So, on my prom night literally an hour and a half before my original hair stylist (NOT affiliated with beyond beauty) no showed on me. No text, no call, and her phone was off so I couldn’t call her. It was a random 3:30 on prom day for multiple schools. My mom and I were running around crazy and couldn’t find anywhere. It was so stressful. We called beyond beauty and a girl named Josie was able to slip me in on her 15 minute interval and only ended up taking less than a half hour to do one of the most amazing styles I have ever had done. The entire staff was so reassuring, kind and really wanted to make sure I got my hair done for prom. Josie was amazingly talented, she wasn’t passive aggressive about the last minute appointment and she fit me right in. She did an amazing job and I can’t thank her along with beyond beauty enough for saving my prom night!! My hair also was so secure it stayed all night!

Giselle is absolutely perfect. she is super kind, funny and very gentle with your hair!!!! she helped me find products that i can afford and will benefit my hair the best. not to mention she did a beautiful job on my hair i can’t even put into words how happy i am with the results. the whole salon has an environment that’s easy to be comfortable in and the staff is very kind and accommodating 10/10 recommend!!!

This was my first time going to this salon and ever since I walked in there everyone was so kind to me. Giselle was my hairdresser and she is truly a master of her craft! She cut my hair and I was impressed by her expertise and attention to detail. She took the time to understand what I wanted and delivered a look that exceeded my expectations. Her warm and welcoming personality makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Ive received countless compliments on my hair since switching to Giselle, and I cant recommend her enough! Emily did my manicure and not only did she do a great job but she is so sweet. She did exactly what I told her I wanted and it came out so cute and she’s very talented. She can do cute and intricate designs like the chrome stars and the ombré nails, she can do anything she’s asked of. I definitely recommend getting a manicure with her and i’ll be back soon

I was a new customer and came in last week for a root color, balayage , and cut. It was unfortunately the worst outcome at a salon I have ever had and my poor rating is not only for the result I got but also because I tried to speak to management about my experience and they could care less about it. I told my stylist I suffer from hair loss so to compensate I prefer to keep my roots their natural dark color, and then add lighter balayage down at the ends. I showed her numerous pictures of what I was looking for. Instead she change my natural color lighter and foiled blonde streaky highlights through my whole head making me look bald due to my thin hair. I immediately told her it was too light and it was not what I asked for. She tried to add “low lights” which didn’t make any difference. At that point I had been sitting there for almost 4 hours so she told me I could always come back and pay for a dark glaze, this after paying $300 for something I didn’t ask for. I went home so upset I ended up dying back to dark myself. Instead of immediately writing a bad review I tried to discuss my experience with a manager to see if anything could be done to achieve the look I was hoping for or if they would care about my experience as a new customer. It took them several days to call me back and they did not care about what had happened. Just said sorry and that they would talk to the stylist. Didn’t offer to try to redo my hair, offer a credit or partial discount. And they told me the stylist I had was their lead stylist. If you are a new customer I would save your money and go somewhere else that actually listens to their clients, takes accountability for mistakes, and knows the difference between light vs. dark and balayage vs. streaky blonde high lights.

My wife LOVED this place. we found it from using Google ratings as the competition is high down here for this genre. Emily did her nails and pedicure. It is expensive, but if quality matters, this is the place to go. My wife is picky, and she was beaming agter this session. I can only judge by what is see on her hands and feet, and they look gorgeous after Emilys work.

I absolutely love my hair. Lily is just an absolute gem. I am so happy that I was able to have her work on my hair yesterday. It had been 20 years since I last went to have my hair cut in a salon. (I had been doing it myself) She made my hair look like a magazine..girls I would be jealous of that had beautiful hair. I didnt even know my hair could look that way.I gave four stars because, after my hair, I had my eyebrows done, and left straight for work. I havent even had a chance to really look at them until the next day. They arent even at all. One is thicker then the other. Im really disappointed and decided to pay and tip before even having them done. Smh. Ill never make that mistake again. I dont think I will have them done there again. But definitely will go for my hair. On top of that, underneath my right eyebrow, it is red and has a burn. Never had that happen before. Absolutely so disappointing. I had them done once before by Kim last year sometime. She did great. The one I had yesterday, awful. Nice person, just awful at waxing. And didnt even put anything on after she was done. Like the aloe or whatever is used. I was like, thats it? And she said yes. So I left. I was in such a rush to get to work, that I didnt even really look at them.

