I have to disagree with any one star rating. The new people over there is a 5 star. Rating already. I had my elderly father come in from Chicago and they took good care of him and just a few minutes ago. I was overwhelmed by taking care of my parents and ELLA A very kind and skillful massage. Therapist stayed late after clothes and gave me a massage tonight. Because I didnt have time in my schedule to come. She made time. Very big heart and knows what to do. Very skillful. Need more people like this in the world and in america Love their job and know what theyre doing. And Ive been too many massage parlors. In Jacksonville, Florida. But right now, this one ranks the best. I hope this review. Gets them more business than they can even have🥰😍🫠

Amazing experience here at New Massage Orient. Lisa was great from the scheduling, greeting at the front desk and during the massage. She even added the hot stones for me to try. Overall great experience and service. Totally recommend, will most definitely book again.

I highly recommend Massage Orient to anyone with back and muscle pain or even anyone who simply wants to relax. I was having back and sciatica pain; Eva was absolutely amazing! When I left, the pinched nerve feeling I’ve had for almost a month was completely gone. I went to this place with a friend who had Cece as her massage therapist and said she was also phenomenal. Everyone was so kind and professional, and the place was also very clean. I will definitely go back again!

I’m left totally confused after reading all the reviews and then my experience being so starkly different. Yes the staff is nice but (especially for $120) the massage was one of the worst I’ve ever had.Came in for a Thai massage which are notoriously strong pressure; ranging from feet walking, stretching, back cracks, and strong muscle kneading. I barely got any of these. My massage was 20% head rub, 10% Thai, and 70% soft rubbing. I was really confused most of the time and left begging for more pressure, which never came. I got maybe 10 minutes of back walking and some back cracks that seemed more accidental than skill.Overall the entire massage left me wondering if i had gotten a licensed masseur or a receptionist. Pretty upset to have spent so much and have no relief from why I sought out a massage. I could’ve done better with my massage gun at home.To add insult to injury, they had me prepay for the massage which wasn’t an issue, but then at the end of the massage she presented my receipt back to me and demanded a tip?! America is wild, it’s the only country this flies. At 120$ the tip should be worked into the price, and then to be unskilled and demand a tip is audacious. When i do a good job at my work, no one tips me. A job is a job, don’t be greedy.

Just trust the process. They are amazing! I recently had an exceptional deep tissue massage. The therapist was highly professional, took the time to understand my needs, and applied the perfect amount of pressure to relieve muscle tension. The calming ambiance added to the experience. I felt significantly better afterward and highly recommend this service. Ill definitely return for future sessions.

I am 73 year old with type 2 diabetes and feet that have been numb in recent years. I’ve seen a chiropractor with little success. I went to The New Massage Orient and Lisa gave me a 90 minute massage including Reflexology on my feet. I noticed such improvement that I went just back the next week to Lisa for a second time. Lisa has such knowledge, plus intuition that makes her just a natural healer….my feet are 90% better after seeing her 2 times!!! I am very thankful to Lisa and her ability and skill in helping me recover feeling in my feet. I highly recommend Lisa at New Massage Orient.

My mom, sister and I got 90-minute massages after we put the kids to bed and it was AMAZING! Everyone was wonderful! Even though we finished a little after they closed and they didn’t rush us out the door at all. My girl in particular was really great - ask for Lisa!!! Highly recommend her and this place!

Best massage I’ve ever had in my life, hands-down! I was able to get a 60 min massage off of Groupon and it was well worth it! Lisa was AMAZING! I sit at a computer desk all day and have been experiencing lots of pain in my upper shoulders, not anymore! I will be back to see Lisa regularly.

The ladies were very friendly and Kim was amazing! She checked on me frequently, was professional, clean, strong, and communicative. Cupping was worth it and is a process but I will definitely return!

This May I was in a car accident,a lot of pain up to now. Lisa is fabulous ,did amazing massage,and used other methods, helped me get out of pain. Only twice,I see a lot of improvement, I am a 50-year-old lady, I have had massages in different places. But this is the best.

Had a couples massage with Julia and Lisa. It was the best massage we have ever had! They used the full hour, and a variety of techniques I’ve never felt before. We both felt instant relief and relaxation. We will be back!

