I was up there 2 weeks ago with a friend and the gentleman who helped her was great and explained everything to her then I came in on 5/15, which is 2 weeks later and i asked for the same guy and he explained nothing but the lock to me. I was very disappointed with my experience. The gentlemans name was Mike..
Good prices. Friendly staff.parking lot sucks, but manageable.Dont buy into the bad reviews for this location.It must have been that individual, or old staff.Definitely not the store, or any of the current staff.Mike, and Ant Dog are super awesome people.I left my old vape store for this one because the prices were a little better, and the staff was greatly better.Honestly, if you are shopping anywhere else, you really should try this place.
I went in to by a vape replacement cartridge for a friend. I don’t vape so I was clueless as to what I should get. The young man was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with me. And now my friend goes there exclusively 🤗
Very thankful to have this shop around the corner from my house. They have well priced vapes, water pipes, Japanese snacks and drinks and they are our go to for my husbands vape every week. Mike is always so nice and remembers us. He knows what we like and always has something special waiting for us to try each week. This store is AMAZING. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are always neat things on clearance that I can pick up for cheap. They have a huge variety of products and accessories. The prices are reasonable and they have special sales on different days for different products but the flyer is always on the counter by the cash register. Stop by and check it out! Edit 8/10/23- have been a customer for over 4 years. But the place isnt the same when Mike isnt there. The person working was not knowledgeable on store processes. Couldnt multitask and was not efficient in the slightest. If they had been more efficient, they could have let the customer look on their own for 5 minutes to ring us out. Could have started asking what we were looking for while he was texting on his phone and letting the customer look in he display case. 2 more customers came in after us and were not greeted. This was not the service Ive grown accustomed to. If you have a weak rep, than a mansger or trainer needs to be there too until they are proficient enough to be on the floor on their own. And please and thanks goes a long way.Theyre super chill and very knowledgeable on all their products. They let you try out samples if they have them available.

Went here for the first time today and had a great experience. The worker was very friendly and informed us of all the deal they have going on and how there was a tasting bar with over 500 flavors. The only thing we struggled with was the parking lot we accidentally pulled in on the wrong side and ended up stopping at the speedway. Other than that which was our fault this is a great place to buy vape juice. They have a wide variety of flavors.

Best vape store Ive been to in Indy. Largest selection, stock and variety. One of the few to offer returns instead of forcing you to go through the manufacturer and typically mailing your device to China or something. I like you can sample flavors before shelling out a lot of money on one you might not even enjoy.

One of the best places to go to test new flavors. The setup they have is great. Dont need to ask to try each flavor. Just get a mod and a sterile mouth piece and try away at all the flavors till you decide. Friendly staff make it easy to go back again and again. Open sundays till 6 is also a plus.

Will lie to your face about their products just to get you to buy more. Their products have a much higher mark-up than other vape stores. Avoid this one at all costs unless youre okay with being robbed of your money.
Been there a couple times and when i visit the staff seem more then eager to help your purchase along. They dont push sales ,but also wont advise against a sale for a better device. I dont mind going their as long as i do my own do diligence. Over all visit is from 1 -10 a 6 .

Great customer service, amazing prices, and inpeccabke selection, but the poorly maintained vape bar kills it for me. You can tell some of those juices in those sample mods are ANCIENT. I know its alot of juices to rotate, but I wish it was looked after more. Its hard to explore new flavors when buying online, so thats why I prefer to shop local and sample flavors in house!
Just moved to avon not long ago and after calling around, I found that Indy E cigs is the only shop in the entire area that Carries not only my brand of juice but also my atomizers for my tank. I have a falcon king. This is definitely gonna be my go-to shop for my vaping needs. Mike is a cool guy and super helpful. Always great service and friendly conversation. I would reccomend this place over any other.

Clean store. Great Customer Service except they have no knowledge of the devices they sell. NONE. They know just enough to sell the product and that is it. There was a cpl in there the other day buying a vape kit for CBD oil. The kid behind the counter didnt say a ything about CBD oil not being good for ALL tanks and coils. Just sold them what they wanted. Didnt try and boost the sale or nothing. I Bought a new device there the other day. In 2 days changed the batteries 6 times. On day 2 I went in with a friend and I told them about the device eating battery life the way it was. All the guy said was Huh and walked away. I ended up contacting the manufacturer of the device and they told me to update the firmware. Problem solved. And be carefull because some of their display tanks have juice in them and the coils are flooded from sitting so long. You will get juice all over your hands. As far as juices are concerned they do have a great selection and their prices are compareable. But as I said they need at least one person in there on all shifts with the knowledge of all of their devices.

Were still paying money, but have been told they wont open a stronger bottle to try when thats what I vape, its not what they do; we now go to a vape store who does cator to exactly what we request.
