My aunt and I got pedicures and felt like we walked out of there with new feet, Kelly was amazing it was the best pedicure experience I’ve ever had. Was very very happy with how they came out. The rest of our party(three teenage girls) got facials they thought it was amazing and very relaxing they even got a goodie bag at the end of it. Overall they make very good use of their space and can’t wait to see what their new location will look like. Highly recommended this place to any and all of my friends and family. Ask for Kelly!

My husband and I received a wonderful couples massage today. The two ladies did a fantastic job at ensuring the pressure was to our liking and working closely on our problem areas. I would have liked the calm spa music to have been louder as the room was almost silent however that isn’t a huge issue. Thank you for a great service. Highly recommend!

My husband and I only had time for the 30-minute neck, shoulders, and back massage.We both left completely relaxed and said it felt like a full hour!My therapist noticed I had a lingering cough and applied a homeopathic oil that helped break up the congestion!Thank you!

Today was my first time getting any sort of spa treatment. I booked the self care package which included a body scrub, massage, and facial. I was made welcome from the moment I walked in, and very comfortable throughout all of the treatments. The price was great and I left feeling much more relaxed than when have been in a long time. Amazing medical pedicure and foot massage. He spent a half hour on each foot. The best. Definitely worth the deal we got and more. We had the whole place to ourselves. Comfy seats with the tub for your feet. The owner served my partner and I hot chocolates in fun mugs. She explained everything and was very gentle but thorough. Great experience.

Excellent facial done by Madison. I had a 10-Step Four Layer with Starter Kit. The most relaxing facial I have ever had. Madison is very knowledgeable and friendly. I really enjoyed having my facial done by her. I will be booking with her again. My skin is glowing.

Walking in feels like home and no matter what service you are there for you are greeted with a warm hand towel before you are taken to any of there serene rooms. I have enjoyed new treatments and felt comfortable to ask questions and was given my voice in what has been very effective. I highly recommend joining the membership program for the added discount.

Booked a couples massage with Danielle and Naomi while visiting the Cape. They were wonderful! Spent time asking questions about our health and medical history before getting started and tailored the technique based on what our bodies needed. Best massage Ive had to date. Wish we lived closer so we could see them regularly.

I get massages about once monthly and my experience here with Neu was by far the worst massage I’ve ever had in my life by a lot as well as one of the more expensive massages I’ve ever had. He lathered me with oil to the point I was soaked as if a bucket had been dumped on my back and he does NOT know how to massage, doesn’t target muscle tissue or tense spots. He does a very superficial rub down like he’s basting chicken. I left feeling more tense and stressed than arrival. Not to mention - my original appt had to get rescheduled due to their system errors. They were late on the reschedule for a 60 min massage. I had to leave. They called me back to come in another day with a free upgrade to a 90 min massage. They were late on that appt as well. And when I did have the above massage I wanted it to end at less than 30 mins in. Avoid for massages at all costs. I live down the street and I will never return.

I was lucky enough to find this spa while on vacation. My visit with Danielle was even better than I had hoped for. I left, feeling refreshed, renewed, and with improved clarity. She peeled the stress away from me, worked out the knots and I feel so much better. Thank you Danielle, you’re a true professional, and an asset to this community and the Body Sense Day spa.

Ive been going to Body Sense Day Spa for 4 years now. My favorite treatment of all treatments offered is a facial. As a busy innkeeper, Kelly is able to accommodate my crazy schedule and pamper me. I feel like a whole new woman when I walk out of the spa. I highly recommend Body Sense Day Spa to any and all. Kelly and staff are warm and very welcoming. They use top of the line products and the entire place is spotless. Indulge in some well-needed self care. Youll be glad you did.

Kelly is ABSOLUTEY amazing! It was my first time going to her and it had been years since my last time. She was so kind, friendly and professional. But most of all she was so easy going and made it a breeze! We chatted the whole time and before I knew it, she was done! Her office is beautiful and clean. I highly recommend Body Sense Day Spa! I recently visited the Cape with my two daughters and best friend and scheduled one-hour massages for all. Before deciding on Body Sense, I scoped out a few other spas in the area which I discovered were very sketchy and in dire need of a deep cleaning service. Body Sense was very clean, and both techs were very pleasant and accommodating. Danielle was spot-on with working out the extreme tight shoulder/neck muscles, and all four of us were immensely pleased with the services. Well worth the cost! (which was also within the same price-range as other local spas)

Today I had the best massage. Nuh is very professional and really knows what he is doing. I felt very relaxed, before I was feeling a lot of pain in my whole body, now I feel much better. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the owner is super friendly. I already booked my session for next week.

