This store has sky rocketed in price. Much like everything else but when its just a day out browsing clothing and whatever it makes it impossible to impulse buy just cause a single screen printed shirt was 30$. However the store was clean and nice to look through.

Wow, what a fun shop. Tons of stuff to look through, from clothing to all kinds of jewelry, vape/CBD products, books, and tons more. Honestly, I think you could come here and find a gift for literally anyone if you looked long enough. Everything seemed reasonably priced and the staff were very helpful. If you dont know exactly what youre looking for theyll give you suggestions. Definitely worth a stop.

Used to be the only place I would go to buy my vape accessories until today.been trading here for years and all of a sudden they hire a new guy to work in here with a pissy attitude and short ,never had to show id until today,im in my late 40s and look it with my white hair and my 27 yr old daughter and her husband.we were going to spend a couple hundred dollars for our needs but after his attitude we left buying nothing ,there are too many places around to have to accept his attitude.i wont trade here unless I call ahead and know that kim is working,kim is the manager and treats everyone with respect and the only one I will deal with from here forward or ill simply go elsewhere.we came down from fayetteville just for this and now we will go back there to get our supplies.

Have been going to this shop for yeeeeears. Easily one of my top 5 places to shop in Huntsville. I go to get all of my vape related stuff, and their incense selection is Top Tier!!! Staff is cool and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. 5 stars, every time

Helpful employees even though I know I made them uncomfortable.. I did that on purpose just to see how they handled a 40 something with all kinds of questions..I felt as though they thought I was either a secret shopper or undercover police..lol....They were great especially the young gentleman that helped me out..

Bought a huge pack of incense at half price and a 5 pack of vape coils. They had exactly what I wanted. The service was excellent and personal. Even got points on the sale! Been shopping with them for years!

I have not to this business in over 7 years. They were still in Pratt Ave. the last time I was there. The store itself is very large and well stocked. This really cool store has a little, or a lot, of everything. The staff was super friendly! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Conversation was easy and welcomed. The staff was knowledgeable about their merchandise. When I find myself up that way again I will certainly stop in again!

The young lady who waited on me was very nice. But she didnt have a way to a tally of everything accurately. I picked several stones that were 2 for .99 and was charged .99 each.

1st visit here last week and the employee was so helpful and knowledgeable! Very inviting and she spent time answering my questions and truly listening to what my needs were! Wish I’d stopped in sooner!

One of my favorite stores ever! Awesome smoke accessories from a wide range of prices. Ive bought a couple pieces from there, one in the low price range and one of a little higher value and have been very pleased with both, and the price Ive paid. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and best of all, they have the best collection of band tees, MOST that I havent seen anywhere else, and not just the typical stuff you see at hot topic and Spencers... wish I could give 10 stars!

Loved it when it was in 5 points area. It took me awhile to find its new location. But its got great stuff, nice selection of clothing & stuff. Then theres the jewelry & other things. Love the bigger store, clean and not crowded so shopping is easier. The staff is polite, efficient and know their merchandise well.

I liked the shop until I needed to bring something back. Bought the wrong brand of refills. Day before. Unopened. With reciept. Wouldnt exchange them for correct ones. The girls really werent that nice about it either. Be sure you buy the right thing when you go in there.

The store is clean and well-kept. Theyve got plenty of cool shirts, pipes, eliquid and other neat stuff. The staff is super friendly and we experienced some awesome customer service by a guy who helped us pick out exactly what we wanted and had tons of patience while we were trying to decide. I cant emphasize enough how great the staff is!! They are a bit pricey but nothing not to be expected at a local shop with cool stuff!

Everyone knows that all shops like these are “all sales final” if you buy the wrong item, size, flavor, well that’s on you- as it should be.With that being said I recently bought a *brand name* piece of glass here that was not cheap. Being brand name I didn’t think to check the quality of the glass, my fault 100%. Never again will I not inspect a piece of glass, no matter what brand name it is.When I got home to use said piece of glass it was absolutely full of small air bubbles in the bottom of it. Anyone experienced with glass knows what that means. I immediately went straight back to Zero Gravity and was told all sales are final. I spoke to the manager and my case to her was I understand all sales are final, and I support that, but for a defective item (not wrong size item, wrong flavor etc etc) was there not a policy in place? She told me no- I then asked her was there anyway she could reach out to the next level of management and see if something could be done. She didn’t take it personal, get offended, or say no. She actually did it, and you know what? I was able to resolve the issue for the defective item.This is how you run and manage a business. Major kudos to the manager for being willing to escalate the situation even while being challenged. That is so rare and it honestly blew me away when she agreed to reach out to the next tier of management. This is why I shop at ZG, and will continue to shop here. 10 out of 5 stars.

