I visit this shop so much, I believe its time for proper dues. The staff is fun, friendly(they want to help) & knowledgeable. The products they sell are good (I buy Dodi) & dont feel theyre trying to up sale or force sell me something. I highly recommend this shop. Im sure the others are just as nice, however far as Im concerned theyre top tier.

My one stop shop for any smoke needs!The guys there will always chat with you about any new products or any discounted ones if you just ask what’s new/good. Their suggestions are always on point.They also have taken the time to get to know what I like and they always tell me what just got ordered that I should pay attention for.They have Fivestars which is an awesome loyalty program, easy to rack up the discounts.I’ve been shopping there more than weekly for over a year and I have only ever had one issue with one product and they were able to immediately accommodate me.Come for the wide array of products, stay because they make you feel like a friend.

They still provide the best customer service in the city (nearly all their locations are excellent for more than a decade?!).... but their prices seem to have crept up in line with all their competitors or higher which makes them lose alot of my business. For mods esp... but juice etc.That was always the BEST thing their prices were usually lower than any other store in the city.

Great customer service!I visit this shop frequently for my juices but about a week ago I purchased a new sub tank on sale. Well unfortunately the next day when I set it up on my mod the thing wasnt working (no ones fault just a dud). I will spare you all the details but basically I paid three more visits to the store to figure it out. The first two times the staff was super helpful and both times were able to get it working somewhat but then an hour or so later the same thing would happen (dry hits then CHECK ATOMIZER).Needless to say by my third visit I was pretty frustrated but by then they were familiar with my issue and said they would replace it for me, only problem was they were out of stock! They helped me pick another tank and when all was said and done I walked out with a new crown tank and so far it is working like a champ. The crown tank was a bit more expensive then the one I started with but I didnt have to pay the difference. This just goes to show that the staff here is knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to continue taking care of their customers even after they have made their sales. I will certainly continue shopping at Indy E Cigs!

Good new customer incentives and sales. Regular prices are pretty decent too. Good selection of disposable vapes as well as vape pens and mods, and the staff have always been knowledgeable and super helpful every time I’ve gone. They have their own line of vape juices that are pretty good too.

Probably the best selection of premium e-liquids in town. Unfortunately, their hardware prices are too high, and the service is hit or miss. A few of the guys who work here are really nice and helpful. The rest will offer you the bare minimum amount of info and assistance (when asked) so they can get back to hanging out with their bros.

Definitely a little more pricy on the side of juices but Rob and Bryse are the nicest guys, very knowledgeable on most mods and they have no problem hooking you up with whatever it is you need. Their selection is a lot larger than most when it comes to ejuice so youll be sure to find whatever flavor across a variety of different brands. They even hold Cloudnurdz which is hard to find so they are my place to go when I am in need of juice.

Employees are extremely friendly and helpful! They let me try a ton of flavors until I found one I love. The shop itself was clean and had sort of a laid back atmosphere. 10/10 will be back soon!

Love this place, all the staff are super nice and extremely helpful. I didn’t really know anything about vapes when I first started coming here and they’ve been SO informative and helpful and always guide me in the right direction even if it means a lower priced option. 12/10 would recommend to anyone, even my cat.Update 3/19/2020:If I could give this shop ten stars I would. I continue to go out of my way to visit this location specifically because of how amazing the staff is. They keep me informed of when my favorite juice is running low (because they know its the only thing I vape) and have helped me mix 0mg and 6mg juice together when they have ran out of my 3 mg, which is something I never even thought to do. I truly cannot say enough kind things about the Broadripple Indy E Cigs location. Some of the absolute best people around. No matter who is working they are guaranteed to be amazing, helpful and knowledgable.

These guys are very knowledgable. Prices on mods, batteries and tanks are high compared to the internet outlets. Prices on liquid is just right. Overall its a great place with many different flavors. You can try all the flavors at the sample bar. Great selection of batteries, atomizers, accessories and mods.

