Scheduled a one hour couples massage for a Saturday morning using only my phone number. No names asked. Upon arrival, I saw client intake forms on the counter but the girl at the front just confirmed my phone number and told me to follow the man to the room.Upon entering the room, I was shocked. The bed was covered in paper. It felt like the gowns you cover up with at a doctors office. The worker covered the face pillow with paper towels and it felt rough on the skin. Your body was covered up only by a very thin sheet that could no doubt be seen through. There was no blanket.My husband suffers from chronic pain and this was his first massage. I had given him an overview of what would happen so he would be prepared. I told him the masseuse would ask about problem areas, light versus hard touch, etc... There were no questions asked. I tried to tell them, my husband needed a light touch because it was his first massage, but the language barrier was hard and they clearly didnt understand what I was saying. The massage started and it was absolutely deep tissue. I didnt want a deep tissue and I knew my husband could definitely not handle a deep tissue. The lights stayed on until it was time flip over, the men just raised the sheet all the way and yelled face up! Someone spoke through a walkie talkie presumably to tell them time was up because he was in the middle of massage my legs, and when she spoke, he just dropped my legs and said okay. Bye.My husband was so sore, he could barely walk. I had to help him get dressed. By the end of the day, bruises had started forming on both of us and now, the next morning, our bodies are extremely sore.Would never visit this place again! These people are not trained to do massage therapy.

I was massaged by a lady that was using way less pressure than I asked for repeatedly. When I asked front desk lady to make it right she said to get a man next time. I then asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge she said he left two days ago, whatever that means. Idk what they wanted me to do, should I have asked for a new person mid massage?! 🤦🏼‍♂️ After me trying to get her to explains, she just sat with a blank stare and I decided to just leave because it seemed like I was getting nowhere.

Choose the level of back massage strength appropriately. Hard will make you cry if your back is jacked up. Excellent massage place at a good price!

Good massage, but they cancelled my wifes online appointment 20 minutes (!!!) beforehand while we were on the way there. They then claimed she did not have an appt, but luckily there was an availability 30minutes after initial appt time. They then went on to tell her NOT to use online portal in future and to just call... Whats the point of having the online service then? Luckily, the massage was very nice, but the rigmarole added and unnecessary headaxhe that they were thankfully able to kneed out. Points for that, I suppose.

Fantastic, revitalizing massage with the perfect firm pressure. The rooms are not fancy but you get a wonderful massage.

Do Not go here. Had an absolutely horrible experience earlier this year. Been getting massages for years and tried this place out. There are just certain places on the body as a massage therapist you Ask First before touching, and you Stop when the client says no. Will be reporting this incident. Also, of lesser magnitude, but still horrible experience, comments about the clients weight should Never be made, including you need to eat healthier. I am disgusted and frankly scared of their practices.

This place is a scam. I came in on a Sunday and purchased an hour massage after doing yard work all weekend. When I got dressed and put on my watch I saw that the massage had gone over. I really didn’t think much about it, only that I would have been happy for it to have stopped on time because it wasn’t that great. I stopped by the front on my way out, tipped the masseur cash and signed my receipt. 3 days later I got a new charge of $40.00. When I went by to question it the attendant about it all he could say was that they have me on video leaving after 100 minutes. I explained that I paid for an hour and that if the masseur went over it wasn’t my fault. I was face down on the massage table. He was very rude anss said I should have know how long I was there. After much discourse he only offered to give me a credit, which I declined. And the attendant kept calling more men over during the discussion like he was trying to intimidate me. I finally told him I’ll just fight the charges and left.

Ok so I’ve come here a couple times with friends and it’s been pretty good besides the semi awkward atmosphere of the employees all talking to each other and laughing. (And you don’t know what they’re saying) Today I went in by myself for a 45 min chair massage because I didn’t have a full 60 min to spare. I arrived at 2:45 and left at 3:15, so I only received a 30 minute massage. I was charged $45 which is how much the 45 minute massage costs. So $55 after tip for 30 min massage. That’s not a bad price, but it’s the wrong price.I would have loved to call back and complain once I realized the mistake, but since no one there I’ve ever met can even make general conversation…I figured they wouldn’t understand. I’m not sure if I’ll be going back.