Extremely knowledgeable and wonderful staff! Kim is amazing! Ask for her if you need help! She helped me get exactly what I was looking for and it was cheaper than a lot of the other places around! I am very happy with my visit there and I will definitely be a return customer!

Huge place full of cool finds of all sorts. The staff goes above and beyond to be as helpful and informative as possible. Good prices and great stop for folks new to HSV, they have great recommendations for local venues/social gatherings. Tammy in particular is great.

I placed an order and was told it would arrive in one week. When I called to see if it had arrived I was told maybe, maybe another week. I shared with the lady i was speaking with the temporary Vape I paid for did not work for me. She went on to explain why it should work and offered NO alternative. She actually stopped talking completely. In the past the service has been fantastic. I will not be returning to this store and will donate the liquid. I still believe that good customer service exist.

Decades old Huntsville business that is a go-to place for locals featuring vape, smoke and hippie merchandise. This store is a treat to all your senses. Decorated top to bottom with memorabilia. These gals run an awesome store and are very knowledgeable.

Rude customer service and weirdly high prices???? The main thing they had in there was actually a pretty decent selection of printed shirts but most were like 20$ but looked low quality I wouldnt have paid over 15 for them. No one was inside the store maybe one employee and she never even greeted us or asked if we needed help. Then when we finally asked for help we were talked down too really they did have a too cool for this vibe it was weird. Wont be back

I love this location zero gravity. When you walk in everybody is so polite and very talkative but in a friendly way. They help you find anything you need and are glad to help. They have a great selection of jewelry, clothing, and vape needs.

Its everything you can imagine under the sun! This shop has it all and is totally awesome. Tons of merchandise, clothing, incense, pipes, hookahs, and much more. The word Awesome comes to mind. Good atmosphere, great music and employees are young, hip and know their trade!

If your allergies cannot tolerate incense then you wont stay in there very little. Everybody was nice and they had a good selection of stuff.

The best place I can even think of for all of your witchy, creepy, and geeky needs! I wanted to buy everything in the store. I love my obsidian necklace and it was affordable as well! They also sell self defense tools like the cat keychains and pepper spray, ladies!

I stop in from time to time just to see if they had any good gauges I like, which they didnt. Then I went to the back to look for a piece to my pipe, they didnt have that either. Zero Gravity has a lot of cool stuff but never what Im looking for 🤷🏻‍♂️

Zero Gravity is the coolest store around. They always have the coolest jewelry and Ts that I know of. The sales people are awesome and know their stuff on the products that they carry. I make custom jewelry and when i have a design in my head Ill go there and find just what i was looking for.

Cool place, but staff is only friendly to regulars or their friends. I come in pretty often but never get treated with the same energy. The one in Decatur is way more invested in their customers new and regular.

Some cool stuff, all of it is over priced. I think I would have liked this store more in my teens. You can buy the same kinds of clothes and more on gypsy rose. Fun to browse. I got a neat greeting card.

They have some cool & unusual items. And the items are very pricey. Juice for eciggaretts is reasonable. There are a few employees who give outstanding and exceptional customer service. And a few who dont. Beware of their return policy! Ask questions about returns before you purchase !

I feel like its changed into a completely different store since they switched locations. It feels like they dont have the same awesome things that they used to when they had the old store. Am pretty disappointed with it now.. but the clothes are still cool, they still have some good items for witchcraft, but it feels like its turned into more of a teen shop rather than a shop where people could go and feel comfortable buying the things they cant get anywhere else. I always feel like people are watching me when I shop now... and when I look - they are. Pretty disappointed with the new shop.. I dont think the employees intended to make it like this, I feel like it just happened.

