Massage Envy

Best massage in two years. I’m new to this center and was delighted to be paired with Asia, who was fantastic. Nice firm touch, super relaxing and thorough. I decided to join and look forward to returning for a monthly massage with Asia. It’s an investment in self-care that is totally worth it.

Not super satisfied with my experience here. The masseuse did not know about and was unprepared for my enhancements. She left the room for at least 10 minutes in the middle of my massage to clarify what I had booked and get the product, shorting me massage time. Didnt even get to have neck and shoulders done. Ive had positive experiences at other massage envy locations, not sure whats up with this one.Edit: Bumping this rating down a bit. I submitted a complaint on the Massage Envy website. After several days, I have not heard back yet. I dont think they take customer complaints very seriously.

Meghan is extremely knowledgeable about the facials & chem peels. I felt very comfortable letting her do a full TCA peel on me. She explains everything that she is doing & goes over the after care efficiently as well.

NEVER and I mean NEVER do business with this Massage Envy location. What a horrible business they run. I have had 2 massages that have been booked (with plenty of advance notice) and both have been cancelled day of, with less than 24 hours notice. In one case it was cancelled an hour before the scheduled appointment to which they say sorry but there’s nothing they can do. Meanwhile, in anticipation of my appointments I received calls and texts reminding me that if I did not cancel with more than 24 hours notice I would be charged 50% or 100% of my service. No remediation done on their end for this poor communication and bad business practice. If I could give 0 stars I could. Stay away.

Dani is the best! She is kind, professional and amazing at her job. My skin is so much better since I started using her monthly. It is worth it.

Brianna’s mix of hot towels and light stretching to help offset my tight muscles due to weight training was exactly what I needed. Always respectful of my comfort levels and privacy. I’m impressed with her.

Ariel is great. She listens to what is needed and asks if adjustments are needed throughout the session concerning pressure, areas covered, etc. she applies firm pressure which I need to work out the knots. I will continue to go to Ariel.

Yu Chong consistently gives an excellent massage. She is very body in tune and attends to area rather than simply following a methodology. Always a great experience

Scheduled a prenatal massage & paid extra for foot exfoliation. While she loved the massage, I asked her how it went just for her to tell me they didn’t exfoliate her feet. It’s slightly frustrating, but I still signed up for the yearly massage because I want her to be able to have them before and after the baby. I think it was just a miscommunication between the front and back of the house. Hopefully she can get a foot exfoliation next time.

Ariel was super friendly and gave a really good firm massage. I typically schedule massages based on time rather than therapist, but I would definitely make an effort to go back to Ariel.Update: I went back to Ariel for a hot stone massage. It was amazing! I was achy from thanksgiving cooking and cleaning for days. After my hot stone massage, the aches and pains were gone. I was surprised because it was immediate relief. I will definitely be back to get any kind of massage from Ariel.

I was very nervous going in because I was unable to schedule with a female therapist. The folks at the front desk did such a wonderful job putting me at ease (I wish I knew their names). When I went back for my massage, Joey was so kind and took every measure to ensure my comfort. The front desk folks asked me about my experience as soon as I came out. The whole team really cared about my experience, my sense of safety, and my comfort. I absolutely recommend this location. And for any other people out there who are typically uncomfortable with male providers but don’t have the option to choose a female provider, choose Joey.

Got my first facial yesterday after being a member for a few months. Meghan was fantastic in making me feel comfortable as I prepare for a big event and she wasn’t pushy when discussing other services that I may benefit from. When I get massages, I go to Tendo and he is fantastic especially for firm and deep tissue massages. I am always comfortable here and I always feel better after my services!

I had a great experience! I felt so relaxed! Would definitely recomment!

Went in for a facial. Kimberly was great! My skin felt amazing after and I was so relaxed that I didn’t want to get off the table.

Brianna is wonderful! She worked on specific areas where I had several knots and they are finally gone!She also focused on the fact that I had recent migraines. Great attention to detail, and always checking on the right pressure.

I had a Reflexology with Gina yesterday! It was AMAZING! Gina is very knowledgeable on what she does! She explained everything she did! She allowed me to ask questions. Definitely a “keeper”, I set my next appointment right after!

This was my first massage given by Joseph. He was a little late getting started, but he went over to make up for the time. I asked for a relaxing massage and I thought he did a great job meeting my request.

