Update:After multiple visits since my initial review, I think World of Vapor deserves a higher rating and more favorable opinion. The products and staff have proven to be my preferred shop for pods, juice, and mods. The only thing I hate that they can’t really help is when I buy a new juice that I don’t like and get stuck with. I think some sort of membership that had a “used bottle” exchange benefit would be a good idea for customers with similar problems.

As always, top notch customer service. Got an awesome coupon for my birthday today. Also has a flavor that has been my favorite for years, and can not find anywhere else.

I have been hearing a lot of good things about this shop, and WOW how happy I am I finally made the trip from Greenwood to check it out! I have been to basically all of the vapor shops in Indianapolis, and this place by far has THE BEST! Customer service hands down is outstanding, even though they were very busy, they still managed to give me the A 1 experience. They also have the best prices!! All prices are tax included which is different, but nice. I am a pretty avid and experienced vapor, but still got the A to Z experience. There are 3 guys working and I promise you each and everyone will not only acknowledge you but, also help in every way possible. They were pretty busy as it was a Saturday, but they made sure to tend to each customer in a way I have not seen at any other vapor shop. I give this shop 5 stars on service, price and juice selection as I was able to try all brands available. I am glad I finally made the trek to visit this shop as I can see it becoming my go to place. I am not one to give reviews, but I really was impressed. Cant wait to come back when I have a bit more time to try more flavors. Thanks again guys!

Very helpful. They sold me a new kit a couple of weeks ago. I didnt know what to buy, so I just took their word on what would be best for me. I couldnt be happier with what I bought. I just went back in there today to get coils and juice. The same gentleman was very helpful. He let my wife and I try all the different flavors we wanted, answered all of our questions, and never got impatient with us, even though we took quite a while to decide. Awesome place! Its the only shop I will be giving my business to. I have no reason to go anywhere else!

Im a new vapor and went in this place as it was highly recommended from a friend. The guys were super sweet in explaining everything. I bought my tank on Sunday and on Tuesday I had a question about it and took it up there and they explained the issue and what I was doing incorrectly without making me feel silly for asking. I will definitely go back!!!! Great juices as well!!! Thank you to you both for being so sweet to me!

Great shop. Super friendly staff. I was new to vaping and went to another shop that wouldnt answer questions, seemed like they were annoyed with me, and pawned a kit off on me. The staff here took time to figure out what I was looking for and helped me put together a system that worked for me. They took time to explain everything and seemed glad to help.

Best Vape shop in town. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and great prices keep me coming back. Best selection too. I drive from the Carmel/Fishers area to get all of my supplies and will not go to another shop again. For those that say they are a little pricey, consider that sales tax is included in the price. If your not finding the same item for at least 10% less, youre paying too much at the other shop.

Ive been coming here since March of 2014. Love the place and the atmosphere, the guys working there are awesome and know their stuff, love the updated sample bar, now with subohm tanks. To the person that stated they should be reported to IRS... their prices include the 7% sales tax. Not a personal attack by any means but... ask and you shall receive. I asked year and a half ago :-)

Great shop. They have a absolutely amazing selection of premium juices. Also their sample juices arent in horrible tanks like other shops so you can actually taste them. Also I love how their prices have tax included so they are all nice even numbers.

Great place and awesome house juice. To everyone complaining about prices, yes, mostly everything here you can find online cheaper, what you cant find online is a group of guys friendly and knowledgeable enough to teach you everything you need to know about every mod they sell. Also, their house juice is incredibly cheap and incredibly good.

Had a great experience today, went in and met up with Sam who showed me the know how on vaping. I will admit the first few hits are rough because your body has to get accustomed to it. But overall its a great experience and would recommend the place to anyone looking for alternatives to smoking or just to blow really big clouds.

I was in need of an upgrade. So I was referred by a friend to stop here. Man o man what a place. They had what I wanted in stock. Great selection. Great service. Couldnt ask for better!Got the Aegis Legend with freemax mesh pro tank, set of coils. 4 batts, and some delicious e juice. Great place!

If you are seasoned at vaping this isnt a bad place to go to get juice and mods ect. If you are a newbie I wouldnt suggest going here as the staff (at least the guy I bought from) up charged me severely. He was opportunistic and didnt seem to care about the customer and only getting a sell. That steered me away from this shop. Ive found other shops to be more welcoming, helpful and informative.

This was quite a change of pace from the other shops I had stopped into. No rolling of eyes as I asked my newbie questions, and was give useful answers to all of my questions. I will definitely be returning. And being able to taste test was just the icing on the cake.

These people charged me $30:00 for two batteries and they were not the exact ones I wanted but they said they would work and in fact they do but I got the same exact two I wanted online for $ 13:00 I was in once before and thought it was shady place. I will never go back to this place and I suggest anyone looking for a store to stay away from this one and no sales receipt either Im not sure they are paying taxes. they should be investigated by the IRS. I will go to broad ripple or elsewhere next time and will get treated fair and not be ripped off.

