place in the area where I’ve gotten faulty vapes. If you don’t check to see if it works on site they won’t replace it regardless if you spent 20-30 dollars on it even if you are a repeat customer. The store clerks will always pressure you to tip or buy them a vape. Will no longer go to this location.

Im from Texas. I look for vape shops of all varieties. I came here at the suggestion of a coworker. Though they didnt have the kratom prices I liked the goth girl with their oh so cute ensemble and cane were so sweet and helpful. They had on sale Mr Fogs for my emergency stash. A wonderful selection of gifts and good pre rolls for under 10 bucks. Will return!

By far my favorite smoke shop. The tenders are always welcoming when you enter. They have a wide selection with many options. I was kinda clueless to what exactly I wanted, the last time I visited, but this super cute and informative tender named Vana hooked me up and helped with a little problem solving while I was there. 😉🤪 definitely be vising again soon.

Ive been buying disposable vapes for the last month, today I went in and bought a refillable one, I did not catch the guys name that helped me but I had no clue how to put it all together and he went out of his way to do so and show me! I highly recommend this shop!

Pretty big selection on products compared to other stores. Lots of yocan vapes and good pricing on it too. The guy working there was really nice and patient. He had a lot of customers to deal with at once and he handled it well.

Employee was awful, seemed put out that I was even there, despite spending over $60. She was all around rude and kept belching loudly. Also seemed high on the job.

This is basically a large head shop type place with vape products, smoking products supplements, THC products, back packs, handful of decorative items, some T shirts and a lot of other miscellaneous products. They do have a promotion of money off if you give them your phone number during your purchase. Discounts are earned after buying a certain amount of products. Not a bad place and one of the larger stores of this type in the area.

Favorite smoke shop around town!! The employees here are amazing they are open to answer any question, explain any piece, and hook you up with everything you need to turn you evening in bliss. Ive gotten all my.favorite pieces from Smokies. Im defiantly going back soon.

Dark haired girl working and blonde was overly rude.Update:Went back the other day to give em a 2nd chance and this time was worse then the 1st. The girl gave me the wrong flavor and size vape I asked for and had another not to work. Friendly staff, BUT if you buy a damaged vape that you obviously didn’t know was damaged / burnt then they will NOT exchange it, and they will NOT give you your money back. So not only are you lost out on money , you’re lost out on nicotine! RIDICULOUS!! Some vapes are expensive. Especially in the world we live in today!!!

Wes helped us find a vreat vape and juice. I have already been there 4x this week and the staff there are very quick and helpful. They are so nice and extremely patient while helping find exactly what you want. I had an issue with the first vape i bought that wouldnt work and they replaced it.

That in itself gives me an enormous amount of respect to them because they’re my friends and they have spoke very highly of you and your team. There was a an epic war in the parking lot.... The parking lot was getting hit with artillery and a piece of shrapnel hit my vape. I Was glad this place was here! I was able to go in and get a vape and finish the war (which we won by the way). If you look you can still see the artillery damage in the parking lot.

Next day i make sure to get the box and they will not exchange them.Will find another place to go and warn my friends of their policyI understand people will lie and try to get free replacement when they are all used up. But i purchased 4 disposable pens and i would find it hard to go thru one from 9PM to 11am the next day.

Customers not wearing masks as well as some of the employees. Bought a Mr fog Max and I usually go to another store but came here because it’s closer and I tried it and it was horrendous. I compared it to old ones that I had that died and the fonts different and it feels different as well. Pretty sure they’re just selling disposable vapes off wish. Bought a bunch of puff bars from there and checked the barcode on the back on Puffbars official website and all of them were counterfeit and fake. This is very sad because that’s not how businesses should lie to customers and it’s not like they are cheap anyways. Just spent all this money for nothing.

I went in to purchase my first dab pen. I was unsure of the differences between the disposables and the non disposables and which one i would prefer. I ended up purchasing a disposable Maui Wowi that should last for at least a week. I believe my next purchase will be for a permanent dab pen instead.