Meghan is such a sweetheart and her skin is flawless! I knew I was in good hands. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes my skin glow! Meghan has also introduced me to some a great product line that my skin loves.

Megan always does a wonderful jobs for my facials. Very knowledgeable and has good communication on current skin care plans. The services I have received here last few years have made huge difference w my skin. I also have had good benefits from the products they have suggested.

Arica is always pays close attention to how my skin reacts and checks in constantly to see how I’m feeling with any procedure. She’s also super nice and you can tell she cares about her clients and really enjoys her work. Highly recommend. 😊

Dalton has been my go-to for several months and suggested Cassity for when he isn’t available! Both are AWESOME! I prefer very deep pressure and have shoulder injuries that they both are great at working / working around! Book 90 minutes with either and you won’t be disappointed.

SUPER DEEP! I typically find most therapist can’t get deep enough into my back muscles. Yuchong surpassed my expectations and I feel amazing. Highly recommend her.

Meghan is the best! She genuinely wants to help you see improvements and works to customize the best solutions for you. She also keeps exploring the resources provided to the company to see how they can provide as many options as possible for their customers and stay atop of the best practices.

Catlyn did a great job at far as the service I received. However she did yawn between eight and nine time which indicated she was super tired and it was a bit distracting other than that I was happy with my service.

Love coming here for some me time! I go to Joseph Joey for stretches and he does really well coaching me through the stretch and making sure Im comfortable and not hurting myself. He remembers me every time I come in and he gives me ideas of what I can do at home! I also go to Richard for massages. He makes you feel like youve been talking to a long time friend so you feel comfortable in the atmosphere. He does well making sure the pressure is ok and that hes not hurting you. Hes good at using different techniques and listening to what you need. He cares about your needs and wants to make sure he does everything he can to help you. Im very impressed with both Joey and Richard and Im thankful for their skills and communication. Highly recommend them both, youll leave feeling very pampered!

Kim was very thorough in explaining the procedure and asked many questions so she could understand my skin concerns. She recommended a course of treatments to get me back on track.

I seen Brianna a couple days ago. She did amazing work! I have sciatic nerve problems on one of my legs which causes muscle tension to build up on my calf because I can’t walk well with the condition. Brianna was capable of massaging out almost my entire calf of muscle scrabbled knots lol. She worked extremely hard. She massaged every part of my leg required and stretched my muscles.Today I seen a different person at another location. I won’t name. But after seeing Brianna a couple days ago I can’t even say they are on the same level. Brianna seems like she has been doing this for years and the other associate is based on my massage fresh off the block doesn’t know what she’s doing.Unfortunately I don’t live in this area otherwise Brianna would be my go to every massage I have done!!

Gina has over 20 years of experience and was very professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. Gina made me feel relaxed and made sure she was attentive to my needs. My massage was great. I will be seeing Gina again.

Cassity was great! Perfect level of firmness. Her voice is very calming and soothing. She listens to me and will concentrate on areas I need. Very good foot massages which are one of my favorites. She’s up to date with different techniques and gives tips on what we can do at home. I would be very sad if Cassity were to leave ME. Each therapist is different and Cassity is absolutely wonderful.

Joey did a very good job with the massage. I just need a little time to get used to new Massage Therapist. But the experience was very good.

I found a great therapist in Yuchong!! She has helped me with relaxing muscles that were very tight! She knows many different pressures that you like or need. I would greatly recommend Yuchong as your therapist. I meet with her at the M/E at Keystone at the crossing.

This was one of the worst deep tissue massages I have ever had. I literally told the lady I wanted an hour of the 90 minutes spent on my upper back, shoulders, and neck to which she replied “you have plenty of time —it’s 90 minutes.” Then she proceeded to not focus on those areas at all and literally spent less than 5 min on my neck at the end. In addition, this was not a deep tissue massage, which I paid for. The pressure was hardly more than a Swedish massage. The lady asked me how I liked the pressure after ~70 min and I told her I’d like more, to which she replied “Wow, my hands are not that strong.”Maybe Massage envy should not assign people with inappropriate hand strength to do deep tissue?! In addition, the whole situation where 10 min of your scheduled time is for dressing and consultation (which apparently no one listens to anyway) really irks me to no end. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Hopefully this review helps someone else!