We shop at zero gravity often. We know they close at 7:00 pm. We spent over $100 and was going to spend close to another $100 but unfortunately we were rushed out of the store. The employees had a horrible attitude and it was very obvious they were more concerned about closing the store instead of making the sale. It was only 6:50 pm and the female employee said were closed so if you could hurry , that would be great.. absolutely terrible customer service. I work in the customer service industry. If I have a customer come in near closing time, I treat them no different than the first customer of the day. ...The male employee was very courteous, helpful and I wish he would have completed the sale. I Live in Huntsville but Next time Ill drive to Decatur if I want to shop at zero gravity.. Very Sad.

Kim and Sammy are always awesome they are always in great spirits and go out of there way to make sure you helped and satisfied ,if theres something they dont have they will call other stores and get it delivered. Thank you for your extra kindness

I came in looking for my first hookah and Tammy gave me everything I needed and even took the time to explain everything to me. The prices were also great!Best customer service I’ve had from anyone in my 23 years of living! Highly recommended!

The lady with the red hair that keeps changing her color and tattoos. Has a extremely bad attitude. Every time I come in there she always has something nasty and borderline rude to say out the side of her neck. Shes one of the girls in the photos provided. However the other associates in there seemed to have a level head and have good customer service skills.

Place is always awesome, great selection of juice and the employees are F@~king the best. They are like best friends to everyone who walks through the door. They joke and they kid which makes it an extremely inviting atmosphere.

I experienced great service and detailed instructions for using the products that I had an interest in. Ill definitely be back! Its much more customer friendly that dealing with the guy with the cowboy had at their biggest competition on Jordan Lane. Just my 2 cents worth. BTW, the products that I purchased worked perfectly and allowed me to pass a job requirement. DEFINITELY worth the $. I also purchased a small tobacco grinder that works great for $5. Will be back!

HUGE store compared to the last time I was at Zero Gravity years ago. Their body jewelry is reasonably priced compared to other places locally. I cant speak for prices of anything else because I went there just to get a CBR for a piercing. Staff was friendly and helpful enough.

When I walked into the store. No one ever greeted me. The staff was too busy talking with friends I am guessing. Maybe they were customers. Idk. I had to interrupt their conversation to get assistance at another counter. Once I did get help from a gentleman by the name of Cody. He was very informative. I will not be going back to this location.

No one spoke to me the entire time I was there. Not even when I walked up to the counter. This store is a far cry from its beginning on Pratt.

I just would like to say That I have been coming in the new store since it opened and there are two people who has went above and beyond to help with whatever I needed! I love Zero Gravity! Its my go-to place for incense, stones, and other stuff. They have a wonderful selection, and I could spend hours in there. The staff are really chill, and helpful. I cant wait to go back!

Operating as usual. You do have to wear a mask.Every employee Ive dealt with has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They all seem to enjoy working here and it shows in their attitudes and costumer service.

Neat place. With a variety of products and accessories. Toys, shirts, glass pipes, pop culture toys, jewelry, and synthetics. Great staff who are knowledgeable and friendly. A staple of the local subculture. I have been coming to this store since 1992 when it was in its old location.

15 years ago zero gravity was able to have a certain ego about themselves due to the fact that they were the only place around that you could find particular items, however those days are now done and over. The fact that the poor customer service that is offered by one particular employee (no names to mention, but I’m pretty sure you know who you are Rainbow Brite) I believe that I will go elsewhere to the several other options that are available and much better on pricing and customer service.

The store is cool but the staff is so RUDE! You have a super cool job and you think youre better than us, we get it. Would it kill you to smile? As soon as I walked in the woman asked me what do you want? Seriously??

Got a clearance T-shirt for five dollars which I thought was a wonderful day and I also got some earrings with the teeth on them it’s very cute, employees were very nice and helpful and patient even though I was in there until almost closing time

My favorite smoke shop. Tons of pop culture clothing and accessories, lots of pieces, incense out the ass, and all kind if house decorations. The band shirts are a little pricey, but most of the pieces and equipment is rather cheap. They also carry top shelf smoking equipment for reasonable prices. The people are friendly and always willing to help!