Had 1.5 hr massage there, told her (the masseuse) not too hard, lol she treat my back like a washing board, and shes washing clothes using my back (the impression I got with the way she massage me) told her to slow down, guess not listening well to my request. Afterward, left $15 tip,she asked why so little ? I told her coz Im not satisfied... lol, she tried to guilt trip me, and I kept telling her Im not satisfied (I was dealing something on the phone as well), i changed the tip to $20 coz i got fed up and just left after i signed ...totally not coming back and WOULD NOT recomend it to others !

My husband and I had massages yesterday (7/8/23). The massage was good, but the staff’s attitude spoiled the day. We were paying with debit card at the end and wanted to tip in cash. Then I realized that I only had $25 cash in my wallet. I gave each therapist $10 and she complained out loud that $10 wasn’t enough. That was so rude!! Customers don’t have to tip. Whatever you receive you should be grateful as long as the cost of the massage is paid in full. This entitlement mentality in today’s society really sucks!!!

My first massage in over 20 years. I requested a deep therapeutic massage, and Nancy totally delivered. Nancy is very professional and did what was necessary to release the tension in every mussel of my back. I highly recommend New Massage Orient and Nancy. Grayson was an absolutely AMAZING massage therapist! I requested a 1-hour sesssion and he maintained constant and consistent pressure throughout my treatment. Towards the end of my treatment, he asked if Id like him to do some stretch work, and I agreed. He stretched my body is ways I have NEVER stretched before, either on my own or assisted by a therapist. He used different styles during my treatment, and I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I have ever had out of the 100+ Ive had. I would highly recommend Grayson to anyone who is looking for a deep tissue massage of a lifetime! My boyfriend and his Mom had massages with Lilly and Julia and said it was the best massages they had ever had. I want in for an hour massage. The staff was very friendly when you arrive. The massage was amazing!! I want in with a very stiff neck and shoulder and cane out of there with full mobility. Lily does such a good job. Best massage ever! I will go back many times in the future.

It is not enough pressure for deep tissue Massage Although they Charge $80 for one hour . I have been got Massage for Many years . This massage place is not worthy to come . After I got two hours Massage from a lady , My whole body still hurt . Doesn’t matter I told her go harder , she still doing same medium pressures !!Don’t waste your Money here!!!

Ever since I had a total knee replacement, I have not been able to walk any significant distance due to pain in my knee and feet, and cramping in my back. My husband convinced me to try a deep tissue massage at New Massage Orient. I agreed with great reluctance because my past experience with massage was mediocre with no benefit. OMG. I was blown away by the difference in technique from the American, European and Swedish. Anyhow, Grayson did such a good job in unblocking my nerve centers and blood circulatory flow that I found myself unconsciously power walking the next day. I was able to walk without pain and cramping. What a wonderful feeling! I’m definitely going back for maintenance and therapeutic massages.

Just out of my very first table massage session. I have had massages in several Asian countries and this one was very close and exceptionally surprising. I felt relaxed, lighter and all the blockages in my back muscles were gone. Just like it has to be. Highly recommended place.

The best massage Ive gotten since I had a massage by another Asian message therapist. Lots of others in between. Might not look the best but youll walk out feeling the best! Lili did a GREAT deep tissue massage and my back can be a tough egg to crack.

Took my girlfriend for hour long foot reflexology visit for her birthday. Made appointment in person for two. Arrived @ appointed time, employee not speak English, so put me on phone with someone who claimed I called the day before and changed my appointment for an hour later. After stating several times I did not call them, I was told to wait 10 minutes. We were seated in lounge chairs in RECEPTION AREA and started soaking our feet. My friend asked if this was where our massages would be and was told yes right there in the lobby. It was brightly lit, noise from restaurant next door through walls, customers paying, conversation between employees, could hear people outside on the sidewalk, plus it was very warm. Relaxing? ... Not in the least. It gave us the creeps and we left. One of the employees (0 English) kept telling us something about the water which had nothing to do with our dissatisfaction. They did apologize however.