Got a paraffin wax treatment and set of gelx nails from the fabulous nail tech Emily 💗 She is so kind, patient, and incredibly talented. I brag about her and my nails like a proud parent lol. Would absolutely recommend her to everyone on Cape wanting quality nails in a beautiful salon with the sweetest employees. 🥳

Jeanette Provencher is the absolute BEST at doing my hair extensions! I am so addicted it’s been like 4 years and I can’t give them up! All the Beyond Beauty staff is so nice and accommodating and the salon is clean and is a very relaxing place.

Giselle did my hair and WOW!!! She told me that she’s new to Beyond Beauty but she is definitely not new to cutting hair. She knows what she’s doing. She did such an amazing job and I couldn’t say any more nice things. I am 100% more confident with my hair and I feel so good about myself. I’ll make sure to see Giselle again and again. Seriously.. I had such an amazing experience at Beyond Beauty. I went in unsure of what I wanted and my nail tech Emily literally blew my mind with an amazing nail set that lasted about a month. It was so relaxing, and Emily was so sweet and patient with me. I go back to them every time without fail

Juliana did and incredible job with my curls. I had an Aveda Curly Cut. Juliana listened to what I wanted and was so kind and gracious, checking in with me to make sure the cut was exactly what I envisioned. I will definitely be back!Before and after photos - Long to short.

I worked with Beyond Beauty for my wedding day and was so happy with the results. I worked specifically with Ashley and Vinny who did a wonderful job making sure my bridal party and I felt our best on my wedding day. Several of my bridal party members brought photo inspiration for their looks day-of and the team was able to execute those looks all while sticking right on schedule for the day. Definitely consider Beyond Beautys team for your big events!

My mom and I were visiting Cape Cod and wanted to do a spa day. I found BB online and rating were great. I called, and they were awesome finding time for both of us to get pedicures and facials at the same time. It was an amazing experience! Everyone was so nice and professional. I would recommend them to anyone and wont hesitate if Im up on the Cape again

Lily did an excellent job on my pedicure, especially since the last one I had was 5 months earlier, pre-COVID. Shop does a great job with keeping things disinfected, down to sanitizing pens before / after each guest! Masks required at all times while in the shop.

On 7/28, I got my haircut from here. I dont remember her name, who cut my hair, but she did a fabulous job. I will definitely come back here and recommend beyond beauty to everyone I know. I love my haircut. My husband right away said how much he loved my haircut to, and most men dont notice if women get their hair done

I recently visited Beyond Beauty for a facial, and I cant express how incredible it was! From the serene ambiance to the expert aesthetician, everything exceeded my expectations. The quality of the products and the personalized care I received were outstanding. The facial left me feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and completely pampered. What an amazing experience the salon provides. I felt as though I was a celebrity. The owner Debbie is amazing, as well as Nichole, Caitlin and of course I could not leave out Lily who I had the pleasure of her doing my manicure and pedicure. Beautifully done. We booked Beyond Beauty for wedding hair and makeup. The wedding coordinator Ashley was always pleasant to deal with and responded promptly leading up to the wedding. The night before the wedding there was a snafu and the original makeup artist she had scheduled had come down with a stomach bug, but Ashley worked quickly to find a solution. Wedding day we had so much fun working with Ashley and her team, they had us all laughing and made us all look our best. Their pricing was also affordable which was a plus.

My stylist was off a bit on the color consult. Its ok now because I called and they rescheduled to have my hair fixed. Very understanding, very professional dealings with my needs. They truly aim to please.

Sydney is a friendly, careful, and attentive technician who did a fantastic job tinting my eyelashes.Other team members were super helpful too, and the selection of Aveda products sold is great.

Very professional and caring staff. Got my eyebrows waxed with Kimberly very positive experience she was personable and very kind. I usually cant stand getting my eyebrows done but the environment and atmosphere of the salon made me actually enjoy it. I highly recommend this salon will definitely go here again.

While the salon and staff were lovely, I was really really disappointed by the services. I showed photos of exactly what I wanted (light brown balayage highlights in my dark brown hair) but somehow ended up being given bleach blonde highlights. They repaired the horrible bleach blonde streaks with a toner, but at that point my hair had been fried by how intensely they bleached it and the additional chemical toning treatment. I also did not appreciate the fact that they made ME pay for the toning treatment even though it was the stylists fault that they over bleached my hair far beyond what I asked for. Im sure there are great stylists here but I am so sad by the current state that the appointment left my hair in. My natural curls are simply gone and my hair feels more dry and brittle than ever before - the balayage Ive had at other salons has been so mild and didnt damage my hair at all, nor have I ever needed a toning treatment. Would not recommend going here for a random appointment, make sure you know the stylist and their work.