Wonderful massage and facial. Only down side it was very cold in the room. We were so relaxed after a massages we were getting our mask on our face the therapists were waiting for it to dry and they started cleaning up which was kind of noisy they should have waited until after we were done,but deffenitly would return.

My first facial ever! My kids gave me a gift certificate to Body Sense last year before we moved to the Cape. I finally treated myself today, and it was nothing short of amazing. My experience at Body Sense Day Spa was so nice and relaxing. My husband and I had a neck, back and shoulder massage with Danielle and Marcia. Both provided us with a wonderful experience. I had Marcia and she was amazing! Never have I had a masseuse target all my problematic areas so well and relieve so much tension!

Set my mother up with a massage & manicure/pedicure package for her birthday, without much knowledge of the services. The front desk was very helpful & informative. Upon arrival (to the less of my knowledge) she had a nail service a week before and the staff were able to accommodate her to a massage & facial package instead. She came home refreshed and rejuvenated with great skin and was happy with a product found on their shelf. Will definitely be returning to this spa and would recommend 10/10Thank you for the great experience.

We just went for a couple’s massage and had a great time! My boyfriend had Danielle and I had Nuh. Danielle was so accommodating as soon as we got there - offering refreshments and warm hand towels. Nuh was incredible. His adjustments and technique were perfectly balanced between tender and firm and overall great quality. Danielle did a great job with my boyfriend as well as he has very tight shoulders and she took extra care to work through problem areas. They were both so kind and the spa itself was very cozy.

My husband and I got a couples massage just a couple weeks ago at Body Sense Day Spa. We LOVED our experience and would highly recommend the spa! The building is adorable and cozy and we were greeted with very friendly and accommodating staff. Im very pregnant, and the therapists made sure I was comfortable the whole time and gave me a very therapeutic and calming massage that really helped some aches and pains I had been having. My husband raved about his massage the rest of the day too and he really enjoyed it! Everything about the place was calm, welcoming, clean, and wonderful!!

I needed a deep tissue/therapeutic massage bc i was having serious soft tissue pain from “over doing it”. We talked to Kelly and she recommended Nuh and he was great. He was able to relieve some of my pain and was professional and attentive to my needs. I’d def recommend.

Spent a weekend in the Cape with my wife to celebrate our anniversary. I booked a couples massage with these folks… wasn’t sure what to expect … but oh my God!!! This was my first professional massage ever and I can’t believe I’ve waited so long. As a 27 y/o who’s landscaped for quite some time, this experience did wonders on my back and shoulder muscles. I got a Swedish massage. Christine made me feel so comfortable. Her laid-back, personable, nice vibes relaxed me so much. We bonded immediately and I absolutely adore her. Kelly greeted me as I walked in (Wicked cool woman) and honestly just everyone’s vibes here made me feel so welcomed. Danielle also was super sweet and nice! It felt good to be in the hands of people who care about their clients. While I was waiting for my appointment, I saw people getting out of theirs, and they were all so relieved looking as if they were in a trance-like-state of relaxation and comfort. That was a good sign for me personally haha! Welp… That’s exactly how I felt leaving Body Sense! I told them I’d be traveling this summer, but they can expect me to be a repeat customer when I return. Thanks again!

Body and Sense is a lovely, warm, and welcoming environment. I loved the place and the people at hello. My husband and I both had massages and we left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I had an amazing massage with Danielle. I have very sore muscles in my neck and shoulders, and I have osteoarthritis in a few areas. I left there feeling so refreshed and relaxed. What a great place, and such nice people working there. I will definitley be returning.