Great selection of e-cigs and merchandise for 60s and 70s grateful dead type stuff. My girlfriend loves that stuff so this is a great place for me to shop for presents and such.One staffer--a female, however, is ALWAYS Rude to men. So rude in fact, I havent been back. But other than her staff is great and friendly and helpful. Avoid the tall tan staffer. Shes cruel to guys for no reason.

For being a brick and mortar, the prices are not bad, less markup than I normally expect to see at a smokehouse. Good selection and the employees are willing to take time and help you find what you need. Would recommend.

Be careful buying here, they won’t take any returns. I bought $100 worth of whipped cream chargers that were defective and they wouldn’t even let me return the unopened box or get a store credit. I spent a lot of money in this store for merch, vape stuff, etc. and am a regular customer but they still refused to do anything to make it right.

This place has awesome merchandise but their prices are WAY TOO HIGH and the staff is super rude. Ive started ordering the same type of merchandise online just to avoid these people. One time I walked in there a few minutes before closing and this one guy was literally yelling across the store that they were closing and we should get the Hell out. I have been to other similar shops in the area, including the Cullman and Decatur locations under the same brand, but i will go out of my way to go to this location if i need something they sell. They dont do refunds or exchanges (Im guessing because of a combination of state and federal law, not to mention insurance liability) but the sales staff works hard to make sure you dont need to. They sell good products, keep them in good shape, and the staff have extensive product knowledge which helps to ensure you get exactly what you came in for. Talk to Cody about vape products, Tammy about the magical bead curtain products and know that Mel is completely amazing in every way and if shes mean to you its cuz you need to be nice. 5* strongly recommendExcellent value, inclusivity, friendly service, covid compliance, clean, well ventilated and handicap accessible.

Dude, I legit love this place. GOOD prices. You wont have to spend 30$more than intended. It not some greasy dude trying to steal you money. The people are super inviting and helpful. HUGE liquid/smoking device selection. Its a pretty great one stop smoke shop

I have been calling local vape stores in search of a skrr-s replacement glass. I had already called several places that just told me to come in. But when I called zero gravity they were the first ones willing to take a sec and see if they had any in stock. They did. At a great price as well. Definitely will be going back. Highly recommend. I’ve been going here for years and today was my very last time. Zero Gravity will never see another penny of mine. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. And if I’m not mistaking, this is a local business, not a chain. Your customers are how you stay open so be mindful of how you treat them.

They have good glass and interesting odds and ends. However, their employees are beyond lax and generally rude. I get the creeping suspicion that they dont even want customers to come back because it makes their job easier.

I have never had a problem at this place. I think previous bad post are ones that have no patience that rated this place a 1 star. I dont expect someone to speak to me every time I walk into a store. What I do expect is great customer service and I have ALWAYS had great customer service here. I haven’t been in zero gravity for almost 5 years(moved out of state). Went in last Wednesday 7-22-20 to get a new vape mod and juice. Cody was helping and as always was friendly! Not really thinking I just told him I’d take 1 battery and I’d be in over the weekend to get a couple more..... after 5 years Cody still remembered my battery preference and even the type of juices I like! Hands down the best experience ever! I wasn’t thinking but Cody was and took care of me! So Cody thanks again sir! And I’ll definitely be back!!!

I recently bought a crystal ball with a nice stand as a gift and once I opened the box the stand came with glue all over it the lady persisted in telling me we didn’t glue it all I wanted was a new stand I tried to exchange the stand. they were rude about it and wouldn’t let me compare the other stands to see if mines was faulty which obviously it was and they kept hassling me about the recipe

Zero gravity is the place to go for vaping needs!! The staff is super educated and always willing to spend as much time as needed to teach you about anything youre buying!! They have some pretty cool clothes and other items there as well!!

I’m a truck driver and have experienced vape stores all over the country, east to west, north to south. Zero Gravity have them all beat, hands down. No comparison whatsoever. The customer service was THE BEST ever! The prices unbelievable. I wish I lived here.

Best one stop vape shop and more! Love the variety of options for novelty items and apparel! The incense and jewelry are one of my favorite aspects of the store, aside from the wide variety of vaping accessories!