I always have a great experience with Arica! She’s very informative - I’ve been going consistently so she knows my goals and varies recommended treatments between appts to get the best results. Highly recommend

Great masseuses! But front desk is sketchy. They try to upsell you, act confused that things aren’t clear, and charge you unexpected fees. Policy’s about transferring credits aren’t made clear and they deliberately try to make you pay once you’re there when you’ve called ahead and there was supposed to be no charge.

Yuchong was amazing. She highlighted areas of pain that I didnt even know I had. I felt amazing afterwards. So much so, that I slept all night. Thanks Yuchong!!

Kaitlyn consistently checked in to make sure the pressure felt good to me. She also worked a ton on my knots and other problem areas, which was so helpful and needed.

Meh, made the mistake of signing up for a membership. Regretted it within a month of doing so. The staff turnover seems to be quite high, and even though I live near multiple locations and only work part-time, it’s still difficult to make an appointment. I’ve had to schedule my appointments 2-3 weeks out. Time slots are either super limited or the demand is just incredibly high. Micah at the Keystone location has been the best massage therapist I’ve had. He’s the only one who actually listened to me and focused on the areas I specified. Unfortunately, the most recent appointment I scheduled with him got cancelled. Fingers crossed I can find another spot with him soon. I’ve only had the pleasure of visiting him once. Overall, if I had known it would be so difficult to tack down sessions, I never would’ve signed up for a membership. Message Envy’s only saving grace is that your monthly credits carry over so you continue to acquire and save them if you don’t make it in for a massage every month. If only I was able to actually schedule appointments to use up those credits, this would be a much better review. I will most definitely be cancelling my membership once my year is up. (Yes, they lock you in for 12 months)

Every time I have been to Massage Envy at Keystone, I have had a great experience! The check in is almost always immediate. Dalton is very conscientious about any medical conditions that may affect posture and the musculoskeletal system. I will continue to be a client!

I always go to the same therapist, Joey. He has become a friend over time. He also seems to have a sixth sense on what area needs focus when I get there without me even telling him. I highly recommend him.

This was my first time visiting a Massage Envy and I was not impressed. This was nothing like I imagined it to be. The front desk staff is very loud, rude and unprofessional. The manager Monica seem to keep up drama and gossip with the rest of the staff and do not seem to have any control of the business. I will never visit this Massage Envy ever again until they put better staff members in place. This is not a friendly atmosphere but negative energy. No thank you Massage Envy!!! I rather get my massage from one of the massage therapist at a mall or a pop up shop before I come back there.

Theyd get no stars because Rachel is rude. Long story but one staff person should never be responsible for chasing regular monthly customers away because she lacks customer service skills. No manager was on duty to talk to about the miserable experience with Rachel. With her working there I can understand why this location always has openings when the other locations are booked solid. Id not met her before and I will not go back because of her. She did not care that she was rude nor did she care when we said we would not be back. And we were regular customers.

20/10 experience. Tendo is a a god. The beautiful ladies up front Tinzley and Laneka are so friendly and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Five Stars for D****n, LMT🎖️❣️🎖️⭐️I was very happy with D****N my LMT. Amazing when you can completely forget about the time because you feel such relief. D****n employs Wizard Level skills with heat pressure and the various stones required to iron out aches and pain in my muscles. Very pleasant and very professional.I would like for Massage Envy to do as much work on their online App which still comes across as clunky and functions so poorly. As a customer you cannot check your credits online or make any other adjustments to your profile easily if at all. It should not be that much of a PITA. But that has nothing to do with the skilled Massage Therapist this location was apt or fortunate enough to employ. 😃 Five Stars FOR THE LMT—he did do all the work after all; not the logo. You are Appreciated❣️😊☺️🧘🏾

If you want an excellent massage book with Joey! Very professional and knows what he’s doing! Lauren and the front office staff are wonderful as well. Highly recommended!! I heard they have great estheticians for facials as well ;)

A complete discussion of what needs to be done with suggestions. Thoroughly explains everything & then does a professional delivery of services. At the end ask if I have questions & offers suggestions for care in between visits.