Best vape shop in town! The guys who work here are the most helpful Ive encountered by far. They never make me feel like Im bothering them with questions like some do at other shops in Indy.

After looking online and shopping around town I noticed that I was paying almost double . Now I get it ...you gotta make your money but I have found a few both south and north that are closer to online prices ! I will say that they are knowledgeable and can be helpful .

E-liquid at this location is a double thumbs down. Giving this place 2 stars since there was friendly staff. The equipment they have there is ok. But I warn you this place has horrible tasting juices! And if the shop owner reads this please understand that freshly made e-liquid isnt something to take pride in. It needs to be steeped and sell your juice pre-steeped preferably! Oh and maybe look into different brands or improve your house liquids because believe me the ones you have out there now taste like perfumes!

These guys are the real deal, I first chanced upon The World Of Vapor a few years ago while in town with the Fleetwood Mac Tour. Jeff & Dave are awesome and they tell you straight whatever you need to know about the vaping world. I usually get my products shipped and you can save dough using their points system.I travel the USA & Canada with National Touring Bands...Hands down the best Vapor Shop in North America run by High Class honest folks.

First time vaper just getting off cigarettes. Sam was really helpful and patient with us. The shop had the top vape pens, mods, box mods, tanks, etc. It wasnt overwhelming because of how he took his time to explain things and give sound opinions. The shop was very clean and organized. There is an indoor area where people could vape and socialize as well.

Jeff and Dave have been at it for a good while and Im fairly new to vaping, so they helped me find a flavor profile. Ive since been to a few vape shops from Brownsburg to downtown and they carry some flavors no one else has. Every question has a good answer with an explanation. My go to store for sure and will continue to be.

Staff are super nice and helpful. My only complaint is they didn’t have any vapes less than 5% nicotine.

The guys here are always helpful and kind. I always go only planning to pick something up and leave, however I end up sharing life stories for a hour or two. Theyll help you find, set up, take care of, and figure out whatever you need. Highly reccomend to go there before you go anywhere else.

I have called around and looked in several vapor shops for a coconut oil having no luck. If you like coconut...World Of Vapor not only offers an excellent Coconut Milk oil ,but also had many other coconut flavors to choose from. They are extremely helpful and will even set you up with a rebate card.

Best experience ever. They helped me more than were I purchased my eleaf. They explained how to work it and get better tast out of it and sold me three of the best flavors of my choice. I went home and threw out the junk oil I got with my purchase of my eleaf from the other store. Will not go any were else. Thank you

Went in to get coils for my kanger tank. Happily surprised to see that the coils where not clones or off brand... best price Ive found so far. Super friendly and helpful as well. Ill for sure recommend world of vape to any of my vaping friends. Keep up the amazing work.

Poor experience last time I visited. Prices for the House Blend are much higher per bottle than Indy E Cigs. I asked for 1 Cowboy House Blend. Just needed some juice for the rest of the day and their prices are stupid. They gave me Screwport instead and I didnt realize it until I left, opened the bottle, and got the familiar menthol taste. Oh well, the money is theirs now, and itd be a waste of gas to go back and complain but I can at least leave behind a warning for future customers.Additionally, they had to sell me the display model of the tank I wanted after finding none in their back stock.I know the job requires minimal intelligence, but wouldnt keeping popular models in stock be part of a reasonably good business strategy? Or when customers come in and you have to do something other than sit on your ass and vape, cant you at least grab what they ask for off the shelf?

Just noticed this great shop today. Friendly staff helped me find some salt flavors that I am highly satisfied with, just by asking the right questions. They have a great rewards program as well.

I’m very upset with this store, my boyfriend and I just spent over $400, on Vaper stuff & CBD oil. We have purchased at this store frequently & a lot of money has went to this store. My boyfriend gets a 10% at the store because of the progress house. I got CBD oil “the CBD Distillery 2500mg” there & I couldn’t be happier with them! Then we went in today to purchase a new mod and I wanted to get the “CBD oil (CBDISTILLERY 5000mg oil)” the guy said its a lot stronger which I was more than prepared for but I tried this and felt nothing, my boyfriend tried it and felt nothing, the 2500mg was a lot better! The taste burnt the back of my throat so bad I can’t even use it and it was $250! I bought it and asked if I could exchange it and I littlery only used 1 dropper & the guy said no. What I’m upset most about is CBD Distillery itself said it shouldent taste the way that we explained, I’m not sure if this product had been tampered with but 1 would think that 5,000mg would do a lot more than 2500! Buyer beware! We are loyal customers & I’m sad to say after all the money we spent there and how over priced they are they can’t just exchange it & I will swollow the difference. I got no receipt from them! After talking to the Distillery itself it sounds to me like it was a bad batch or tampered with. Hopefully management will do something so we can continue to shop there.-NEW- I will come back in World of Vaper responding to your comment. I would like to state that I have never offered or received a receipt from The store neither has my boyfriend. The store did match the price but also the guy got upset and stated “I hate when people look online for lower prices”. He did that the first time I came in as well. Which to me it’s coming straight from the Distillery and the pricing is what it is, my boyfriend has never done CBD oil and he even said he tried my 2500 and 5000 & he said he felt more from 2500 than the 5000. The tastes is not even strong it just burns your throat and tastes nothing like the Distillery described. We will be happy to come in & resolve this. Something is wrong with he batch number; if it was not tampered with than something is wrong with that batch. I will come in the store ASAP so we can come up with a resolution. We would still love to shop there if this can be fixed and we can both walk away happy.

