Said online they close at 7. Went at 6:20 and the door was locked with a closed sign on the door. It’s unprofessional and not good for business to not follow business hours. Love the people and love the store but that’s not a good look.

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Great prices! Great variety! You wont be disappointed, I promise. I wanted to save money from buying adisposable vape every week or two. I was even more undecided on what kit Id want after searching online. I had no clue a vape had so many different parts to choose from. Their employee was awesome. He answered every question I asked. Showed me what to do with the different parts of machine. His help make my decision super easy.

Im a regular here, and I love it. They have a heavy focus on tanks and custom flavors. Almost nothing for RDA folk like me on the hardware side, but the custom flavors are amazing. Also, have you ever been to a mom and pop store? You know how the staff remember everyone and are super excited and nice all the time? Yea, thats the staff here. Love this place.

I am so impressed with the customer service at this place. I have gone in and worked with Sierra twice now and I just want to rave at how wonderful she is. She is patient, knowledgeable, helpful and so very friendly. Will definitely be using elk river vape shop exclusively for the above reasons. It is so hard to go to an establishment these days and find someone with these qualities.

Great prices, wonderful tasting liquids, and a great variety. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! The only thing I wish would change is that the testers should actually work. When using the ones they have now, there is never a cloud that comes out after trying it. It makes it difficult to truly taste the liquids. Other than that, its a fantastic store and Im glad that they are growing!

I dont understand why there are any negative reviews of this store because I love every single staffer who works at this shop. They have awesome pricing and their mark-up isnt outrageous, unlike other area retailers, which is one of the many reasons why I love to walk in there on a weekly basis. I, for one, am happy with my Elk River experience.

Absolutely love this place! Its basically the perfect little vape shop! The employees are all very nice, helpful, honest and straight forward! Plus their prices are EASILY the best around!! ☺️☺️

This place is my stop for vapor supplies. Staff is talkative, engaging, and all around fun to interact with. Its small enough that it isnt crowded and you get full attention from the staff, if but a short wait when theyre helping those already here because they know its an awesome place and arrived before you did. Rarely more than a 2 queue ahead of you. So its still short wait if one at all.Their liquid is excellent as their service. This is my number one pick for the vaping supplies in Huntsville.

Only place that I go for vapes and oils. Staff is incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. Prices arent bad either and they make a great vape juice in store. Thats what I get every time I go there.

The woman and younger woman running the shop are very friendly, knowlegable and helpful. After a conversation about my minty desire, they set me up with Winter is Coming, which I am currently enjoying. When I return, I am certain theyll help me reach my goal with a custom blend.

Horrible! Do not buy from them! They deliberately and blatantly lie saying the government passed a law they cannot take any returns. Insulting the intelligence of their customers. THEY sold me the right stuff during the sale conversation but BAGGED the wrong items and refused to make it right both times. The first was the oversized batteries for the charger and vape also in the bag! Another time, the model was said to go to 100w and it didnt, they refused to even trade like they sold me the last lemon thats been on the shelf for a year collecting dust. Lastly, after a ten minute conversation close to closing time, on my need for a coil that goes to 100w, I get home and waddayaknow ....60watt at best, 80watt limit. I chalked it up as self inflicted because I know better than to stop there. Theres not another vape shop in the vicinity (over Chapman mountain) so they kinda get by with getting one over on us. Hmph

I don’t suggest anyone to go here. Yesterday I purchase my husband a new vape which did not work and was leaking all over. Took it back to the store today and was told that it might be the coils and to just come back Monday to purchase a mesh coil which might work. Another employee there stated that the vape we purchased has had several complaints. We left there without them even trying to satisfy us. We will not be back! I hope this helps someone 🙂

All of the people I’ve met that work up there are really nice and know what they’re doing. They’ve got some really good juice as well. If your ever in there and Ciara is working your in luck, she’s the best!

I prefer service and product from Kicking My Habit. It is all around better at Kickin. If You wanna save money and dont care about the quality of your juice then they are alright.

The people here are fantastic. Faith and Sierra are two of the nicest and best people Ive met. They are always willing to help me get exactly what I want or need and they really know what theyre talking about.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. They sold me a device that did not work. I tried it right after buying it before I even left the property and it didnt work. The woman working told me it just needed to be charged. I charged it for over an hour and it still didnt work. I called them back and they said their policy is no refunds or exchanges (even on non working products). The woman was incredibly rude and tried to tell me walmart has the same policy ( they dont. No store I know does). I asked for the manager to call me but she didnt. Called their other store in Fayetteville left a message for the owners but they did not call me back. Called the Winchester store back when the manager was working and she was rude and refused to help me. She called me a bully because I demanded my money back for a non working product and told her her employee was rude to me. She threaten me with legal action when I told her I was going to write a negative review of my experience .

Awesome vape shop. Great deals on mods and the best juices around. I live 4 minutes from another vape shop in town and live 20 minutes from elk river. Til this day I would much rather drive the 20 minutes to get my Juices and any other vape supplies

I stopped by this morning to get information on vape products. I was ignored by what appeared to be 2 employees one I could see the other one I could only hear. All it seemed they cared about was having a conversation about covid with someone I assume was a customer. If I could give zero stars I would.

Staff is very friendly, in my opinion flavors are hit or miss, but once you find the ones you like the juice is affordable and easy on the coils

$5 minimum on credit or debit card purchases... Kinda ridiculous considering the shops markup... Overall, not that large of a shop and they seem to carry only the standard brands similar to eco smoke.... Not really sure Id drive outta my way to shop here.