Absolutely wonderful! The establishment is clean and pleasant, the therapists each have a great repertoire of skills, and the prices are the best in town. I tend to get chair massage and finish with a foot massage, but the hour table massage is my favorite. I try to come here twice a month because I have a very physically demanding job; because Wellness Massage does good work, I am able to as well! I highly recommend this business. ✨💯✨

I got a reflexology foot massage (1 hour) Saturday and it was exactly what I needed. I love to have my feet massaged, but therapists usually dont get deep enough; Dany was perfect with pressure and didnt even have to ask. Because its reflexology, its hitting every part of the foot (and of course has the deeper benefits of reflexology). I will be returning regularly and cant wait to try their other services. Oh! And they have a punch card for a free 1 hour foot massage after 10. Definitely a good incentive.

Our techs Andy and James were so nice and very thorough. They took great care of us and really listened and helped our trouble areas. Highly recommend. We had foot and full body massages. I have been having difficulties with a stiff neck and a sore hip. Amy has helped significantly after just 2 visits. I will return for her to finish loosening these tight spots. She has given; at my request, a deep tissue massage to help relieve these issues.

This is my first time receiving a massage in Huntsville and I am very disappointed. I called to make an appointment for June 20th a week or so prior for a couples massage. Our appointment time was 1:00 but we weren’t brought back until 1:20. We asked what was going on and they said they were cleaning the room. When walking to the bathroom we noticed they only had one couples massage room. Which appeared occupied at the time. When the couple before us came out they immediately took us back to that same room. The sheets did not feel clean and there was a hole in the sheets. I went to massage therapy school and so many things jumped out to me. They never asked us our allergies or had us fill in the intake paper. Maybe that’s a rule in AL as I went to school in FL. The massage therapist were not gentle in moving the blankets around or when lifting my feet for the bolster. During the massage the therapists were speaking in another language to each other and laughing. When asked to stop they stopped for a max 10 min. My therapist continued stopping and my friend stated he picked up his phone as well. During the massage my therapist left the front door opened so he can grab hot stones. We were naked on the table and he just had the door wide open. This was a horrible horrible experience. I feel horrible for people who come here and it’s their first massage. This is not how real massages are. We had to cut the massage short it was horrible. When we walked out to pay, the receptionist Asked if we felt good. We had nothing to say. I was skeptical but never in my wildest dreams did I think it would be this bad. We had done our nails right after and that was more relaxing then what we experienced at wellness massage. I will never come to wellness massage or recommend it to anyone!

I went today and it was a nice place. Its an Asian massage place. Only relevant because its generally a different technique and atmosphere compared to a place like hand and stone. Cheaper too. One hour is $60 plus tip. I will probably go back. I think for the price and availability its a good bargain.

I was desperate for someplace I could just walk in and hopefully get some relieve from a backache I had from moving furniture several days earlier. I got an intense 15 min chair massage. When it was over I felt great! No more pain in my shoulders and I floated out the door. I am going back to try a foot massage next

I booked a 60 minute massage for two. My friend and I were placed in separate rooms because she arrived first, despite my asking otherwise.

First of all when calling to schedule my appointment the lady didn’t even ask my name. Upon arriving for the appointment they didn’t even have it written down and I was greeted by a non speaking English male. Then I was taken into the massage room for foot massage and a male was assigned to me while 6 other men sat in the room folding towels and speaking another language while I was trying to be relaxed. Well that didn’t last long because they were raided by the police and go figure , not none of the men was even licensed for massage. Didn’t pay and will never go back.

Best massage. I Left feeling supremely relaxed. You can’t beat the price and availability! As long as you don’t expect the exact same atmosphere as a typical spa that charges double, you will leave happy.

I have done foot and chair massage and loves both. I recommend this place. The prices are great. They will try to upsell on the chair massage so watch that. Also the chair massage is a lot of pressure so you might not like it if you prefer gentle pressure but it was perfect for me!

I was in pain when I came in today! I was in need of a quick 15 minute massage to manage to go to work. They got me in, my massage was amazing, and I’m starting to feel better! I’ll be back soon!

So relaxing $55 for 30 minute soothing foot in the water then leg and foot massage. It doesnt stop there. You are then swept off your feet with a 30 minute massage. I take a nap afterwards.....I recommend!

I got the 30 minute chair massage. I felt like I got beat up by a baseball bat. I had to tell the guy to ease up he was hurting me so bad. The only other worst experience I have had was with the massage chairs at Parkway Place Mall. I would not recommend.

The foot massage is my favorite. But all services are at a good price. Very nice folks. But they will try to sell you extra services or a lo get massage.