On 2/20 i booked myself and my bf a couples massage. Upon our arrival we were greeted so nicely. I had Kelly working on me and she was absolutely outstanding. I wish there were more stars to give. My bf is a retired PT and always critiques everyone. However, he was blown away by the quality of service and they exceeded every one of our expectations. It was beyond perfect and such a cute quaint place. Kelly picked up on how tight my shoulders were and was able to recommend an awesome product to help reduce stress. We left there feeling relaxed and renewed! We will be coming back for sure!

I had a Sport Enthusiast Massage 90 Min. with Danielle which happened to be a great muscle pain relieving experience. It helped with tight muscles in my body a lot. The massaging was based on whats needed, and in a way that actually helped my pain points feel better. The staff was very attentive and the place looks very well equipped and designed inside. I will definitely come back!

From the moment we walked in to when we walked to our cars the experience was phenomenal! We had 2 different services but both were completed with care, passion for the job and in peace. Its obvious that the woman who work here love what they do and love to make their clients feel special!The layout of the place is uncommon with a hairdresser right in the middle but it honestly does not interrupt ant of the services.If I lived closer I would definitely return again and again and again!

I went to Body Sense Day Spa with my husband to have a Sports Couple Massage. My technician was Danielle, and my husband had Nuh. I prefer a stronger, deep massage and Danielle definitely delivered. It was a very enjoyable pain as she relieved tension and knots that have been bothering me for a very long time. The atmosphere was relaxing, very clean and smelled wonderful. The music was also relaxing. It was my husbands first massage and he enjoyed himself as well, which was surprising since he was hesitant to go with me. I highly recommend this spa. Especially the sports massage if you work in Healthcare or any other back breaking job. It is small, but it is homey and they make you feel very welcome. Customer service is lacking in many industries in many places, so it was a breath of fresh air to be shown such respect and gratitude for going there.

My fiance and I went for a couples 90 minute massage. It was wonderful and the time flew by. Erica and Deb were wonderful and highly skilled. Afterwards we spoke with Kelly, the owner, and she was delightful and educated us on various products that are organic and good at sun protection. The spa was beautifully decorated, light and warm and the people are welcoming. We plan on returning and booking a facial too and highly recommend that you visit soon and treat yourself.

Body Sense Day Spa is an excellent place to have a comforting massage. Kelly the owner has helped me with a lot with stress relief. I get a 1 1/2 hour massage about every month and its the best thing anyone could ever have in my opinion. I recommend to everyone her services.

I booked massage, pedicures and facials for my self and two sisters as a 60th birthday celebration. While the massage and facial were great, the pedicures not so much. We were all disappointed in the entire pedicures, my polish came off in 2 days, the French pedicure had a clear base and pink tips, ( not by request) and the tach was very negative about the facility. Atmosphere was lacking a little pampering feeling, only a cup of water offered after massage. I spent more than 700$ for this package, which is reasonable but I expected more of the Cape Cod experience

Erika was amazing! My sister and I came here for a Brazilian wax recently. She went above and beyond to make my sister feel comfortable (her first time). She’s extremely professional yet personable. Highly recommend for the best waxing spot on the Cape. I was a bit weary because I’m used to the hard wax but it came out great with the strips! Will be back!

I had a facial, massage and pedicure. I felt the massage and facial were good, however the pedicure was less than to be desired. It was expensive and mediocre to say the least. The girl giving the pedicure was a little on the negative side and wasnt the most personable person. Not to mention she didnt take pride in the place she worked. She made several negative comments about the place although in meeting the owner she does appear to take pride in her spa. One suggestion I have is if its going to be called a spa it really should have a spa setting as you walk in the door As well as there should be refreshments and light snacks served And have a more track tranquil feel.

About a day after I got the facial, I got very dry skin. Love the people there, Kelly is very nice. Adore her.I came home with 3 products, I used them.Woke up the next morning with a rash on the side of my face.Overall, everyone was very nice. Kelly did an outstanding job!

It was Sunday morning and the deep muscle aches and pains stemming from two fingers broken off at the knuckle and the over compensation from elbow neck and arm use was delivering tremendous pain. Thankfully, Kelly answered my call and booked me for a 90 minute therapeutic massage. My only regret is that I did not come in sooner. Her knowledge of the body and the healing power of massage gave me relief I had not felt in two months. I highly recommend Kelly for your sports and bodily injuries - she worked magic!!!