I travel around quite a bit and have massages almost everywhere I go, and I have to say the massage Lily gives me has to be one the best experience I ever had , now go back weekly and highlight of my day and usually my week, highly recommend it, and the price is very reasonable, way less than I paid in the past.

Excellent therapeutic deep tissue massage by both therapists helped me recover from muscle spasms after tennis. For deep tissue ask for Julia for lighter massage ask for Lillie also does stretches which were good for relieving knee pressure and cramps in lower back and neck. The best in town.

Fantastic massage and overall experience with New Massage Orient and my massager therapist Lili! Very well run, friendly, and professional. I have had many massages over the years and this was the best! Lili knew exactly the pressure points to relieve my tension as well as treat my achilles tendonitis, stiff back, and overall body tightness. She went even further to provide stretching to help me get ready for my regular basketball game. I give New Massage Orient and Lili my highest recommendation!

Absolutely Outstanding! I am a healthy person and I had taken a plane ride and had a stiff neck (Monday) was fine till Friday when while driving I had a muscle spasm in the upper L shoulder blade area and into the L side of my neck. I went home that night then woke up completely stiff and sore and I couldnt turn my head to either side and couldnt walk with my shoulders relaxed (I could barely drive). I was desperate to see a chiropractor which was out of my budget so I looked up the closest massage place to me and went in for their 10min Chair massage. I told him where I was hurting and told him my story of what happened. He proceeded to give me a massage that I specifically needed and I was stunned how amazing I felt after I got out of that chair. I could turn my head again! I knew that I would have to probably follow up the next day to keep loose but actually I didnt have to, my stiffness kept resolving for the rest of the day and I was back to myself again. I cant thank them enough!!! Like I said this was my first visit ever and I just picked the massage location that was closest to me, turns out I found a hidden gem!

The deep tissue massage was too painful. The pain didn’t go away for another 3 days. $80 for 60 mins, I think it’s not worth it.

The talent in this place is unparalleled. I give great credit to the owners who speak ZERO English. They are very brave in trying to live the American dream. However, they need to learn more about the expectations of the American client. Here is a short list of what would bring and keep more business by learning the protocol:1. Have a bilingual person on staff at all times. I had to interrupt my massage 3 times to help other customers who came in wanting a service with the interpretation app on my phone.2. Get some insulation between the walls. You can hear whats going on in the restaurant next door and people outside. Not relaxing at all!3. Move the 2 reflexology chairs to the back away from prying eyes or get some screens. It is extremely uncomfortable having other customers view your massage, even if it is just for the feet or shoulders.4. Go to another massage business & witness what is appropriate and what is not, for example: Playing on your phone while customers receive a service, burping in front of people, using containers, timers, and other aids that are more appropriate. A garbage can and a loud beeper to keep time is hideous.That being said, I wish these people all the luck. The man who did my shoulder & foot massage is very qualified. Go for this reason. If you can relax, its so worth it!

Ive had 2 visits so far to Massage Orient and I will be back. I found their knowledge of the body and the causes of pain to be above that of other masseuses Ive visited for back and foot pain. I found my pain to be diminished and I was given information I can verify and add to in order to continue to get better. I highly recommend them.

Amazing place . Made me and my mom feel new. Eliminated my headaches due to stress and helped my moms body feel more light, flexible and less in pain. Aeron is one of the best together with Coco and Cindy.

They have cameras placed inside of the rooms (they watch you on camera get naked). The video is placed at the receptionist desk, so the guest see the video as well. Very inappropriate. They demanded a tip after doing such a poor job. My mother and I have been going to them for years but the staff and experience has changed. Im so disappointed. We will NEVER go back.

I went to this shop for a one-hour massage last week. A female Asian masseuse named Julie，almost all of the 1-hour massage was reading her mobile phone to reply to the message, I only got a gentle massage, did not enjoy the real massage, this is not a massage shop, an unqualified massage shop , I will never go again

I have been going for a few months almost a year for the 30 mins foot reflexology to both locations so today they didnt bring the herbal bath when asked was told we dont do that for 30 min massages and it would be $10 more I asked since when she said we have new owners looking at each other so I said Coco arent you the owner...she says you want foot soak no problem.... The lies to make an extra$ should have kept my tip