I’m a bit upset, I had brow waxing and tinting done this morning. The tint is all around, outside of my brows so it looks like I sloppily painted my eyebrows on plus there are so many hairs left that should’ve been removed with the wax or supplemental tweezing. I’m home now tweezing all the remaining hairs and trying to get the tint off my skin around my brows and it’s only making me more upset. I have professional portraits being taken next Friday which are costing $1,000 with hair and makeup so I was expecting my shoot to be perfect, I’m really really unhappy. I can’t believe I just paid $45 for this.

I had an amazing experience today! Foil, cut and blow-dry but it was so much more. I didn’t really feel like chatting it up and my stylist, who was very professional, was in tune. I had a wonderful hand massage while I waited for my foils to be ready. My hair wash...she gave me a scalp treatment and then a clear glaze treatment. The blow out came out amazing! I felt so pampered. Everyone was attentive, helpful and friendly. I found my new salon 🥰

A few days ago I went in for a bang trim. Not only was it a fair price, but exactly length and style I wanted. All the staff are very nice and attentive.Since I had a wedding to attend a few days later, I booked full hair cut and style. FANTASTIC! I also had my make-up done. The make-up artist explained what she was doing and the results were beautiful. My husband is very honest and value his opinion. He said everything was really lovely. I HIGHLY recommend.

Jennifer is absolutely amazing. Had a wonderful dermaplane facial and a deluxe pedicure. It was wonderful as always. The salon, spa and front desk staff are super friendly and welcoming.

Beyond Beauty is our new go to salon. The staff are beyond accommodating, friendly and kind. My mom went in for what seemed like an impossible mission and Jeanette got 👏🏽 it 👏🏽 done 👏🏽. She spent 4 hours on my moms hair and she left feeling like a new woman. A few weeks later I went in for eyelash extensions and my own hair makeover and I had a wonderful experience as well. Beyond beauty made me feel like myself again with a new and improved haircut and color and beautiful bold eyelashes. Customer service is outstanding. This is our place now. 10/10 recommend to a friend until the very end!

I decided to book a salon appointment during my vacation to Cape Cod. Julie did an amazing job on my hair and was very professional and caring. Everyone who worked at the salon was friendly and personable. I wish I lived in Hyannis so I could be a regular customer!

I Made a little time for a facial, but I got so much more. Hot towels wrapped on my feet, an amazing massage on my hands, feet, and scalp. Essential oils were used that were comforting and smelled so good! My skin looked amazing, my facial was customized just for me and I feel like I was treated like a Princess. Love the calming tea that is served with every service. I love this place. Please go and get some Beyond Beauty for yourself!

Yesterday I had a mommy makeover by Danny! I was beyond excited and nervous, however he calmed me down and provided me some lovely tea and was super professional and kind! He rocked it! Love my balayage and he will definitely be my go to stylist from now on! THANK YOU BEYOND BEAUTY! Top notch service, fair pricing and awesome specials! I’ll definitely be going back!

Wanted to do something for myself, set an apt first one got canceled (power outage) no problem but I never received a phone call to let me know. So I made another apt. Go to apt, hair color, highlight, and cut. After about 30min of not really being talked to by my stylist, hair die is in and its so much darker then expected, it a darker shade of my own hair color, not the color I came in to get this service. Sitting there for about 4 hours I wanted to cry but this was my first time there I didnt know how to say anything. I paid the $290 and gave a $90 tip cause the young man did work hard but after a few day I called back to file a complaint. It has been 3 weeks now and nothing. Also this hair color looks so much like my own hair color one of my co-workers just noticed, 3 weeks later. If you ever want to treat yourself I would not recommend going to beyond d beauty as they dont listen to the client and if they do make a mistake they arent able to call back.

I used Jeanette and Melissa for hair and makeup for my wedding. They came out to me and did the most amazing job on me and my bridal party. My hair stayed in perfectly all night and my makeup looked flawless even when I went to take it off after the wedding and I danced all night! They both exceeded my expectations and made me and everyone in the wedding look gorgeous! I have never felt more beautiful in my life! I would recommend them to anyone getting married or for any event. Truly perfect! I cannot wait to get my pictures back. Thank you so much Jeanette and Melissa, you Ladies are great!

