Always someone friendly, never had a bad experience. Plenty of variety of stock and readily available.

Went in to get a bare bones 510 cartridge battery. Grabbed a simple one that didnt look like someone threw up Hello Kitty camouflage all over it. No real prices posted in the case, figured it cant be terribly more expensive than Amazon.They charged $45 for a $23 MSRP battery with a straight face. Dont go here. This place is a joke.

The guy there was super helpful and patient answering all of my questions. Highly recommended.

Went out of my way by bus to get to the Buzzards Bay location. The poor guy who opened the store at 10AM knew absolutely nothing about any products in the store. He offered me his laminated cheat sheet for answers. He then quoted me $12.48 on an item that turned out to be $23 and change. I arrive home with my $50.98 purchase only to discover that both bottles of e liquid had expired 3 months ago. A phone call to the store reveals that the only one who can help with this problem is the boss who lives in Florida and only communicates by email. So email I did.....No answer. These 7 stores no doubt exist with one objective.....MONEY. There is no concern for employees or Consumers.

Easy in Easy out. Lots of products to choose from, and most of the time theyve had what I needed. Most of the staff is knowledgeable (which they all should be with this type of product) tons of vaporizer choices for salts ( or other type now legal things 😜) CBD choices are not skimpy either. Shopping here for as long as theyve been there, if they dont have what you need they will check their other locations so you can go there if you want.

Customer service is amazing! I purchased a leaf buddi, with a magnet 510 thread. After leaving and charging the battery it did not work. I called and spoke to the person who sold me on it. Immediately he apologized and swapped out the product next day. You made a customer for life. Also, give that man a raise!

Worst customer service ever!! They sold me a battery that when I purchased, the girl said “I don’t know how long it’ll work for.” I took it home and charged it.. and it never worked. I tried returning it today and I was told no refunds or exchanges. Terrible people selling products that don’t work! Don’t go here.. you’ll be sorely disappointed

Visually almost overwhelming with so many varieties of items. Bright lights and display cases, lots to look at and ask about. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Brittany F. was extremely friendly immediately upon entering into the store. I was greeted with a smile and she had asked if I was looking for something specific and I had explained how I have been wanting to quit salt nic and go back to normal juice but didnt have a device capable of accepting that kind of low MG, unsalted Nic juice. She guided me to the perfect device a Vaporesso Luxe PM40. Brittany explained to me in detail how it operates and how to put the coils into the tank itself!I was concerned this was a rare item and didnt know if I could easily replenish the coils as it is a new device to me, but she assured me that they always carry them at this location and they are common if I had to outsource somewhere else.Will definitely be coming back on a regular basis to replenish coils and any other needs!

Every person in here apart from the person today has been beyond helpful, I bought a device two weeks ago, worked fine. I barley use it- besides at work or during long car rides. It stopped working, with out cause after buying a new pod for it.I went it to see if maybe I was doing something incorrectly, warranty in hand, Charger in my Purse, instead of helping me figure out the issue he said I don’t know what to tell you. For starters he could start by doing his job, my fiancé proceeds to ask questions regarding his vape pen, and he never once gave an answer or even acknowledged him or his questions.The only thing he said to us the entire 10 minutes in the store were “I don’t know what to tell you” and “would you like a receipt”I’m so annoyed right nowI have been going here since I moved to the cape and unfortunately neither of us will be returning.

The staff is friendly and best of all knowledgeable. They quickly helped me figure out which e cig to use, and the right mg. They took the time to get to know me, and even greet me by name now. Kicked smoking for good, Ive never been happier and my family is ecstatic. As a professional woman, it feels good not to be dousing myself in body spray all day long too, and my car smells sugary sweet from the great tasting ejuice they sell.

This place is absolutely awful. Super unprofessional and wont stand behind their products. I grabbed a coil before I ran to work, they didnt bother IDing me (Im 21 and look it, get carded everywhere else). Put it in my vape and it wouldnt work. I had to go to work so my boyfriend took it back in. They told him Sometimes the ones we get just dont workNo refund, no replacement, absolutely nothing. Literally just that they sold it to me broken. Told him we just have to buy a new one, so he did. Hey though congrats to them for IDing him so I couldnt get a replacement.The whole time this is going on two of the employees were sitting watching family Guy and the one helping me and subsequently my boyfriend was completely rude. Seriously? Wouldnt recommend this place.

I used to purchase all of my vape supplies here. They have a very good selection but they do not stand behind their products at all. I purchased a Priv V8 kit a week ago and it already failed. The store said I needed to talk to the manufacturer and the manufacturer does not respond. Either way I am out 35 dollars for a new tank. I have spent hundreds of dollars there and it is disappointing that there was nothing they can do over a 35 dollar tank. I wanted to deal with a store rather than online because I figured I would have some type of support but after this I will be taking my business online.

Was there 2 weeks ago and today and both times Derick was amazing help with telling us the best things to use for vaping. Hopefully Vape Way opens up again after the 4 month ban if not sooner. I will definitely be back!!

Terrible business. Have reported them multiple times for harassment and faulty products and they have deleted my reviews and/or personally come after me every time. Terrible company and I would personally choose to vote with my dollar and visit a store with much better moral values.

I have been using the Vapeway in Mashpee for quite some time now. I was very excited when they opened their Hyannis store. I have also been to the Plymouth location. I have to say that no matter the location, everyone I have encountered at all 3 locations have been professional, knowledgeable, kind, very friendly and quite genuine.I shop here because of the customer service. They always greet you the minute you walk through the door no matter what is happening. We all have choices, I could shop on line but I shop exclusively at the Vapeway and would recommend it to anyone from beginner to seasoned vapor.

Almost all the people working here are knowledgeable and really friendly, i used to order all of my stuff online untill i started coming here. Anytime I have questions on certain products, new stuff just coming out or even how certain things work I almost always get a full solid answer with these guys.

The Vapeway is one of the best shops Ive ever been to, great atmosphere, pleasant and helpful employees, and a great selection of juice and mods. Everytime I come in the employee Drew is always very helpful and knows what hes talking about with anything he sells, 10/10 will come back anytime I need supplies!

Holy moly, guy behind the counter knew his stuff and took the time to answer my questions and explain vaping to me. Great selection, reasonably priced. Whether youre a nicotine conossuier or just an average consumer, these smoke shops are the best.

I’ve been buying here for past 2 years , I went and made another 200$ purchase and I seen that they have new juice in squeeze in bottle on the shelves . I wanted to purchase it but apparently it’s not for sale till they sell the old glass bottle .... I asked the sales person 2 times why can’t I buy it and he said that’s what the owner told us to do ... well dear owner don’t put stuff for sale if it’s not for sale ... I don’t think I will come back here again , I don’t even care about the rewards I just earned from last purchased ...

Staff is very friendly and are very helpful but some dont know about all the different juices they have. They definitely have a large selection of juices and vapes I would definitely suggest checking it out :)

I had several terrible experiences while trying to purchase products. It was as if these people didnt want me to spend my money there. Also their website says theyre open at 10am. Someone should fix that.