Was in town from Colorado and went here with my wife to get a gift for someone. First off it was the worst vibes from the moment we stepped in the door with the woman looking down on us, giving us the ultimate Im way too cool to talk to you guys vibe. When we went to the smoking room she refused to answer any of our questions about products and would not even look up from her phone as she was texting and laughing and clearly deep in conversation, refusing to take a second to help the only customers in the store. When I asked do you have grinders she looked up from her phone and just shouted prices of certain ones. She didnt even know what a two piece grinder was and was extremely unknowlegable about her products and what we were looking for. Horrible customer service and the selection was really low grade. The dugouts have shredded wood on the inside so if you put your tobacco or herbs inside you will get wood shavings in with it. And the only two piece grinders were made of really low grade plastics. Not only does this store have only low quality product, the customer service is absolutely horrible and downright disrespectful. Dont spend your money or energy here.

They guy in the vape section was so great!!! He took his time explaining the different flavors of the ejuices. I had already did most of my research but he was really friendly and patient. Even explain the product I bought. Definitely going to be a returning customer. Now the cashier smh she could have been nicer she was really short. But since I had such a nice experience with the vape guy I over looked her.

Sometimes I come in here and the staff is super helpful. Sometimes they are talking to eachother while Im waiting on someone to help me out. Their glass selections is pretty awful but this is a GREAT place to go for reasonable e cig prices and one of the best selections in Huntsville. The long haired guy who handles most of the e cig questions knows his stuff.

Grew up with this place and its a necessary part of life. Its had its ups and downs (like any rarity shop) but the people at this location make it what it is. Yes, Decatur IS bigger but it doesnt have the Pratt staff. Sorry, but if I cant have the Ladies of ZG to make my shopping experience interesting then I dont want it.

Absolutely agree with the previous review. The costumer service is crap it was also my first time and it will also be my last Which sucks becuase the store looked like they had a good inventory if I would have felt more welcome I would have stayed and shopped for a while.

One lady specifically is very unfriendly and has appeared annoyed each time i go. They have cute novelties and have lots of people coming through to buy paraphernalia but they seem super paranoid.

I love this place. They used to be located on Pratt Avenue in Five-Points in a much smaller building. I go in here often and but the Electronic Cigarettes (vaping) and juices. They have a large variety of items to choose from and sometimes really good sale prices! Thanks Zero Gravity! Every time I visit here I am back on track and dont smoke nearly as many cigarettes as I would without the e-cig.

Walked in to purchase a gift and no one would help me. The employee just stared at me from across the building. The products sold there are pretty cool though. Ended up walking out empty handed.

So this is one review I cant resist ... To put it simply, Zero Gravity in Huntsville is a Head Shop. 🤪🤪🤪 Yes, you can get vape materials (I dont smoke so not an expert here) and CBD products (not an expert here again). All sorts of cool Rock and Roll themed T-shirts, lots of movie memorabilia, and a smattering of LP 33 records. Oh yes, weird things you can use body piercings. I looked at some of these offerings in shock and horror 😳. You guessed it, I dont have any body piercings either.For me, the starring attraction is a walk down memory lane in the bong and water pipe section. Except dont call them bongs because the very friendly and heavily tattooed staff will correct you and tell you to use the term water pipes. 😉😉😉 Some of these glass and plastic water pipes are truly, ah, unusual. Alas, the one item I truly was interested in, for display purposes only of course, is a G. Graphics water pipe that a ROOMMATE I had in college owned, but lost. I was informed that G. Graphics are no longer in business. A pity. 🙄🙄🙄

My favorite store for hippie clothes and jewelry when I visit Huntsville!

Rachel was my favorite she was so sweet & such a amazing person she gave me some good advice and made sure I was perfectly set before leaving the store ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

They are great there. While my friend and I were there, one lady gave us pointers on getting pregnant (not me because I had a kid already) using wiccan/pagan rituals, and another lady helped at least 3 people find detox for a drug test. They were very helpful and friendly. They have wierd hours (not sure when they open but they close at 7) and on a very bad spot on Pratt, but other than that they are nice and helpful! I retur often!

They have pretty good customer service and the best Vape selection that Ive seen so far.