I shop here for every vape. Ive purchased atleast 6, just dont drop them & you wont need so many. I want the new mvp pod. Ill coming in there @ noon to see if you guys offer it. Thanks

Went in from out of state because my IPV 2 broke and I wanted another regulated mod. Everyone was very helpful and friendly; they even let me try one of their personal set ups so I could test out a tank. Anytime Im back in Indiana Ill be making a trip to Indy to visit them.

Excellent premium juice selection and very helpful staff. My go-to vape store. My only complaint, although its not a serious one (hence why I kept the 5-star rating), is that the tanks used for the juice-tasting dont really produce much vapor at all, and its difficult to get a clear reading on the flavor profile of the juices that youre wanting to try.**Edit** They have now updated the tanks for the juice tasting to the Innokin iSub Tanks, which is a HUGE improvement. The vapor production is much better, and I can now get a very clear flavor reading from each juice.

When I was in Indy today I dropped my small baby beast and broke the glass. I did a Google search for vape stores, 3 popped up and I chose world of vapor by name alone. The guy behind the counter was so nice and helpful. I havent bought premade juice in almost 6 years but being I didnt have my mix with me I had to buy some. I told him what I preferred and he picked a peach and apricot mix. I was expecting a usual gross premade taste but I was so wrong. The juice tasted like I had made it myself it is amazing! Thank you world of vapor. If I am back in Indy sometime I will stop in for a new mod :).

Came in on a Saturday afternoon while the place was somewhat busy, relative newbie at vaping, got personal attention and everything I needed to vape on my way out of the shop. Very pleasant experience and I will be back.

Excellent Vape Shop. They have a huge selection and are very knowledgeable about the vaping industry. They also have a discount bargin bin if youre short on cash. Their handy dandy point system is like money in the Vape Bank. Rack up points with each purchase and cash in for E-Juice or coils or what ever. Cool place. Cool people. Im not from the area and I googled the nearest vape shop to me (broke my glass tank this morning). It took me to a different vape shop that said was open, but the door was locked. Man, I am glad they were. I googled again, the nearest vape shop to me. Found this neat little joint and was in and out within 5 minutes. The staff was super knowledgeable and helpful. They set me up with a plastic tank and had me on my way. 5 stars!

Voted best vape shop in Indy by Nuvo Magazine, and I would have to agree! Over 30 brands of e-juice, and all the newest hardware. Customer service is spot on, and enjoyable. They really care about the vaping community, informing customers on issues, and fighting to keep vaping legal. Also check out their battery safety and coil building classes.

Always friendly, helpful, and fair. Very comfortable little bar and lounge areas. The eJuices they carry are very tasty, and they have a nice selection. This is my preferred vape shop.

I have to amend a previous review that I had given. I was new to vaping when I discovered the shop. I had a question about pricing after the fact and with a little research, found that I was wrong. I have been back since and have had nothing but good experiences. I would like to apologize to the owner of the shop for posting a negative review when it was me that was in the wrong

As an overvthe road trucker it really is hard finding a good vape shop. Most of the truckstop vapes are from Big Tobacco that dont seem to get it when it comes down to vaping. Its not that we want to replace cigarettes with vapes, but we want to inhale our nicotine fix with something that tastes great and is enjoyable.The guys at World of Vapor are awesome. Im use to vaping Space Jam, Hold Fast, and Simple Vapor Company products. They had none of that, but what they had blew me away. I bought a couple, 4 bottles, of Lazarus Vintage Journey and Nebula. The samples were great, I only wish I had more time to hang out and try their other flavors.This is the go-to place for any vapors and people wanting to quit smoking and start vaping.Just a quick update. I went back , a year later, and they still have the same great service. I busted a Kanger and needed a replacement glass. My hometown vape shop stopped selling the Kangers, so he stopped stocking on the glass, he still sells the coils, but no glass. Well World of Vapor had the glass.Aaaaand they got the best vape juice in the world, Lazarus Vintage. I havent had this in a year and I still remember how awesome the juice is. So give it a shot.Still 5 stars, would give more but Google wont let ya.Still da best. 08-05-2017

Ive been vaping for 7 years. Watched the industry grow in this city. Ive been in every shop in this city, and this was the only one that refused to sell me a single coil. Ridiculous. Will never step foot in this shop again, and Ill tell anyone that will listen not to shop here!

Very homey and well built on the strip not a typical vape shop has great prices and lots of decor to give it a unique style.

They are a bit more pricey but the experience is worth it I have never been to a shop with a more knowledgeable friendly staff they take the time to understand your needs and have recommended several of my now favorite products