I scheduled an appointment online for the next day. I was in route and called a few minutes before my appointment was to start to say I was running a few minutes late. An apathetic secretary told me weve been trying to reach you. You didnt leave your phone number. Your appointment has been canceled. No explanations, no apologies, no request to reschedule. Nothing. I replied okay and she hung up the phone. Mind you I used to be a member there so I guarantee you they still have my phone number. After the fact, I found one email from 3 hours before my appointment saying they needed to reschedule. I appreciate staffing issues and all, and Im sure they have great masseuses. But crappy business practices like this and rude front office staff will break your business. I suggest trying another location. I will not be returning.

Fantastic massage by Brianna. She really paid attention to the areas that were bothering me. Definitely plan on scheduling with her again.

Jervae was awesome! I have gotten MANY massages, but never ONCE have I fallen asleep during. She listens to not only what you tell her but also what your body tells her. No direction nor begging her to stop doing something that was hurting me NEEDED. Cant wait for my next appointment!

Overall good experience and good massage but I can do without the passive aggressive comments. Ive had a good experince up until this point. I usually come to see Dalton when I book appointments or cant get in to see my other regular massage therapist at the West Carmel location...and he is usually pretty knowledgeable and professional but today I was rubbed the wrong way. I dont need to hear your passive aggressive comments about front staff and how they scehduled a massage and stetch back to back especially when you guys were the ones that suggested the service to begin. I am very intuitiveand can pick up on negative energy, microagression, and passive aggressiveness. If there was an issue with front desk staff, thats a personal problem on your end...its almost as if you didnt want to do the service...I dont know if its an issue that I prefer a male massage therapist or some other underlying issue but you are here to do a job and I would not prefer anyone touching me with malice or neagtive energy towards me especially when I have always been very respectful and professional..Its not like you werent going to get paid either way and should always be about business. I pay too much money to be disrespected and my money, resources, and time are three things I dont play around with.

I have been coming here over a year and they are amazing! If you dont like one therapist you need to tell them what you are looking for so they can make a recommendation. I have several therapists I go to at this location and they are all awesome! Also, the front desk is always great with my crazy schedule. I dont think it feels like a chain at all. Highly recommend.

I was having a hard time booking an appointment at my regular Massage Envy in Zionsville. So I started calling around to all the Massage Envy in Indianapolis and I was able to squeeze in a 30-minute massage with Ariel and it was amazing. Needless to say Ive had my second visit with Ariel and I feel amazing and the feel and the vibe of this particular Massage Envy is better than many of them that I have been to across the country. You can tell that theyre a family and that they love their customers. Thank you for the great experience!

Horrible horrible customer service !! My wife 7 months pregnant waited all week for her scheduled appointment then got pushed back 1 hr wich did not work for my schedule they charged me $125 anyway !! Ridiculous they don’t work with you at all and the manager is non existent and I WAS a repeat customer!!!

Went in for my appointment today Aug 18th (a Sunday) and come in to find out the receptionist scheduled my appointment for the following Sunday. That is clearly not what I asked for. And of course there were no openings for me. So I just cancelled. Went through all this traffic to not have my appointment scheduled correctly. This company is a mess..more bad experiences then good. Can’t wait until this memberships is over. NEVER AGAIN MASSAGE ENVY!!! I hate this company!!!

Shelly gave me a great massage the first time I saw her and I scheduled online to see her again. Apparently her availability changed and the office staff is incompetent. They called me 3 HOURS before I was supposed to have that massage to let me know of a change that presumably had happened some time earlier. Lied that they had left other messages - they had not - and then when I tried to return their call they placed me on hold without even asking if they could first. Will NEVER go back to this location. Will stick to a franchise owned by the Keenes from now on. At least they have competent front desk staff. This would have NEVER happened at the West Carmel Zionsville or Broad Ripple locations. Ive been a Massage Envy member for 10+ years and never had to deal with anything approaching this level of incompetence.

Zero frills here. I had Margo and this was the worst massage I have ever had. More than 24 hours later I am hurting like I have been in a car wreck. Massage was lackluster and very short and I had a 90 minute massage and it most definitely was not 90 minutes long. Never again.

Masage was very good and Megan was a pleasure. Front desk personnel was so rude to me I almost walked out. What is the reason of handling new customers in this manner? I still simply dont understand this terribly unprofessional behavior at the front desk.

