Mirage Spa

I’m obsessed with Mirage Spa! They have really transformed with the new owners of the hotel. They offer services for massage, body treatments, waxing, facials, nails AND hair; it really has it all (including saunas)— a great getaway, whether you’re a local or just visiting.

My mom and I visited this spa in November of 2023. I got the 50 minute aromatherapy massage. My massage was interesting, weird and like nothing Ive ever experienced before in a spa setting. The masseuse I had, Liz, was talking throughout the massage about religion, future predictions, spirituality. She was saying things like God is calling me to go back to church and be active in christian lifestyle, to hold my mom close because she sees something bad coming in her/our future (i.e my mom getting sick and having to move in with me), saying there is a new dog she sees in my future. Liz was a nice woman and I am not against spirituality, but as I was trying to get a relaxing quiet massage this was very overwhelming and made me uncomfortable. I paid for a massage, not a psycic fortune teller. Religious beliefs should not be imposed on paying customers!!!!! Conversation and predicitions aside, the massage was okay. It seemed like she was more focused on giving me a reading than performing the massage. I will not be back for this reason.

I’ve been to the spa a few times now and have had a fabulous experience each time. I’m immediately greeted with a smile by Zoe who helps me find my way to the sauna and lockers. I’ve gotten massages from both Liz and Melissa and I can’t say enough good things about each of them. They are welcoming and make you feel comfortable as you relax. Helena was amazing and I loved listening to her share her passion and expertise about skincare. She’s been there for like 25years 🤩 I left glowing!

Had an amazing massage today with Amy! Literally one of the best I’ve ever had. She was so attentive to different tight muscles in my shoulders I feel like I have brand new shoulders!

My daughter and I came here to get pedicures. Theyre well done and our toes look cute. The calf massages were very nice👍

Got a great experience here! I had a deep tissue massage done by Michelle and it was awesome. She spent extra time stretching and working on my shoulders and neck, which are my always problematic zones. Now I can work comfortable evening shifts at hospital :) Thank-you!

Had a Sea Facial last night with Laurie - it was beyond amazing! Not only did the products feel so incredibly luxurious, but Laurie was wonderful. She was extremely knowledgable and had just the right touch. From the soothing facial treatments to the relaxing hand and neck massage, this was by far the best facial Ive ever had! The spa itself was beautiful - such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere with a kind, attentive staff. I highly recommend the Beach Plum Spa and the Sea Facial!

Had a customized facial by Gigi, she was amazing and so sweet! I liked how she explained what products she was using and why, and my skin is SO SMOOTH after my treatment. She truly cared about the results and ongoing treatment of my skin, she is a sweetheart.

I wanted so much to love this spa. I went in with my sister- in law to be. We went in for massages and pedicures. The staff was friendly the pedicures and massages were decent but not outstanding. The spa is in desperate need of some TLC. It looks run down and in need of a good cleaning.We also unknowingly picked a day to go when they were doing construction on the parking lot behind the spa. It was loud throughout our time there. I didnt mind during the pedicures but it was completely frustrating during the message. Overall I wish we had traveled to the spa at Chatham Bars Inn. It wasnt the high end spa experience that I had wished it would have been.

As a spa owner I have high expectations. I was booked in last minute for a massage which was my fault (My confirmed reservation was 10/12/19 at 230pm at Hyannis Spa inside the Cape Codder). However, an appointment is an appointment. After sitting in a robe for 45 minutes waiting for my massage my treatment was canceled. I only found out it was canceled because I wandered around looking for someone. I was offered only “ we are sorry”. I would expect better customer service when a client is canceled last minute. I don’t have much free time and I lost precious time with my family waiting for a service that never happened.

Went in to get a pedicure with my dad. (6/25) I was under the impression both pedicured would take an hour each. Both my father and I were in and out in 50 min. There was also nowhere for my to dry my nails so I was sent on my way with fresh wet painted toe nails. Was not worth it for the money spent. Very unfortunate because I had such high expectations for the spa.

Got a facial done by Jihan, she was very lovely and made me feel relaxed. My skin was glowing after leaving ✨ Definitely will go back!

I cannot say enough about EVA in the spa. If you want an amazing, professional experience- please visit her. Not only is she one of the Spa managers, she’s an aesthetician and is kind, knowledgeable and BEYOND PROFESSIONAL. She made our stay absolutely amazing. thank you EVA A.!! I can’t wait to come see you in a few months!

My massage therapist was Chelsea and she gave me a terrific deep tissue massage! I love this place because the treatments are great and the atmosphere is very relaxing.

Love this place for my massages. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Gail is very knowledgeable. Other massage therapists are also very very good.

Zoe the Spa Manager showed the kindest customer service and assistant with all needs during and after booking.

Great experience, lots of activities for families, great for couples only. And yes, they do have NESN.

Liz gave me the best massage ever!

Was okay. I got stuck in traffic and they took that off my time. A little pricey too