I love this location. Whether I am in need of a new mod or just want to nerd-out and talk ecigs, they are always there. They have a great selection of hardware and liquid and some of the most knowledgeable staff in the city. The atmosphere is super relaxed and inviting. You can go in just to hang out in the comfy leather couches or sample their huge variety of juice flavors at the sample bar. No matter what you need, the br location has you covered. I go out of my way to visit this location. Dont forget to sign up for the rewards because who doesnt love free stuff and discounts?!?!

They always have a good selection of disposable e-cigs. I get they Hyde brand its the best tasting Ive had and Ive vaped every type and so many flavors in the last 10 years. Great options and good hours.

I love this place and when I came in Wednesday a young hippie looking redhead was happy to help me learn and develop a program to get off cigarettes! He took the time to explain how are uses his device because the law wouldnt let him directly set mine up. Will definitely be telling my friends about this place, thanks again.

Staff is very knowledgeable and will answer any question you have. Immense selection of juices, tanks, molds, and batteries and at reasonable prices. Ask them to test some of them out, they have sterile mouth pieces to use.

Ive been with this location since the day they opened. Ive been had a good exoerexper every. single. time. I have entered the store-Not even one off day..The current GM there is the MAN! I am probably the most indecisive person when it comes to vape juice but they have always been so extremely kind to me, listened to my 1000 questions, and had an answer for every single one. Someone suggested I stop by and check this store out. I went in there this morning and I must say as soon as I walked in I was pleasantly suprised. They have a great selection of juices and the the staff (wish I would have gotten their names) were really knowledgeable about the different juices and answered all my questions right away blah blah blah blah blah. Trust me you wont be disappointed check this shop out cause it looks like its gonna be my go to shop while Im in Indy.

Nice selection on hardware and juice. Staff is knowledgable. Hardware prices are wayyyyyyy too high! Staff rushes to get you in and out the door. If they spent more time with customers and (especially) didnt have a huge markup on price (MSRP or higher), they would be great. Go in store to play with the gear, then go online to buy it from another reputable company to save you money.

I must say Dan Hubbuch is one of the best, his customer service skills are amazing and,he has always taken care of me no matter what! The most sweet and intelligent person I have ever met.

If you want personable, knowledgeable, cost-efficient, and friendly service I highly suggest swinging by this Broad Ripple location. The manager and the staff were eager and happy to discuss anything vape related with us exhibiting their vast knowledge of vaping and vaping products. They also utilize four square which allows for more discounts the more you frequent the shop. Unlike a lot of places in Broad Ripple there is plenty of parking available too. Highly recommend you stop by sometime!

This place is Amazing! I wanted to get a vape to quit smoking cigarettes. Ive tried vapes in the past, but they were always too big, and I never knew what kind of juice to get. I walked out with the perfect sized vape that is extremely easy to use, and the perfect juice to go with it, without breaking the bank. Thanks so much!

Super nice place! I went in and I had no knowledge of vapes, all I knew is that I wanted something with 0 nicotine and something for CBD, and the guy there was super nice and answered all of my dumb questions. It was a big fear of mine that I would just come off as an idiot, but the guy totally understood. There was no pressure into getting expensive vape juice or mods. Its also a super clean, nice enviornment. My friends and I could just sit and relax for a minute before heading out. I will for sure be coming back to Indy E Cigs!

Well on vacation I did a Indiana vape shop tour and found this place on Yelp... and oh boy let me tell you out of the many vape shops I visited well on vacation this shop by far had the biggest selection of juice I had ever seen and it was all neatly laid out by color with easy to read stickers on a custom made wood try out bar with big screen TVs just above telling you all the information as well as pamphlets below... they also had a very good selection of hardware.. all very fairly priced. and I just so happened to be there on Black Friday where they had some excellent deals and by excellent I do mean excellent as in 50% off doorbuster deals as well as 15% off all hardware and juices... the staff were extremely friendly and I had a great time hanging out there during my free time.. they are definitely knowledgeable and will be happy to help you out with any questions you have. I can definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants a good selection of juice and to have a good vape store to go to.Thanks Indy E Cigs for being so friendly and showing me a good time in Indiana well on my vacation. I will definitely stop by again if Im ever in town

I have been shopping here for about a year and half and still wont go any where else. Great selection with knowledgeable and friendly staff. You cant go wrong with these guys!

