Came for the first time few days ago and both employees immediately greeted me. Jay was super helpful and patient with me, was a great experience not being rushed and getting my questions asked 🤙🏼 Definitely recommend this place. Great employees. Great environment. Great deals. Great things.

Im leaving this review For his other store next to bones pizza on Ramsey road. I wont recommend this place I bought two packs of smokes Came up to 11.62 I gave him $12.00 Told me I still owed him .62These hodgy people think they can come over to The US and rob us US citizens. Not cool. Go back to your country We dont want you here no more!!!!🤬🤬🤬

My mom and I usually come here for whatever we need, very friendly staff, good prices. My mom was helped by David tonight and he gave her a really good deal, and the woman who works there is also really nice! Definitely choose to go here first versus everywhere else

Love this place always got what u need

The usual guy is just not so nice. Hes bossy and pushy about products. I hate not giving a great review, and choose not to review if my experiences arent positive. But Im a regular here and just want to be honest. Im giving a 3 because overall, the availability of products and selection is excellent. But Im a disposables user so that requires a lot of customer interaction, and its just lacking unfortunately.

His is by far my favorite vape shop in Onslow County!! The customer service here is amazing David always gives me great deals . He would always go to any length to make sure youre satisfied when you leave. I would recommend this place to anyone!

David is so chill, he keeps his place very clean. Love coming here not only for my vapes and stuff but conversation as well. never heard a rude word come out of anyone’s mouth, 100% recommend.

Great place to go for your every day Tobacco needs. They have fair prices to go along with some great items to match any personality or preference. Wish they did some type of refunds though cuz I bought a pulsar vape and it didnt work out the box new and the company wouldnt help me now I have a $85 dollar item thats just sitting there. But nonetheless I still go there just about every day and that was the only problem I had here.

The people are Very rude!! 3 times I have been there and 3 times I was charged a different price for the same item. When I asked them why, they get very rude and told me to go somewhere else if you dont like it. Believe me I will!!

Ya’ll... my girl and I just moved from Cali to NC. We’ve been looking for a smoke shop for a while we came across Mr.Tabacco. Best service compared to the others. David’s a dope guy super cool and give him props for the selection!

NO RETURNS ON VAPES! We bought a vape there that leaked badly after we got it. Only had it for about 5 hours. (Prince Stick from Smok) It costed $50 in store but 30 online. Have them take it out and inspect it before you buy because they dont offer refunds. Other than that they have a good variety and selection. Some of their products are over priced and youd be better off ordering from Amazon.

Come see oscar for all your vape and tobacco needs! First person I know who guarantees his products! Had my wifes vape died and he was super friendly and replaced it for free! Thanks again man!

Always getting faulty vapes that stop working after a few mins to an hour. This is the only shop this happens with. Smh and then they don’t care to do anything to fix the problem.

I will be sueing for false advertisement. Claimed to me several times that they have the lowest prices in town and the most exclusive products, yet I have found cheaper prices for the same products at Nash market here in Jacksonville.