Clean, lots of clothes and sundry items, plus a great selection of smoking or vaping accoutrements! Pricier than a couple of other places, but you can definitely find good budget items. Nearly something for everyone!

They are racist. My fiancé and I were ignored several times as management focused on a coworkers baby who was visiting the store. When I commented on how I had been waiting to see one of their items that was behind the glass, both of the sales associates stated how they were sorry, but what they were talking about was important. Mind you, their topic of conversation was based on something that happened on an android phone. Later, they continued to blatantly act like I was invisibile, while they made sure Caucasian customers were helped. Obviously, I walked out with nothing and will never return. Spread the word.

Possibly the coolest place as well as my favorite local shop. Everyone here is always real nice and helpful. Love this place

Love the merchandise in the store, but unfortunately the employees ruined the experience. There was no greeting, upon entering. Neither employee there offered assistance, as a matter of fact , I had to walk all the way up to the front to ask one of the ladies to come help. No receipt was given with purchase and no thank you or come again.

I have never had a bad experience in this place. Always have had friendly service. Always had knowledgeable sales people when I have questions about mods or juices. I love this place. Cant beat the selection of juices or mods.

Very rude, no help after standing at the counter for at least 10 minutes. Employee helped the people in front of us and then walked off. Saw her in another part of the store leaning on the counter, looking bored when we walked out.

Love the store but some of the staff can be somewhat rude at times.

A Huntsville/Decatur institution: a massive collection of band and pop culture tshirts, a vape store, a smoke shop (accessories galore), and a modest collection of new vinyl, pop culture collectibles, incense and pagan accessories, and even a few self defense tools. Unlike other similar vape and smoke shops, ZG staff actually make you feel like they want you there and want to make sure you find exactly what youre seeking.Several decades long history of supplying the metro area with affordable, reliable, and genuine merchandise for multiple hobbies and fandoms with a staff that is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional.

Normally its really good when were in there this time not so much.. we was about to buy over 100$ worth of stuff but everyone was to busy talking and no-one came into the Tabaco area so we walked out..

Great place to go. Love the outfits love the records. Decent prices. Good staff. For part of the place because of e-cigarettes you have to be 19 to enter.

Staff is great. A good place for cbd, t shirts, wraps cones and vaping equipment.

Not an legit headshop. The vibez are not in these walls. They report to the local PD as well. The energy is always off in this place. Dont waste your efforts or money with them. Ive been around here for a while and this place is the absolute last choice.

Some of the employees can be extremely rude, while others are extremely nice, understanding, and helpful. They have a great selection of incense, body jewelries, and tapestries

This place has it all. E-cigs & liquids, pipes of all kinds, tapestries, posters, vinyls. Its basically your one stop chill spot.The employees are cool and laid back, and dont mind helping out.

One of the workers {that i was blessed to meet} made the experience one I will never forget! Was very supportive and helped me find my first two pipes to own!

Zero Gravity has more than most shops around here do, Im from Houston where shops have more of the selection im used too and this is the only shop that compares so far. If you need stuff for concentrates or herb they more than likely have what you need & they have lots of other non smoking related stuff too like badass clothes, cool toys, posters, and a lot more. Its worth checking out.

Went in with my son for Christmas present for someone. They have a great selection of vape juices and mods/tanks, clothing, glass, posters, pagan and wica things! Really cool shop even for a 40 something! Lol

Ive been going here since they first opened at their old location in five points. I went recently and got friendly service and help finding new earrings.

That place used to be where you go to get what u need and have ppl that know what there talking about. Now no. Ive been in there alot and everytime I feel like Im being bullsh*Ted, and when you bring back stuff bc it sucks they said o well. So go so where else dont wast your money here. And everything is really cheap make now its China special shop.

Worst customer service in Hunstville. The employees act like going to their job is the hardest thing on earth, even though they have one of the most skate jobs in town.

I was looking for barbells to gauge piercings and they have a good selection. They also have a lot of unique clothes, collectables, and counter culture items.

Commercial, not homey at al. Ppl harass you to see your ID. Its not a chill type of climate. Wish Huntsville had a better sellection. Unfortunately they dot and forced to go to this cappy place.

They have a lot of wicked swords and stuff in there and one of the best vape juice selections in Huntsville with great prices as well.