I bought an e-cigarette only few days ago and it stopped working. I took it back, they told me to call the manufacturer. Me and my boyfriend spent over $1000 at this vape shop, they cant replace a $25 e-cigarette. They sold something that doesnt work, and say its not their problem. Hows it fair? Take your business somewhere else, they dont care! They guy was very rude to me and embarrassed me in front of other customers. Its not about $25 its the principle.

This is by far the best vape shop. The employees here are always courteous and happy to help. I’d go out of my way to shop here rather than other locations around the city.

Great selection of vape juices, with the ability to try them all before you buy (for a very small fee). The main issue is price; Indy eCigs is quite expensive for rhw majority of their juices and vape products.If youre looking for a more exotic flavor or brand, theyll likely have it, but youll be forking out for it.They offer a savings program, but even with that, the pricing is still pretty outrageous on the vast majority of juices.If they cut prices by 30%, Id give it 5 stars. Rheb issue is, you can go to other shops very nearby and save said 30% without any savings program or discounts.

Excellent service. Came in with a faulty Sourin Air Plus (purchased there, love it) and they replaced it. No questions asked. Nate is awesome!

I had gone into Indy E Cigs on Wednesday looking for some new goodies and I was approached by a very humble guy named Dan with amazing vibes. He was very knowledgable and had helped me find exactly what I needed and I left happier than when I went in. I highly recommend stopping by to see him!

Hands down the best selection of mods, RDAs, and juice in the area. This is also the only place I can find Slurp by JuS, which is a cereal flavor comparable, perhaps better than Looper by ANML at a better price point.My favorite part about this place is the staff. Two of the staff members have helped me immensely in terms of understanding coil building and vaping/vape gear in general.Tripp and Mayson are ace at what they do.I hope Indy E Cigs opens a Muncie branch soon, as our vape shops absolutely dwell in comparison in terms of selection and staff.

I was driving up Fall Creek today and a guy pulls up next to me as Im puffing on my e-cig and honks and holds his up. I continue to drive and asked him if he knew of a good vape shop around where we were. He said he worked at Indy E Cigs and that I should stop by. I am ecstatic that I did! Not only were they knowledgeable and professional but they actually cared! I quit smoking for good Jan. 16th using the e-cig I currently have but havent been fully satisfied with it until I stopped by Indy E Cigs. Not only did they resolve my battery issue but I am also blowing bigger clouds and now I know how to clean my tank. I used to frequent Pure Vape Indy off W Washington St. and because of my experience with Indy E Cigs today I will NEVER go back to Pure Vape. The ONLY place I will EVER go for my current and future e-cig needs will be Indy E Cigs. I cant thank you guys enough! I hope your company excels beyond the competition!!

I use to vape, but I quit 4 months ago. When I did vape these guys were my go to in indy. I on a personal note think they have all the best vape supplies in indy. As far as juice selection goes they are the go to. Custom juice though they are not. Heck most places in indy dont make very good custom juice. They do make good mods.

These guys have a decent amount of rebuildable atomizers, for me, this is how vape shops are rated. They have more than most. Prices are decent, but atomizers are slightly dated.

Always helpful and never treat me bad for asking a million basic questions. Knowledgeable and friendly, and always help finding exactly what I want.

This is the absolute best store for vape juice and reasonable priced juice and vapor mods products the staff are all knowledgeable in the products they sell the hours are for the average worker and stay open late for those who work they offer good but cheaply priced juice best place to buy mods and other vapor accessories always keep the juice shelves stocked absolutely love this company and the employees that work here great job keep up the great work

I buy from this place every week and I spend about 60 bucks every time I go in. Well I came into today to get some stuff and I told him I was buying a disposable for my fiancé who is 21. And he asked to see her id she wasn’t even with me. And keep in mind I buy disposables every week for me and her and he wouldn’t sell to me even when I just told him I wanted to buy one for me and he still denied me I was very up set and will not be returning.
