N Spa

I have been going to this Spa for the past few years and have always had great experiences! I always leave feeling much better! I have experienced a lot of pain and this is the best place to go for relief!Very professional and friendly people.Please pay attention to the address when giving a review!!!! There are 2 NSpas in Indy the other is on S. Emerson and I do not recommend it. I only went once and it was not even close to the same experience.

As someone with muscle rigidity due to an underlying condition, I seek massage therapy on a regular basis as a form of treatment. As part of this journey, I have found N Spa to be a truly excellent and very professional provider. With great care and focus, the therapists here take time to carefully locate problem areas. Then they expertly apply their attention and knowledge toward relieving symptoms and creating an overall enhanced sense of health and well-being. This is a place deserving of your trust and confidence.

These ladies are awesome, i was in town working for a week and my back was killing me, i have never had as good of massage as i received from Bella at the east Washington location!!!

Please find a better place you want to get a massage. This Asian ladies are very unprofessional and asking for money before you get the services. Its very disappointing

I just left this place feeling 100 pounds lighter! Highly recommend! I’m coming back in 2 weeks!! I never knew I needed a massage this bad! I forgot to ask the woman’s name that did my massage but she was AMAZING!

I’ll give it 4 stars only because there was lots of confusion upon arrival. The prices listed under services are from old ownership (so I was told) even though I had confirmed the price before arriving and was told “yes” by whoever I spoke to on the phone - the real prices are posted on their wall. The problem was rectified by receiving a complimentary hot stone and hot bag add on. I also don’t like the pressure of needing to tip but that’s at all massage places it seems like. The massage itself felt great and the masseuse definitely hit my target spots that needed more work. He even let me know that I felt very tense in those areas. The place itself is clean and a relaxing ambiance. I will probably be returning in the future. But as a heads up PLEASE DO NOT GO BY THE PRICES LISTED UNDER SERVICES!

If you want a massage I definitely recommend this place. This was my 2nd trip, hubbys first. Matt is nothing short of magic. Couples deep tissue massage was so amazing. Hubs really liked Kelly too. If you need anything specific have your translator pulled up. These good people dont speak too much English. What a perfect start to valentines day!I was on the hunt for a non-sketchy massage parlor and I found it! The guy worked magic on my body. My back and left leg had me in tears this morning. I couldnt even get out of bed without my husbands help. The guy masseuse is extremely non-threatening and put me at ease immediately just with his face and vibe. I feel so much better. If youve ever been apprehensive about getting a massage because, lets face it, its awfully intimate, I encourage you to take the leap here. He was so very respectful.

My husband and I went to get a couple massage yesterday and babyyyy it s was amazing. They even massaged our ears. I have been to a lot of spas but this is my overall favorite. I highly highly recommend! My husband fell asleep it felt so good.

My Hubby and I had our first couples deep massage with the Hot Stones, at N-Spa a few weeks ago...it was amazing!! I will say Mike did a great job!! But just know that anyone choosing this kind of massage kind of hurts (a good hurt because its a DEEP MASSAGE). We plan to go back next week for the Sweedish Massage (regular massage), and just want to let you know if you choose anything... Choose The HOT STONES...they are everything, so relaxing!!! We have been to a few massage places and over all this location is a GEM. I didnt know that it was so close to where I live, I pass by this place often. Their facility was very clean, professional, they were kind, and I now have found my new Spa for me and my hubby. I truly recommend this Spa to everyone and Please You Have To Try The HOT STONES!!!🥰❤❤👍🏽

This was one of the best massages I have ever had. The hot stones and hot towels felt so good. I have a lot of back pain and stiffness and I felt so limber afterward. My husband and I had the couples massage and our son was in a different room. We took him for his birthday. He loved it! Will definitely be back!

Gave the lady a tip after my massage, she laughs and say “omg really” and ask for more money. That was very rude unprofessional. I didn’t have to tip at all. Other than that everything else was ok..

My husband and I have been regulars for awhile now for couples massage and this is the best gift we could have given ourselves. Bella and Matt are both wonderful and we always feel rejuvenated and relaxed after massages. I highly recommend them.

Ive been to this location a few times and love they massage. But last week I visit and she made me feel like I had to give a tip. Which I gave a small one. She laugh like thats it 🙄 What if thats all I had? I went because I was having surgery and wanted to calm my nerves. Again thats the only thing I didnt like dont ask me for a tip. Because that makes me not want to give one.

Been here three times and I absolutely loved the massage. My masseuse was amazing and really helped my neck and back (problem areas for me). The staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

This was my first visit here today. The location and the interior atmosphere of the business are really nice. The staff are also very courteous and nice. My only complaints come in the form of the service and overall presentation from the masseuse. The massage was actual fairly decent, but did not fully meet my overall expectations. Also, I did not care for the fact that she tried to upsell my massage in the middle of it as an effort to make more money for the business. Finally, I paid a rate upfront for the massage, but afterwords she demanded a tip before I left the business. The idea of a tip is as a gift of courtesy from a customer and not a demand from a provider. Outside of that, I did like the inviting atmosphere there. I might come back in the future. Idk yet. The masseuse made it sound like repeat customers are treated better than first time customers.

This was my first time getting a massage. We went for a couples massage. The set up is very cozy and relaxing. I had a male he had a female. Over all experience was okay.My only problem is , we paid and after she ( the masseuse for my fiancé) asked for a tip. I didn’t know that’s how it went with a massage. Although he gave a 20 dollars tip. That was a throw off.

Historically, the visit to N Spa is my 4th massage professional location. The quality received would be ranked 1st among the four experienced. The difference would be that the lead therapist, had education and certification in accu-pressure point therapy for deep muscle issues. The heated essential oils applied was also unique and extremely relaxing. Although communication was sometimes challenging due to occasional need of the iPhone translator, the communication was achieved and we both were happy to work towards a common understanding. Due to have extreme Sacroiliac strain twice a week schedule is now set. The price is affordable, location handy, and the customer care is at 100%. N Spa is my go-2-spa location and is 100% recommended.

This was my first time here, and let me tell you they did an amazing job on my full body hot oil treatment stone massage.They are really polite and professional. I really feel a difference in my body. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is long overdue for a good massage. Nspa does the job and does it well.I will definitely be returing again. Experienced, professional, and friendly, Bella and her team of masseuses are magnificent at the manipulation of the soft tissue of the body. The atmosphere consists of perfect lighting, soothing sounds, and perfect bedding that creates the most relaxed and rejuvenating experience ever!

This is my new spa of choice. Tony did a fabulous job loosen up my muscles while using the hot stones. The place is very clean and comfortable and I will be back real soon.