My husband and I got a 90 min couples Swedish massage at the body sense day spa during a visit to cape cod. This was actually the first spa massage weve gotten ever and we had a great experience. Both therapists knew what they were doing and we were still feeling great even the next day. Wed definitely go back when we visit cape cod again.

I had looked for a Salon last minute and Kelly the owner answered and she stayed at the spa so I could drive from Dennis to Hyannis for a trim! Her hair cut came out amazing and I felt at home. Quite literally the worst massage experience of my life. When our couples massage was booked I was quoted one price, but was charged a different price because the massage we circled on the paperwork wasnt what I was quoted. This distinction on the paperwork is not clear, especially when the Swedish massage I was quoted wasnt anywhere on said paperwork. To have the owner say they are covid-19 compliant is laughable. The couple before us was from out of state, RI. We were never asked any covid related questions or asked for contact tracing info.. Neither of the people working were wearing masks that would be considered sufficient given the intimate proximity to clients. I would expect surgical or N95. On the day we went the other employees (cloth) mask wasnt even over her nose most of the time. We were both encouraged to remove our masks for the massages, which we both declined. There was no antibacterial soap anywhere in the available bathroom. Im not certain the massage tables and cloth coverings were changed between clients. So much oil/lotion was used on me I cannot even put into words how uncomfortable I was on the 3 hour drive home. Ive had many a professional massage, and the one I received from the owner was certainly not by someone with any actual certified training in such practice. My partners massage left her shoulder sore for days afterwards, which is odd given the lack of any significant pressure during her massage.. Neither of the women working on the day we received our massages were any of the women shown on Body Senses website as the ones holding any type of massage certification.Fellas, if your lady is uncomfortable, leave. I wish we had, one of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life.

This place is amazing and Kelly was an absolute dream to work with. Her foot reflexology was sensitive and deliberate-she knows why it’s so valuable. We’re on our feet all day long! Okay and the total highlight was getting a custom facial from her afterwards. My skin is GLOWING. I have an oily skin type and I didn’t know it was possible to feel such a huge difference in such a short time. My skin feels balanced and hydrated and I learned a ton from Kelly as well. She believes in the products she uses and honestly they speak for themselves. I was down here for work and will be making sure I visit every time I’m down on the Cape :)

Kelly is a wonderful and hardworking woman, I fully respect and admire her work ethic and I don’t mean to discredit her hard work that goes into her business. I do, however, feel I was overcharged for the service. I got a “ménage a spa” package that includes dazzle dry mani/ pedi, a 30 min facial and a anti aging hand treatment. The cost of this service was 205$ not including gratuity.I want to start off by saying that there are a lot of women much like myself who go to a spa to turn their brain off so to speak, and don’t want to engage in a full on conversation. I walked in with headphones to further highlight the fact that I prefer silence while receiving spa services. Again, Kelly is wonderful but I did not feel relaxed. A lot of conversation that I found meaningless makes it hard to grow euphoric during a spa day. I felt like the mani/ pedi was average, and I didn’t feel it was worth the money I spent. I left with air bubbles in my nails etc. I think for a lower price this service / package would be a lot more reasonable. When Charging someone 200$, they expect to leave feeling blissful, recharged, and completely rejuvenated. I was very short with my answers and it wasn’t a big enough hint that I didn’t want to talk.This spa is very clean and organized, I just think for the service done it costs too much money. Again, I don’t mean to discredit Kelly or her hard work that has been put in this business. I think with a couple of revisions it could be a lot more successful. Take care and I wish you the best!

Iv been looking for a massage therapist that knows the body and were to massage.she get all the right spots, takes her time.She had very good energy which makes a big difference with the massage,also very clean and smells nice.I will definitely be coming again thank you for my amazing massage!

