Best massage I’ve ever had. Therapist left the the room briefly a couple of times, but returned in less than a minute. Lasted the entire hour. Great job!

Worst massage experience ever. Charged up front and wanted a tip up front. Waited 15 min for the therapist to return. Started fine, then she took a call from her boy friend on speaker and continually texted for twenty minutes. Then, a second girl came in and wanted me to pay $50 more for 30 min or $20 more for 15 minutes. All three while talking Chinese to each other. Both are rude and unprofessional. At best, it was light rubbing. Neither of them know anything about massage. This is a front to funnel $ to China. Wish Id read these reviews before. It doesnt even deserve a 1- star.

My husband and I are form out of state and decided to try out Tranquil Massage we are giving a 5 star review for any reasons! Clean room professional knowledge and friendly staff will definitely recommend and be back!!!

Very nice spa. I got a very good medium massage.

It is a pretty decent massage parlor but the staff seems to be more interested in money than the customer or the experience. They tried to charge me an extra $40 for 30 minutes because they were unprepared and running behind. They also tried to charge me $20 to take a shower because of me sweating a little while laying on the table. The manager/owner does NOT care about the customers and had the audacity to ask for a tip when she did absolutely nothing. I suggest you go anywhere else for a better experience.

We had a lovely experience getting a couples massage here. Prices are really good too. The ladies were both very kind and attentive. They each asked us if the massage was to our liking, and we felt very at ease, and our muscles felt great!

The girl who gave me a massage today was an absolute gem! It was my first time getting a professional massage and she left a great impression. She popped my back, used hot stones, helped relieve pain in areas I have been struggling with, and even helped me stretch at the end! Hopefully I get her again next time I go!

This massage place has shady business practices and is only concerned about your money. When you first walk in they require cash payment before the massage. However, the omit the fact that they in fact have a credit card machine. I found this out after the massage, because they take tips using credit card. Additionally, they charge a $3 fee to pay with credit card. On top of all of this, the massage therapist thought she could TELL me to tip her $20. They are so greedy, they dont even realize that in America, the CUSTOMER decides what to tip based on the quality of the massage. Additionally, I didnt even really enjoy the massage because the massage therapist was too busy trying to upsell me on additional services during the massage. She asked repeatedly if I wanted a longer massage or a table shower. It prevented a relaxing and therapeutic mood. Finally, the location is very noisy, and I could hear traffic from the Parkway during the massage. I recommend people take there business to Christinas Place or Monterey Massage, where they know how to treat a customer with respect and care, instead only seeing customers for the money.

This shop is very good service, into the store to my feeling very comfortable, including the store interior layout is very good, massage the way the master is also very professional, people relax and ease tired

Horrible experience went there, they charged me and my friend up front as soon as we got there. Next one of then came in my room demanding tip money. Really pushy and non professional. Come here if you want to feel robbed!!

My wife and I each had a 60 minute massage on 8 June19, and it was one of the best we have had in Huntsville.,,,and we get massages every week. The Asian massage therapists were very friendly and polite...and really knew how to give a good professional massage with just the right pressure, and they would ask if pressure/massage was okay. My therapist Lisa was number one. Also the spa was very clean and comfortable, and you get full 60 minutes of table time unlike many in Huntsville area. This is a fantastic massage place. Kelly clearly knows what she is doing and it shows. She did a fantastic job ironing out some of my biggest knots between my shoulder blades.I cant wait to go back and get the rest of my back and knots worked out.

Best Massage is not anywhere near the best.This new massage spa is located in an old office building which reeks of old cigarette smoke. Theyve tried to paint over the smell but the smell is everywhere.Upon arrival I requested a 90-minute massage and Amy, the therapist, quoted $90 for the 90 minutes. Thats pretty standard for an Asian massage spa. She seemed very nice and welcoming.Then she held out her hand. $90 please. Ive never in my life been asked to pay for a massage in advance.You want to be paid in advance? I asked. She nodded.I almost walked out, but decided she may be worried about non-payment -- why I dont know. So, I paid $90 in advance. I was escorted to a massage room with a curtain (no door) and then, at the last minute, changed to a different room. The massage table had numerous layers of cloth covering and a cloth cover for the face rest. Was it changed between massages? I wondered.I had a passable, kind of perfunctory massage. Amy had some strength but no real technique. She insisted on trying to stretch my back despite my repeatedly telling her Id had back surgeries and did not want to stretch.The massage was ok, so-so, nothing spectacular. Then, as I was dressing to leave, Amy walked back through the curtain, apparently unconcerned that I might still be dressing. She asked me how I liked the massage and I said It was ok.I then handed her my $10 change from the $90 prepaid massage and she looked annoyed. No. She said. You tip $20 for 90-minute massage. Not $10.I was perplexed. Youre telling me what to tip? Really? She insisted. So, to avoid an argument, I paid her a $20 tip, whereupon she wanted to hug me like we were good friends and she asked me to come back soon.I wont be doing that. Monterrey Massage on Winchester Road is far superior than Best Massage and despite the drive Id rather go there.

This place used to be good but has gone to terrible. They take phone calls during your massage. The dont listen to what you need, they just assumed my husband and I wanted to be in the same room and spent the 85% massage on the upper back even when I told him that my lower back needed help. I will not be back.

I came to this massage studio, the Asian masseur r very friendly, but with pretty strong hands which was perfect for me. I had a bad aching on back, and I felt pretty released afterwords. Im heading home in California this weekend, I will be back after 3months.
