What are the nicer places in Huntsville? To be able to go and get a really nice rig or anything that you need go in talk to him. Theyre really nice and helpful theyll do any kind of deal whatever you would like.

Would be five stars if the night employee there tonight was not customer zero for the legal hemp products.Girl was so high she rang up a box of coils three times, one for each coil...and tried to justify it...$60 for three coils?Also tried to argue that the phrase also available in salt meant the juice inside the box was a salt.Now I understand the need for warnings about peanuts in peanut butter.Other than that, great selection and great fodder for amateur comedians. Definitely check them out but watch your totals people!

The crew are amazing. Wanted to quit smoking and these guys provided a better alternative. Each of the staff that have helped us in selecting our devices were trustworthy and thorough. They each take the time to explain and answer all of our questions especially when we choose our flavors. We travel to come there and its worth it. Awesome place, great atmosphere, and cant wait to try other flavors.

Its with a very heavy heart (sounds corny I know) that Eco Smoke will be closing their doors for good at end of business on Dec. 10th 2022. I hate this so much. This place has been part of my routine for the past 2yrs. I really hate to see them go. I wish them all the luck in the world with any future endeavors. Great products, Great people. Super knowledgeable staff. I drive 30mins out of my way to go to this place. Thats a big deal because I dont do that for hardly anything. And its totally worth it. Love this place!

I found the customer service pretty good, but the prices are ...elevated. The staff seems pretty knowledgeable, but theres also a hint of parroting what they heard someone else say - somewhat along the lines of Heres my sales pitch citing specs...oh, a question? Let me ask someone...Since I found another place that sells my preferred flavor at HALF the price, I havent been back.

Very Professional and Knowledgeable staff! I wish I wouldve gone to them first before ordering the blu ecig! They spent their time educating me and helping me choose which model would be the best for me. Their store is very nice and extremely clean! Even though I no longer live in Huntsville, I am still going to do business with them.

I walked in at 7:57 hoping to buy juice. I already knew what I needed. It would have be a 2 minute transaction. But he told me the system shuts down before their posted closing time???! Why have your sign on, when you couldn’t help me? The guy with black and grey hair that I interacted with was snobby and rude! Plus the other times I come in, seems like they’re never stocked, and also have expensive prices on their juices. There actually has been a woman worker who was also rude as well before. It’s a no from me from now on.

If youre looking for good vapor - and I mean top shelf stuff - this is the place. AND, if you want to know more about what type of atomizer (aka mod) to get, I strongly suggest this shop. The staff live and breath the products and know all of the flavors in shop. I wanted a higher wattage mod and they put me with the perfect one today. Absolutely worth going over to this shop.

Nice little vape store with comfy seats and helpful service. My only criticism would be they didnt seem to have a complete knowledge of some of their stock, but they were as helpful as they could be. Nice selection of vape juice, first time in a long time I found a new one I liked!

This place has a lounging area , with a TV, and a bar to sit and decide which juice you would like to try out of the huge selection they have! There isnt much juice to look at but they do have a big menu you can read through. Always kind ❤️ good luck with not smoking!

I bought a vape pen that doesnt work. Cant reach them by phone and am unable to get to the store before they close. The device was $40. You win some you lose some.

The store is organized and clean. The staff is very friendly and informative. And they have an excellent selection of electronic smoking devices. I choose the Ego, and I havent picked up a cigarette since.

The Positives: Clean store. Somewhat of a knowledgeable staff. Lastly, offers items that can help you get off smoking and into vaping.The Negatives: WAY overpriced, and I mean double and sometimes triple what you can find elsewhere. I understand youre in the business to make money but to price gouge people that dont know better? Not the type of business I would trust putting my faith into. If youd try to be competitive in your prices youd probably have more return customers that were satisfied instead of feeling as if theyd been violated once they started to look at the web for information.The other negative is the snobbish staff Ive hand to endure. Ive been to their store twice and heres the skinny. First time was when the shop opened up within two months. The girlfriend got me their $99 special starter kit that I later looked up and she could have bought the same thing from the internet for a mere $35 WITH shipping. The first time I went there was I went totally dry on my cartomisers and had to cough up double the price for something I SHOULD have kept in inventory from the internet but hey, my loss their gain. When I was buying this, I had to listen to a couple of the staff dealing with customers while the employee that was dealing with me went to the back to find my goods. I understand trying to get someone new to vaping but why try to sell a beginner basically a hookah setup? hahaha. The last time I was in there I had to burn some time waiting on some a Chilis and went into the store. This time I just went in browsing, not showing any signs of being a vapor user. Well, it was a train wreck. Try selling me either the special which is overpriced, or try to get me to buy a high end hookah cloud chasing machine, which is way overpriced.So, in the end, if you want to be bent over a pretty counter having your wallet violated all the while having them whisper how their hookah is sweet then youve hit the jackpot. Go elsewhere.

Hands down the best vape shop I have visited. We were in Madison from out of town, and it was a great place to refill on the road.

The University location is awesome!! All of the employees are so educated and helpful. I never worry Im getting ripped off, I know they are going to be honest and give me exactly what Im looking for!!

I was very happy with this company until I recently tried to return a defective part. Thursday I bought a new atomizer and was thrilled to find the prices only about double what I would pay online via mad-vapes. Unfortunately what I also found was a lack of accountability and responsibility on the part of eco smoke. The atomizer has a bad seal on the bottom of the tank causing a constant slow leak. This caused me to go through a full work day without nicotine and with sticky hands. Upon trying to return the item they flat refused citing their policy listed on the wall. My question is whether or not its worth 9.99 to sell a defective product and refusing to correct the situation thus causing your customer base to do business elsewhere? Do you, eco smoke really have what it takes to survive on hit and run sales? I dont think so. Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

My husband and I and also my niece went to EcoSmoke on University Drive and spoke with Dove and he explained the batteries, voltage, vaporizing techniques and let us try MANY flavors until we found the taste we needed to get OFF the cigarettes once and for all! We have been on the EcoSmoke program for almost 2 weeks and none of us have bought any cigarettes or even wanted a regular cigarette! We enjoyed our visit there and will be dealing with Dove from here on out!!!

Outstanding experience today, my salesman was very informed on the products I was shown and he explained different rigs to me in detail, which helped since I have no idea what Im looking at.

I just feel like the guy who helped me didnt wanna admit he didnt know what he was talking about sold me a tank that lears so bad like while Im sleeping leaks all over my night stand and I asked about leaking because I was worried about it he promise me up and down thats not a problem for this this Ive had it for less the a full 24 hours and its doing this.. plus it cast more then at other vap shops.. I just had better experiences at still smoken vape shop or kicking my habit because if there was anything they didnt know about thats at least be honst about it.

Eco Smoke still carries the American Tobacco brand of vape juice. The Sofa King tocacco flavor has been discontinued by the manufacturer and the supply from another vape shop has already been depleted. My wife and I have tried other alternatives but this brand comes closest to a straight tobacco flavor. Ordering is especially easy as Eco Smoke has set up an easy to navigate web page for online orders or for store pickup.

Bought a smok v9 stck, had about 5 days, I busted my tank and to ensure I didnt vape glass, I changed out the atomizer with the one that came with my stick and it still didnt work guy at eco smoke said the atomizer maybe shorted out, even though its new but on top of that he didnt have any more in stock!! So now Im with out my vape😣😣😣😣😣

Great Staff, Great Selection, and the people here are always willing to help you do anything they can to help you! If you want to stop smoking, this is the best choice in my opinion for all new Vapers!