My wife and I had won a weekend getaway trip to the Cape. I thought I would treat her to a massage so I called the hotel and asked for a recommendation. They recommended “Body Sense Day Spa”. I checked it out on line and called to make the reservations and then decided that I would join my wife with an hour massage myself.We arrived and were greeted and shown to our private rooms. After the massage and we were walking back to the car we both looked at each other and said at the same time “WOW! That was the best massage I have ever had!”We loved the weekend get a way trip to the Cape and are planning another week long stay this summer and we have both agreed that a trip to your spa is a must! I came here the other week with my sister and her friends as part of her bachelorette. We all got 1-hour deep tissue massages and they were great - very relaxing, friendly, clean, and professional. There were six of us so we had to take turns (3 and 3). The waiting room / reception area was a little small but they had a couch and were accommodating to our needs. They also had a variety of CBD products and I ended up buying a roll-on headache relief product that was a hit for the rest of the bachelorette. I wish I lived nearby so I could take advantage of their monthly package. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve gotten a couple pedicures and manicures from here, including a massage, all were amazing. Very sanitary, using new files and nail polish sticks, worth the price when you them of all of that! Very professional and friendly! Looking forward to being a long time customer!

Last night I has a wonderful rejuvenating 60 minute facial with Kelly, My skin was dried out from the summer sun, wind and salt air. it now feels feels plump, firm and so wonderful, it took a few years off my skin and I can certainly use that. Thank you Kelly you the best.🥰🥰🥰

This is my second time getting a massage, i love how quiet and comfortable the experience is and the massage by nuh is always to die for , he always makes sure the pressure isnt too much and gets all the knots out of my shoulders which is extremely hard to do ! 10 out of 10 every time

Not impressed. This manicure cost $50 (!) and I have done better myself at home. A group (6) of us went for pre-wedding manicures and it was much too small a venue for us all to even sit down at the same time.The ladies were friendly which is what the 2 stars are for but the service provided was not great and the pictures I posted were taken in the parking lot immediately after we left. The cuticles were not pushed or trimmed, old polish was not removed completely, hangnails were not trimed and the polish was not covering the entire nail. Honestly, have an infant at home so I dont get to treat myself often for both time and money reasons so this is extra disappointing.Im afraid to ask the bride how she feels about hers because it was her pick of salon, but I, and others in our party (who had a different manicurist), were not impressed in the least.

I called to schedule a neck, shoulder, and back massage last week. I had a pinched nerve in my neck and the pain was just UNBEARABLE!! I received a call back within 3 minutes from Kelly. She confirmed my 1:00PM appointment fast and efficiently! I was so greatful! When I arrived Kelly greeted me with a friendly smile and referred me to a wonderful woman named Soung/Saung. My apologies, as I am unsure of the spelling. She was very professional, made me feel very comfortable, and was very sweet. Her hands felt like magic as she needed that knot right out of my neck!! SHE WAS SIMPLY AMAZING!! I WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK! And they are super close to me, which makes travel even better!! Kelly was a bit pushy as far as this $30 bottle of recommended lotion for deep tissue massage. She told me I needed it, do it! buy it! you deserve it! lol Shes right I do, but I was trying not to splurge. She seemed a little annoyed when I placed it on the counter, then opted out, but at the end she was fine. All in all- GREAT EXPERIENCE! :) THANK YOU BODY SENSE DAY SPA!!!! XOXOXOXO I FEEL AWESOME!

I went to the Body Sense Spa today for a facial and found myself gently floating away as the impurities on my skin were washed and cleansed away! I especially loved the face vacuum thingie that sucked all the toxins and impurities out of my skin. But wait! As if the calm spa music, the warmed massage bed and the relaxing cleansing facial wasn’t enough, I also got a mini reflexology treatment! Heavenly! But yet, there’s more! There are amazing clean ingredient skin and makeup products available along with a line of DoTerra essential oils that will carry you to Paradise. Here I am in my hotel room smelling the DoTerra Citrus Bliss wafting in the air, looking forward to trying my new Repechage face cleanser and moisturizer! This place is a little gem, and I highly recommend pampering yourself at the Body Sense Day Spa in Hyannis!

I called and set up and appt for a gel pedicure and it costed 70$. I wouldnt have a problem with the price if I received good service. They didnt actually use gel. They used dazzle dry which peeled off the same day. Kelly was way too pushy with additional products. My grandmother paid almost 150$ for a mani/pedi and Kelly said you are going home with this today referring to a foot cream. You would think that when your paying 150$ for a service and she says something like that, that means that the product is complimentary. No, she charged another 26$ for it. Kelly was very pushy, loud, and had the mouth of a sailor. Not a relaxing experience at all.