Beyond Beauty Hyannis is hands down the best salon on Cape. The entire team is so professional and experienced. I received a facial from Agena and a blowout with curls from Ashley. Both women were very talented and knew so much about their trade. They offered insight, suggestions, and product recommendations. I was extremely satisfied with the results of both services. I have been seeing Mary Vasquez at Beyond Beauty of Hyannis for about a year and a half, and I will never see anyone else! The salon itself is clean, friendly and inviting. Mary is the hair stylist I have been looking for my whole life. I have always had fine, porous hair that tends to go brassy. As Ive gotten older my hair has thinned dramatically, and I first met Mary for a consult for extensions meant specifically for fine haired women. I was nervous and embarrassed about my hair loss. Mary made me feel very comfortable and excited about what her services could do for me. She is AMAZING! She is a talented colorist, who has magically transformed my yellow and orange blonde to the most perfect cool blonde tones. She intuitively places my extensions to give me the most volume and coverage! She never sells me services or products that I dont need, and I appreciate her for that. Mary is not only a highly skilled artist, she is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I have been coming to Beyond Beauty in Hyannis since I was 14 (now almost 30). Debra and her staff are amazing, thoughtful and highly skilled. Everyone is so kind and it is always such a relaxing experience every time I come in. They offer you delicious Aveda tea or lemon water while you wait and have an array of add-ons to any service.Payments are super easy, and if you don’t have cash they accept cards, as well as an App called Tippy if you don’t have enough cash for tipping your stylist. (it also does the math for you if that isn’t your forté!)Booking online is very convenient and I love that feature, but they are also just as quick and efficient if you call the spa.Thank you for all your hard work, Beyond Beauty Team!

Walked into a very busy salon but everyone was extremely attentive and accommodating. Didn’t have to wait. Luciana did a fantastic job with highlights and color and the woman who washed my hair was amazing. What a great experience! I will be back!

I had my first ever facial here today with Wafaa and it was truly an amazing experience. My skin is literally glowing. It was very relaxing and pampering, I already booked an appointment for another one in a few weeks. Everyone was very professional and kind and I would recommend this spa. They have a lot of different services to choose from and I would trust that all of their talent would provide services that would exceed anyones expectations.

This place is great. They are attentive to your needs. You be welcomed with a smile and a herbal tea. Listen to what you want with talent to back up your vision. Many talented salon workers here. Mary did such a great job on my hair. My extensions and coloring just the perfect shade of pink I wanted!👍🏻👌🏻!! My hair was so fried from bleaching it myself and using heating tools I really didn’t think it was possible to do extensions and make them look natural but she did it and I will be going too her for as long as she is willing too have me.❤️❤️

Received a gift certificate from my daughters, so went there to purchase a recommended product. Wonderful customer service, including a brief tour of services available. Perfect makeup specialist matched my skin, and found a bronzer for me that I love! Highly recommend this place.

I had such an amazing experience with Eddie at the Hyannis location! He gave me a complete cut, and expertly dyed my hair to literally the exact perfect blonde I was looking for. I came to him with hair down to my belly button, completely fried and over processed from a balayage from 8 months prior, and I left with perfectly fresh, expertly cut and died hair. Additionally, the salon was super cautious and I did not feel uncomfortable considering COVID. Everyone wore masks, and it seemed like there were no more that 10 people in the building at a time.BOOK EDDIE! you will not regret it! He is an absolute STAR!

I had a facial and I really enjoyed the experience. The rooms smelled amazing and the atmosphere was relaxing and soothing. The woman who cared for me did a great job, I left there so relaxed which was exactly what I needed. Will definitely go again.

I had an appointment with giannina today. She took so much time making sure I was happy with my cut and style. She is very personable and made me feel welcomed. You can tell she is very passionate and knowledgable as I know nothing about hair, but she knew just what to do with my thick, coarse hair and I left feeling great!

I absoultly love Danielle..I have hair extentions..I would not go anywhere else...prices right..great stylist. Knowledgeable. Has come in on her day off for me when I was going on trip to Africa. Highly recommended. Like I said..she is only one I will ever go to again..I have fine thin hair so a great stylist is of the utmost importance.

Manicurist was wonderful but the polish they have for a french manicure sucks and my tips were chipped within hours. I am absolutely livid! Spent all that money to have nice nails for my vacation and now they are ruined and there is no time before my flight. Complete waste of time and money. Find a nice lil asian place for your nails; cheaper and they last longer!

Sasha is magical! I have curly hair and have lots of experience with people who do not know how to cut curly hair. But SASHA is not one of those people. Instead, she is a CURLY HAIR whisperer :) I highly recommend her!

I had a wonderful experience at beyond beauty today. Mary cut and colored my hair, and its the best hair Ive ever had!

A friend of mine just had a bikini wax here and said the girl was double dipping in the wax.... When she complained to the manager she was told that double dipping is okay because the wax is hot enough to kill any bacteria. She was informed by the board of health that it is NOT okay to double dip the stick. No one likes being lied to, much less dipped in the same wax used on someone elses privates!