Michael gave me a massage for the first time, today. For my spinal issues - and overall, his touch/pressure was perfect. When I left. I had no pain and felt fine all evening.I rarely make an appt. In advance...usually just as needed. However, I made an appt. With Michael in two weeks.

I went in for a microdermabrasion because my skin needed a deep exfoliation. Dani was super gentle and very knowledgeable about products to recommend. I will be back in 4 weeks for my follow-up appt!

Worst location ever! There is never a manager on staff! I’ve been told multiple times one would call me back! Then I was told I have to come in and sign a form to pause my account because I have to do it with a manager. Then when I went there, there wasn’t a manager again. I signed the paperwork and they said they’ll give it to management and they didn’t! Signed it 3 months ago and Ive been charged every month since signing it. I don’t feel comfortable getting a massage right now and I guess they don’t like that! This location is a mess

Arielle is the BEST masseuse Ive EVER had!! I left totally massage drunk and the relaxtion followed me for daysss. This location is super classy, professional, and has great communication with clients. Highly reccommend!!! 😁🙌🏼

Not worth it at all customer service is THE WORST run away go somewhere that appreciates your business and treats you right never again will I go here

Really sweet group of people working at this location. I was part of their membership for a year and always felt cared for and treated respectfully. There is a higher turnover rate with aestheticians but Hope that the company can see the value in their employees to keep valuable people.

I had a facial with Dani. She was very pleasant to talk to and gave me a wonderful treatment.

Joey did a great job at my stretch session. He pushed me just enough but made sure I was comfortable throughout.

The hour massage my wife was scheduled for lasted about twenty minutes. Cancelled membership and paid my penalty and was still charged for the next scheduled session. When I cancelled my membership they said everything was taken care of, but I still got billed for not making it to the appointment.

Member: NO LONGERI am greatly disappointed in Massage Envy as a whole. I have so many issues with them its almost stupid.1) If you want to go to a new location, you have to re-register over and over and over. If you attempt to transfer to a no location. Good luck. Their process is basically non-existent. I attempted to do this over 3 years and it never once worked.2) If you are behind on 1 single payment (changed a credit card and havent given them an updated one) you cant use ANY of your pre-paid credits.3) I had over 20 credits and went to cancel. Luckily, I was able to give them out as gifts but you have to PAY for them to be transferred.4) I filled out the cancellation form and worked with the manager to rectify my cancelled account. Looked into my account and 2 months later THEY WERE STILL CHARGING ME. I called and they magically had no record of my cancellation.Never sign up for a membership because you will never get out of the black hole.

Always an outstanding experience here! The desk staff is always friendly and outgoing. I have a favorite massage therapist, but if hes not available, any of the other therapists have been a-ok.

My recent experiences have not been the best. You can tell when a massage therapist or any other profession seems to have lost their passion. I may be cancelling my membership soon.

The massages are ok for the price, but know its by no means a true spa. Its noisy and the lights are bright.I chose to buy a membership since I travel so much, but its frustrating to have to re-register at each location.Also, many locations are not only difficult to get appointments with only a few days notice, but some you have to leave a message and hhoe they call back.Ive had them call me on several occasions to cancel my appointment because the therapist was out sick which was disappointing. They didnt even offer a 30 minute upgrade for the inconvenience the next time I scheduled, but theyll sure charge you if you cancel.

Caitlin performed my massage and she was excellent. This was my second massage with Caitlin and I’ve got another scheduled already.

You go to a massage place to relieve stress but unfortunately you get stressed from people who works at the reception because some of them are rude and arrogant in this location. It is surly not a pleasant place to go to. I recommend they need to get proper training to do their job better. I wonder if its management care to provide a good customer service.

BEWARE! These con artists will still charge you after you cancel. Make sure you cancel more than 30 days before your next charge. No compromise here. I would suggest going to a local , non chain.

We asked for a full body, deep tissue, couples massage. We were in separate rooms where they lightly massaged our shoulders and neck. This was not worth it.

I had made an appointment with this company and due to illness I canceled my appointment on the day of, I was told by the people that I spoke to that I would be charged half of what my session would cost which was 65 dollars yet they took 57.50 from my account and I was told today that the session actually cost 115.00 that is NOT what was communicated to me.
